  Fantastic Planner and designer

  If I have to describe Janelle of Kaylabellevents in one word. It will be “Phenomenal “. Planning a wedding is not easy, yes you have family and friends that may want to help you which is great but ask yourself:” Are they professional “? If you answer No, certainly it will be no. Know that you need a planner and do not look any further. Hire Kaylabellevents. Steve and I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of. Thank You Janelle for everything you did for us, we will forever be grateful.

  Exceeded Our Expectations

  First let me say, if you’re having a wedding you need a planner. I know you may think you don’t but you do. I have a very controlling personality and want/need to handle everything, I am so happy I listened to my then fiancé and hired Kayla Belle Wedding and Events. Janelle listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and delivered that and more. Janelle and her team provided amazing florals and design. My only regret is that I didn’t hire her sooner.

  Nothing short of amazing!

  Janelle is AMAZING! I cannot rave enough about how WONDERFUL a job Janelle did with our wedding . During the planning, she was always there to answer e-mails and phone calls promptly. She was always there to reassure me that everything was going to work out with her signature line "don't major in the minors". Janelle surpassed my expectations!! I told her my likes and dislikes and she was able to create magic. Not only does Janelle excel at her job, but she is fun, detailed oriented, artistic, and a pleasure to work with. I could not have planned my wedding without her assistance and guidance. I definitely recommend Janelle, you won't be disappointed!

  My husband and I are so very appreciative of the services Janelle (from Kayla Belle Weddings & Events) provided for us on our wedding day! Her care, support, and level of professionalism allowed for a very smooth and organized event. I practically planned and organized everything the way I wanted it to be. However, had Janelle not been present bright and early that Saturday morning...my dream wedding would not have played out the wonderful way it did. With a party size of 315, she pulled it off effortlessly.
  We met Janelle at a bridal showcase. We were entrants in a raffle. Surprisingly enough, our names were pulled and we were awarded her services as our "day-of-wedding coordinator". It was like a blessing in disguise. Our wedding day was the same date as her son's first birthday. Nonetheless, she spent the day making our day the most memorable one yet. I can't care that it's cliched to say "my wedding was a dream come true". It really was. I wish the same feeling for every bride.

  I am a creative person...but, one of the most important things I learned about planning and executing an event especially a wedding is that you can't do it alone....you need to call in and hire the "big guns " and for me that was Janelle of Kayla Belle Events. She listened to my ideas and took it to the next level; making my vision for the event even more than I expected. It was beyond beautiful...it was a winter wonderland adorned with white tapered candlelight, and hand-cut silvery sequined lace linens. It felt so good to lay down the stresses of planning a wedding and reception in very capable & creative hands. Thank you Kayla Belle

  I contacted Kayla Belle Weddings and Events 1 week before my Mother's 70th Birthday celebration. From the moment of our first consultation I knew it was the best decision I could have made. Janelle is a creative professional who knows how to bring your vision to life. She answered every question, contacted the vendors and made the overall experience seamless. She handled the planning as if the event were her own, not simply a job. I recommend Janelle highly and will utilize her expertise for the next event I plan.

  Janelle, of Kayla Belle Weddings & Events, was the day-of coordinator for my recent wedding. While we hired her mainly for day-of duties, she was very helpful in our final planning stages as well. On the day of the wedding, she was fantastic. I'm honestly unsure if my wedding would have taken place if not for her help and guidance on that day. She had reached out to all our vendors to make sure everything and everyone was going to arrive on time. She made sure everyone helping with the decoration setup stayed on task. She performed countless other duties on our wedding day that were indispensable. Her guidance and assistance were definitely worth the price.   She was available for all of my emails and calls and foresaw things that I had no idea I needed/wanted. Seriously, there were all of these things that I didn't even think about and, as Janelle kept saying, "Don't worry about it, we made it happen."
  
  There is a LOT that goes into a loft wedding as we have to bring in all rentals, linens, decorations, flowers, etc and Janelle coordinated everything. She even brought an assistant to help, knowing that I had bitten off more than I could chew. On the day of, though, everything went swimmingly and it was literally all thanks to Janelle. I think my wedding would've just been a series of tables in a corner with flowers haphazardly strewn about if it hadn't been for the most amazing person in the world, Janelle.
  
  If you are researching wedding coordinators and have been lucky enough to come across my review, please halt your research now and just go with Janelle. You will not regret the decision. Thank you, Janelle for the best day ever!

  I was having concerns about planning our tenth year wedding anniversary and vow renewal ceremony at a resort in Cozumel, Mexico. Janelle encouraged me to celebrate the occasion, even suggested her consultation services to help me with my natural hair and styling. She was far along in her pregnancy and I didn't want to be a bother, but she insisted that it was not a problem and she could give me some great ideas. I meet with Janelle after work one day with jewelry pieces, veils, tiara, and birdcage in tow. I left the visit feeling inspired and excited about all of the possibilities we discussed and ready to go all out for the ceremony. I felt like she was excited for us and wanted our day to be extra special. I can truly say that I felt like "Royalty" and the ceremony was lovely, I recieved so many compliments on my hair, jewelry, dress and the elegant ambience of the ceremony. I have beautiful pictures to last a lifetime. Remain open to her advice; she has a wealth of great ideas and knows how to execute them. Definitely worth the Consultation. If you are looking for a "special" or "WOW" celebration then speak with Janelle, you will not be disappointed with her services.

  Where can I possibly begin to RAVE about Jazzy Affairs event planning service? I'll start by saying that the owner, Janelle, is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is passionate about event planning and professionalism is STELLAR. I had a strict budget in mind, and she worked well within my financial means to make my wedding a fabulous one. Her attention to detail is beyond amazing! She and I worked for months bouncing ideas off of one another to make my destination wedding magical and memorable for our 50 guests who flew to Jamaica to celebrate with us.
  
  She listens attentively to her clients and makes them feel like royalty, as well as a good friend. She makes time to check in on her clients to make sure they're handling the pressure, that come with planning, well. She often had to remind me that she is always there via phone call, text, or email to help me with whatever I needed.

  We just arrived home from our Baby Shower, and I must say it was perfect. The decor was beautiful, the activities were really fun and food was excellent. All I had to do was share my vision and the rest was done for me, Jazzy Affairs did a great job putting all of it together and would recommend this company to all.

  We had decided to take a DIY ("do it yourself") approach to our wedding ceremony & reception. We rented a venue space, and then it was up to us to figure out and provide all of the other details. At first this seemed like a great way to personalize our special day, but we soon realized what a trememdous endeavor we were in for and became overwhelmed. The search for an event coordinator began & Janelle came to our rescue! When we met her at the venue for our initial consultation, we immediately knew that our wedding was in good & capable hands. Her creativity & enthusiasm were evident. She addressed concerns & made recommendations that we never even considered and may have overlooked without her input. Although we already had high expectations for our event, nothing could have prepared us for what a phenominal job Janelle did on our wedding day. Our venue looked stunning! Janelle worked beautifully with our other vendors and made sure that everything went smoothly, all while keeping a calm and professional demeanor. My husband and I were able to enjoy our time with our guests and did not have to worry about a single thing. We were so pleased with Janelle's work & can't imagine having had this event without her.
