We recently had our wedding at Kiva Club and it was truly the best day. Renee and Chris helped make our day perfect by answering all our questions during the planning process, accommodating all our requests and making the day run smoothly. Chef Ben is amazing and we received a ton of compliments on the food. We highly recommend Kiva Club!

Exceptional! We had our wedding here on 1/7/2023. I couldn't recommend this venue more. From the first time we visited everyone was warm and welcoming. Jennifer the coordinator was beyond amazing. Her communication, suggestions and openness to our suggestions was more than we could have asked for. She went above and beyond even getting us a last minute picture to serve as our guest book because we had forgot to get this. The day of was beautiful and the staff the day of was great as well. We wanted a beautiful environment that was relaxed, friendly and comfortable. Kiva Club was exactly this and more. Highly recommend

Melissa and Shannon are the perfect A-Team. I had an amazing time planning my wedding with them two. Melissa was so helpful when it came to designing and planning my vision. I could tell her an idea or ask her a question and she was more than there to help me every step of the way.

Shannon worked the day of my wedding. I was extremely satisfied with her. She was absolutely incredible. She was so smooth from helping the guests find their seat to helping me find my lip gloss. The day wouldn’t have ran so well without those two ladies. I am so thankful for them.

This review was for my 12/18/21 wedding. I had actually been working with Kiva Club for almost two years due to the pandemic (we had to postpone our wedding twice). We fell in love with this venue when we first visited them in 2019. It was absolutely beautiful and we love that they can accommodate an outdoor ceremony and reception for 200+ guests! We signed our contract with Sylvanna, and even though we had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid, Kiva Club coordinators were able to accommodate pretty much all the changes and we were even lucky enough to keep all of our original vendors without additional charges. I want to give a shoutout and special thank you to Shannon, Melissa, and every single staff and coordinator as well as the chef of Kiva Club for helping us make my Disney dream wedding become true. Shannon was very responsive, attentive and extremely resourceful in every way. In addition to our plated dinner, we had a "noodle bar" for late night snack which was a buffet of different noodle soups, and it was a BIG HIT on a cold winter night. Every single guest LOVED it, and while my husband and I came up with the idea of this noodle bar, it was Kiva Club crew and chef that made it so amazing. 10/10 would do again!

Kiva Club was the best decision we made for our wedding. It was the last venue that we toured and the moment we walked in we knew it was the ONE! The views are amazing and there are a lot of photo opportunities through the grounds.

You have a choice to do all inclusive or bringing your own vendors. We ended up doing our own vendors but the wedding coordinators that you are given with the rental are priceless. Without them this bride would have been lost! I needed someone to take the reigns and Sylvanna, Melissa, and Shannon were on top of everything! They definitely make you feel like you’re the King and Queen.

The food is honestly fantastic! We had a special menu made up for our wedding and just about every guest raved about how delicious the food was.

We are so happy with our venue pick. We would rate 5 stars every time. The day was amazing!

Kiva Club and the entire staff are absolutely the best things in the world! I wish i could give them a million stars, they exceeded our expectations of our wedding. They coordinated everything so well and made the entire day and even leading up to the day so smooth and so easy for us. Now for the food... I cannot say enough good things about it and every single guest at my wedding cannot stop complementing how amazing the food tasted. If i had the option to redo the whole process i would go with Kiva club 100 times and i will recommend them to EVERYONE! Every vendor that was recommended to us by them was amazing as well and i couldnt have asked for a better venue, better people and a better day!

My husband and I came across Kiva Club and the moment we saw it in person we fell in love with the venue. It was absolutely amazing and we highly suggest viewing it in person, the pictures do not do it justice. Sylvanna and Karie were always there for us and no matter how may changes we needed to make. They listened to what we wanted and were able to suggest ideas since we were a little knew to planning a wedding :) We let them know that food was a huge concern for us, at first we were not pleased with the vendor we were given, however, once we made that clear with them, right away they gave us another option. Our families still talk to this day how great the food was!!

