Kayla was an absolute ANGEL on my wedding day. I traveled to NJ for the trial and she did a great job, it was flawless! She was so open and definitely listened to my wants and looked through the inspo I sent. The day of was amazing, Kayla was so sweet and calming. She stayed through photos for touch ups which was so worth it. She was an absolutely dream to work with and a total sweetie. She wasn’t shy about helping with my hair or dress when needed which was so appreciated. My makeup lasted perfectly through the night and I felt amazing. -

Never felt prettier
I met Kayla at another wedding I was in and knew right away I wanted to hire her for my makeup. I felt so extremely beautiful on my big day. Kayla listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered with ease. I wish I could hire her everyday for my make-up needs. Her and her team, are very nice, personable and attentive. I could not recommend enough! -

Kayla is the best!
Kayla is a makeup wizard! I have never felt more stunning than I did on my wedding day, all thanks to her incredible skills. Kayla worked her magic on me, my mom, and my bridesmaids, and the results were beyond our expectations. She not only made us look our best but also made us feel absolutely radiant. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and she has an uncanny ability to enhance everyone's natural beauty. What I truly appreciated was her perfect blend of professionalism and fun. Kayla made sure everything ran smoothly and on time, which is a bride's dream come true. Moreover, she took detailed notes during our trial run and executed our desired looks flawlessly on the big day. Kayla played a significant role in making our wedding day even more special. Kayla is such a wonderful artist who hones in on her craft while making one feel like we are just hanging out. My nerves were on an all time high planning a wedding but Kayla showed me during the trial that hiring her was something not to stress about; I felt as if I was talking to one of my friends! She just made everything feel so relaxed and fun! I wanted a natural glam, and being Asian I felt some artist over exaggerate certain features, but oh did Kayla stay true to my features which was the biggest sign of relief and gratitude. From understanding want kind of look I was going for to giving suggestions, Kayla was there the whole way through! Not only that but on my wedding day Kayla was more than able to help my now mother in law (who has Parkinson’s) with her makeup! My mother in law was nervous but when she got off Kayla chair she told me she absolutely LOVED Kayla and the makeup she did (: All the way till the next morning (I know it’s bad I didn’t remove my makeup at night lol) my makeup was there through all the sweat and tears hahah. Also I got pictures back and I’m INLOVE with how my makeup looks in them! I’m so so so thankful to have been recommended Kayla, she’s more than a dream come true for a makeup artist ! -

Kayla was incredibly kind, responsive, and transparent throughout the planning process and when the wedding day came she did the absolute BEST job for myself and my bridal party. My makeup has never looked as good as it did with Kayla's work. I wanted something that looked bridal but still natural and she absolutely delivered! She was also right on time with our schedule and was extremely professional throughout the morning. I can't recommend her enough and major thank you to Kayla for making me feel SO beautiful and at ease on my wedding day. -

Having Kayla as my MUA was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day vendor team. Kayla worked hard to help me identify a wedding look that matched my personal style and vision. She even wound up doing my makeup for my bridal shower when I wanted to explore a different vibe! At my trial, she asked me lots of questions to make sure that I was fully comfortable with the direction we were going in and explained her approach throughout so I could feel confident in the final product. This was so helpful for me because I am not a big makeup person and had a lot of nerves about not looking like myself or feeling like myself on the big day. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and at my shower, she nailed it 100%! And the make up held up through tears, kisses, hugs and SO MUCH dancing.
More than anything, Kayla has an amazing spirit and energy about her and it was a delight to have her in my getting ready suite on the morning of. Thanks for helping make the big day (and my whole wedding season) so special! I need an excuse to book her again asap - Kayla is the absolute best and I recommend her you book with her ASAP!! -

Kayla is the sweetest and most professional person to work it. I instantly got such a great vibe from her during my makeup trial and quickly knew she was the perfect makeup artist for my big day. Once you sit in that chair, she makes you feel so comfortable, like a dear friend doing your makeup. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and how she ensures you love the look before finalizing it.
On my wedding day, Kayla and her lovely assistant Danielle worked on my bridal party of 13 (me, 7 bridesmaids, plus 3 family members). I was astonished at how fast they moved but not rushed! We were even way ahead of schedule! Everyone's glam was absolutely flawless. When it came to my glam, Kayla made all my bridal Disney princess dreams come true. I've never felt more beautiful. She took her time with me and made sure my bridal makeup was absolutely perfect - it did not feel cakey or heavy, and she applied the false lashes so well that I barely even noticed they were on all night. Everyone kept complimenting me on my glam, and it lasted all day and night!

