  Photographer of Your Dreams!

  Kayla is AMAZING! Our wedding package included an engagement shoot and bridals, both of which turned out incredible despite poor weather on the day of our engagement shoot. Throughout our time working together, Kayla always went above and beyond, often giving great advice for timeline planning, preparation, and she even bustled my dress on wedding day! Several people in our wedding party commented on how professional and prepared Kayla was. She managed our large wedding party with ease and made sure everyone felt comfortable. She provided direction on poses and made sure she captured everything on our shot list. I am absolutely OBSESSED with our wedding gallery and truly can't recommend Kayla enough. She was the absolute best to work with. Highly recommend!

  Kayla is the most amazing photographer and human EVER!

  Honestly, where do I even begin with Kayla?! She is a strong and amazing woman when it comes to her work and her as a human. Our wedding didn't come easy, but she talked with me through it all and even helped me on the day of. Kayla's photography skills and attention to details is unmatched! I cannot wait to use her for every major event in my life! I not only had a spectacular photographer work my wedding, but I gained the kindest friend! Kayla, thank you for everything!

  Kayla is AMAZING! I would highly recommend!

  Kayla was simply AMAZING! She is more than just a photographer, she is a really good friend! From the beginning through to the end she offered endless support, advice and guidance.
  
  On the big day itself I felt in safe hands and it was like having a best friend right there beside me to capture such an emotional day. The experience and professionalism really shines through, allowing Noah and I to relax and enjoy the best day of our life!
  
  Within hours we received sneak peaks of the "big day" and they were absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to see the final album!
  
  If you are thinking about booking, DO IT!!! You will not be disappointed.
  
  We look forward to working with Kayla in the future and can not wait for her to capture many more memories for us.

  Deliverables leading up to wedding were great, but that changed.

  Kayla is great at couples sessions in more controlled environments but I have to say based on my delivery of wedding photos, I don’t believe weddings are a strength of hers.
  
  I went into my wedding day feeling very confident in her ability to capture everything and deliver a quality package of photos based on our engagement session and her portfolio but was ultimately very let down.
  
  To summarize – here’s the main areas that we felt very let down by:
  
  · Our photo delivery did not include any ceremony setup photos which is something we specifically listed in our day of photography shot list.
  
  · Our wedding ceremony took place outdoors and all of our family photos have shadows running across all our faces in different directions – something that should have been called out to us in the moment so we could change directions/locations. Her post editing only seemed to exaggerate that.
  
  · Major moments missed at the reception – my maid of honor/sister speech – I was provided 2 images of these both of which don’t capture any sense of anything special. There’s a trashcan and head right in the shot, zero close ups. (her rationale was that she didn’t want to get in my way of viewing the speech to capture the moment).
  
  · Photos of me and my husband at dinner – at the venue there were hazard stickers on some structures, and she neglected to photoshop those out so they are front and center on all of those photos.
  
  · My mom and I dancing – again..two images captured of that, both not great.
  
  Three months ago Kayla agreed she would provide the missing images and look for additional ones that are usable and take a second pass at post editing. After several promised dates of new delivery, I still have not seen anything and my emails have all gone unanswered.
  
  We were foolish and based on our satisfaction with the engagement shoot tipped her a full 20% prior to receiving our wedding photo delivery. I would expect that providing such good faith in her would give us some more attention and honoring commitments and at the very least not go completely radio silent and provide proper follow up. I would have been a lot more understanding had that taken place.
  
  Sadly, I’m left to write this review because she became unresponsive, did not deliver, and accepted a very generous tip. I don’t feel that’s a fair way to operate a business when you’re offering such a personal service and allowing people to put a lot of faith in your offering.
