Fantastic!!!
Khoa exceeded our expectations. I had a vision with some Pinterest inspirations, and he completely exceeded my vision! From the very start, he was very professional and reliable. On the day of we were both nervous because we both don’t like getting our pictures taken and he gave us so many good pointers and tips that made our pictures look incredible. We genuinely enjoyed getting our pictures taken. I am so thankful that we booked him and cannot recommend him enough! Pictures were taken on digital and film! -

Khoa took both our engagement and wedding photos, and wow did he exceed our expectations. He was very accommodating to our requests and willing to travel (Sequoia National Park and Sedona, AZ) to help create our vision. He was great to work with - an excellent communicator, professional during the shoot, and had the photos ready for us well before we were expecting! By all accounts, we were extremely satisfied with Khoa’s services and would certainly hire him again to capture our future memories. -

Simply Incredible!
I simply couldn't recommend Khoa more! My fiancé planned a surprise engagement with Khoa while we were traveling throughout California. My favorite part of it all (aside from the engagement) was how much Khoa was able to support and assist in the planning process with my fiancé. Khoa was unobtrusive and even during/after the engagement he gave us space to just "be" and soak it all in. When it was ready for the portrait part of the engagement (post saying "yes"), Khoa was helpful in giving direction but still letting us be natural and ride the highs of love. The photos he captured were unbelievable. You can feel the love, excitement, and all of the emotion through the screen. I feel so lucky that my engagement was captured in real time, nonetheless by Khoa himself. 10000/10 would recommend! -

We found Khoa after searching through dozens of photographers in SD County. We planned to have an elopement at the County Clerk's office and wanted someone to be able to capture the intimate moments of the day very artfully since we wouldn't have a big wedding or any guests. Khoa had excellent communication, was very professional, and made our day even more special by agreeing to be our witness. In a way, he brought me a lot of comfort since we didn't have any friends or family there. My now husband and I rarely take photos even for socials or anything personal and are super awkward in front of the camera, but Khoa provided just enough guidance and direction that it felt very natural posing for the camera without it feeling like an entire production or feeling too stiff. I really appreciated that he asked us what we prefer the focus environment should be-- whether its architecture or nature, to ensure that he captures the vibe we were looking for. He delivered the final products very quickly and his post edits were beautiful-- the colors, light, and balance of us and the backdrops were absolutely stunning. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a wedding photographer! -

Exceptional and Creative
We hired Khoa for our wedding pictures and could not be more pleased! We reached out for a custom quote given the amount of hours requested. He quickly responded and set up a Zoom meeting to understand more about our expectations of the day and a general timeline. We were worried about rain, which luckily didn't happen, and Khoa was able to offer his expertise advice in the event it did. The day of the wedding, he was very friendly, had a true creative eye for detail, and was very professional. He delivered far more photos than we expected and within 2 short weeks. We were so excited to share with everyone and everyone was very impressed with the photos. We cannot recommend him enough! -

Khoa was our wedding photographer from getting ready until the end of the night and we had an amazing experience with him the entire time! He is incredibly sweet and easy to work with, and made us feel very comfortable from the get-go.
He was very thoughtful and thorough in using all aspects of our venue to provide amazing photos capturing the whole day. He worked very efficiently with us leading up to the ceremony to get us photos while still keeping us hidden away from our arriving guests, and then, during the ceremony and reception, he was amazingly unobtrusive but still able to capture all the great moments of our night!
Khoa sent us a few preliminary photos which were all so perfect for personalizing our thank you cards. Once we got the full complement of photos from him we were blown away by the quality, editing, and energy he was able to capture from our wedding day. He is immensely generous with the number of photos he provides, and we have to stress that he somehow manages to deliver on both quantity AND quality. He is also very talented in composition and there were more than several photos that we never noticed him getting - everything perfectly captured the energy and feeling of the day and felt like we were reliving it again.
Overall he feels like the complete package and we recommend him without hesitation!!! -

