We used Klink events as our wedding month of coordinator and we are so pleased with how things turned out. From our first conversation with the owner, Jen, we knew it was a great fit. Throughout the months leading up to our wedding, any question at all, they were very quick to respond to. They also gave us access to a planning tool which was really helpful in our full process.
When it came to the month of our wedding and the wedding itself, we couldn't be more pleased with our lead planner Bella. Bella did such an amazing job end to end, was there for all the meetings with our vendors the weeks leading up to it, we also had her join for our rehearsal event which was extremely helpful. On the wedding day Bella just made everything tick, even when our speeches were running late, and my wife and I were a bit frantic, Bella was calm, cool and collected through all of it and made our wedding such a success. To this day we get comments on how well planned everything was - we truly couldn't have had such a success without her and the Klink team.
Highly recommend using Klink to help with your wedding, whether just coordination or full on planning.

Working with Jenifer / Klink was one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning
I was all over the place in the beginning, saying things like “I love rose gold... but I hate metallics” and somehow she just got me immediately. I could come to her with ideas or challenges with zero judgement, always knowing we'd end the conversation with a solution or a plan.
She designed the most beautiful Amalfi coast-inspired wedding at Estancia La Jolla, with every detail feeling thoughtful, elevated, and totally “us.” And if you're an anxious bride (hi, me), Jenifer will make you feel calm, confident, and actually excited. Her steady energy grounded the whole process. I genuinely have no idea how she does it but she does it so well.
She made the entire planning experience feel fun and I was entirely stress-free on the day which seemed impossible for me. If you’re getting married in Southern California, you won’t find anyone better! -

Jenifer and her team were absolutely amazing!! My husband and I got the 60 day package, and she really took care of us in those last 2 months of wedding planning. She gave us a thorough walkthrough of our venue, made sure we had everything we needed for each vendor, created a detailed timeline and adjusted things as needed. She was so chill, in the best way possible, and made sure we were worry-free come our big day. Our wedding ended up being so seamless-- looking back there is nothing that we would have wanted to go differently! I would most definitely recommend Klink Events to anyone, they are all so sweet, friendly, experienced, and professional. 10/10! -

Jenifer Eddy and her team made my wedding day so easy!!! I had the absolute perfect day and had to stress about O logistics the day of - I am so appreciative.
We got the 60-Day package and Jenifer truly made the whole wedding process smoother and less stressful! She answered all of my questions from when we first booked her - from etiquette to budget vendor recs to when to send out invites - and her calm about the whole thing really helped with the process. Having an expert in my corner made such a difference.

Klink was amazing! Bella was our coordinator and she exceeded our expectations. She was EXTREMELY detailed with the planning leading up to the wedding and SUPER communicative with vendors. She made herself available and helpful with all of my questions (and mini-dramas) leading up to the wedding. She took over communication with vendors, and when we hit the 30 day mark I was pretty overwhelmed about the details but made but she made it so simple - she walked me through all of the details and helped me make decisions. When I say she thought of everything, she thought of EVERYTHING. And then our wedding day - she made it such a success! If there were any problems with venue or vendors, I don't know what they were! Everything was smooth and seamless. Of course we had some changes to the timeline as they day went on and what I really appreciated was that she checked in with me at every step and presented the situation and a couple of options and let me decide what I wanted to do. She made sure that everything that was most important to us went well, and we could not have been happier with how the day went. Not only that, but after the wedding was over she packed EVERYTHING up for us which made it super easy for our family and friends afterward. I was so glad that nobody had to spend time cleaning and packing at the end of the day. -

