10/10 experience with Ken

Ken was amazing to work with throughout our whole planning process & the day of our wedding. He’s so funny & makes you feel comfortable when taking photos. He has a light & airy editing style making his pictures look natural & romantic. Ken & our videographer (Peter from Wedding Cinema - also a 10/10) worked seamlessly together. They were both mindful of allowing my husband & I to really enjoy the day despite being pulled for photos. They kept the process quick but efficient so we could be out on the dance floor. I honestly didn’t notice either of them during our ceremony or reception as they worked their magic in the background. Ken sent us a gallery of 3,000 photos which is INCREDIBLE & even made separate folders for different parts of the day (prep, first look, ceremony, etc.) I never imagined getting that many pictures from a wedding photographer. I cannot recommend Ken enough!

The best photographer!

Ken was recommended to us by Giorgio’s and we are so happy we booked with Ken! From the initial meeting with Ken my husband and I were so grateful to how easy and open Ken was to us of answering our questions, working with us on a timeline for our wedding day, etc. we first met Ken for our engagement shoot and instantly felt super comfortable working with him! Ken was so easy going and helpful through the whole wedding planning process & beyond! Ken was able to accommodate all the photos we wanted and more!! The day of the wedding Ken and his assistant never stopped photographing all the special moments and making sure that the photos were done as smoothly as possible! The wedding photos came out amazing and we’ll cherish them forever! We highly highly recommend booking with Ken!!

Amazing Photographer!

Ken was everything we could ask for and more. His personality is infectious and really helps get everyone excited and happy. We have so many pictures that just captured the day perfectly. The hardest part is picking from all the amazing pictures. There are too many to choose from. He was easy to work with, responsive and we would highly recommend him.

Absolutely Incredible

Where can I start! Ken is an amazing photographer! He is so goofy and fun I love it. My husband is not really a fan of taking photos but Ken made it all work! It was such an incredible experience from booking him to our engagement shoot and then our wedding. Ken has a way of always bringing energy to the day. We met Ken at a wedding showcase and he stood out right away. He was the only one that caught our attention. He made a late night appointment with us to sit down and go over everything because both my husband and I were working late hours and it was great. Then we scheduled time to have our engagement shoot and that was amazing also. Ken was running late from the prior shoot but he called us and made sure we were aware. Just before our wedding on Monday, Ken gave us a call to go over timing and everything. He is very open with explaining his timelines which I love. He was at my house around 10:45am and started right away. My husband had a 2nd photographer at his house so that he can have his get ready photos taken. Both Ken and Mike worked extremely well together that day bringing us beautiful photos for our memories. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to work on our albums!

First off we had Kenny As our photographer and Andrea as the assistant. We knew we loved Kenny from the moment we met him for our engagement photoshoot. His energy and smile is contagious. He makes you feel so comfortable and excited. And then Andrea… she was such a blast to have there for the wedding. She definitely calmed my husband down time after time again and he was so grateful for that. She knew more than just an assistant photographer! And then Ken, the owner told us he had off the day of our wedding. He said I might come. I might not. LOL we said take the day off no worries. Welp. He showed up and I don’t know about you but the owner coming showed us how much he loves his job and it’s not like our price was bumped up because we had an extra photographer. He came just to come!! And he was amazing!! Of course!! Because we were so ahead of time, we got sooo many photos and video footage they all said “we’ve never taken this many photos of a couple before and been to this many places at the venue for photos before” We were so happy with Ken hild photography and couldn’t imagine using anyone else on our special day.

Pete was our videographer! He was amazing!! Just like the photographers he was there every step of the way. Masking us laugh and making us more and more comfortable. The whole vibe between the photographers and videographer was great. Everyone was working together and laughing and basically making it the best day. Because we were so ahead of time, we got sooo many photos and video footage they all said “we’ve never taken this many photos of a couple before and been to this many places at the venue for photos before” this made us so happy!

Winter Wedding in New Canaan, CT

Ken is absolutely amazing! Our engagement and wedding photos are gorgeous and memories we will cherish forever! Ken is creative and detailed in every aspect. After moving our big summer wedding in the Hamptons to a winter wedding in Connecticut. Ken trekked all the way to snowy Connecticut for our 16 person Covid safe wedding! It was more dreamy than we could imagine. Ken capitalized on the winter wonderland backdrop and got us in and out for the cold for photos extremely fast! He knows how to connect with the guests and loves cracking jokes - which some serious men need when taking photos! We would recommend Ken over and over to capture your special day. He fits right in and gets it done! The photos were also available within days and I cannot say there was even one bad photo. Ken knocked it out of the park and we hope to use him in the future.