All around, it was an amazing experience and little stress because of the help of Sylvanna and her team!

Sylvanna and Karie are absolutely amazing! They made wedding planning and the day of a breeze! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and gives versatility to your wedding day! The food provided by the venue was awesome and we still have guests talking about it! The ease of having preferred vendors was also a huge bonus! Kiva club is one of the most amazing places ever. If you want your fairytale wedding have it there. Not only is the location beautiful it comes with 2 amazing coordinators that literally do everything for you so you have no worries. And the food, the chicken parm melts in your mouth it was so tasty. The all inclusive packages so worth it.

Kiva Club is a hidden gem! We had a November wedding for 140 guests at Kiva Club and it was amazing. The coordinators are easy to work with, responsive and flexible.

The venue is beautiful and spacious - with multiple ceremony and reception options. And their preferred vendors were incredible too.

I cannot say enough positive things about Kiva Club. If you're looking for a wedding venue, definitely add them to your list!

Sylvanna and her team at the Kiva Club are absolutely amazing! They check in with you frequently to confirm that your vendors and event information is correct. The Kiva Club has a variety of preferred vendors that really know what they are doing and make planning your wedding a breeze. The Kiva Club was very flexible in planning and setting up meetings that work best for their couples, and they always do the best they can to make your dream wedding a reality. I am not even sure where to start... My husband and I got engaged in the fall of 2017 and decided to start looking around after the holidays for a spring wedding in 2019. Me and a few girlfriends were goggling wedding venues, we came across The Kiva Club and I thought it was really pretty. I noticed they had a Brunch and Bubbly Open House coming up that weekend, we thought sure we would go and check it out. BOY am I glad we did!!! We walked in and were just blown away by how gorgeous it was, we both grew up in Arizona so an outdoor wedding was exactly what we wanted- with the mountains and golf course look. I remember thinking that day "man I would love to get married here, I would for sure feel like a princess." We wanted to make sure we looked at a few places before making such a big decision. After looking at a few other venues we knew The Kiva Club was the place we wanted to get married, so we booked a Venue Tour with Sylvanna that week. From the moment we had our tour, Sylvanna and Jessica made it so easy and stressfree. We loved how it was an all exclusive wedding venue. We had a great time picking out the DJ (Curtis), photographer (Cyndi) and florist (Jodi) they recommended. We knew they would be a great fit in what we wanted for our big day!!!! The girls sure helped us figure out every little detail and made sure it was perfect!!!!! I cant thank everyone enough for helping make sure the planning was fun and easy and making our day PERFECT!!!!!! Sylvanna, Jessica, Karie and Justine thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! You went above and beyond making our families day perfect!!!!! I sure will miss you girls checking in on how wedding planning is going and to see if we need anything!!!!!

Since the moment we met up with Sylvana and Jessica to plan out my wedding, it has been nothing but great customer service. Jessica got my husband and I a reservation to do food tasting before our wedding day, which I thought that it was AMAZING! Our wedding day wouldn't of have been more than what I expected. Since pre-wedding day till my wedding day, the communication with Jessica and Slyvana was always there. Fast responders too. On my wedding day I absolutely loved how helpful the whole crew was helping me get things down from my car and helping me just get relaxed for that day. I was so surprised and in love with how the wedding venue and ceremony came out. As with the decorations and little details, everything was just outstanding and more than what I imagined my wedding to be like. I cannot not find anything bad to say about Jessica, Sylvana, and their crew , but just positive and great things about them. I definitely would go back if I ever have an event.

Sylvanna and Jessica hands down are the best people to work with for you dream wedding. They are both super attentive to detail and the day of coordinator is extremely good at her job and offers great service. I had looked at about six other venue, and ended up choosing this venue because of all the amenities and luxurious feel it offers. The grounds are so gorgeous and most of their preferred vendors I was extremely happy with.