I 1000% believe our wedding would not have gone smoothly if it were not for Bella. We hired Klink Events and choose their 60 day coordinating package. They were listed in our venues preferred vendors list. I’d highly recommend Klink if you plan to do most of the planning/booking of your vendors yourself but need someone to tie your loose ends and make your day seamless. Bella reached out to us right around 60 days prior to our wedding and handled all coordination with all of our vendors including gathering all of their COIs and giving them the timelines. She set up meetings with our big vendors and us to go overtime line and details (venue, photographer, dj) which helped ease a lot of my anxiety as we got closer to the big day. She took all of our decorations the day before the wedding, set everything up the day of, and then packed everything AND packed it all into our car at the end of the night. She did a final walk through at the venue to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind as well. She even took several bts videos and sent them to us. We did not hire a content creator, so getting these surprise videos and pictures the day after our wedding was so special. Overall, during the day of the wedding I never felt like I had to lift a finger or worry about any mishaps because Bella was taking care of everything. She even bustled my dress for me without needing to show her the video of how to do it. My day was pretty stress-free because of her. I highly recommend her for wedding coordinating and planning! -

Book klink!
Klink Events was amazing, specifically Bella! I can’t put into words how seamless the day went with her around! Throughout the entire wedding planning process Bella was quick to respond (even if I texted her at the most random hours with the most random questions). Having her be apart of our wedding journey eased so much stress and wedding planning anxiety.
Bella made all the little details I wanted at our wedding happen. She executed everything with such grace no matter how little or random the detail was! She was more than flexible with everything and it really felt like having a reliable friend on our most special day.
Thank you Bella for being a part of our day & handling everything the day of so Josh and I could be fully present!

Klink Events was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Jennifer was so well organized, great at communicating and the sweetest person to work with. I only had one major breakdown during my wedding planning process and Jennifer picked me right back up and told me to trust in her that it would be perfect. Guess what it was! The day of Sandy was her assistant, she was so nice and on top of everything. Those two work very well together. I felt like my wedding was better than I had imagined. After our wedding I looked at my Husband (man a few words) and he said that was the best wedding and he had so much fun! Thank you, Jennifer, for all your hard work to make our wedding unforgettable. The perfect day
My husband and I could not have been happier with our fabulous team (Klink events) and have so many good things to say about Klink Events and particularly Bella. Bella helped create a timeline that made our day run smoothly and made sure it incorporated everything that we wanted. She was always there for us at any time of the day whenever we had a question or needed to make changes. Bella paid close attention to detail and was a big part of why our day was so perfect. We are so happy that we decided to work with Klink Events for our wedding! Bella was our wedding coordinator, and she was able to manage everything from the start to finish seamlessly!
Bella's knowledge and guidance helped us finalize the last minute details in the months leading up to the wedding, and we felt so confident leaving the wedding day in her hands. She kept everything on track without it feeling too rigid, which helped us relax and feel present with our guests! Bella was also flexible when needed - when all of our guests arrived early, instead of having them wait another 30 minutes, Bella was able to pivot and start the ceremony early.
Many of our guests and wedding party members came up to us after the wedding and let me know that this was the smoothest and most seamless wedding they had ever been to, and it really is all thanks to Bella! She also went above and beyond and captured a few behind-the-scenes videos and pictures - we are so happy to have these moments on film!

10/10 would highly recommend Jenifer and her team at Klink! I do not have a single negative thing to say and we could not imagine trying to plan our wedding without them. If you are on the fence about booking a wedding coordinator just book Klink you wont regret it!
We got the "Just A Sip" 90 day deal as required by our venue but it ended up being one of the best decisions we made when it came to planning our wedding. I had a vision aesthetically and already had a few vendors booked but Jenifer helped me find the reliable and talented vendors that I was having trouble booking on my own with such short notice. She has great relationships with vendors and venues and was able to offer priceless advice and pro-tips that were so helpful when it came to booking vendors and making decisions.
Our wedding day was exactly what we wanted and more. We knew NOTHING about anything that went wrong that day and got to enjoy it celebrating without a worry. Jenifer has a very calm and warm energy about her but she gets things done and runs a tight ship! I appreciated all of these qualities in a wedding coordinator. She's an absolute boss and everyone on her team is equally as sweet and talented.