Joy to work with

We booked Ken almost 3 years before our wedding and then had to change our date 4 times so it feels like we've known him forever! Through it all Ken was so flexible and accommodating of all the changes! Ken was a preferred vendor of our venue and came HIGHLY recommended. Ken has a personality that is so fun but for sure get's it done. We unfortunately had rain on our day but Ken was so prepared that we were able to get ALL of our photos outside when there was a window that it stopped raining. We haven't gotten all our pictures back but the ones we have are absolutely beautiful! All I can say is trust him, you will not regret it! Put your faith in him and he will deliver! Thank you Ken!

A true artist

My fiancé and I hired Ken and his team after seeing samples of many photographers and once we saw his work we knew he would capture our day perfectly. His photos are all natural and no cheesy editing effects like fake sunlight. He made sure we were out for pictures at the perfect times to capture what he was looking for. Another thing we truly appreciated were the candid photos and not so many staged pictures but also loved that fact that throughout our whole day it was like we knew each other for years, a real down to earth professional. Also major bonus points when we found out our date is also his anniversary.

We had Ken's amazing team of Kenny and Andrea shoot our wedding and not only were the pictures amazing, artsy and dynamic, but we had so much fun during the entire processes. Couldn’t be happier with this team

Choosing Ken hilds company was a no brainer. Ken was very professional when approaching our first meeting. Reading over notes and already having Giorgios albums pulled aside to give me a better vision of what my day would look like. After seeing 6 other photographers we saw this as well he beat fit. Our main photographer was Kenny and let me tell you that man was amazing. He was so organized and so encouraging when taking the photos. I was even more amazed once we got our photos back. Mike was our second photographer and was great as well. No matter who you get you know they will be amazing !

We hired Ken for our outdoor wedding celebration at the Jamesport Manor . From the first contact we knew that we were in good hands. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Dream Photographer

From the minute we saw Ken’s photography and met the man himself, we fell in love. Ken Hild’s outgoing and spunky personality is outstanding. He is easy to talk with and always trying to lend a helping hand in the wedding process. Ken is truly a photographer and a wedding planner all in one. I’m not joking— Ken developed a day-of schedule for us and walked us through the logistics of how everything will happen. He is part of the reason why my wedding day ran so smoothly. My party was extremely large (10 bridesmaids, 10 groomsmen, and our immediate families). Ken was able to keep everyone moving and get as many pictures as he could which if anyone knows our hectic families, that is difficult! We also told Ken that we didn’t want to miss cocktail hour so Ken was there bright and early and stayed to the very end making sure we were able to get all our photos in before sun set and got us there right on time for cocktail. My husband and I were so pleased. He brought with him his assistant Mike who was equally as amazing and just as awesome as Ken himself. The two of them worked so well together and I was soooo happy to have them both there. Ken has this ability to capture those little moments that emphasize the love a couple has for each other and you can tell that Ken truly takes pride in making sure every photo is as perfect as the next. Our engagement photos came out stunning and everything I ever imagined. I haven’t received the photos from my wedding day yet (it was only a few days ago) but I will tell you I have no doubt that he has captured beautiful photos of the love my husband and I shared on our wedding day. If you haven’t booked your photographer, you’d be crazy to pass up this man. Ken Hild is worth every penny. We cannot thank Ken and Mike enough for all their hard work and passion on our wedding day.

gorgeous photos & great person to work with!

From the moment we met Ken, we knew to stop meeting with other photographers! We are in LOVE with our photos! He did such an amazing job capturing each detail of our wedding day! He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. He has such an eye for capturing the best angle, I was truly in awe when I saw our pictures. We had a few different places we wanted to take pictures at after our ceremony (a rustic barn and wine cellar), in a limited amount of time, and Ken was able to make us laugh and feel relaxed to get the most beautiful shots! Ken Hild Photography is outstanding! If you are looking for something other than your typical wedding photos, then you need to book with Ken. He has such an artistic eye and he is insanely creative. He of course will take your traditional shots, but he will also go above and beyond to make sure you have modern day pictures. I am beyond thrilled with how all of my wedding photos came out.