We worked with Khoa for our wedding ceremony and reception and it was everything we wished for and more! As photographers ourselves, it takes a lot of trust to feel comfortable with another person doing the job. Khoa is an AMAZING Photographer
I honestly can’t say enough good things about Khoa. He was the photographer for my friend’s wedding and I saw how beautiful her photos were so we sought him out for our engagement and wedding photography. He was a joy to work with for both events! He arrived early to the engagement shoot to scope out the best photo spots and directed us as needed. On the day of the wedding, he arrived promptly and took many amazing shots of us Even though we are both pretty camera shy, we felt very comfortable with him. His turnaround time was also super fast!! He was so accommodating and attentive during the editing process and we absolutely love the results. I am so glad my husband and I booked Khoa as our wedding photographer! Our wedding was August 19, 2023 in San Diego, CA. Khoa & his partner, Elise were a pleasure to work with and we can't recommend them enough! They were professional and so so patient amongst the chaos throughout the day. Khoa had a vision and he knew exactly how to capture it through his lens. When we got our pictures back (a lot sooner than we expected, we were so delightfully surprised!), my husband and I sat there for hours going through each picture laughing, crying but most importantly we were smiling the entire time. I say this because that is exactly what Khoa's work will do to you. You can feel the love and emotions captured in each picture which I believe is a reflection on the work that Khoa emulates. Khoa was absolutely fabulous to work with this past year! He did our engagement photos back in July 2022 at his spot up in the Laguna Mountains, and we absolutely loved the photos. We asked him to also shoot our wedding in Julian CA in April 2023 as well! He captured every moment of our day and sent us our photos back (all 1500 of them!) in 3 weeks! We were so thrilled! He captured all the big moments of our wedding as well as all the small details that made it special to us. We have never taken professional photos before, and we were both a little nervous. Khoa was great at putting us at ease and helping us pose so we looked natural for both of our events. He also goes above and beyond and takes a few Polaroid photos to give to you right away which was really sweet. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and all around fabulous. Highly recommend him for any event you need photographed! -

Khoa is an incredible photographer! If you are considering him for your engagement/wedding photos, look no further...you found your guy! We worked with Khoa for both our engagement photos as well as the wedding day, and we could not have been happier with the results! We actually had already done an engagement shoot with a different photographer, but something felt missing from the photos. My husband and I had a wonderful time working with him. He was funny, charismatic and thoughtful. An AMAZING photographer!!
My wife and I were looking for a photographer to do our wedding photos on short notice, and was referred to Khoa. Khoa is the best!
Khoa is THE BEST. His work/pictures speak for themselves but I have so many amazing things to say about Khoa. From the first time we spoke to him over the phone, he was so sweet and friendly. I believe it was his first indian wedding and he asked awesome questions to better understand what we were looking for.
Our first event was my henna party. Khoa came to my parents house to get some pictures with our decorations at home and some golden hour portraits of me and my husband (pictured below). He then went to the venue and captured all of the most beautiful moments. He was so friendly that every guest kept asking me for his information! He had a smile on his face when every woman forced their phones in his hand to take a picture, even I was getting annoyed but Khoa was such a great sport. He made sure to get so many portraits of us with each other and as many guests as possible.
For our ceremony and reception, Khoa worked tirelessly all day. He was simply the best. He has such a creative eye and captured the most romantic moments. Please check out some of our favorites below but to be honest, its hard to choose a few because every single picture was perfect. The shots he of us, our families, the details, and especially the portraits!!!! You have to see for yourself :)
I would 100000000% recommend Khoa to every couple out there! -

