Kirstie and her team were great to work with from start to finish! They seamlessly integrated into our wedding day and did a great job capturing all of the special moments! Best Wedding Photographer Ever!
Sarah at Kaybee Photos was absolutely phenomenal. From our very first meeting, she was warm, personable, and made us feel completely at ease. We had her take our engagement photos, which turned out beautifully and completely solidified our decision to hire her as our wedding photographer.
Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly patient with the many emails I sent with questions. When an issue came up with our timeline, she immediately reached out, scheduled a late-night phone call, walked us through her suggestions and options, and completely calmed my nerves.
On our wedding day, Sarah was the perfect person to have by our side. She kept us as close to schedule as possible, and when we had to nix our outdoor sunset photos, she made sure we still got private sunset photos in the bridal suite as a beautiful alternative.
We received our photos within the timeline stated in the contract, and we were absolutely blown away. They are not only the most gorgeous wedding photos, but the most gorgeous photos I’ve ever received, period. We have definitely found our photographer for life and cannot wait to hire Sarah to capture more of our life’s moments. Highly, highly recommend Sarah and Kaybee Photos.

I was honored to work with Sarah for one of my best friends wedding I was a MOH for. I’ve been in a few weddings and I have never been in one that the photographer was so helpful/kind and actually trying to get that perfect shot. I seriously can’t recommend Sarah enough for your big day! Between her helping us bridesmaids stay on track or when my nail popped off and she came with glue to save the day. I’m not going to lie we were last minute with wedding planning so we didn’t really look at others prices BUTTT what I will say is it doesn’t matter because they were AMAZING. not only did they capture our day perfectly but you don’t really realize how much time you actually spend with you photographers so you really don’t want them to be boring and dull. These girls had us belly laughing & we just genuinely enjoyed every minute of taking photos. BEAUTIFUL PICTURES & A GOOD TIME, couldn’t ask for more.