Ken Hild is not only a professional at what he does but a professional in every aspect. Our pictures came out abolsutely beautiful!! He was able to capture every specific photo with relatives and friends I wanted, able to get every spot I wanted to hit before cocktail (windmill, beach, golf course, etc.) and even able to get all my photos done before a scheduled time because I didn’t want to miss my cocktail hour. Ken is the most amazing photographer I met. He is easy going and makes you feel comfortable taking the millions of photos you take on such a crazy day. I unfortunately fell two weeks before my wedding day but Ken was super supportive of my inability to move quickly. He made me feel extremely comfortable. Ken is an AMAZING photographer! It was obvious from our first interview with him that Ken was our guy. His down-to-earth nature and sense of humor put my husband and I at ease that he would be the perfect addition to our wedding venue team. We had gotten engagement photos with him an my husband and I spent the whole session laughing, it was such a fun day and Ken was a huge part of that. We received our photos soon afterwards and were beyond impressed; it was obvious we had the right choice. They were so good in fact, we used his photos for our save the dates.

Leading up to the big day, Ken was probably the most organized of all of our vendors. He had a set timeline months in advance which became the guideline for all of the other venues. He was quick to respond to all of my emails and was always organized. We couldn't have asked for more on our wedding day. Everyone loved him--our family, our wedding party, guests, and most importantly other venues. It was easy to smile when Ken was around and I know both sides of the wedding party have fond memories from the whole day.

About a month after our ceremony we had preview wedding pictures available and less than two months after the ceremony we had all of our photos. I am floored at how well the photos came out, Ken truly has a talent. He caught so many special moments, I am so grateful that they are forever immortalized. I honestly don't know how I am going to pick photos for my wedding album. Frankly, I could rave about Ken forever and it wouldn't do him any justice--if you hire Ken you won't be disappointed!!

As a professional event planner, I have worked with many photographers. When deciding who to use for our wedding I was extremely picky and held my standards very high. Ken and his team did not disappoint and I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else on such a special day. Ken brings an amazing energy to the day and works very quickly. He captures the moment and the day as it unfolds and makes everything feel easy and natural. On our wedding day there was an amazing sunflower field that had not been harvested and we took full advantage of it for pictures. Even with the extra stop Ken and his team were able to stay on track and get EVERYONE (our family, the bridalparty and ourselves) to cocktail hour on time! During the reception they are always there to capture every moment, but do so without you ever noticing or feeling like they are in the way. Ken and his team exceeded my very high expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend that you book him as soon as possible. I can’t talk about Ken without mentioning Pete. Pete Galgano is from Wedding Cinema and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to work with Ken than Pete and his team. The two work flawlessly with each other and make the day go extremely smooth. They keep you laughing the entire day and they never missed a single moment. If you want not only amazing pictures and video, but great company and great people to be surrounded by – Ken and Pete is honestly your dream team. Ken is amazing. Our pictures came out fantastic and he was very quick with their delivery to us.
Make sure you hire him because you won't be disappointed. All of our guests commented on how discreet he was and he was truly able to capture so many memorable moments. Definitely a win!

There are not enough good things to say about Ken Hild and his Assistant Ken. My wife and I had our wedding on a very rainy September day. Ken came ready to work to make our photos as good as they could be with all the rain and that is exactly what he did. Our photos came out beyond perfect and by looking at them you would never know it rained at all. Ken spent hours of his day out in the rain, getting soaking wet to get our photos, and never once did he give up or not give 100%. They were so professional, funny and outgoing and made everything go so smoothly with the photos. If you are looking for beautiful photos, a fun, professional photographer and an all around great experience, my wife and I would highly recommend Ken Hild. Thank you so much for everything, our photos are amazing and really captured every great moment of our special day!!!!

Ken was very professional. We met with him for engagement photos before our wedding, which helped break the ice for the wedding pictures. After family pictures were taken, we didn't even know he was there, and didn't feel the pressure to stop and pose throughout the day. We would highly recommend him.