There aren't enough positive and kind words to describe our experience with Khoa as our engagement and intimate wedding photographer!! I stumbled upon Khoa's website through random googling and I could not be more grateful that I did. I could feel his infectious energy lift right off his website and I immediately loved his style of photography. Khoa was professional, responsive, friendly, and provided good tips to get us ready for our engagement shoot. Right off the bat, he put us at ease and made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. We've never done professional photos before so didn't know what to expect, but we were laughing and enjoying ourselves throughout the entire shoot - in the best way possible, Khoa lets you be you, provides direction as needed, and blends into the background to capture the moment. He has a phenomenal eye and we were blown away by our engagement photos, even more ecstatic that he'd be shooting our intimate wedding ceremony. Again, he went above and beyond for our wedding photos. They're beautiful and we can't stop looking at them! I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Khoa. Prior to booking him, he was extremely responsive via email and gave us an outfit guide, which was super helpful. We decided to book him for our engagement photos in Mt. Laguna this past November and we were absolutely blown away with the results. My fiance and I do not consider ourselves to be photogenic and were both super nervous about being photographed. We honestly anticipated we would only get a few photos we liked. Boy, were we wrong!
During the session, Khoa made us feel comfortable and even played our preferred music during the shoot to calm the nerves. He was able to both pose us naturally and take candid shots. He had a great eye for the best lighting and knew exactly where we needed to be for great photos. Khoa also paid attention to every detail about our clothing, hair, etc. for the perfect picture. We also had our dog participate in the photos and Khoa got some absolutely adorable shots with him! Khoa was patient with him and his listening challenges!
We received our photos very quickly (i think about 2 weeks later), we were shocked to see how many stunning pictures we got! We had a very hard time choosing just a couple for our Save the Dates! The gallery that he shared with us had so many photos and a lot of really great features, including being able to "favorite" particular photos and easily download images that we wanted!
I cannot recommend Khoa enough to anyone needing a photographer, his finished product exceeded our wildest expectations! We feel so blessed to have had such an amazing photographer and some wonderful photos that we will cherish forever! -

Khoa is an exceptional talent behind the lens and just a wonderful human being!! Khoa was referred to us by family members who had him do their engagement, wedding, and newborn photos - we loved his work and wanted to hire him as well. We could never say enough amazing things about Khoa and the incredible way he captured our special day. Not only is he beyond talented in his craft, he's also one of the most genuine, kindest humans you'll ever meet and made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day!
He's great at rounding everyone up for photos and setting the tone to get everyone having fun and in the spirit- which I'd argue is one of the most important qualities in a great photographer!
He got every shot I could have ever dreamed of getting and did so effortlessly without us having to think much about making sure we got certain pictures. He took care in everything he did that day, and afterwards with his beautiful edits, too. We are so beyond grateful!!!

5 stars for a fun experience and talented photography!
We found Khoa by Googling ideas for an idyllic San Diego engagement shoot. Samples of his photography came up, and the panoramic scenes from La Jolla Trail caught our eye immediately. We sent Khoa a message, and he was happy to schedule us for a Friday afternoon in June. Before we met, we arranged a phone call to talk about our vision for the shoot. Having never had professional photos taken of us before, we readily deferred to Khoa's expertise and creativity. He was a true pleasure to talk to, and we were excited to meet him for the shoot!
When that Friday came around, we met with Khoa at the trailhead. Right off the bat, he exuded enthusiasm and professionalism, making us feel comfortable straight away. Within minutes, we just felt as if we were hanging out with a close friend. We hiked to the sweeping peaks of the trail, and Khoa got to work. Again, we've never taken professional photos before, so we had no idea what we were doing! Khoa made it extremely easy and entertaining altogether. He was generous with his time, staying a little later than scheduled to get photos with better lighting. We left the shoot feeling happy and lucky to have chosen Khoa as our photographer.
Our photos were returned to us in a very reasonable timeframe. He emailed me a zip file containing high-resolution photos that we've since printed on canvas paper! All of the photos came out beautifully; needless to say, we'll be having Khoa take our wedding photos, too!