Kayla is the BEST!
Kayla is amazing! She is not your average makeup artist, she is a professional at what she does! Very personable and kind. I felt super comfortable with her and she was so informative on her products she used. She made me feel so beautiful during my wedding day (even the trial too!) my bridesmaids and mom loved their makeup as well! Amazing 5 stars
Let me help you save time -- just go ahead and book Kayla!! One of the things that I really loved from the beginning was how quickly I got a response about turnaround time once I submitted that I was interested. There are so many things as a bride you're trying to balance that it is so helpful to have a timeline for when you will hear back.
Now let's talk about the makeup. Flawless from start to finish -- I felt so comfortable with her from the moment we started doing my makeup trial. It was a great team effort -- she gently encouraged a more pop look on my eye which I LOVED. But also immediately changed my lip color when I wasn't 100% sold. Makeup did not feel heavy and looked flawless all night long -- We hit the clubs after our reception and makeup was not budging. Kayla thank you again -- I was not a well rested bride (partied all wknd) and it did not show on the big day! I can't wait to book again!!! -

Kayla was hands down the best decision of my entire wedding!! Not only did she bring a wonderful energy and sense of calm to a chaotic day, but her work is absolutely stunning. From start to finish she was incredible to work with - she is honest, kind, personable, beyond talented, down to earth, and an absolutely beautiful person inside and out!!! She made me feel so relaxed and so confident - it was easy to put my faith in her hands. I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and I give Kayla all the credit for that. Not only did my makeup (and my bridesmaids) look incredible, but it lasted allll night through all the hugs, sweat, tears, and kisses!!! Kayla is amazing! THE BEST!
Kayla was incredible! Such a sweet soul. An angel. She made me and my family feel completely at ease and relaxed. She was the BEST part of our wedding prep. She talked us through all the products she used which we all immediately purchased after my wedding.
Me as the bride, I really connected with Kayla. Our conversation flowed, I felt relaxed, supported and calm. My make up as did the rest of my family’s turned out PERFECTION. It stayed all day and all night.
I was Kayla’s first international bride, coming all the way from London to NYC to get married. I had no trial. I trusted Kayla and she gave me the look I desired for my special day. She captured what I wanted, and made me feel beautiful. She made me look like a bride.

Kayla is top tier!
Booking Kayla was one of the best decisions I made on my wedding day. Everything about her is top tier. Not only is she an extremely talented and gifted makeup artist, she's also the loveliest person to work with and be around! My makeup looked absolutely perfect, photographed like a dream, and lasted until the following morning. I am so happy our paths crossed, she made me look better than I could have imagined. There are no words to describe how absolutely beautiful this woman made me feel on my wedding day. I wouldn’t expect anything else cause from the moment I met her at my trail her energy was incredible.
She understood what I meant when I kept saying I want makeup but I still want to look like me. I had people of different skin tones she was able to beautifully match everyone’s skin tone. And she hit every look out of the ball park!

I came to Kayla after a bad makeup trial and from our initial conversation, I knew I was in good hands. Kayla ended up being my favorite vendor of the wedding weekend! My biggest issue with my first trial was finding an artist that understood how to work with my South Asian skintone- Kayla understood my concerns immediately and delivered the most flawless look for my day. She worked with the color palettes of my dresses, and what I loved most was how modern but still timeless the whole look was (completely up to date on the latest trends in makeup but still kept things super clean and timless). Lastly, Kayla is just a gem of a person- you spend your whole morning with your Makeup Artist, so you want someone relaxed and fun. Having Kayla was like having a friend all morning, she kept me laughing and relaxed. I booked her Gold Package, a must for South Asian brides. I only wish I met Kayla from the very begining! -

The BEST decision - Holy grail for POC!!
As an Indian person I was very concerned about finding a makeup artist and team who understood how to cater to my skin tone and the skin tones of my diverse bridal party. When I came across Kayla’s Instagram page I was absolutely floored. She is able to accentuate the natural features of all of her brides in such a glamorous way. I was also blown away by the different packages that she offers for her brides. I appreciated that she was also extremely easy to talk to via our initial communications which put me at ease. You can tell that she also wants to have a connection with her brides as well, and this isn’t just a business for her. I booked her without a trial because I was that confident in her abilities and didn’t want to lose out on her! I did a trial much closer to my wedding date and she was so open to having a discussion about my likes and dislikes. On the day of she was bright and early and did a phenomenal job! I was so happy with how everything came out! I usually don’t wear a lot of makeup so she just made me look like me but much more glam! It was such a great transformation! She even went out and bought a foundation that she thought would suit me better before my wedding day. Kayla was beyond professional, so so so talented, and just so sweet. Her team was also ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! My bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law were absolutely stunning. I could not stop looking at them! I went with the gold package which included a makeup artist staying behind for 3 hours to do touch ups on me which was so necessary for me since I cried my face off and her team member worked MAGIC and put me back together right before I walked down the aisle. This type of service is unbelievable and really nothing I saw in any of the quotes I received in my makeup artist search. I would recommend Kayla and her team without hesitation! -

I had an amazing experience working with Kayla for my vow renewal. She did my makeup as well as my mother’s and MIL’s. Everyone looked amazing and my makeup did not move until it was time to wash it off nearly 12 hours later.
I would not hesitate to recommend Kayla to any bride seeking a first class makeup experience. Because of her artistry I looked and felt really good on my big day. -