Worry Free Wedding
We had an amazing experience working with Jen, Sandy, and Derek for our wedding day and rehearsal. They were recommended by our venue and now we know why. They were extremely communicative, organized, and approachable during the entire planning process. Jen has such a positive, warm, and infectious energy that helps a lot during a typically stressful time. She was extremely quick to respond to any and all questions we had (we had many). Derek and Sandy commanded the room efficiently during the wedding rehearsal and ensured everyone was aware of their role and timing. It’s clear they come with so much experience because they knew exactly what to do in every situation that came up. We had absolutely no worries during the big day because Jen and her team took care of everything for us. She kept saying “Don’t worry about it, we got you! Just have fun!”. Anything we asked, her team delivered and more. It’s not an easy task wrangling all the guests and vendors in a seamless fashion but Jen, Sandy, and Derek did exactly that. We can’t thank them enough for their efforts and hard work. We couldn’t have pulled this off without them. We highly recommend them! -

Jenifer and her team are the first decision we made after the venue and by far the best decision we made. I thought all the 5 star reviews might be too good to be true, but Jen was the calm, accessible and helpful point of contact I needed in the weeks before the wedding and she and Sandy managed our day to perfection. Jen is responsive, reliable, a healthy dose of perspective, and 100% organized. She handled curveballs and less-than-responsive family members smoothly, and helped us handle last minute questions, tipping of all vendors, and cleanup on site. Just can’t say enough wonderful things - our guests were so impressed by Jen and Sandy and they made our celebration incredible. -

Wedding Planning but make it FUN
Working with Klink Events, and especially Jenifer, was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. The Wedding Planning vendor was one of the last we booked, ~5 months out from our wedding date, because we thought we were the couple that could plan a wedding mostly on our own, and boy were we wrong!
Jenifer brought so much to the table that we hadn’t thought of (including but not limited to connecting us with vendors that we hadn’t thought of, setting us up on a project management software that helped to organize our timeline and to-do list) and was always available for quick questions via email or calls with our DJ, photographers, and venue. Even though we only booked her “Just a Sip” package for 90 days prior to the event, she made us feel like we were her most important clients.
The weekend of the wedding, Jenifer was a calming presence and we knew we could trust her with any task, whether big or small. Our officiant was a first-timer and during the rehearsal she showed so much patience answering every question which no doubt made a huge impact on our ceremony going off without a hitch.
Our only regret is not booking Jen sooner! Her expertise, organization, and demeanor was exactly what we needed for our wedding and we would recommend her to any and all couples planning a wedding or event! -

Upon our first phone call with Jenifer, it was clear that she was a well-seasoned, calm, and collected professional. We enjoyed talking with her and she had a ton of experience executing weddings at our venue! We booked the “Just a Sip” 90-day Coordination with her shortly after. Jenifer was so helpful throughout the planning process, even before the 90-day mark.
Jenifer handled all of the little details and multiple vendors with ease. We really liked the online platform, Aisle Planner, where we could collaborate with her and organize all of the many many details that go into wedding planning. We so appreciated her calming presence and reassurance throughout the whole process. Wedding planning can be incredibly stressful and I’m so thankful to have had Jenifer in my corner! Days before the wedding, she even helped me to find a hair stylist because the one I originally hired was flaking. Last minute fire drills? Jenifer’s got you!
The day of our wedding (Aug 2022) was flawless! Jenifer and her assistants, Miranda & Claudia, were an A-team! If there was a problem, we sure didn’t know about it! We were so well taken care of. They were always near with a helping hand – not only for us (the bride and groom), but for our parents, grandparents, and bridal party. All of our decor and details were laid out beautifully and with care in their designated places, and they packed everything up for us at the end of the night. EVERYTHING ran seamlessly! We know there was so much going on behind the scenes, but from our perspective it was as if everything just magically fell into place. Alongside everything running smoothly and on time, they even helped me pull off a surprise dance performance for my husband! Jenifer and her team can handle anything you throw at them with poise and professionalism – and that’s the kind of coordinator you want on your wedding day! Our day couldn’t have been better, and we owe so much of that to Jenifer.