We are beyond satisfied and elated that Khoa was the one who took our engagement photos. These are the reasons why we believe he was the perfect photographer to help us celebrate our engagement:
1) He is VERY responsive and professional- From the very beginning when we first contacted him on instagram, he was very responsive and professional through online messaging. Every time we saw a message from him, we were excited, because he would give more details about the photoshoot or respond to a question that we had.
2) He goes ABOVE and BEYOND- He took a few extra photos for us during the photoshoot and was very open to ideas that we had. He was so kind and really wanted to capture every moment. He even stayed a little overtime to help us get beautiful sunset photos. He also brought prisms and even gave us special gifts at the end- polaroid photos of us during the photoshoot! The gift at the end was very thoughtful and it made the engagement photoshoot so special.
3) He will fix you up before taking the photos- When our hair or clothes were messed up, he was always there for us and he fixed us up to make our photos perfect.
4) He has excellent editing skills- His editing skills are meticulous and natural. We really liked how the background was not too edited and even though the photos were edited, it still looked very natural and candid. We thought the prism and filter effects he chose were unique and they looked great!
5) He is experienced in posing couples candidly and finding the best areas to take pictures- The area we were shooting at required a lot of walking around and finding areas to take the photos, but he was very experienced and he was able to find the best spots to take beautiful pictures.
6) He is very kind and patient. He makes you feel very comfortable- It took some time walking from one location to the next and during that time he talked to us sincerely and got to know us better. I also had to change clothes halfway. However, during the entire time, he was very patient. He really helped make us feel comfortable and happy throughout the entire photoshoot.
All in all, we are VERY satisfied with Khoa's photography and editing skills. He is seriously the BEST and we would highly recommend him to anyone! He will definitely be able to capture your best moments so you can cherish them forever!

Having my pictures taken is not one of my favorite activities but Khoa made this day so fun and effortless I would do it again in a heartbeat! My fiancé and I came from out of town and Khoa was able to suggest two great locations for photos that were close by to where we were staying. Khoa was so easy going and down to earth we had the best afternoon getting to know him and taking our pictures. I am not sure where to begin with how amazing the experience was with Khoa!!! Much like many 2020 couples, our plans changed soooo many times throughout the year, but we eventually decided to postpone the big wedding. But we really didn't really want to wait! SO I had an idea to just elope and marry him on our favorite beach in San Diego. I reached out to Khoa and he just so happened to have an opening the day we needed. It was meant to be! I had admired his work for years, and I was so ecstatic for him to shoot our little ceremony. I have never felt more comfortable getting my photos taken, and my husband who is literally anti-camera (HATES being in front of a camera), came out of his shell and I could NOT be happier with the photos! Absolutely Amazing!

Amazing experience!
I'll be honest. I was never big on the idea of an engagement photoshoot, but it was important to my fiancé and I eventually got on board with the idea of capturing this pivotal point in our lives.
Along came Khoa, whom of course my lovely fiancé found after some research. Our initial call to get to know each other was as fruitful and productive as it can get. Khoa broke the ice, asked smart questions to gauge our personalities, and gave us some thought starters to mull over ahead of our shoot date. But really his incredible friendliness and absolutely infectious laugh truly won us over.
My fiancé and I picked Trona Pinnacles as our destination, a solid 3-hour drive for us. However, it was easily a whopping 5 or 6+ for Khoa. That is one hell of a champion right there. The journey together to the site itself was not for the faint of heart. Dodging pits, jagged rocks, and everything a desert landscape could throw at our poor sedans (pro tip for anyone thinking Trona Pinnacles: bring an SUV or ATV), the 1-hour photoshoot turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Khoa was effective and efficient. He took charge in helping us get into position, dissolving any awkwardness, and actively asking us for feedback on how we felt and if there was anything we'd like to try. He was open-minded all the way and his sense of adventure only helped get my fiancé and I out of our comfort zones, which we deeply appreciated.
It's been close to a month since our photoshoot and my fiancé and I continue to recommend Khoa to our friends and family. And now we want to recommend him to the rest of the world. -