Ken Hild was amazing to work with. Our engagement photos were amazing!! Ken always stayed in touch throughout the wedding process and any questions we had were always answered. A few days before the wedding he contacted us because rain was in the forecast, he was prepared and gave advice as to what to get incase of rain. He also called the venue to see if we could get in earlier in the day due to weather. The day of the wedding, Ken was on point, checking the forecast, and he kept things moving along and on schedule. His assistant was very good as well, and always fluffing the dress. Also Ken is very creative and is able to work in all types of surroundings. We can't wait for our album!!! Ken is the best!!

Ken Hild was exceptional for our wedding and engagement photos! Ken has so much energy, it's contagious. My husband is not one to pose for photos etc, but Ken made our engagement shoot and the day of the wedding run smooth, and he did it effortlessly. I'm so happy that I booked Ken for my wedding at Giorgio's this past May! He was so easy to work with, was very responsive, and made the whole process from our first meeting, to engagement shoot, to the big day fun! Our pictures came out beautifully and Ken knows all of the best spots for photos at Giorgio's, so if you're getting married there the decision is a no brainer! He spends almost every weekend shooting at Giorgio's. He also brings an assistant with him, who will act as a second photographer when they aren't helping him. We got back almost 1800 pictures from our wedding day! I think one of the best things about booking Ken is that he doubles as your wedding day planner! On our first meeting, he mapped out a whole timeline of the wedding day for us so that we knew what times everyone should be where and so we knew how to plan accordingly. Ken also knows how to make you feel comfortable in front of the camera, he even made my picture-hating Husband comfortable during the engagement shoot so that the wedding day was a breeze. Thank you Ken for capturing all of the most important moments of our wedding!

We knew within minutes of meeting Ken he was the photographer for us. From the engagement shoot until the end of the wedding Ken was nothing short of amazing. We Had Tony as our photographer from Ken Hild Photography and he was absolutely amazing! He did both our engagement shoot and our wedding photos. The worst part about having Tony was trying to pick which photo was our favorite because we had soooooo many beautiful shots. Tony was friendly, coached us through breathtaking photos, and is a master with different types of lighting. It rained on our wedding day and our ceremony had to be moved inside but he made sure we had outside photos taken and you would never even know they were taken under an overhang on such a cloudy day!! A+++++ We would definitely recommend Tony and Ken Hild Photography!!

I first met Ken Hild in July 2013 when he photographed my sisters wedding. It was clear from that day that my husband to be and I would not look any further for our wedding photographer. From our first meeting, my husband and I loved working with Ken. He is a wonderful photographer with a great eye for detail. He makes you excited about the process and his enthusiasm is contagious. I was worried about being the center of attention and having so many pictures taken but from the engagement shoot to the wedding Ken did nothing but make us feel comfortable. In addition to being the best photographer on Long Island Ken Hild is also a great person. He is the type of person you meet one time and you feel like you have been friends for 20 years. He is friendly and fun and his body of work speaks for itself. Ken took over 2000 photos at my wedding and captured such beautiful moments that people are already asking for copies. Another bonus about Ken Hild is that he is efficient. Within 1 month of my wedding I have all of my photos, have chosen album leather and I am on my way to completing my album. This is not the normal situation. Many people wait months for their photos only to be disappointed. Ken Hild did not disappoint us and I recommend all brides who want a great photographer who really cares about the couple he is working with to book Ken Hild.

Ken was amazing every step of the way. From the engagement shoot, to contacting us about a timeline, to the wedding day he was professional, prompt, and his love for what he does shined through in each conversation we had. Working with Ken and his staff was wonderful. The engagement photo shoot was great, to help my husband and I get comfortable with being the "center of attention." The day of, Ken was on time, professional, creative and clearly well experienced. He knew which angles to play with and did his best to make sure to capture every detail of the wedding. About 2 months after the wedding, we received a USB and CD with all of the photos, fully released to us. Between the wedding and when we received the USB, my father-in-law suddenly passed away. When I contacted Ken to get some photos of my father-in-law from the wedding, to use at his services, Ken and his wife were understanding and accommodating, sending me ~10-12 pictures promptly. Their compassion was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend working with them on your wedding day!

Besides the great personalities of both Ken and his assistant, Ken, you can expect help with your engagement photos, full day commitment to your event, no photography cap, a quick turn around of your photos, and complete ownership of all photos with no watermarks. Ken is fantastic at planning every minute of your day, working under quick changing timelines, and keeping control of the photo shoots while acknowledging what makes the groom and bride happy.

