Wow wow wow, hats off to Wedgewood! My time at Ken Caryl Vista was exceptional from the moment my husband and I walked our tour to the final moments as we were leaving from our perfect wedding night. I really want to mention Felicia and Kade on the Ken Caryl Vista team. Kade was someone who helped us from the beginning and they were extremely enthusiastic and eager to plan us the perfect wedding. Felicia was our day-of coordinator and she went above and beyond in planning, coordinating, and the execution of our big day. Wedgewood is completely transparent about pricing and that was maintained until the very end. You are paying for your wedding but you are also paying for stellar service and an unbelievable team. FOOD WAS AMAZING! Drinks were flowing, and I felt like I could sit back, relax, and wait for my cue. Of course I had nightmares about my special day not turning out the way I wanted, but Felicia grabbed me before the ceremony I saw my vision perfectly executed. The team is very friendly, detail-oriented and organized with their timelines, keeping us on our toes to plan. Although it was a destination wedding for us, it felt so seamless. They even send you a wedding binder was such a great touch and definitely needed for us.
From the very beginning, Heidi gave us a fun, informative venue tour and we fell in love with the space and services immediately. She answered all our questions and laid out the pricing of everything clearly.
Further into the process, we got to meet with our coordinator Amanda and she was bubbly and delightful. She was accommodating on guiding us to make many decisions and gave great suggestions. During our wedding day, she was positive & reassuring even though we were running behind schedule. I really appreciate her for calming my nerves and making sure things were running smoothly and we were getting fed (still dreaming of those delicious appetizers)! Also loved the champagne/mimosa set up in our bridal room when we arrived!
They also have a cool spring extravaganza for couples to try out the food and photobooth. We loved getting to meet other couples and get to experience how our guests would feel like. BIG KUDOS!
Kade had great energy and was very funny during our final meeting and during the rehearsal. They kept up the good vibes and hyped our family and friends up. They took good care of our wedding items the day before & made sure it was good to go the next day for our coordinator.
Their recommended floral and bakery vendors were wonderful. Mulberries Cake Shop planned our vision of cake and cupcakes to exactly what we wanted. The desserts were a hit and our guests couldn’t stop raving about them.
Juniper & Honey were able to execute the color and floral combo I had described to them perfectly. My bridesmaids & I all loved our bouquets.
Sydney was a great banquet captain. She made sure the ceremony entrance was running smoothly and along with the schedule of food, donut wall, and cake. There were also some photobooth printing issues at one point but she & the team resolved it quickly so much appreciated! Cool as a cucumber.
A big memorable part of our day was the bar. Firstly, they helped us design a very cute signature cocktail sign! And we wanted to give Gabe the bartender a huge shout-out. Our crowd had heavy bar activity but he handled it with such professionalism. No cutting corners, he made every drink solid & strong from start to finish. Many of our guests discovered their favorite drinks that day.
Our DJ was amazing! DJ Zeyta was so personable, fun, and chill. She was able to guide us respectfully through our activities and timeline to make sure we were back on track with our timeline. Not only was she a DJ, but she became a dance lead for our guests and everyone had such a blast dancing to “Wobble” with her!
We are still on cloud nine from what a perfect day we had and it’s a big thanks to the KCV team. The table & plate set-up was arranged exactly how we wanted. The food was spectacular, such as the crab cakes, Jamaican jerk chicken skewers, and braised short rib (shout out to our chefs Bret & Chris!!) Our guests loved the photobooth; the lighting + props were the best. We also appreciated that they packed us the leftover cake and food for us to enjoy after 😊
We would definitely recommend Ken Caryl Vista to other couples. Big thank you to everyone who made this dream destination wedding a success!!! -