We knew from the beginning that we wanted the best photos and photographer for our wedding. We’re extremely glad we researched early and came across Khoa’s work which was amazing. After meeting him, we knew he was the perfect photographer for our engagement shoot and wedding weekend. He’s the most down to earth and friendly person you can have. He knows how to assist people that aren’t used to taking photos and making them look like models. He captures photos at the perfect angles and knows how to work with whatever lighting available. One time, while enroute to our engagement shoot destination, a big tree fell over in the middle of the road which prevented us from reaching our location. Khoa was determined to move and break the tree down to allow just enough space for our car to fit through. He never once gave up or even mentioned to turn around or to give up. His editing skill is even better. He provides instant teaser photos for you to post on social media and for you to share with friends/family. The rest of the photos follow shortly and much faster than we could have expected. Our entire wedding party had nothing but awesome things to say about Khoa. When Bjorn and I started planning our wedding, we both agreed that photography was one of the most important vendors to us because of the memories & value they hold last a lifetime. When I spotted Khoa’s work on The Knot, I knew I had to connect with him immediately. Hopping on the phone with Khoa is what sealed the deal. Engagement photos
Khoa took our wedding photos in June 2019. I thought it would be a few brief photos. However, it was much better than simple photos. Khoa really took us on a photo shoot. He got to know us photographically, and he used his abilities as the director of the photo shoot, as well as taking the photos. Best Decision of Our Entire Wedding (Aside from saying "I Do!")
5 stars isn’t enough!! We had the BEST experience with Khoa as our photographer. He did our engagement photos, wedding ceremony and reception. Picking the right photographer for our wedding was super important for us – especially being a full-time Art Director. Hiring Khoa honestly became one of the best decisions throughout our entire planning process – we are so glad we did! Absolutely Blown Away!!
Hiring Khoa was one of the best wedding planning decisions my husband and I made! Our whole experience with him was fantastic - I can't say enough great things about him! Literally, from the day when we first met where he invited us to his house to get to know us, to the wedding day where he was so on-point with his schedule/shots, up until the end where we met up for him to show us all the fabulous pictures! Khoa did such an amazing job on our wedding day; he managed to capture so many wonderful moments, even those we missed! I will hire Khoa, again, and again and again.
When looking for a photographer for our wedding, I was looking for a very specific kind of "look" for our photos. I wanted them to not only reflect us, in the most genuine way possible - but to also have an ethereal feel and honor the love we have for one another. I did a TON of research and only ended up interviewing 2 photographers based on their portfolios. The first I was pleased with, we had a nice phone conversation where she led me through her portfolio and answered all of my questions, and the price point was great.
When I reached out to Khoa, he immediately wanted to meet us in person. He invited us to his lovely home, where he had prepared dinner (and somehow had my favorite wine) and over dinner and drinks, the three of us really got to know one another. Hardly anything business related was discussed at all. After dinner, he asked us simple, straightforward questions like "what are we looking for in a photographer", "what do we want our guests to feel when they walk into our wedding" "what kind of emotional response are we hoping for from our photos".... then things got deep.
Khoa handed us a notepad and asked us to keep our responses to ourselves. He asked my husband and I to answer a few questions about one another.. not in a newlywed game sort of way.. but in an honest, emotionally charged way. This exercise was such an amazing experience and allowed Nick (husband) and I to see what was really important to us to feel and have our guests experience that day, and for us to feel and experience for the rest of our life as we look back on our photos of that day. I felt as if it were Nick and I being interviewed (in the absolute best kind of way), so that Khoa would be able to determine how best to truly capture us.
When this exercise was over, Khoa showed us some more of his work and it was done. We were hiring him. Period. Regardless of the cost. It was not until we inquired about pricing did he even show us his packages/pricing options.
Our package included an engagement shoot, something I didn't really anticipate wanting to do prior to meeting Khoa but I am SO glad we did. Khoa met us up in Sequoia and we had THE BEST DAY. It was so much fun taking photos among the giant trees, and Khoa was fun, professional and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire experience. At the end of the day, we figured we would get MAYBE 25-50 good photos (we are not photogenic people).... Khoa delivered 300+ of the most incredible photos I've ever seen.. I cried when I saw them. And they do not even come close to how amazing our wedding photos turned out.
Throughout our wedding day, Khoa made it a point to know every single family members name. He somehow managed to capture our relatively short ceremony from every angle, never missing a beat, and never being obtrusive. We didn't even know he was there. Someone had left a review a while ago on this page comparing Khoa to a ninja.. he truly is. I don't know how he was able to capture the photos he did. Khoa came to our venue for our rehearsal so that he could scope out the location for photo ops to ensure everything ran smoothly the next day; and it totally did.
This is a very long review.. but I just cant say enough amazing things about Khoa. Our entire experience with him was perfect, from start to..now. I won't say finish because we plan on using Khoa again and again. He included so many special touches, and has truly become such a good friend. -

