We had our wedding reception at Kings Hall Banquets on October 4, 2025, and I still get emotional thinking about how perfect the entire day was. This venue made our dream wedding come true.
From the first tour, we knew this was the one. The newly renovated ballroom is absolutely breathtaking: soaring ceilings, stunning chandeliers mixed with modern LED uplighting, and that massive built-in video wall that we used for our childhood photo montage and same-day edit video; guests are still talking about how cool it looked.
We had 300 guests and the space never once felt tight. The dance floor was huge and packed all night, cocktail hour flowed smoothly in the separate lounge area with its own bar, and the layout made everything feel effortless.
The food was unreal. We did a plated duet of filet mignon and chicken vesuvio Every single plate came out hot and perfectly cooked. Our vegan and gluten-free guests raved about their options too. The open bar was truly premium: no watered-down pours, and they even stocked the specific tequila we requested for signature margaritas.
A special shout-out to our coordinator, Jolanta, who is honestly a wedding superhero. She handled every detail (and my million little changes) with a smile, kept the timeline on track, and even ran out in the rain to help my grandma with her walker. The entire staff that night was attentive without hovering; pure professionalism.
Little touches that made a big difference:

Beautiful getting-ready suite upstairs with great lighting and private bathroom
They let us drop off décor two days early at no extra charge
No hidden fees whatsoever; everything was exactly as quoted
Yes, it was a Saturday in peak fall season, and we still came in slightly under budget compared to every other venue we toured in Dupage County.
If you want a modern, elegant, stress-free wedding where you actually get to enjoy your own day, book Kings Hall. We wish we could do October 4th all over again (and we’d choose this venue every single time).

I cannot recommend this banquet hall enough! Being someone who goes to multiple special events at banquet halls a year (I’m talking 10 at the very least), I can wholeheartedly say King’s Hall tops it all. We hosted our baby boy’s christening here this past April, and everything turned out PERFECT. They did a wonderful job preparing and decorating the space for the event with stunning candelabras (which the banquet hall provides as one of their centerpiece options!!!) and gorgeous linens. Their attention to detail is absolutely fantastic and as a perfectionist myself, they exceeded my expectations. The dinner was to die for - some of the best Polish banquet hall food I have ever had, not to mention so many options to choose from with their extensive menu (plenty of non-Polish items as well!) We decided to go with appetizers and the sweet table as an addition to our package too and our guests could not stop raving about how fresh the appetizers and how tasty the desserts were!!! Many said that the food tasted homemade. The staff truly go above and beyond. We had the pleasure of working with Jola and she was extremely helpful and always reachable if we had any questions or wanted to make any changes to our selections. If you are looking for a banquet hall for your next special occasion, look no further! King’s Hall has truly got it all!!! -

The night was wonderful, food was fantastic, and the place looks amazing! Weeks later, our friends are still talking about how great the food was. We would highly recommend taking a look at this Banquet Hall. Their prices were also pretty reasonable.