Buckle up, this is going to be a long winded dedication comment to explain the extreme badassery that is the entire team at Ken Caryl.
Amanda Myers, the person we originally met with as we toured the venue and first became interested in Wedgewood locations in Colorado. She matched my energy level from the very beginning, and walked us around while bringing our vision to life as she asked us questions and offered suggestions to make the wedding what we wanted it to be. While she didn't end up being our day of coordinator, she still helped us through out the entire planning process and remained in contact.
Heidi Mentz, our day of coordinator. We had been in contact with her as much as the rest of the planning team at Ken Caryl, and when we finally met her in person and sat down together to discuss the final details we were blown away. She was amazing at everything she did, putting every worry we had to rest and helping the bride, Erika, as the bride explained her back up plans for the day of. Without judgement, Heidi understood our need to not have anyone ruin the day we had been looking forward to for so long. During the final meeting Heidi helped the bride with the itinerary and adjusted what they had been discussed previously to meet the new needs of the photographer and family requests at the last minute. She did so with grace, humor and excitement that we fed off of. Heidi kept a level head and energy that was so relaxed. Anytime something came up, it was immediately handled without hesitation and constant reassurance that it wasn't a problem for her to handle, or that it wouldn't take anything to clear it up and right whatever the issue was. The bride was so pleased about the expert care Heidi took in keeping everything going smoothly without making Erika feel rushed or pressured about anything. Heidi was a coordinating ninja as she ran around with a smile on her face, taking care of the Bride and Groom. The bride has no words for just how amazing Heidi was to her, and we can't thank her enough for everything she did for us.
Shayna, our banquet captain, was Heidi's second in command during our wedding. She was ready for anything that was asked of her, always keeping an eye on the time and on the bride and groom. They did a wonderful job executing everything and being a calm presence around us on our day.
Our photobooth attendant, K.C was wonderful and expressed her joy at the Star Wars theme of our wedding. Everyone who spoke to her said she was funny and professional while she helped them navigate the photobooth and get them their pictures.
Our servers, Cane and Sydney, the bride and groom didn't get much time with them because of the rush of a wedding, but there were nothing but good things mentioned about them from our guests and how smoothly they worked during the wedding. Thank you both so much!
Our bartender Nicholas, you served those drinks with a smile and had our guests laughing with you as you spoke. The first time the Bride came to the bar, he was phenomenal with his service and warm smile. The drinks were heaven, and we only wish we could've enjoyed more from him!
Our chefs, Chris and Brett, I don't think we actually got a chance to meet either of you, but that food. Oh.My.Goodness. The bride would've happily died living off of nothing but the macaroni and cheese croquettes, as well as the entire stunning breakfast buffet they served. We would recommend that choice of food and those chefs specifically for anyone doing an event with Ken Caryl Vista!
Kade Gooderham, don't think we forgot about you! We met with Kade during a details meeting, as well as being in contact with them during the whole process with the rest of the Ken Caryl Team. They did a wonderful job of keeping us on track, reminding us of things they recommended be completed by a certain time for everything to run smoothly. They addressed our concerns at the budget, and worked with us to figure out what we needed and what we didn't. We are positive that Kade could handle anything thrown their way without batting an eye! Thank you SO SO MUCH KADE! -

Working with Kade, Heidi, and all of the other staff at Wedgewood was an incredible experience! My husband and I felt that our day was perfect and because of their guidance and transparency, we were able to feel confident and comfortable heading into our wedding day. Throughout several cancellations for the pandemic we had different venues planned, but I’m so glad it was Wedgewood that we had the actual wedding with. Planning the wedding from abroad they were so patient and helpful, not to mention flexible. Heidi and Audrey helped us all along the way and Heidi was there for our actual event. The wedding was everything we dreamed of. Being abroad it was particularly helpful that the vendors like flowers and cake were not something we had to find ourselves. -

I got married here a few weeks ago and it was one of the best decisions I made. I planned my wedding in 4.5 months and these people made the process so smooth and easy. I went with their preferred vendors so the venue coordinated everything with them and took a lot of stress off of me. They also did set up and made sure that the wedding ran smoothly and beautifully. My friends and family are saying that it was the best wedding they ever attended. I wanted to give a special shout out to Audrey who calmed me down when I was having a mini freak out and stepped in when the officiant got the time wrong and didn't show. This place went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them more -

