Kevin was an absolutely wonderful wedding officiant. He worked with us from start to finish, from our initial planning call to the very thoughtful questionnaire he sent us to making any tweaks that we asked for. The ceremony was warm, loving, funny, and really memorable for everybody. Afterwards, everybody kept talking about how great it was, and we even had a few friends ask for his card. Set a great tone for the entire wedding
At every wedding the ceremony comes first and can set the tone for the entire event. Kevin was beyond outstanding. In equal measures professional, sincere, endearing and humorous he perfectly captured the bride and groom’s history with accuracy and wit. His delivery was superb and the “story” he told had everyone’s attention. Kevin’s delivery was exceptional and outdone only by his sincerity. Mother of the very happy bride!
Kevin set the tone for the entire wedding! In advance of the big day he sent questionnaires to both our daughter and her fiancé to learn more about them and you could tell that he incorporated their responses into his very personal wedding service. The couple come from different backgrounds and religions but all was handled in the most thoughtful way. On a personal note, Kevin’s delivery was thoughtful, loving with lots of humor but never took away from the couple. THANK YOU KEVIN!!

Kevin was the officiant for our September 2024 wedding in NJ and did an AMAZING job. We were looking for a secular officiant that could bring in elements of our cultures, and Kevin fit the bill exactly. He worked closely with us to build a very custom ceremony, and he even did a ketubah signing with us beforehand. He let us read the whole ceremony, so there were no surprises and so we could give feedback. All of guests were telling us afterwards how it was one of the most touching ceremonies they'd ever seen. We cannot recommend Kevin highly enough!

Heartwarming, funny, professional, all around great
We found Kevin through wedding wire for our wedding and could not be happier. From our first call, I felt connected to him and excited for him to be a part of our special day. He performed a heartwarming, funny, and romantic ceremony. It felt so personal and right for us as a couple. After our ceremony all of our guests were so impressed and loved the ceremony and Kevin! We’re still getting comments from guests on how amazing he was!
The ceremony was filled with laughter, tears of joy, and love. It was absolutely perfect, Kevin wrote and performed our dream ceremony.
Kevin supported us along the way, eased our nerves and gave us a ceremony to remember. My now husband and I were so nervous prior to the ceremony but Kevin walked us through everything. He was there for us leading up the ceremony for any questions and support we needed and was extremely professional.

Personal and relaxed ceremony with plenty of laughs
We really couldn’t have asked for a better wedding ceremony, Kevin helped create the most perfect day. Being from the United Kingdom and having our wedding in New York we wasn’t able to meet Kevin before the day, but he made sure he had a really good understand of us and our relationship before the big day which helped make it much more personal. He did this through communicating through our wedding planner and sending over plenty of questions that we could include all the details we wanted in the ceremony.
We were instantly put at ease upon meeting Kevin as he was such a lovely and friendly person. We knew straight away he was there because he wanted to be there and not just because it was his job. He had a genuine interest in our ceremony and us as a couple which really added to the day, also taking time to have a casual chat before the ceremony commenced. By the time it came to reading our vows we felt really relaxed and had such a laugh throughout due to Kevin being such a funny and genuine man. The times that needed to be serious and respectful he was capable of bringing the mood back around to suit this also. The pace of the whole ceremony was perfect and didn’t feel rushed/dragged on.
Since we got married 6 weeks ago- Kevin has kept in touch asking how married life is going which I think reiterates what I previously said about him having a genuine interest in what he does and it not just being a job.
If anyone has the choice to get married using Kevin then I would definitely say do not hesitate, you will have the most perfect day and ceremony. Thankyou once again Kevin.

Unforgettable ceremony experience
Kevin was incredibly helpful and guided us well during the ceremony. There are moments when Kevin could tell we were anxious and he calmed us down making sure there were no awkward moments. In fact, he paused several times for me to wipe my sweat. It was an unforgettable experience and all our guests told us how magical the ceremony was.