Personally, the best thing about Ken and crew are their personalities and obvious love for what they do. I hate having my picture taken and am not at all confident with myself. They made it so easy to want to have your picture taken, not feel weird about it, and to look at my photos and feel like I liked how I looked meant the world to me.

I used Ken Hild for my October 18th wedding, and he's just amazing. From beginning to end. Our engagement shoot was so much fun he was flexible, he was creative with the shots he took. Not your cookie cutter run of the mill photographer. Ken really has an eye for detail and creativity. We did our pictures before the wedding in a movie theater and the pictures came out beyond amazing. Everyone had so much fun while we were shooting. Everyone at the wedding came up to me to tell me how amazing he was. Our bridal party had fun so taking pictures was not this torturous experience. He was professional but still kept it light and fun. He got so many great shots, made sure he checked in with me to make sure I got all the shots I wanted. He never missed any candid moment throughout my wedding even the ones I missed and was told about afterwards. I highly reccommend Ken!

Ken did such a great job photographing our wedding day. So far, we've gotten to see the sneak peeks and they are absolutely amazing and we have gotten so many compliments from family and friends. On our wedding day, of course, I was nervous but Ken and his team helped me to feel at ease and comfortable. Because I'm an OCD freak, before our wedding, I emailed Ken about 30 photos I had found and loved from Pinterest. Ken printed them and had them as a checklist to make sure he got every single one the day of our wedding. He knew the perfect lighting, locations, poses....etc. to make our photos so beautiful. Ken wasn't pushy or in the way at any point during the day. So many of my friends have said that their photographers drove them crazy the day of their wedding... Ken was the complete opposite! Our wedding day flew by and I'm so glad that we had such an amazing photographer to capture every moment of our day.

Ken Hild Photography (including Ken and his professional team) were the absolute best. Ken met with us several times months in advance to coordinate plans for our wedding. On the day of, it was clear Ken did his homework as the wedding party members, family, and friends flowed seamlessly as Ken directed groups in order maximize on the time that we had for photos. Ken has a particularly keen sense of humor and got everyone smiling. He also went above and beyond to take photos at a nearby beach, golf course, and to meet with us discuss proofs and printing. Oh yea, our photos were absolutely awesome as well (and he loaded a 50+ sneak peak package to Facebook a few weeks after the wedding). Awesome work! Ken Hild Photography covered it all. I have gotten so many compliments from my family and friends asking who my photographer was and I am glad to say, Ken Hild Photography. From the start, we knew we made the right decision with Ken. In our first meeting it was obvious he loves what he does and takes it very seriously. If you need it, he helps you map out your day (which I recommend) to make sure you enjoy your cocktail hour and reception. We were so excited to work with Ken, a few weeks after we booked we set up our engagement shoot. We went one day after work to take pictures at the beach where my husband proposed and on the way back we stopped in the village for a few extra pictures. When we got our engagement photos we couldn't believe how many pictures we had to choose from. We had the pleasure of meeting Ken Hild by a recommendation from one of his previous clients. They raved about him and his services and they were right on. From the start my husband and I knew Ken was it. He was flexible enough to meet us closer to the city, since he is out in Long Island, and was super friendly. Ken is a very funny, full of energy, amazing, and creative photographer. On the day of our engagement shoot Ken stood with us over the time he allotted to ensure he had the right shots. On wedding day we had a beautiful location with amazing outdoor location but the weather was not on our side. He creatively ensured we still had quality shots where you could not tell it was raining. Ken was the best vendor we hired for our wedding! We enjoyed working with him as he is easy going and listened to exactly what we wanted. He also had great ideas for pictures that left us with a variety of amazing photos. We had a huge family to photograph and he handle the task with ease. I would highly recommend him to any bride who wants great quality photos and doesn't want to worry on her wedding day about her photographer capturing each and every moment. We had such a great experience we are planning to have Ken photograph our baby for his first pictures.
I was, however, surprised to see on this site a negative review of Ken's services where the person who posted used my wedding date. Please disregard that review of Ken's services as my wedding was the only one Ken photographed that day. If there is ever an issue which I doubt there would be, if you bring it to Ken's attention he would be more than happy to fix it immediately.