My wife and I had our wedding at the BEAUTIFUL (and newly updated) Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings in Littleton, CO almost two weeks ago now. All I can say is WOW! We live in Texas so this was a destination wedding for us.
For this reason, we needed a venue/vendors we could rely on 100% from far away, and preferred an all inclusive package for simplicity.
From the first initial visit right before COVID in 2020, throughout every step of the way, we had someone holding our hand and walking us through every minor detail and having their vendors reaching out accordingly. The process was seamless, the communication unmatched. The sales planning office, day of coordinator (AMAZING), banquet coordinators, every member of their team and their vendors pulled through for us in the best way. Our wedding day was so beautiful and went exactly to plan (if something did go wrong, as the bride(s) we weren’t aware -so that’s always a good thing haha)! The food was delicious and we got so many compliments on the both the food and bar service.
Every detail was exactly as we had imagined and I cannot thank the Wedgewood Ken Caryl team enough for helping craft the best day of our lives! I 10/10 would recommend Wedgewood and all of their preferred vendors (photography, dj, flowers, bakery, etc). Cheers!

The most magical day beyond what we could have dreamed!
I cannot say enough good things about Wedgewood Ken Caryl! They were amazing to work with and made our day magical. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and they made everything so easy. With them being all inclusive, it also was amazing as they contact everyone for you. Audrey was our coordinator and is one of the most amazing humans. She made planning easy and truly understood our vision. Being a gay interracial couple, we always have the worry of judgement but Ken Caryl made us feel so comfortable and didn't even think twice of 2 men getting married. The views of the foot hills and just the venue as a whole is gorgeous. We got so many compliments at our wedding and after on how beautiful our venue was, how great the food was, and how awesome that staff was. They can pretty much accommodate all your wishes and we could have not asked for a better day. Thank you Ken Caryl for truly the best day of our lives and helping us create memories that will last forever. -

We just finished up our wedding at Ken Caryl Vista and have nothing but great things to say! We postponed from last year and they made that whole process a breeze! All of the coordinators listened to us and what we wanted and made sure our dream wedding came to life!! They are so quick to respond, upfront about costs, have the best ideas, and truly listen to what you want your wedding to be. Also you can use as many/as little of their vendors as you want. We ended up using mostly their vendors and they were all amazing! Lisa was our day of coordinator and was more than we could’ve asked for. Called us an hour before we headed over to talk about weather, gave us multiple options for a plan B, and listened to us to make sure our priorities were going to be met. She made sure our day was perfect, which it was so much more than the perfect we had imagined! Not to mention, the venue with its new upgrades is beautiful!!! If we had to do it over again, we would 100% book this venue a million times over! -

Ken Caryl Vista was spectacular and made our wedding day one of the best days of the year! My husband and I are super grateful for their flexibility and letting us postpone our original date to a new one due to COVID and the amount of guests we wanted to attend our wedding. We still have our guests telling us how much fun it was and how great it was to see others they haven't seen in over a year. Ken Caryl Vista made the day go smoothly and effortlessly. Everything was so amazing and flowed so well! Any little mishaps we had were corrected on the spot and so gracefully you couldn’t even tell. Our banquet captain Jake made sure we had fresh drinks non stop and brought us Mac n cheese from our Mac n cheese bar with all the fixings while we had our dinner. He also switched out our chairs for us since they were the wrong once without issue and very casually! Morgan our wedding coordinator was so amazing she made sure we had everything we needed and that everything ran smoothly! She even FaceTimed my mother during the entire ceremony so she could watch! We were so fortunate that Morgan was not only our wedding coordinator but also our everyday contact. She answered all our questions, changed and updated our contract every time we changed our minds on something without any issues!! Our bartender Kira was amazing she made sure our drinks were always fresh and was so nice to all our guests. Emily our server was very sweet! She helped pack up our snacks and cake with Jake and made sure we didn’t forget anything! Everything was so beautiful! We really couldn’t have asked for anything better! Everyone was so impressed with all the hard work they put in to make our dream wedding come true! -

