  Kellie Allyn's was the best choice we made when deciding on who to hire for wedding photography. The images they captured were beyond amazing! We had her design our album for us and it was better than Christmas morning when we opened the book & looked through the pages. What I really have to comment on was Kellie & Alicia's PERSONALITY. They are what made the day with photos. They were both so patient with the flower girls, and that alone equals some incredible shots! Kellie was very flexible & was able to meet with me at 9pm when I arrived in town, just to dicuss packages. The overall experience was beyond compare. I have already recommended Kellie Allyn's Photography to several of my friends!

  Kellie was an ultimate disaster to work with. Our engagement photos were late to arrive. To make up for this she gave us some free photos. I suppose it was a nice gesture, but the photos were duplicates of images we had already ordered. Why do we need 3 extra 5x7 photos of the same pose? It would have been nice to get a discount from our original order or the choice of other poses. The wedding photos turned out nice, however she wasn't very organized when it came time to order them. We also decided to get a "coffee table" photo album through her company. That was a horrible idea. She claimed to have adequate computer knowledge to design the book, but couldn't figure out how to download a font or draw a border around a photo. I had to inform her on how to do these things. She also claimed to know and understand the process of sending the page layouts to the printer. She did not. The entire "coffee table" photo album process took way too much time, especially since I had given her layouts for each page. Kellie used personal issues as excuses for things taking too long, and made up several excuses not to meet with me during the process and making a new assistant meet with me to pick up the book - not very professional. I would not recommend Kellie Allyn's services to anyone.

  No time was actually specified to the customer for engagement prints, or to us from the customer for a need-by date. Had we known she wanted them by a specific date we would have gotten to her on time. When she commented on them being late, we simply tried to please her by sending her free prints of what we thought were her favorite images.
  We worked extremely hard to please this woman no matter what we did she was unhappy. We have NEVER had a Bride like her in all the years we have been photographing weddings. Give her something free & she did not like that. She was very specific as to what was wanted for her album and she approved each page before going to print. We had difficulties with our printer due to her pages being so specific they could not do exactly what she wanted for the page sizes she wanted. Her book turned out GREAT. Despite how she felt we worked with her, we felt she DID like the images we created for her, as she placed a sizable order. She was a beautiful bride & we have several of her images in our studio, and it is hard to not take negative critisim to heart.
  She knew ahead of time her images would be a late delivery due to Kellie giving birth to TWINS less than a month after her wedding, hence the reason for an assistant to meet with her. Kellie went above & beyond to try & please her & she ended up with a GREAT deal of FREE things just to TRY to make her happy that this customer failed to mention. She appeared satisfied when she left and now we see this negative comment, how fair is that? There are some people in this world you just cannot make happy no matter how hard you try.