The only con we had was the reverend did not go off our script that we had edited for her to read.

My husband Garrett and I truly enjoyed working with Sylvanna and Jessica with the Kiva club. They made us feel so comfortable along the way and were extremely flexible And patient with us when we changed our minds countless times. I looked at 15 different venues in Arizona all for very different reasons. Not even one of them fit every detail that I was looking for. One venue was great, but an awful wedding planner. One wedding planner was fabulous but had terrible food.
This is the only venue that I found that had absolutely everything that I was looking for.
The beautiful view, the fabulous wedding coordinators (who care about you day), the food was great, the staff was always kind, the ability to have an outside ceremony and inside reception with a big dance floor. They had it all!
Sylvanna and Jessica helped coordinate and plan my wedding all the way through the end of the night. They always checked in when things were coming up and emailed and called me back quickly with any question that I may have had.
I would choose this venue a million times over again.

I highly recommed Kiva Club at Vistancia . I consider myself a pretty hard person to work with, since I expect things to be done precisely. also i'm not available all the time due to work schedule. I cant thank Sylvanna enough for putting up with me, and arranging everything to be perfect. we love the venue, the food, the pictures and videogropher she recommended. she pretty much takes detail notes and i was surprised to see my wedding file stack that she had every details in there. she was available and her response were as quick as if she was waiting for your text or phone call. everything went perfect with the wedding and we don't have a single complain or critic of this place and i would absolutely with 100% confident recommend sylvanna at Kiva Club if you want to have your magical wedding ceremony with no hassle and very much cost effective.

If I had the ability to give Trilogy at Vistancia and their team a 10.0/5.0, I would. My now wife and I were blown away with Sylvanna and her team. Their dedication to making our dream come true far exceeded our expectations. Even more impressive than the beautiful venue is that they had listened to everything we had wanted and executed those wishes to the fullest with great attention to detail. My wife and I were terribly afraid of the stress that comes with planning a wedding, but in that year of planning we did not feel an ounce of stress, all thanks to the Trilogy team.

We would like to give Trilogy at Vistancia 10 stars!! Carmela and Sylvanna couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. Every vendor who knew about Trilogy only said positive things about these wedding coordinators. We had the feeling anything was possible with our wedding dreams from decor to scenery. The dance floor was HUGE! We chose Mexican food and it was really tasty. The staff set up our wedding decorations indoor and outdoors exactly as we envisioned and instructed. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. Whenever we needed anything throughout our wedding planning process, the wedding coordinators were there to help us and answer even the most detailed questions. We had nothing but positive feedback and happy guests at our wedding. Our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful which we will enjoy forever!

As much as we fell in love with the location, they truly go out of their ways to make our experience as stress-free and wonderful as possible. They were extremely flexible and very helpful in selecting and dealing with vendors. The package itself at Trilogy also contained many free perks that would cost extra at other locations, and Kiva Club is gorgeous. Overall, highly recommended, and we're truly happy we kept looking after finding another venue that we thought was adequate.

Trilogy at Vistancia Kiva club was a stunning wedding venue! They provide wedding packages where your decisions for food, flowers, photography, and decor can all be made by choosing from their preferred vendor list. Sylvanna and Carmela, the wedding coordinators, handle all interactions with the vendors, making your wedding as stress free as possible. At the rehearsal dinner it was noted that one of the songs chosen was from a local violinist and Carmela put a phone call into him and he was able to play live. Ethan Rose did a phenomenal job adding a touch of elegance and intimacy to the wedding that a recording could not do.

The ceremony was beautiful, everything I wanted done was exactly as I had planned with Sylvanna.
The service we received was excellent - during the reception, the staff made sure my new husband and I had food on our plates before anyone else did. Words can not describe how delicious the food prepared by the chef was. The portions were hot and a generous amount to eat.