My husband and I had an amazing photoshoot session with Khoa. There is no doubt that he is an exceptional photographer. First of all, he gave us advice on doing proper pose for the photo, so it looks as natural and creative as possible. We compare our pictures with others that we took with different photographers and Khoa’s photo definitely has the aesthetic taste and the originality. We are very satisfied with the quality Khoa delivered.
On the other hand, a whole day of working with Khoa only contains joy and laugh. He lit up our mood with jokes and humorous activities when we were tired from posing for the photo. Book him quick and you will have a whole day of fun while getting all the memories and beautiful moment captured through his camera lense. -

once in a life time photoshoot
1000 words cannot describe like 1 pic. Thats true when come to Khoa photography. I had a wedding photoshoot section with him like a month ago and his work was beautiful and naturual. He is passionate when he's doing photoshoot. In my section, He always made sure that me and my fiance had a good shot and natural looks. He showed us how to pose, he made us laugh with simple jokes so that he could capture a moment of us laughing. It was such a pleasure section doing photoshoot with him. We havent done any serious photoshoot before, but with him, he made it like really simple and easy to do. He complimented on our looks and pose, and gave us some advice how to pose with hands and legs. Also, before doing photoshoot he looked around the spot where we wanted to have a photoshoot, so that he could visualize how it looked in his settings.
After done with photoshoot, it was really quick just about 2 -3 days, he sent us sample photos of our sections. It was just to make sure that we were sastified with the pics, colors and pics that he picked. Overall, we are completely pleased with his photoshoot. Our pics turned out perfecly beautiful. He also even gave us some discount as well as more time on photoshoot. I would recommend him to anyone and my friends who want to do photoshoot with once-in-a-lifetime photo, beautiful and natural looks. -

Choosing Khoa as our photographer has been one of the best decisions we've made throughout our wedding planning process!
My fiancé and I agree that the photography was the most important service we needed second to our venue. We both work in the creative industry, so we were very critical when looking through and meeting with photographers to capture our special day.
We talked to several vendors, but Khoa stood out from the rest.
He is absolutely unmatched in how personal he makes the experience for you. We felt like friends instead of clients. In fact, on our first meeting we had dinner together at his house! He focused on getting to know us before ever bringing up his services. He even started us with an activity where we wrote down and shared things about each other and how we imagine our wedding. Top that with the breath-taking quality of photos and the creativity of his layouts we saw after that - and you just can't find anything better in San Diego.
Another bonus with Khoa is that he is willing to travel anywhere with you, for an extra charge he'll even travel out of state or cross-country! We took our engagement photos up in Joshua Tree and had a great time, he shot us in a bunch of locations and even found an awesome bonus spot outside of the park where we got some amazing photos in front of those massive wind turbines!
When we've gotten couples photos taken in the past, we usually come out with about 10 or 15 favorite select photos. From our one engagement shoot with Khoa, we already have almost 80 favorites (out of over 300 shots) that we are just obsessed with!
He makes your photos easy to see, organize and share after a session, and he makes his packages easy to add any special additions. He never nitpicks over contract details or technicalities (which I've heard that many photographers will do). He just wants for you to have the best photos and make memories in the process.
The experience we've had so far has been well worth the price, I know that we will certainly be in contact with Khoa anytime we want to capture an important life event.