Amazing, prompt, personalized service
The Wedgewood Ken Caryl staff was more amazing than we could ever express. From our first visit to the venue to our wedding day, every single person at Ken Caryl went above and beyond to make us feel special. Courtney was our main planning partner and our day of coordinator and I sincerely cannot do justice to how amazing she is. She was available every day, day or night, to answer any and all questions. Wedgewood packages are fully customizable and extremely reasonable in pricing with regards to uplighting, beer and wine bar, and table-scapes. Because they are an inclusive venue they handled most of the communications between our different vendors. The day of our wedding they took all of my concept ideas and decorations above and beyond what I could have imagined. The banquet staff was on point all night keeping our plates and glasses full. You cannot go wrong with Wedgewood Ken Caryl. -

We had our wedding at Wedgewood Ken Caryl on June 30th. I cannot say enough good things about this venue and staff. First, they make planning so easy and they were always available whenever I had questions. Courtney was so helpful and she really made sure our vision for our wedding was achieved. They set up all our decor just as I described it and the venue was beautiful! It rained on our wedding day and the staff quickly changed our ceremony from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding. The food was exceptional and we received so many compliments on it. The banquet manager and staff were also so amazing and they really helped our wedding go flawlessly. Our guests had a great time and I would recommend this venue to anyone. -

The venue was beautiful, everyone that worked there was so nice and helpful, and they made the whole process so easy and essentially stress free! With it being all inclusive the costs can rack up pretty fast, but we had our wedding during the off-season (April) and in the morning to cut down on costs and it worked out so perfectly! When we told Wedgewood we wanted to do a brunch wedding they didn't bat an eye and the food was pretty darn good!Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings's reply:

So many things were in included in the package that made the planning stress free. And the team is absolutely amazing. They were always on top of everything and communicating with us. We had to bring our ceremony inside the day of and they made it look gorgeous! So grateful for the Ken Caryl staff and for them putting the effort into making our day perfect!

Dani Sent on 04/06/2018My husband and I decided to do a destination wedding to Colorado and we were please to find Wedgewood. There are multiple locations all around Colorado and other states. We wanted something close to the mountains, but within a 30-45 minute drive from Denver airport. Throughout the 4 months of planning our wedding the Wedgewood staff was there every step of the way. On our big day they proved to us how much they believed in their staff, venues, and in making our day the best. Courtney was a day of coordinator and she was calm and made everything go smoothly for us. I would highly recommend Wedgewood and their staff.

J Sent on 01/20/2018My husband and I got married January 2018 and used the Wedgewood Ken Caryl for our reception venue and are SOOOO glad we did! What drew us to this venue in the first place was the scenic foothills right in its backyard, as well as the very reasonably priced packages that the Wedgewood offers. We had 200 guests at our wedding which can get pricey, but the Wedgewood and its amazing staff enabled us to put together a plan/package that we could afford AND accommodate all the wonderful features we had hoped for in our wedding reception. We did lots of mixing/matching from the various packages they offer, we "upgraded" in some areas and "downgraded" in others, and never once did they complain at a change or make us feel guilty for trying to save money. We highly recommend spending the money on a "day of coordinator" as Madeline did an INCREDIBLE job of setting up/tearing down all our decorations, coordinating with all our vendors, keeping the timeline running smoothly, and even sent us home with a to-go box from our dinner which we ate together at our hotel that night. Madeline along with the other staff that night were nothing but helpful and professional and made the night seamless. The Wedgewood at Ken Caryl was very flexible with all of our special requests, and provided lots of advice throughout the planning process. Madeline and Courtney both helped us do research on external vendors including getting price quotes on a stage for the band and good restaurants to host our rehearsal dinner. We would recommend this location to anyone in a heartbeat! Not only for their service but also for the views; we had many guests from out of town who were blown away by the location and our pictures turned out incredible. We relied very heavily on reviews of venues during our own search for a location, which is why we wanted to take the time to give back with a review of our own experience. Dena was so helpful the day of the wedding and kept me calm and relaxed before the ceremony. She provided champagne and fruits and cheeses in our suits which was a nice touch. They really cover everything including The fine details that make your special day memorable. They took a picture of us as soon as we walked down the isle and had it framed and sitting on our sweetheart table with a thank you card as soon as The reception started. They really add The special touch! The site is beautiful and they have all inclusive packages that work with every budget. Ask for Dena or Courtney when planning your wedding. -