All I can say is it was the most magical day of our lives and I wish I could do it all over again! It was the most perfect day we could of ever imagined I love every minute of our wedding day! Sylvanna and her team were fantastic helped us through everything went over and beyond for us I can't thank them enough. Perfection. Trilogy strives for perfection and they deliver. Almost everyone came to us saying words of high praise like, "What a beautiful, perfect, fun, delicious, seamless wedding!" The setting is gorgeous and makes for beautiful photos. The table settings were incredible and exceeded our expectations. Sylvanna and her staff are very accommodating and detail oriented. From dressing, to packing the car at the end of the evening, they were there. On a scale of 1-10, our celebration at Trilogy, rates a 15. Our family highly recommends Trilogy at Vistancia for any celebration of life.

Sylvanna is a wonderful coordinator. She is so helpful, professional, and THOROUGH! Things I never thought of she had covered! She made our day so easy and stress free. Her team there are wonderful as well. Always making sure we were taken care of. During photos, my husband and I had our own waiter serving us appetizers and drinks, and a coordinator helping me hold my dress, flowers, and keep us on time. It's so important to trust your venue coordinator because they need to take care of anything that could go wrong. I have to say nothing to my knowledge went wrong, but if it did, they sure didn't let it show! The food is wonderful, the vendors they contract with are wonderful, and the venue itself is gorgeous!

Ryan and I got married on March 19th at Trilogy at Vistancia Kiva Club and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Sylvanna and her staff are beyond amazing and helped make the entire day perfect. Sylvanna was such a joy to work with alongside my personal wedding planner. She was extremely organized throughout the planning processes and is honestly one of the nicest people we had the joy of working with. My husband, family, and friends were also extremely happy with the waiting staff, and the bartender the night of the wedding. They were so friendly and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any bride and groom!!! Thank you Sylvanna and your team for being outstanding. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!!!

The Trilogy at Vistancia was an outstanding venue! The scenery and venue itself stood alone in our wedding in which we included limited extra décor. Sylvanna was incredibly helpful and reliable throughout all the planning. She made it so easy to be the bride! The service during the event went so smoothly and we even had our favorite cocktails handed to us at any point throughout the evening :)
We were overwhelmed with how many guests complimented the venue and reception space, it almost made us feel rich because of how beautiful it was (and we are definitely not)!

The emenities at The Kiva Club, Trilogy, are absolutely beautiful! Sylvanna, wedding coordinator, was extremely helpful, organized, responsive, personable, and just a gem to work with. She worked hard to ensure that Chris and I had a magical experience. She turned our picture perfect wedding into a dream come true. Our guests raved about the prime rib and chicken dinner. Even though we married 3 weeks ago- our guests continue to rave about the food, atmosphere, vendors, and Amenities. Sylvanna made connecting the dots easy and connected us with vendors that were amazing!

Our wedding coordinator, Sylvanna, was very helpful and always accomoationg and made sure we had everything we could have ever wanted in our wedding day. She's very friendly and an overall great person to work with. The venue itself is beautiful. Our ceremony was outdoors and made for a stunning backdrop for the ceremony and photos. We held our reception inside which again, was stunning. It was great that our guests had access to the outside fire pit areas all night long, it was a huge hit! We have received nothing but compliments on our ceremony, the reception, the food and the overall experience. We even had one couple tell us it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I couldn't be happier with the venue we chose and the team we were able to work with.