I didn't have a single adjustment to make; it felt so personalized and sincere. The day of the event he arrived early, looked sharp, and was so warm and personable. After the ceremony, my guests and family kept complimenting me about how great he was!! LOL ... He really was ... my husband was even impressed! Oh, Godness! Gem of a person. I would start right from the beginning- he was spontaneous and accurate with his information and communication. Any questions or concerns I ask, I always end up getting extra useful information and he goes beyond to help me out.
On the day of the wedding, I still cannot forget the moment how he calmed me down, confidently console me how smooth, lovely, and humorous the ceremony he can do for us and he did it right.

We were so lucky to find Kevin.
He was incredibly communicative and responsive, his ceremony was thoughtful and well written, and he made our guests all over the world feel like they were part of the ceremony.
He has a genuinely kind way and it is clear that he has a true passion for marrying couples. He even followed up after the ceremony to let us know he would be happy to help with anything in the future.
In terms of organization, Kevin was superb. He sent us regular reminders and updates. He helped us pick an outdoor location that was beautiful and could not have been better given the COVID restrictions in NYC.

Wonderful Experience with Kevin
Kevin was the officiant for my wedding in Central Park under Bethesda Terrace. My husband speaks only French, so that was a bit of a challenge. However, we were able to use my husband's friend, Romain, to translate the ceremony for him. So Kevin and Romain went back and forth in between English and French, respectively. The flow of the ceremony was amazing; and we could really feel that Kevin was happy for us and was also really taken with our unique story. Being able to share it with our friend Romain is an experience we will never forget. I would highly recommend Kevin for your ceremony.

Kevin was quick to reply and made our beautiful day spectacular. Our original officiant cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, we scrambled to find a replacement and came across Kevin. Kevin responded immediately and confirmed he could fill in. Kevin was extremely professional, reliable and even fun to work with. He came to the ceremony early and extremely organized with a binder in hand. We got to know each other in the limited time we had and he delivered an absolutely beautiful ceremony. We wanted to take a moment to thank our officiant @KevinBain. I must confess, I didn't know what to expect since a conventional wedding was out of the picture. I thought it'll be a quick "I do," sign forms and the boom we’re married! But i was wrong. Kevin was amazing! Getting married during these times is certainly not ideal but he made Its immensely special, I cannot express this enough! He’s a captivating speaker and can work a crowd like no other. Everyone was listening intently (including the by standers 😂) as he opened the ceremony. He was very charming and had us smiling the whole time. Kevin was the officiant for our wedding, and we had a wonderful experience with him. He was always kind, understanding, and calming when we spoke about our wedding and the type of ceremony we were trying to achieve. He was receptive to any ideas we had and worked closely with us to create a ceremony that we were comfortable with. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, he was very quickly responsive to any questions we had via email, which is always helpful in the busy wedding planning process! He was also flexible in meeting dates/times for our initial meeting, which was important to us since we were coming from out of town. Our ceremony was executed flawlessly, and he truly made it meaningful and special for us. In addition, he fully connected with the audience, and the ceremony left nearly everyone in tears. All the details that represent us. He kept professional - arriving very early, talking though the details with the other vendors, walking us through the details that we ourselves weren't clear on. From the 1st email with Kevin We had a great feeling about our vowl renewal. We met up with Kevin just 2 days previous to our big day and OMG He was just lovely. He made us feel at ease with our upcoming day, and after our meet we felt we had known him for ages. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to conduct our day.
Our ceremony was very meaningful and this was down to what Kevin had picked up from the 1 meeting we had.

Kevin was one of the most instrumental parts of our whole wedding and we can't imagine having anyone else officiate our special day. My husband and I had a very personal, intimate and touching wedding ceremony thanks to Kevin. Our guests couldn't stop commenting on how our ceremony was the most inspiring and unique they've ever experienced. From the very first moment we met Kevin, we knew he was what we were looking for. He took the time to get to know us, listened to our love story, and created a beautiful ceremony that made our wedding day unforgettable. Kevin also recommended that we had an unplugged ceremony (no cell phones, taking pictures, etc) and it was the best decision we made. Every single one of our guests were fully engaged during the ceremony and it felt incredibly special. It is evident that Kevin loves what he does and is truly an expert. He is professional, very responsive, a joy to work with, and passionate about what he does. We can't recommend him enough to future brides and grooms for the most unique and unforgettable wedding ceremony!