We talked to a couple wedding coordinators and Jenifer immediately stood out as the right fit. We wanted to do most of the planning ourselves and were looking for someone that could help us with the final details and take over things on wedding day. Jenifer is easy going and organized and her and her assistants helped pull off our big day flawlessly. We had a few hiccups leading up to the wedding (officiant getting sick, bridesmaid getting COVID, hair dresser getting food poisoning the morning of the wedding) and Jenifer was there to help us through all of it. We are so grateful that Jenifer stuck with us through two postponements to help us pull off our big day at Rancho Las Lomas. Thank you Jennifer and team!

Jenifer came highly recommended by our venue at the Ebell Long Beach and with excellent reason. Hiring Klink Events was one of the best decisions we made early on in our planning. Our wedding was complicated and elaborate—two venues and ceremonies, bus transportation for 150 guests, four outfit changes for the bride, a duet by the couple, champagne tower, etc., and was extremely stressful to plan and execute. Jenifer made the process as seamless as it could be, and was always there to reassure and answer any questions throughout the planning process (while handing us the reins for the most part, which was ideal for someone as Type A as myself!). On the day, we felt like we had composed a very complex symphony that we were now ready to hand over to a professional orchestra and our trusty conductor, Jenifer, who handled things beautifully and solved every snag. She is a joy to work with and we could not recommend her enough!!! -

We were a little lost and overwhelmed in our search for a wedding planner. We had hired Jenifer after we had booked our venue. After our first phone call with Jenifer, we knew she was the woman we were hiring. From the start, she was very easy to share our vision with, professional, calm and collected, organized, and patient. In the times we were overwhelmed, she was almost like a life coach/therapist and helped weed out thing we didn't need to stress over so we could focus on making our day meaningful. She has also done our venue many times (the Casino) as well as other venues in the area so she knew all the ins-and-outs of the area, which really added to making everything easy for us and our guests when it came to the actual wedding weekend. She had plenty of really great recommendations, which added many bonuses to making the whole experience even better. She also has an INCREDIBLE team that is just as patient, professional, and on top of it as she is!
Additionally, we were very specific about the vision that we had for our day in that we wanted specific cultural elements to be incorporated into the day including a tea ceremony. We ended up hiring 14+ vendors. Jenifer made it all come together beautifully and went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Our family and guests had such a great experience. Even when we had to make some scheduling changes the night-of during dinner service, everything turned out perfectly and guests were still blown away by all the elements that came together. Stop your search now and hire Klink Events!! -

We had Jenifer and her team help us out in the homestretch of our wedding planning, and all we can say is, hire Klink now! We cannot recommend her enough. From the first call to the day of the wedding, Jenifer was communicative, kind and extremely knowledgeable. On the big day, she and her assistant made sure everything was running smoothly and went above and beyond executing the details (like having the florist add roses to our bare cake — my bad! — and taping up beautiful "Reserved" signs with our guests' names on the first two rows of the ceremony chairs). We had a backyard wedding where we brought in all vendors (10 total), and Jenifer was in touch with every single one of them to coordinate pickups, dropoffs and overall execution. Jenifer's presence is so calm and collected (which is very much appreciated, especially when tensions are running high, like when your family tries to crash your First Look!), and she is always on top of it and takes complete control. Having Klink Events coordinate our wedding day was the best decision for our big day! I am beyond grateful for Jenifer and her team. She is professional, organized, and very knowledgeable in her field. Jenifer was always there to discuss or jump on a call prior to the wedding. The quality of service for the price is unmatchable.
Our entire day was seamless and stress free. She is so good at what she does and I don't think anyone else could've handled our wedding. There was a lot of moving parts and we found her only two months prior to our day, but she handled it like a boss!! She would manage everything and all the vendors with a smile on her face ( on a very hot summer day). During the wedding she would explain to every family member their part and get them ready for action. She would explain what's coming and how to handle it to myself and my husband. She managed the entire wedding and every time I looked she was next to me. Her staff was very professional and friendly.
I can't thank her enough for giving us the best day ever!! It all turned out better than I could have imagined and I know it wouldn't of been possible without her! I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