First and foremost, there is no one in the Valley like Sylvanna! She is the wedding coordinator for Trilogy at Vistancia and trust me when I say, she takes care of you. She makes sure that everything is set for your big day including paying your vendors for you (with the all-inclusive package). All of my vendors were on time for my ceremony and reception due to Sylvanna's wonderful planning skills. She also has an incredible staff that are never hard to find on the big day. Truthfully, this staff was beyond incredible, helpful and supportive. My ceremony site was beautifully decorated and I was given plenty of options to choose from for setting up. I was also given all of the choices imaginable for seating arrangements and décor (chairs, tablecloths, napkins, etc.) in the reception area. My groom and I chose the Napa Valley buffet menu which included Salmon, Prime Rib, au gratin potatoes, green bean almondine, and Caeser salad. The staff made sure to get orders immediately from me and my groom and served them to us first, which was fantastic since brides and grooms typically forget to eat on their big day. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and even created a signature cocktail for just me and my new groom. That added a special touch to our day that was very thoughtful. Sylvanna also made sure that even though we only had the Well Bar option, Jameson was readily available as it is my husbands favorite. Overall, my wedding day was such a perfect experience that could only have been so wonderful at Trilogy at Vistancia. Book your wedding there! :)

My husband and I got married just over a month ago at trilogy and I cannot stress what a wonderful idea it was to choose them! From the very start Sylvanna makes you feel so welcome and excited about your upcoming nuptials. They assist with everything, if you get the all inclusive package, and what a deal it is! The all inclusive package takes the wedding planning stress off the table because you only have to make a few decisions from the amazing vendors they've got offered for you. The vendors aside the grounds at trilogy are beyond beautiful, it is more than I ever hoped for for my wedding. Sylvanna is the true gem of the entire experience however because without her I would have been so stressed! She helps with everything, coordinating day of activities and making sure everything is exactly as you planned. She is SO flexible too! We had to change our guest count just a few days shy of our wedding day, adding two more guests, which she graciously accommodated. Then when I had told her two people weren't able to make it, so we wouldn't need the extra two, she took the extra costs off and got everything handled with ease! I cannot stress what an amazing decision it was to go with trilogy from the beautiful grounds, exceptional food, and amazing staff, you will not regret this decision!

Best decision was having my wedding and reception at Trilogy at Vistancia. Sylvanna was amazing to work with! The grounds are beautiful, our pictures from the day were amazing with the sunset and the mountains, and I loved the reception area. We did ours inside but the floor to ceiling doors were open the entire time and it was perfect. Sylvanna helped us with all of the detail decisions along the way, multiple last minute questions and requests, and also recommending vendors whenever we asked. We also had day of coordinators who were great. I would never recommend someone plan a wedding without at least a day of coordinator. Everyone's help allowed our day to be more than perfect.

The kiva club in Vistancia is the perfect place to have your wedding. Not only is the venue beautiful, Sylvanna is amazing! She was able to deal with my indecisiveness and all my last minute requests. She's so flexible and very reliable. We would recommend this place to anyone.

So far, I love my venue and Sylvanna! She is so helpful and is willing to do whatever it takes to have my dream wedding come true. The venue itself is gorgeous and I am so glad I took the time to go for a tour. I would recommend it to anyone!

My wedding took place in March this past Spring and all I can say was the staff at Trilogy is AMAZING. To begin, Sylvanna (their fantastic wedding coordinator) worked with me one on one to create a custom plan that fit within my budget. From there the staff worked with me every step of the way during the plan process.

Day of, I literally did not have to do anything! Sylvanna and her wonderful staff took the bins of decorations I had assembled and put everything together exactly as I had imagined it. Our day was perfect and it is all credited to the staff at Trilogy!

Our wedding was just a month ago May 24, 2015. We were so happy that we chose Trilogy at Vistancia. As soon as we checked it out for the first time, we knew it was the place for us. The location is so beautiful, and Sylvanna the coordinator is so wonderful. Sylvanna and her crew did such an amazing job making our "Happily Ever After" perfect. We picked the Italian buffet for the dinner, and it was delicious. Everyone was raving about the food that night and how beautiful the ceremony and venue was.