Kevin was booked as the officiant for my brother and sister in laws wedding through a wedding planner. Although we did not choose him, we could not have picked better.
He made the ceremony so personal and special to the bride and groom. We couldn't reccomend him enough.

Kevin was very punctual and assisted in clearing the area we were getting married in as we had a permit for the area. We are from the UK and the first time we met Kevin in person was at the ceremony. As the groom, he calmed me and spoke to me for 30 minutes which is exactly what I needed as I was nervous. He wanted to get to know me and know all about my wife and our friends and family. During the service, he was personal, heart warming and fun. We could not have asked for anyone better to marry us. He even offered to meet up with us for a drink the next time we are in the city and offered his services for the future if we wanted to renew our vows. Very, very good!

"The best ceremony I've ever seen!!" was a common phrase during my cocktail hour and reception which would not have been the case if it wasn't for Kevin. Not only was he genuinely interested in learning about us as a couple and sharing our story with our guests, but you can tell that he is extremely passionate about what he does which made for a great ceremony.
As much as we were excited to party, my husband and I knew going into wedding planning that the ceremony most important to us. In addition to a questionnaire which ended up in both of us submitting 10 pages each about ourselves, relationship, and family, Kevin would literally talk with us for HOURS to get to know us on a personal level which made the ceremony so special and completely unique to us.
As a (somewhat) Type A bride that doesn't like to relinquish control--my biggest advice if you make the excellent decision to work with Kevin will be to TRUST THE PROCESS. He is great and lets you read the ceremony as many times as you want beforehand, and there were some parts that I would read and think "take that out it's too embarrassing or personal" but my husband rightly convinced me to stop nit picking and trust the delivery will be okay. Well good thing I listened because Kevin knocked it out of the park and those parts that I thought were going to be too dorky were the most memorable to all of our guests.

Kevin officiated our wedding on September 23rd and he did a wonderful job. Our initial meeting with him wasn't just a token 30 minute meeting and here's my terms. He spent a lot of time talking with us, getting to know our story a bit, showing us some of his prior work and telling us a lot about him, as well. From there, once the contract was signed, he sent a questionnaire for the two of us to fill out, which was used to create the ceremony. Since my wife and I were not having a religious ceremony and didn't have any special family ritual, Kevin helped us to find a ritual for our ceremony that worked for the two of us. He was always responsive via email and listened to our concerns.
Come the wedding day, Kevin showed up early, met our families and put them at ease by making them laugh. We rehearsed, but he kept the details of the parents ceremony we chose as our ritual a secret. Our ceremony turned out wonderful. Kevin's performance of it had some people in tears. We received so much praise about how beautiful and personal our ceremony was. We highly recommend Kevin if you want a ceremony that is truly you.

Kevin is beyond wonderful. He personalizes the ceremony through a questionnaire he has both the bride and groom fill out and is super responsive to all questions. He truly loves what he does and his excitement is infectious. When I attend weddings, I usually find the ceremony to be the most boring part and too long. Not with Kevin, however. A few people have told me that the ceremony was the best part of the whole wedding, to my delight. I highly recommend him.

Kevin was a fantastic officiant. He was genuinely interested in us, our family and friends and you could see he cares. Since the wedding, Kevin has followed up with us making sure we got our license and generally asking about us. I could not recommend Kevin enough!

This November 2016, my wife and I were married in Central Park. It was a magical day, spectacular Fall weather, in beautiful Central Park, NYC. While planning, we researched several wedding officiants and made the decision to go with Kevin Bain. We could'nt have been more pleased. Words can not express how much we love Kevin!!! He was able to tell our love story perfectly. Our ceremony was better than I can ever have dreamed. I am Jewish and my husband is catholic so we wanted a nondenominational ceremony. Kevin truly delivered a ceremony that made everyone laugh and cry and captures our love. There aren't enough positive things I can say about Kevin. He performed our wedding ceremony this past weekend, October 15th and it was just amazing. The ceremony was perfect! From the first time we spoke, Kevin was truly happy, enthusiastic and showed true love for what he does. He was genuinely excited for us and we can't thank him enough. Our guests loved the ceremony, it was so personal & tailored wonderfully for our relationship. Kevin brought nothing but happiness, tears of joy and genuine emotion and even some great humor and laughter to our wedding. I can't recommend him highly enough. Anyone looking for an officiate would be lucky to have Kevin perform their ceremony. We absolutely love him!!