I am so grateful and blessed to have had Jenifer as my wedding coordinator! Planning a wedding during COVID was exceedingly stressful. But Jenifer was there for us every step of the way. When we realized that COVID was here to stay, we were forced to change our wedding date, venue location, and significantly reduce our guest count. Jenifer was always willing to answer all of my questions, offer her expert advice, and lend me her ear when all I needed was to vent. She was always so professional and kind. I had the most perfect little backyard wedding and it was all thanks to Jenifer and her assistant Michelle. They were so organized and thorough. Planning a wedding, big or small, is so much work. I don't know how previous brides survived without a coordinator! Jenifer thought of all the little details that would have otherwise skipped my mind. She was even kind enough to lend me her own personal wedding knife set for our cake cutting. Michelle was also so amazing and sweet! She made sure that my hubby and I had everything we needed that night. She bustled my dress, served us dinner, served us cake, and just made us feel extra special and catered to. With them coordinating that day, it allowed us and our family to enjoy the day and just celebrate without any added stress. I would 100% recommend Klink Events to anyone planning a wedding. Couldn’t have done it without them!
Jen & Ryan from Klink were truly my lifesavers while planning this wedding! From the moment we decided to move forward with the wedding and not postpone, it was full steam ahead and I had such a peace of mind knowing they were there to help and answer all of my crazy questions! In the weeks and days leading up to the wedding, Ryan was the BIGGEST help just coaching me through any last tasks and finalizing the timeline and reaching out to all the vendors for me. I felt like I had a weight lifted, and I know without Klink I wouldn’t have been able to let the stress go and just full enjoy the week before and actual wedding day. On the day of, Ryan ensured everything went flawlessly. Each piece of the timeline and any of our random requests went so smoothly. Her assistant Sandy was AMAZING after the ceremony. She always made sure we both had drinks in our hands, and would help me with my dress or hold my bouquet at any time. I don’t think we would have gotten through our pictures or videos without her. It was honestly the biggest help I didn’t even know I needed! I would recommend Klink to anyone that will listen, they truly made our day so special and easy, exactly how it should be! We both feel so blessed that we had such an amazing coordinator team. -

When searching for a day-of-coordinator for our destination wedding, we were clueless! We scoured many websites, reached out to several people, and didn't know how to choose. Until we came across Klink's website. Right off the bat, you can tell this company is different. They are completely personalized to your wants and wishes, no matter how obscure. Not only was our wedding a destination, but we did without many wedding traditions, and added a few of our own. Jenifer never doubted our vision for a minute, even when they were last minute.
I can only imagine the stress a wedding coordinator is dealing with in 2020, yet she made us feel like we were the only wedding on her radar. I enjoyed working with her during the months leading up to the wedding, but I was truly blown away by her talent on the wedding day. Details were perfect, truly what you would find in a magazine, and well beyond what I expected. Jen was a professional through and through, but more importantly she felt like a friend by the time the wedding day came along. She knows how to calm the bride, how to herd the groomsmen, and how to put out any unpredictable fire. After the wedding, most of our bridal party asked, "How did you find Jen?!" because she was such an integral part of our day.
Frankly, Jen is lucky I live so far away, because I'd find a way to make her be my friend for years to come, that's how much we miss her! -

Planning a wedding or even a large event is not something I’ve ever done before, and I can’t imagine our vision being executed without the help of Klink Events and more specifically Allene Marshall. Allene made our day come together so perfectly and if there were ever any issues, then Allene made sure that we had no idea there was anything to worry about. We had our first meeting with Allene at our venue, and when she walked up looking like Elle Woods we knew she was a force to be reckoned with. She immediately put our minds at ease and we knew that we were in good hands. Allene was always available for all of our weird and minor questions and made everything seem so easy. Jenifer is WAY more than a “day-of” coordinator. She was involved with the planning process from the moment we hired her. Starting a month before our wedding, she was confirming details with vendors and helping us figure out all of the details we hadn’t even realized we needed to address. By the time the day actually came, we were confident that all of the logistics were handled.
Jenifer’s greatest gift to us was that all we needed to do on our wedding day was get dressed and enjoy ourselves. I even tried to help set things up that morning and she shooed me away. We both had an amazing and stress-free day, which we can only attribute to Jenifer and her assistant Kiley.
Jenifer is the perfect mix of organized, efficient, laid back, and detail oriented. She was on top of everything both leading up to and on the day. She also kept things on schedule while maintaining a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
We can’t recommend Jenifer highly enough. She was by FAR the best choice we made when hiring vendors for our wedding. -

