Bill and his team from the Kilted Pig were the perfect addition to our laid back, but rather large, backyard wedding. We had over a 165 guests from all over (some as far as England and Chile) and the Kilted pig was able to show up promptly, set up, begin filling the air with their heavenly BBQ aromas, and finish RIGHT on time to serve our guests.
ALL our friends and family talked about after the wedding was how good the food was! I heard "beast BBQ chicken I've ever had" multiple times. Even Grandma, a difficult woman to please, was astounded at the ability for the food to still be FRESH and surprisingly HOT by time she got her plate from the buffet.
All side dishes were homemade and fantastic. The tri-tip was cooked to perfection, and Bill was available to carve the cut of meat our guests desired. He even was kind enough to provide iced-tea, lemonade, and hot coffee to compliment our desserts!
I'd highly recommend Bill and his team to anyone looking for a vendor that is professional, trustworthy, and able to deliver top quality product without anyone needing to micromanage or stress over their performance- a huge plus on a wedding day.