Sylvanna and her team at Trilogy at Vistancia's Kiva Club were amazing! I had not a care in the world thanks to their attention to detail and service! We chose an all inclusive package with room for our own customization. The Kiva Club was so perfect with beautiful rooms and views outside. We had the perfect sunset and weather for our indoor/outdoor wedding and reception. Highly recommend checking them out! You won't be disappointed!

my wedding was 4/11/15 and wow, where do i begin? First off the venue is gorgeous. Even the drive to the venue is amazing. Really sets the tone for a classy, beautiful wedding. Great views. Perfect layout. GREAT food. Rave reviews about the lemon butter salmon and prime rib. Salad and sides also suburb. Wait staff on point, they have everything on lock. The best part is their coordinator Sylvanna. There are many beautiful venues out there but do they come with an amazing coordinator? It felt like she worked 24/7! She's there every step of way. She has a true passion for making this day your dream come true. (Also i changed my guest #s and table arrangements literally 15 times and not once did she seem annoyed). DO the package deal. Takes a weight off your shoulders. you simply choose from preferred vendors. Cake, flowers, photographer, dj, included. Only thing id recommend is bringing a bunch of mirrors for the bridal room because they only provide one stand up. This place is a dream with many options for your budget.

My husband and I are extremely happy with our decision to host our wedding at the Trilogy at Vistancia Kiva Club. Sylvanna, Kayla and the rest of the team were amazing. From start to finish, they assisted in all of the planning and every detail was perfect! Any time we needed to add or change something or had any questions/concerns, they were on top of every detail and always got back to us right away. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly and Sylvanna took care of every detail so we didn't have to. It was a rainy day and Sylvanna and team were great at re-assuring me about my concerns, getting us outside in time for the ceremony before the rain came and utilizing the outdoors as much as we could for photos. The clouds made for amazing photos and I wouldn't change any detail! I highly recommend this beautiful location. It was an amazing night!

I had been looking for a venue for awhile and had a difficult time finding one within our budget. Once we came to Trilogy I knew it was the perfect venue for my wedding and Sylvanna was amazing! We told her we wanted to stay within a certain price and she made it happen. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Sylvanna and her team. She has probably the nicest people I've ever met working for her and the vendors she works with are amazing! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I can't tell you the number of compliments we received regarding this venue. It is gorgeous, and what a value compared to everything else we've seen in Phoenix area in this price range. Sylvanna alone makes this venue a must-do. She was incredible from day one, I can't say enough how much we appreciate her. The view from the ceremony and reception areas are beautiful. They are very willing to work with our different requests, they work a package deal to make everything run smoothly, which is exactly what happened for us. Over 20 people have said they've never been to a better wedding, from the start to finish. I only wish this would have gone slower or lasted longer, so we could spend more time at this venue and with Sylvanna. The rest of the staff was equally as excellent, and despite just starting to work with Kayla, we found her excellent as well. Highly recommended, 10 out of 5 stars from our point of view. This was not only such an amazing venue for our wedding (and here originally I didn't think I wanted to get married with a golf course background) but the quality of service and assistance was AMAZING! I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about our wedding at Trilogy at Vistancia! I'm not even over exaggerating when I say I wish I could plan a wedding there every year. From the very beginning I was greeted with open arms, enthusiasm, total organization, and impeccable customer service. The whole team at Trilogy (Sylvanna, Lyn, and Kayla) were always on top of answering every email, organizing my vendors, and making me feel like I was their only bride when I know they had MANY more.

I was definitely the type of bride who had a particular vision in mind and Sylvanna and team went above and beyond to make my intricate vision come to life. All the vendors provided through Trilogy were top notch, and it was so nice not to have to do a lot more research in these areas. I had full confidence in all of Sylvanna's recommendations, and it wasn't because I was an easy going bride. It's because they ALL have great taste!

It's no surprise you'll spend a small fortune on your wedding day. You should feel REALLY good about where that small fortune is being spent. Having not lived in Arizona for too long I spent a lot of time looking at venue after venue not really being sure if it was "the one". I never had that "ah ha - this is it" cry moment with my wedding dress, but I had that moment when walking into Trilogy. I never once felt "nickle and dimed" or uncomfortable asking any question. I truly believe it's important to give credit where credit is due, and Trilogy deserves a lot of credit. They all work their tail off and it's apparent every step of the way.