I thought she was going to think I was crazy when I contacted her asking for her day of coordination services at a small coffeeshop that had never been used as a wedding venue before, but instead she reassured me that everything I wanted was possible and made it all happen. She coordinated all of our nontraditional vendors and friendors and had a solution for every problem I could think of, not to mention problems I hadn't even thought of.
Everything was outdoors, and when it rained (which we hadn't planned for, as it hadn't rained on our date in 30 years), she kept calm (and kept ME calm) and made sure everything went as well as possible anyway. She even brought me a ton of clear umbrellas the morning of!
She and her assistant decorated everything beautifully. She made sure my husband and I had all the food and drinks we wanted. The best part was how kind and calm she was even when I was freaking out. I genuinely liked her, and I am not a people person. I truly don't believe our wedding would have happened without her. Thank you Jenifer! -
Carly Sent on 07/11/2018If I could give more stars for value I would! Jen was the best addition to my wedding experience that I didn’t know I needed. She effortlessly coordinated the rehearsal and went over every last detail that was necessary with me. Then spent the rest of her time on every last detail that I didn’t need to be involved in just to make sure it was perfect, flawless, and Doug and I could just enjoy the day! She has the most calming personality, is very knowledgeable, and organized. I can’t say enough good things except contact her and book immediately.

Kati Sent on 09/29/2017Jenifer and Patsy are wedding angels! Jenifer assisted me in organizing every detail with Aisle Planner a planning website she provides. She handled things & answered questions that weren't within her job description as she wants to make your fairytale a reality. She calmed my nerves and kept all my vendors in line.
She led my rehearsal without our officiant and managed to wrangle everyone in and make sure we all knew exactly what to do.
On the big day Jenifer and Patsy were amazing. Jenifer timed things PERFECTLY with setup and everything was exactly as I had envisioned. A gust of wind blew just prior to the guests arriving blowing over our arch and crushing our flowers. Patsy somehow zip tied all the roses back together and made it look like nothing ever happened!
I did my own floral centerpieces which started to fall apart. We cut down extra roses and Jenifer swapped out the bad roses during setup, something she absolutely didn't have to do!
She kept or timeline on track and a drink in our hands all night. She made sure EVERY detail we wanted to happen occurred and she did it all with a smile on her face. Several of our guests said how amazing Jenifer was including my dad who was against hiring a DOC.
I teared up when thanking Jenifer because I was so thankful. Even if I had been able to coordinate things on my own I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my day.
The #1 best decision I made was hiring Klink! Thank you so much Jenifer & Patsy!! -

The best part of hiring a day-of wedding coordinator is that my new husband and I (AND especially our families) could let go and ENJOY the celebration! We had full trust in Klink and it allowed us to truly enjoy every second of our wedding and not worry about the details anymore.
We had planned an outdoor ceremony and indoor/outdoor reception and Jenifer met with me at both venues a few weeks before the wedding. She is detail-oriented, personable, kind-hearted, and has a calmness about her that I really appreciated as a DIY bride. Leading up to the wedding she provided us with timeline templates and really helped us to stay organized and understand what all needed to take place on our wedding day. We were facing rain in the forecast and all our plans and details needed shifting to accommodate the rain. Jenifer understood the changes perfectly with very little explanation needed.
On our wedding day, Jenifer and Renee were ROCK STARS! They showed up early, dressed beautifully, and executed our vision better than we could have imagined. Our guests are still raving about our wedding and it seriously would not have happened without Klink! Having a day-of coordinator is the best money we spent on our wedding. Klink made sure everything came together and made the other money we spent on venues, a DJ, photographer, décor, etc. all worth it. Highly highly highly recommend Klink and cannot say enough good things about them!