I used wedding wire to help me arrange my wedding in NYC back in March this year. Myself and my now husband James live in Manchester in the UK and so had no clue of how to arrange an NYC wedding. With only 6 or so weeks to plan and organise the wedding, finding Kevin on wedding wire was the best thing that could have happened! The ceremony was just the two of us and Kevin made us feel so at ease and special. Not only did he help us arrange the ceremony from start to finish, and find a fabulous photographer, but he helped make the ceremony what it was: perfect! We couldn't have done it without Kevin and I cannot thank him enough!

Kevin put a lot of time and love into creating the most beautiful ceremony for us. He worked with us throughout the entire process, assuring us that everything would be perfect...which it was! We booked Kevin a little late in the game (about 4-5 months before our wedding) and he still got it done with ease. He captivated the crowd with his enthusiasm and spoke as if he knew us for years. He had the crowd laughing, ahhing, and crying with tears of joy. Our ceremony was the most beautiful ceremony and I wouldn't change a thing.

Kevin is absolutely AMAZING. He put on a beautiful ceremony for my husband and I this past July 24th. We booked him pretty early on, about 6 months in advance and off the bat we were wowed by his enthusiasm and blatant love for what he does. We told him what we wanted and he delivered! He was sweet, funny, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He gives really prompt responses to any questions or ideas you may have and he is very accommodating and helpful. I am so pleased with the ceremony he performed for us. It kept our guests intrigued by our love story and we could tell that they were all captivated. We really wanted a beautiful ceremony as we felt it was the heart of our wedding and Kevin gave us all that and much more. Not to mention he looked very spiffy for the ceremony ;) Kevin is awesome…

We booked Kevin pretty early on in the planning process after scouting our a few officiants on wedding wire. When we met with him, it was so apparent how truly passionate he is about telling love stories. His enthusiasm is infectious! Throughout the process we spoke with Kevin about things we wanted to include and not include in the ceremony. We wanted something up beat, non-religious and something that really told our story. It's so often that you're at a ceremony and you're bored, Kevin kept guests captivated the entire time. So many of our guests came up to us praising Kevin's ceremony.
We can not thank Kevin enough for being such a great and inspiring officiant for our wedding!

Kevin officiated our wedding on 13th May this year and I cannot explain how exceptional the service was that he provided. He is so genuine and friendly, he really put my husband and I at ease throughout the whole process and ceremony. His words were beautiful, exactly what we wanted and he made the whole ceremony fun and cheerful as well as romantic and personal. I'm so happy we chose Kevin to marry us, he is truly fantastic. Everyone who has watched our wedding video has also commented on how amazing he was and said that they have never seen a better officiant. I attended my friend Jacquie Malanga's wedding on April 2, 2016 and was utterly impressed by the officiant, Kevin Bain. He had obviously taken the time to get to know the couple as the ceremony was beautiful... Not a dry eye in the house!!! It was a truly perfect way to start off a beautiful marriage.

Kevin was just amazing! We chose him after reading the amazing reviews. My husband is Jewish and I am Hindu so we wanted a non denominational ceremony with a few Jewish traditions mixed in (we had a Hindu ceremony the week prior to the American Wedding). Kevin was just wonderful. He sent us a questionnaire that we had to fill out and wrote this amazing ceremony telling our story. So many people asked us if he knew us before this because he told our story as though he'd known us for years. We couldn't have asked for more. It was just perfect the way he told it. And it wasn't too long, he kept everyone engaged the whole time.
I am so happy we found him for our big day! It was more than we even expected.
