KCI was a huge hit at our wedding. Everything from the appetizers to the main courses and sides were raved about, even months later. And that was just the final product. These gentlemen were always available for us, even before booking them, to help and answer any questions. We met up multiple times for taste testings, and each time we were blown away by both the food and their hospitality. They seriously care about making your day as wonderful as imagined, and they delivered with zero issues. I would recommend KCI to anyone needing quality, customer service, and a super friendly caterer that cares about their customer and their product! -

Working with KCI was truly a pleasant experience! Communicating with their team was great from start to finish. They were sure to honor our dietary restrictions and the food quality was phenomenal! It was so good I had to send this email to them below:
I just wanted to let you know todays setup was on point!
In addition, we have received so much positive feedback regarding the quality of the food. There was another group onsite that had catering set up through another company and the switched completely to our side due to KCI’s food being better! I’d say that is a major win for everyone!
I would highly recommend KCI for catering and we will definitely consider them in any future events we may have. -

Literally 10/10, best catering service and thank you for making our wedding day hassle free for us! Couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. From the beginning, Jordan has always listen and has been great at communicating. He took care of every request we had from beginning to end! That just shows how amazing he is to work with! My husband and I really do appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. So many great compliments from our guests about the quality of food and the quick bartending service as well! The KCI team made our wedding the most memorable experience. Not once as a bride did I doubted the team, I put all my trust within the hands of KCI and I’m so glad we were taken care of like family! Definitely will refer KCI to all future brides and grooms! Thank you so much!! -

They went above and beyond for our wedding day and made sure we had everything we needed from the planning phase to the actual day of the wedding. We booked KCI Hospitality for our April 2025 wedding, and we are more than impressed with their services. Our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had! The tables were set exactly how I imagined. Jordan's team is great at what they do, and they put their all into it. We were planning on doing a DIY bubble tea station and having my MOH man it, but they graciously took on the task before we even had a chance to tell them no! Not to mention our coordinator was also down an assistant for our wedding and she was able to lean on Jordan's team to help fill in the gaps. If you are considering KCI Hospitality for your wedding or event, know you will always be in good hands and you will not be disappointed! -

Right out the gate Jordan’s and JT made us feel so comfortable! They were approachable and made us feel so welcome! They really make you feel like your wedding is just as important to them as it is to you!! We also loved that not only were they the faces you spoke to through every step, but also the amazing chefs creating our food! We didn’t even think twice after our first meeting and tasting that they were our people for the job! Our day of there wasn’t a detail missed and we can’t even begin to explain how many compliments we have received about the food! A top vendor in our book!! You won't regret having them apart of your special day! -

Absolutely exceptional! My husband and I had the pleasure of working with KCI Hospitality for our wedding six months ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. KCI Hospitality was incredible from the service, planning, down to the food! Everything was so easy to plan and they were so timely with communication. We got so many compliments on the appetizers and entrees from our wedding guests. They have so many options for appetizers and it was so hard to pick only 3! All of the waitstaff were amazing and they were so attentive. I have already recommended to two friends getting married this year! -

KCI Hospitality did an AMAZING job for our daughter and son in law's wedding! From the initial consultation to the day of the wedding, we felt seen and made to feel that we were their only clients. Jordan was the best communicator and answered all of our questions, and then some, promptly. He is extremely organized and attentive to all details! On the day of the wedding, he and his staff showed up promptly to begin set up and I never once worried about catering. Their staff is professional, caring and friendly and served all of our guests so well especially the bride and groom!!! The venue and our day of coordinator commented on how impressed they were with Jordan and his staff. Food was delicious and we had many guests comment to that!! I can not say enough good things about KCI Hospitality. We will definitely be using them again when we need a caterer! Thanks guys! We love you!! -

Top notch professionals with delicious food! Not only that, they were a blast to work with and added little touches to make the occasion even more special. You might say, "yes we can do that," was their motto! We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for another occasion. Our guests raved about the food and we still hear positive comments about them months later. In fact, our DJ said he has done 2000 weddings, and KCI was one of his favorites by far! On top of that, they are very kind people to work with, which adds to the fun and positive experience. You can't go wrong! -

Outstanding Full Service and Amazing Food!
KCI Hospitality catered my daughters wedding. These guys are absolutely the best! From the initial phone call, tasting and planning to the day of the wedding, KCI was on top of everything and so wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond to create the reception that my daughter envisioned for her day. Their food is simply amazing. We had so many compliments. Both the steak and salmon were cooked to perfection and the sides and appetizers were spot on. Do not hesitate to book with KCI! My daughters wedding went so smoothly and the owners of KCI were there from start to finish making sure everything was perfect. They are full service: table linens and set up, chefs, waitstaff, bartending and take down, all amazing. Thank you for helping to make my daughter's wedding day perfect for her and her husband. -

These guys are literally amazing!!! I can not recommend them enough. Seriously. The food was phenomenal. All my guests were raving about it. My husband, who is a huge salmon guy, even said, "This is the best salmon i've ever eaten!!".
The staff at the reception was also so great and hard working. Both wait staff and owners stayed the whole night, making sure tables got cleared off, and even made sure my husband and I had a little bit of everything on the menu for our private dinner together.
They truly blew me away and were such a pleasure to work with. You can really tell they care about their food and make sure it's perfect for your wedding. If you're trying to decide to book them, just do it! You seriously won't get anyone better!!! -

Whilst we have two and a half years until our wedding, these guys deserve praise now! Jordan has done nothing but do everything he possibly can to appease us without pressuring us into anything. We weren’t really sure what to expect coming into our tasting because we were able to get a lot more value for our money with KCI, but their first impression did NOT disappoint! We tried almost everything we would be having wedding day and we’re blown away with the quality of food provided to us. If you have any hesitations, don’t! Book a tasting with them. If you have anything you want to add, don’t be afraid to ask! These guys don’t know how to say no and want to provide what they can for your day! Jordan told us the tasting is a big deal because day of there’s SO much going on and we may not be able to enjoy it as much so they want to give us every opportunity to enjoy the investment we’re putting in. So much respect for that! -

My now husband and I wanted a brunch wedding. We had a budget and worked through many catering companies until we found KCI Catering. During the stressful season of planning a wedding, KCI made it such a breeze! They were SO helpful when creating a menu. They put a great deal of effort into making sure all of our needs are met. They created a special menu for us and the tasting was so delicious. This isn't one of those companies that is "in it for the money". Any minor detail that we had forgotten, KCI was there to make sure the day went flawlessly. I could not recommend them enough. Jordan and Eden absolutely KILLED it at our wedding and I still have guests commenting on how great the food was. They did our bartending services as well, complete with a mimosa and Bloody Mary bar. It could not have been more delicious and perfect. Thank you so much KCI!!! -