Erica Sent on 05/04/2017I could literally go on and on about Wedgewood Ken Caryl and their staff! They made the wedding planning process so easy and stress-free! We were on a budget and WW was upfront with all of their costs, which I LOVED! We never felt pressured and the entire planning process was on our terms and budget. At our first visit, Courtney and Emily (now at WW Brittney Hill) took the time to create 3 different budget proposals to show us costs of everything up front. It was GREAT and we booked that day!
The entire planning process with WW was AMAZING! We got to work with Courtney and she was so accommodating, gracious, understanding and provided us with EXCELLENT customer service. She was incredible to work with, answered all of our questions, and was very timely with responding to emails. She made the entire planning process so easy! LOVED HER!
The venue itself is perfect. There are huge banquet rooms, outdoor options, and indoor ceremony options. There is a beautiful Terrace that looks out west towards the mountains and there are beautiful rolling green hills in the distance. Right below the terrace is a bright green golf course, perfect for taking pictures.
Their food was incredible! There is a kitchen on site and they do all their cooking on site. So many people at our wedding went back for seconds and were telling us it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding! We also had a hosted California bar which covered beer and wine for our guests.
Our wedding was perfect and everything went off without a hitch! Courtney and her staff set up the event and kept us on a schedule that day. Once Courtney left for the evening, the banquet captain Ulysses (sp?) took over and he was a gem. He took care of us; made sure we had a drink in hand all night and even gave us a bottle of champagne at the end of the end of the night.
We couldn’t have made a better choice than to get married at WW! Thank you for everything!!! You’re the best!

The best decision we made besides getting married
My husband and I had the best experience with Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings! We needed the assistance as I’m not the wedding planner of the year type and Kade & Heidi showed UP for us. They both gave advice on what was popular, what fit our “vibe”, and were so flexible with my slight indecisiveness. We can’t express how grateful we are to the whole Ken Caryl Vista team for helping us have the best day of our lives. You won’t regret booking your special day with this team! -

The team at Ken Caryl has made wedding planning a breeze! Once we booked them, they sent us a complete wedding binder with information. They’re always eager to answer questions and modify wedding packages in a way that best suits us. They are prompt with emails and phone calls, I’ve never had to wait more than a few hours to get my questions answered. The space is wonderful and already feels fairly decorated just by the cute, warm design it already has. Meals, booze, DJ, centerpieces, set up, coordinator, tear down, all included! The one thing I wish I knew beforehand is just some restrictions on what they allow. No sparklers, confetti, candles, or fake flowers are to be used, which is understandable, just things to take into account while planning. -

We scheduled our wedding several months in advance and COVID concerns lead to a cancellation and a forced reschedule. Even though the venue could not reschedule appropriately they pursued us for the 'payments' towards our original date and would not refund ANY payment we made. Our options were forfeit our $5000 deposit or reschedule to a date of their choosing. We were bothered by multiple employees to the point of tears and frustrations. Very upsetting to be told what day you would be getting married - I mean I guess they have us a few options -- let's see Halloween, Thanksgiving - or a year later... I would not recommend this venue.