Ken and his team get 5 stars on every criteria listed. His packages are flexible, you choose what you want and he can customize the package for you. The quality of the photos from my e-pics to the wedding pics are great, Ken is very responsive and very professional. He was in control of the timing the entire day and always ready to set up for the next shot and he has a great attitude. He had Chris assisting him and I know sometimes Chris works as the main photographer when Ken is booked. I would have felt equally comfortable having Chris as the main photographer as well. Another great guy. I'm very happy with my decision to book Ken and I would do it again. I highly recommend him to anyone.

All I can say is that the decision of hiring Ken and his team for our wedding was quite possibly one of the best decisions that my husband and I have made together in the 5 years it took for us to get down the aisle! From start to finish, Ken and his team were absolutely amazing. They were so flexible and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The thing that we love most about these guys is that they are completely upfront, realistic and always there for us whenever we had any questions. When I sat down with Ken to plan the day it really helped me get organized and understand the whole process of the wedding day, it helped calm my nerves and let me know what to expect. He was also great in helping me plan out the family shots, even the ones that I didn't think to get! Ken really knows what he is doing!

On the day of the wedding Ken and his team (Chris and Kenny) arrived promptly and were like a well oiled machine ready to work! They had the perfect balance of getting creative shots of me getting ready while keeping a respectful distance which I greatly appreciated. Ken has such a wonderful eye and sets up beautiful shots while his team handled more of a candid photojournalistic approach. Chris is absolutely full of positive and awesome energy, he knows how to get that perfect shot! Meanwhile, Kenny always seems to be right around the corner, never in the way, but always there for those perfect special intimate moments.

During our wedding, our guests kept raving about Ken, Chris and Kenny! Our guests loved that they were so approachable. Several of our guests commented on how great they were and that although they were clearly doing their jobs, that they were having fun while doing it which created a contagiously happy vibe that added to the overall party!

One of the greatest things is that Ken posts "Sneak Peeks" of your wedding online shortly after, which is a major treat for everyone!

Amazed! We had researched a few photographers, even went to a few super high end photographers and were impresses with Ken Hild! We knew we had already liked his work from what we saw online and then really knew that he was fantastic once we sat down with him and poured over so many wedding albums. Each book was better than the rest and they were real. Pictures were edited artistically but maintained the quality of the person. We received our sneak-peek albumn online and are extatic with his work. Ken has a great vision and incorporates so many aspects in his work. Our engagement shoot last year was also a success. In just 2 hours he captured us all over Port Jeff. We used those pictures for our save the dates, and our wedding guest book. It's also a bonus that you receive his pictures copyright free so you are able to prin them all again.

Ken was great to work with. He outlined a very honest and realistic timeline and also was flexible working with my family and taking pictures at Giorgios. He is always looking for another cool shot. I knew he was near us during the reception but never disturbed our guests. He always made sure he got the shots he needed and worked well with his recommended videographer. He had a great assistant that was also obviously as talented at Ken is. We highly recommend Ken Hild...we are so happy he was our photographer.

Ken and his team were fantastic. We really got along well with them and they were really easy to work with. Not to mention the pictures are beautiful and he takes a ton of them for you to chose from. The price was completely reasonable and you get a lot for you money. We would highly recommend Ken.

Ken Hild was great to work with! We had a very large bridal party-which could be a daunting task getting 20 people quiet and smiling to take pictures! Ken had a great sense of humor and his high energy was infectious. We really wanted someone who knew the grounds of Giorgio’s because there are so many phot ops. Ken knew exactly what would look good and where to go. Ken doesn’t mind doing whatever it takes to get the best shots. He was lying on the ground, up on a latter, leaning over a stairwell. We couldn’t be happier with how our pictures came out. I don’t know how we are going to pick from all the incredible photos for our album.

Ken... Chris... WOW!!!!! We haven't even seen the pictures yet and we are truly excited, by just seeing the glimpses on the cameras. They were truly amazing on our wedding day. Talk about nerves kicking in... and they knew just how to make us laugh and smile and put us at ease. Ken is a Machine! He kept things going, according to schedule, and made sure he got all the shots, and many more. He was always professional and very responsive through the whole planning process. If you wanted an amazing, truly talented photographer... choose Ken Hild Photography. You will not have any regrets. Chris & I were truly impressed, and our families cannot say enough nice things about this company and how kind and easy they were to work with.