We were lucky enough to be chosen for a free engagement session that required a bit of adventure (barefoot hiking up La Jolla's Ho Chi Minh Trail... in dresses) and he was incredibly kind, fun, and professional. We loved him so much that we naturally chose him for our wedding photography. We were just married three days ago and he was just as wonderful. My entire family and wedding party absolutely adored him. He surprised us with a few sneak peek photos and they are magazine worthy. We can't wait to see the rest! Tram Sent on 06/30/2018Khoa is an amazing, talented and professional photographer! He was recommended by my close friend and right after we saw his portfolio, we was hooked and decided to contact him to put down our deposit.
Khoa is an easy-going and caring photographer that you will feel very open, and comfortable to talk to and work with. We liked the idea that he invited us to his house that were lighted up by lovely candles and we have a dinner together. During the dinner, he asked us about our love story so he partly would get to know us. If you book him for your wedding photoshoots, you will feel how sweet he is.
I booked him for our both Wedding Tea Ceremony ( Vietnamese traditional wedding) that was held in San Diego and our Destination Wedding in Los Cabo San Lucas. He did the very great job in both places. His energy and enthusiasm were spreading to all of us and our guests that made us very happy about our choice.
One month later since our traditional Wedding in San Diego, we had our Wedding in Cabo San Lucas. He traveled 2 days earlier to the destination to explore all the beautiful sceneries by himself , so he took us to all those places to capture post-wedding photoshoots that made us very surprised and impressed!
Khoa is an awesome photographer that you won’t want to miss him on your special day. We experienced the great time to work with him. The most important thing is our photos turned out very great and natural.

We had him take our engagement photos and since we love the outdoors he came up with the great idea to take them at Yosemite! He showed up the day before us to check out all the best spots so he knew exactly where it would be best to shoot us. His pictures turned out amazing. He has been super helpful in communicating with us after the shoot about how to acquire the photos and how we can get a photo book made. He truly is a wonderful photographer that I would definitely higher again!

Lauren Sent on 03/10/2018We won an engagement shoot with Khoa and spoke on the phone for a while before the actual shoot. We all got to get to know each other and found out we had common interests and loved to explore/travel. We decided to do our engagement shoot in Yosemite. Khoa drove all the way from San Diego to meet us early in the morning to start our shoot! Even though this was the first time we all met, he made us feel very comfortable and made the process SO easy! He is very good with direction and has a great personality. Not to mention he always played good music to get us to kind of relax in front of the camera. He knows how to get us to laugh and be candid which reflected beautifully in our photos! From before the shoot until the very end when we saw our photos, his service has been AMAZING! You will not regret going on an adventure with Khoa to create such beautiful art/memories. We can't thank you enough!!! -

Madison Sent on 12/29/2017Khoa is an absolute magical wizard with a camera. For starters, just as a human being, he is awesome. He is one of the kindest people I’ve met, and he is just great to be around. My Fiancé and I never felt uncomfortable or awkward. I never like the way I look in pictures, and I am completely in love with every single photo he took. Khoa knows what he’s doing and was great at adjusting us so that we looked our best, and even though photo shoots are so out of our comfort zone, somehow we looked and felt so natural. His focus is capturing connections, and he is so successful with that. We love adventure and nature, and he somehow captured everything we love in our engagement photos at Yosemite National Park. I can not say enough great things about Khoa, and I have never been more impressed by an artist. He loves what he does, and it shows. He truly goes above and beyond. Aside from the fact that our photographs came out better than I could have ever imagined, he was professional, prompt, organized, enthusiastic, a great communicator and most of all - fun.