Planning a wedding or any big event is STRESSFUL. I can't thank the ladies at Trilogy enough for being the best wedding team I could ever ask for. My only regret is that the day went by so fast!

The Kiva Club at Trilogy Vistancia is a beautiful place to have a wedding. The wedding coordinator Sylvanna is a dream to work with. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She made everything so less stressful for me. The day of the wedding was perfect with no problems or drama! All the staff was professional, helpful, and fun. Great comments from our guests. We couldn't have asked for anything more!!!

Sylvanna was perfect! And with the help of her and Lynn she made my wedding more than I could ever ask for! She was so sweet but very efficient with her work and helped to make it a special day! I actually got married at Trilogy just over a year ago and am only now finding the time to write a review. But I wanted to make sure I posted one because I had such an amazing experience there, and much of the credit is due to the fantastic coordinator, Sylvanna. She was wonderful to work with. She always responded to my questions same day and proactively reached out to me when it was time for us to meet to start getting things organized. During the planning process we went to multiple open houses to try different appetizers/entrees to help us decide our own menu and see how different seating options looked in the room in person. Sylvanna also helped us customize the standard wedding package to fit our budget. When I wasn't sure how I wanted certain things done, she gave me suggestions. We brought our own centerpieces and Sylvanna made sure they were set up beautifully. We also were running a bit late on wedding day, but she helped problem solve and kept things running smoothly. Planning a wedding can be extremely stressful and Sylvanna was such a big help throughout the entire process. The view from the Kiva Club really speaks for itself and multiple guests still tell me to this day that ours was the prettiest venue they'd ever been to. Our wedding was June 1st and we did have the ceremony outside at 6:00, and I don't think it was too hot (the day before for the rehearsal was a little unbearable). Some of the doors to the reception room remained open to the patio for the night and guests were able to move in/out. The only thing I didn't really care for was the DJ who came as part of the package. It was nice that he was familiar with the venue, but he didn't remember things that we discussed during our planning meetings. He said he was going to bring an assistant so I paid for an extra plate, but then he never brought an assistant. Also, played a song on our "do not play" list. But, overall, I would highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Sylvanna, the wedding coordinator, was a God send! The venue, Trilogy at Vistancia, was the first venue we visited and we loved it. Sylvanna actually would not let us book with her that day, she made us visit other venues so we could get an idea of what was out there. We went to one other one and it did not come close to the beauty of Trilogy. I am so thankful I booked with Sylvanna. She was ALWAYS on top of things, even when I moved across the country, planning a wedding was so easy, I have no idea what other brides complain about...book with Sylvanna and you'll never regret it! I made so many changes and odd requests and she never blinked an eye, she was so organized and her list of preferred vendors made booking other services so easy. The all-inclusive package was so affordable and included everything you could possibly need! (Also, when I booked with vendors outside of the package, i.e. photographers, they gave us a discount just because we KNEW Sylvanna). Don't waste your time looking at other venues, this one is amazing, beautiful, secluded, quiet, and wonderful. I would book again with her and this venue in a heartbeat!

I have no idea where to begin. Me and my husband had the BEST experience at Trilogy at Vistancia. One word to describe Sylvanna is AMAZING!!!! She accommodated our every need and was very helpful when we changed our minds a million times on what we wanted. Every little detail in how we wanted our wedding was present in the ceremony and reception . We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator!!!! My wedding was more than I could have ever imagined. I planned for a year and a half and when you're planning, you plan each piece separately but never know how all the pieces come together until wedding day. I could not believe how amazing everything was and I never could have done it without Sylvanna (wedding coordinator for the venue). I literally could not have done a better job running my wedding myself. Sylvanna remembered every little detail I ever told her in a year and a half and she made every dream of mine come true. She took care of every line of communication to each vendor included in my package and was always quick to respond to my questions. She took care of everything during the planning stages and then on the day of the wedding it was obvious that she is a true professional and knows exactly what she is doing. She is so nice and so sweet and always has a smile on her face. She is never stressed and has her stuff together (which is extremely helpful when you're stressed).

