I highly recommend Rachel, especially if you don't have a particular vision in mind, as everything she designed for our wedding was perfect. We worked with Rachel to design signage and placecards for our wedding, and we had no idea of how we wanted everything to look. Rachel was so easy to work with, and not only did she create beautiful, customized designs that fit perfectly with the rest of our wedding decor, but everything she made for us was very high quality. She perfectly captured what we had envisioned for our special day!

KINDLY RSVP was amazing! We were not planning on doing save the dates but once we had our first meeting with Rachel we made the decision to go for it and they turned our BEAUTIFUL. One reason we didn't want to to them was because we didn't' want people to just get another piece of paper just to get lost of thrown away, but we did magnets instead and it was awesome! Our wedding invitations were to DIE for. They were so elegant but had a perfect beach touch to them and all the colors coincided together beautifully. I highly recommend Rachel for any invitation you may need, she does them all!

Rachel was phenomenal! She was so responsive and flexible as we postponed our wedding twice! I was so stressed about COVID affecting my wedding the third time and she calmed me down and was so positive yet realistic. She has every possible type of paper and color and can make anything you want. They were stunning! Even when we had invite changes at the last minute she offered to make new envelopes and mail them out for us. She only required 2 weeks to print and get me the invites and had them so organized for pickup. Definitely one of my favorite vendors to work with through the wedding planning process!

I discovered Kindly R.S.V.P. designs when I was frantically searching for someone to print out menus last minute for my out of state wedding. I had a major delay with the catering finalizing the menu so I was looking for someone to help me very fast before I had to leave for my wedding. Rachel was absolutely incredible! She was super responsive, flexible and very professional. Even though it was a last minute request, she asked questions about what I was looking for in the menu design and she did not disappoint! I had originally planned on doing invitations on my own but Rachel was recommended to us by our wedding planner. She was very easy to work with and was able to help us figure out exactly what we wanted. Travel/Adventure Style Invitations
Our invitations were custom designed for our semi-destination wedding. We had to keep pushing back the send out date based on the ever changing pandemic restrictions. When we asked for a specific date Rachel was quick to accommodate and the invitations were everything we hoped for and more! However, when I first tried to send them I didn't have enough postage and they were all returned to my home. Would have been nice to know we needed the extra postage. Our guests loved them and we received many compliments on the uniqueness of the design. We'd recommend Rachel to anyone looking for any stationary products. She's easy to work with and helps immensely with design ideas.

Working with her was a DREAM! Trying to get married in 2020 has been a joke to say the least. She made it process a lot less stressful with great communication and connections. I received my invites days before Baltimore City shut down events and she offered to reprint them for me next year by removing the top layer for minimal costs. SO MUCH EASIER THAN Minted (or any other website)
I couldn't be happier with how our invitations turned out! They were gorgeous and really set the tone for our big day. Most importantly, they saved me a TON of time by not having to design them myself through a website.
We met Rachel at a wedding expo and decided to set up an appointment a few months later. She had us come to her studio and showed us all of the different options for paper, color, font, style, etc. She matched everything up for us and showed us examples of invitations that were similar to my style. After choosing the look she sent me a super easy to use template for the wording and addresses. Her prices are really reasonable, turn around time is efficient and the quality is AMAZING.
We were so happy with her work we decided to have her design our welcome sign and seating chart as well. I would highly recommend Rachel and will definitely use her in the future.

I am so happy we went with Rachel for all of our stationary needs!! I was at a point in planning our wedding where I was really overwhelmed when we went to see Rachel. She made the whole process as simple as possible which made everything much easier on my end. She showed me some examples of what we could do and then showed me how we could change things up to make them unique to our wedding. The invitations were exactly what I wanted! She also did our seating chart, table numbers, custom cocktail signs, guest book sign, and thank you cards! Everything was so pretty and it all tied in together. Rachel has been our go-to for all our stationary needs. She handles our Christmas cards, invitations for parties, and she did our wedding invitations. Whether it was in person or by email or phone, Rachel listened to our ideas and wishes as she helped us pick out the best designs for our wedding invitations, ceremony programs, signature drink signs, table numbers, and place cards! Who knew there were so many font choices?! Rachel was able to address our invitations and stamp our response cards, so all we had to do was stamp the invitations themselves and mail! When I began my wedding planning process I knew invitations were one area I didn’t want to spend a lot on/ didn’t really have strong opinions about. Ironically Rachel became my favorite vendor to work with ! She made the design process so easy and fun, her prices were so reasonable, and I got so many compliments on my invites! Rachel was great! We took forever to pick out our formal invitation colors (by we I mean I did) and she was there with us through the entire process. She was also very responsive with any e-mail I sent (replies within minutes). If we noticed an error (which was minor), she was quick to apologize and fix it. I would recommend her!