Best decision ever!

We worked with Ken for our July 2022 wedding. He brought an indiscribable energy to our incredibly stressful and hectic day and treated us like friends rather than wedding clients. Ken and Kenny (our second photographer) were kind, funny, patient, and flexible. Two months after our wedding, we got our photo gallery back and are in complete and utter shock at how beautiful the photos came out. We're so thankful we chose Ken to photograph the most important day of our lives.

Ken Hild is an amazing photographer!! The packages he offers are very well priced compared to other photographers we looked at & his work is just outstanding! His personality is so friendly, you can't help but laugh & have a great time while working with him. Over the summer we did our engagement shoot with him since this was included in the package we choose. He got those pictures back to us very quickly so we could use them for our Save the Dates. The day of our wedding he arrived on time & was very professional. He did all of the pictures we asked him too & some he thought would be great & they were! Towards the end of the night it started snowing...Ken was thrilled to set up outside & capture us in the snow! He also posted a sneak peek of our pictures on Facebook about 2 weeks after the wedding, which was so fun that all our family & friends could share that with us! I would recommend Ken again & again!

We booked Ken Hild for our upcoming wedding about a year ago. Since we first met him Ken has been absolutely wonderful. Upon our first meeting he took the time to get to know us and see exactly what we were looking for with our wedding pictures. He showed us many different examples of his work and because he is a preferred vendor at our venue, was able to give great examples of specific shots we can take. He is very reasonably priced and even provided a complimentary engagement photo shoot once we booked. The engagement shoot was great because it gave us an opportunity to see how we would all work together on the big day. The engagement pictures came out amazing and we can not wait to see the wedding photos!! Ken has been responsive to all our emails and phone calls in a timely manner and has been really helpful in coming up with a timeline for the day of.

We would highly recommend Ken Hild Photography!

We are so happy with the services we recieved from this company! Ken's co-photographer Chris was our photographer for our engagement photos and wedding photos and I cannot say enough amazing things about Him!! So personable! My entire bridal party loved him and he was able to get every shot looking like my husband & I were models (when I assure you we are NOT lol). Chris was always a text message away and was in contact with us the whole step of the way! We are just in the process of selecting photos for our album from a huge array. Each one is better than the next. Ken really caught the mood of the wedding and took some really exceptional pictures. The surroundings at Giorgio's were beautiful for our sunset wedding and Ken made the most of that. The only problem is deciding which ones to use in our album.

Ken is an amazing photographer that won't rip you off. Just write down the prices he quotes you because sometimes he forgets. He did such an awesome job on my wedding pictures and truly covered the whole day...I think he spent 11 hours with us! I loved how excited he was about all of the cool things we had, such as the candy station and the rose petals for throwing. He captured everything I told him to capture and more.

Ken has been great to work with so far. My fiance and I are planning the wedding from a distance and he was able to fit us in for a weekend engagement shoot. The shoot went really well! He got several amazing shots and really knew what he was doing. Ken is fun, easygoing, and efficient (without sacrificing quality). We received a USB drive with all of the engagement photos within a month of the shoot. If he keeps up the level of service he's provided so far, he'll have been well worth the money!

POST-WEDDING UPDATE: Ken showed up on time the day of the wedding with an assistant/second photographer and was every bit as good at the wedding as he was at the engagement shoot. He is super-efficient and quick without sacrificing the quality of his photos. The Facebook "preview" of the wedding photos was up almost before we got back from our honeymoon and the USB drive with all of the photos was not far behind. The photos came out amazing (we haven't gone photo-by-photo, but the large sample we've reviewed are all fabulous. Ken does great work and we still highly recommend him.

Many thanks to the staff at Ken Hild Photography for helping create tangible memories of our wedding! I have never worked with a more unprofessional un talented photographer in my life.
The photos were totally pedestrian and lacked creativity.
His additude was rude and inflexable.
He failed to take requested family photos. He set up meetings in parking lots to review pictures on his car trunk. I felt like it was a drug deal.
This was the most beautiful weddings that is still talked about, but with very little to show for it.
Thank The Lord for the Videographer who was truly amazing.