The venue was beautiful. The staff was always super friendly, the reception room was big enough for my entire party of 140 to fit comfortably. One thing brides may forget when planning is ventilation. When everyone gets dancing and crowded on the dance floor it can get pretty hot. The last thing you want is to be sweating in all your wedding pictures but you want to have a good time too! The reception hall at the Kiva Club has a huge beautiful wall of windows that open up to the patio. This kept the entire room nice and cool even with everyone dancing together!

All the vendors included in my package are an absolute delight and are professionals in their craft. I was able to have full confidence and trust in all of them that they would help make our special day perfect...and that's exactly what it was. I would book this venue a millions times over.

Words can not describe how wonderful our experience had been with Sylvanna at Trilogy at Vistancia. First of all this venue is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! Flowers were blooming, grass super green, and the trees perfectly placed. They do a wonderful job at keeping the grounds freshly cut and looking perfect. This venue holds great photo shots that incorporate the famous AZ sunset. Sylvanna and her staff made the planning process so smooth and easy. Anything I needed Sylvanna was happy to get it done for me, with a smile. She really made the experience amazing! Hands down the best venue in Arizona!

I couldn't believe how helpful the entire staff was. Everyone who came to my wedding said that they couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was. What they didn't know was that it was completely affordable and it looked like I spent a million on it. I was on a really tight budget, and trilogy was so flexible. From letting me bring in my outside vendors my own decoration any idea I wanted to implement they were happy to help me. Sylvanna was the most pleasant happy upbeat person I have ever met, and made my wedding day beyond incredible. She bent over backwards to make sure I had the perfect day the whole staff was incredible.

From day 1, the staff at Vistancia was incredible, specifically Sylvanna!! We had been engaged for 2 1/2 years, so Sylvanna knew us from the start. She was always there to answer any questions we had, and is so bubbly and upbeat! The venue is so gorgeous! Overlooking the mountains, the palm trees, the brick work of the building. Just stunning. Now, the staff the night of the wedding = outstanding! The entire night was more than we could have ever dreamed of, and that is thanks to the amazing staff at Vistancia. Sylvanna was our coordinator at Trilogy. She was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! From start to finish she made the wedding process so amazing! I actually had a wedding planner which was a complte waste of money because Sylvanna did everything I asked for and more! She truely went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we wanted. Little things that made a huge difference to us. Things like the Isle petals I emailed her a picture of what design i was looking for and she talked to the florist they use and said that she could make it happen! and it was beautiful, we got sooooo many compliments :] Also, she asked what beverages we wanted to drink while we were talking our first look photos and I asked if she could get this champagne that I liked (Im not a big drinker but I do like one kind of champagne), I thought she was only getting it for me she got it for all the guest to enjoy, everyone loved it! Another thing was I asked if she could get a certain beer for my husband to drink at the wedding (different than what beer we were serving) and she got that too, she is amazing!!!!! Trilogy is a beautiful venue and they are lucky to have someone like Sylvanna as the wedding coordinator, she truly is an amazing, genuinely kind, and passionate person. Trilogy was perfect for our wedding and we would, without a doubt, recommend Slyvanna. I can not say it enough, WE LOVED HER AND SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!

This venue was a great experience for myself and my fiancé. They made planning extremely easy.. or as easy as it can be to plan an event for 150 people. The coordinator was very helpful and made sure that everything went smoothly.

When our pastor backed out 2 weeks before the wedding Sylvanna made sure several officiants contacted me and we found the perfect one. I feel she went above and beyond just a wedding planner. She made my mom and I feel so taken care if during this whole thing. The venue was beautiful. The staff created something straight from a fairy tale for us.