We first met Rachel back in January 2017 at a Bridal show in Timonium. The first thing that caught our eye was the "Orioles baseball ticket" save the date magnet! From that moment on, we knew that Rachel was going to create us an amazing save the date magnet that would represent our theme of our wedding, baseball. We absolutely loved our save the date magnet however the level of customer service Rachel brought was fantastic. We absolutely loved creatively and her passion towards her career. Rachel also help us create personalized wedding invitations that were seriously the best ones I have ever seen, SUPER elegant and personalized to exactly what we wanted. We also ordered customized Orioles seating cards, O's jerseys placement cards, and 2 posters for our wedding which all our guests absolutely LOVED!
During the entire process, (we got married on April 28th, 2018) I have probably talked with Rachel via email about 200 times (probably more) and spoken with her on the phone and in-person numerous times. Rachel is the best at what she does but the level of customer service and making us feel that we were her own customer and not just a business deal is the key factor. We definitely recommend Rachel and RSVP designs to ANYONE who is looking personalized wedding invitations, save the dates, and everything that you need to make your wedding special!

Not only did Rachel match our vision but did it in a affordable manner. The cards were of good quality but also good value. Rachel was always quick to respond and was always very fast completing each of our paper product needs. Even when things didn't go to plan Rachel made sure things were fixed and always done well before schedule.

It was important to me to create a wedding invitation that set the tone for our wedding events. I had a vision for the style of invitation I wanted, but could not find it through any readily available templates. I learned about Kindly R.S.V.P through a wedding expo. When we went to her shop and talked through the options I ended up with the invitation that I had envisioned. She did not have the exact style in her portfolio of designs but was able to create exactly what I wanted. She was upfront with her pricing and timeline and very responsive. I had countless guests reach out and express how much they loved our invitations and that it was one of the nicest invitations they have ever seen. I highly recommend Kindly R.S.V.P.

I highly recommend Rachel for wedding needs. I do not have one negative thing to say about her business etiquette nor service. She was very pleasant, professional and patient. She has a huge variety of styles to choose from and the cost will not damage your wallet. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Rachel is - if you need invitations, paper products, signs, etc. do not bother using anyone else!
Rachel did all of the invitations as well as the seating chart, the table numbers, the tags for the favors, and the bar signs - she was flexible, creative, and just an all around dream to work with!
I will never use anyone but Rachel and Kindly R.S.V.P. for invitations or print work. Thank you again for doing such an outstanding job!

My overall experience with Rachel was great! Rachel is incredibly knowledgable was so helpful when it came to designing my invitations, as well as wedding programs. There was even a little incident when my husbands name was accidentally spelled incorrectly on our wedding welcome sign (with the wedding a couple days away) I contacted Rachel and she was so accommodating she ordered, and had a new sign made and ready to be picked up the day before the wedding. Rachel did our invitations, seating chart, and door knobs. She is an incredibly sweet person who is easy to get along with. She was flexible with our busy schedules in order to accommodate pick up times and was always happy to answer my endless emails. She has an array of items that would fit any wedding and style. We used Kindly RSVP for our invitations, then came back later for programs and menus for the day-of event. The whole experience was great. Rachel has a great eye for design and she is able to offer her experience in the business to say what does and doesn't work. I also appreciated that she was EXTREMELY flexible and willing to work with us. My husband is a former copy editor who has very strong preferences about written graphic design and insisted on making tiny tweaks at every step; Rachel was always happy to oblige and got the changes made very quickly each time. Everything came out beautifully thanks to her hard work and we are very happy with the results.

Rachel & R.S.V.P. Kindly are a hidden gem! Rachel knew exactly what we wanted and produced a beautifully display of artwork in both our Save the Date cards & Wedding invitations. She is a true professional and we are so thankful for her hard work in serving as part of our wedding team!

Rachel did a beautiful job on our invitations! We absolutely loved them and received so many compliments. She was able to help us choose a design that fit our vision and wedding style which was rustic chic. The colors worked perfectly together and she even went above and beyond to find us the doily cover tied with twine we wanted for the invitations. They were perfect! Rachel is quick to respond to emails and calls, and we had everything we needed in plenty of time. I would highly recommend Rachel and Kindly RSVP designs!

The impeccable customer service, professionalism and accuracy made ordering our Save the Date and formal Wedding Invitations a pleasant and worry-free experience! The stationary itself was absolutely breathtaking, the quality and color was beyond what I could have ever imagined.

Rachel/Kindly RSVP was by far the best vendor my fiancé and I dealt with throughout the wedding planning process. She really cares about the product she puts out, and we received so many compliments on our invitations. She went above and beyond for us even when it came to last minute items/requests!

Rachel created an amazing invitation suite for my husband's James Bond (Casino Royale) themed 40th birthday party. She also did menu cards, directional signage for the venue, and favors that tied everything together flawlessly. She even helped me score the favors at an awesome price! I was so impressed by her professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend Kindly R.S.V.P. Designs and will absolutely use Rachel in the future.

I came across Kindly RSVP Designs Invitations by mishap, and it was the best thing I ever did. I was planning a wedding, and I only had a few months to plan. I was very stressed out trying to find someone who could print out invitations at the last minute. I searched and called several businesses and I came across Kindly RSVP Designs . When I met with Rachel and told her my vision for the invitations, she began to show me different designs , and as we began to work together I began to see the vision come forth , after the finished work of the product I must say that my Invitations were Classy, Elegant , and of Excellent Quality . But what made me even more proud and Boisterous about the Invitations was , the Comments of the invited guest . Once they received their invitations they talked and talked about the craftiness, design, and the elegance of their invitations . I give Kindly RSVP Designs 10 stars.