Sarah and Kirstie photographed our wedding in 2019. And while my husband knew Sarah and Kirstie beforehand from college, the wedding was my first experience with Kaybee. From the minute I reached out with initial inquires Kirstie had everything covered. In the initial consultation she had sample timelines and suggestions to help our day go as smoothly as possible and she spent time walking me through the samples based on my party size and events throughout the day. She and her team were so friendly, they made this very nervous photo hating bride feel completely at ease and calm. They went above and beyond to get the most beautiful shots, including scaling a fireplace to hang my dress. I did not luck out with many of my vendors, but KayBee Photos was the absolute standout. They are professional and efficient with communication and keep you posted so you are never left wondering what needs to be done or where things are at. I will recommend their team to everyone and anyone who will listen from now until the end of time. I no longer live in the Chicagoland area but will be making the trip for any future family photo needs. They will be my first-choice hands down for any future events. I could gush about them all day. Words cannot even describe how incredible it was to work with Kirstie and Sarah. They were in constant communication, made sure all of my requested pictures were done, dealt with our large families and making sure we had great family pics, and helped us stay calm when our bus got lost and we were late for pictures. Kirstie and Sarah were nothing short of amazing. Kirstie was the only photographer that came prepared to our initial meeting with all the wedding packages, options, timelines and pricing. She was the only photographer that asked about my husband and me and got to know us. She used that knowledge from the initial meeting, and matched it with our personalities at our engagement session to provide the best photos at our wedding. They both toughed out the cold and snow to make our ideas a reality, and were so easy to be around. You spend more time with your photographers the day of the wedding than any other vendor, and they both fit in like they've known us for years. We went to Kaybee for our engagement pictures and immediately felt so at ease with Kirstie! This was our first time doing professional pictures, and she made the entire process so fun and natural. KayBee Photos photographed our engagement and wedding photos! Sarah and Kirstie are the absolute best to work with. They made the entire process leading up to our wedding and the day of so smooth! From the first consultation, to wedding timeline details, and being all the things during a torrential down pour that blessed our presence during the ceremony… I could not have been more grateful for their flexbility and grace in that moment! KayBee Photos has been amazing to work with from start to finish! Way back in 2019 when we did our engagement photos, to working with us through the pandemic, and finally through our wedding! We were so lucky that they were not booked for our wedding considering we reached out about 3 months before after having a lot of difficulties with the previous photography company we hired. Right from our zoom consultation I knew Kirstie was someone we had to hire. Our redo engagement shoot was night and day compared to our other one. Kirstie, Mike and Sarah made us all so comfortable. Having KayBee as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. We absolutely love our wedding pictures. When we started wedding planning one of the things that was important to me was having a good photographer. At the end of the day, photographs will help us remember our special day & show future children, so that was a priority for me. Kirstie was the first photographer we talked to and I immediately knew I wanted to work with her- she was so honest and easy going since our first meeting. We also were a Covid couple that ended up having a brunch wedding instead of a traditional wedding & she did such an amazing job capturing the entire event. We are so grateful! The pictures are absolutely beautiful & she captured moments that we even missed. We highly recommend working with her. Everything about this company was amazing! They were professional yet fun! There are not enough words to express my gratitude and love for KayBee Photos! Our wedding was unconventional due to COVID, yet Sarah made me feel like the star of the day and made every effort to ensure we got our staple wedding photos. She took the prettiest detail shots, made herself invisible during the ceremony, and was even up for the challenge of a surprise drive-by after the ceremony! She had countless posing ideas and listened to our comments about pictures we hoped to have. My day/wedding album would not have been the same without her! Where do I start with Kaybee Photos?!? They are so great to work with and are just genuine people. Kirstie and Sarah work so well together and made pictures go so smoothly and made it fun. We used KayBee for both our engagement photos and our wedding photos and couldn’t be happier with our choice! From our first meeting with Kirstie and Sarah, we knew we wanted to work with these ladies because of the quality of their work and the passion they have for the job. Communication leading up to our big day was prompt which is super helpful, especially when trying to coordinate between so many different people. They kept all of our family and wedding party on track with photos, were never intrusive during our ceremony and reception, and we felt relaxed the entire time. We got all of our wedding photos back in about a month, and trying to choose our favorites was so difficult because there were so many amazing shots! We hired KayBee to do our wedding November 2nd. My first meeting with Sarah sold me, her and Kirstie are incredibly easy to talk to and so professional. The day of they our wedding they were so wonderful. I gave them no direction as far as what photos we wanted and they were so creative and helpful with different poses and ideas. I've seen a few photos so far and they are incredibly beautiful, we cannot wait to see the rest! I loved their work so much that I hired them to do my daughter's second birthday photos. Hire them, you will not regret it!!

We used KayBee for video, and are SO glad that we did! They are easy to work with, responsive, affordable and most importantly their quality of work is phenomenal. Mike was our videographer and did an amazing job - so easy going and calm which was much appreciated on our big day! Our photographer also complimented how great it was to work with him. I was going to give up on finding affordable video coverage for our wedding until I found KayBee. Beyond thankful that our wedding day was captured on film. I highly recommend KayBee!

We loved our experience with KayBee Photos!! We first met with Kirstie who told us that she was already booked on our wedding date so we would have Amanda and Brenda as our photographers, she let us get in touch with them and speak with them before booking. They were super open and willing to speak and show us some examples of work.
We booked an engagement shoot which is where we first met Amanda, she made us feel comfortable and gave us ideas and poses, she was so easy to work with!!
On our wedding day Amanda showed up early to start shooting. As soon as she got there she started shooting, she moved things to where she needed them to fit her vision and to get the right angle and lighting, she made everything so seamless! For our formal shots both Amanda and Brenda were super open to all kinds of ideas and they were great at finding great spots to stand and poses for our photos. At the reception, we didn't even know they were there. They each came up to me at the end of the night to say that they were leaving and I honestly hadn't seen them since the beginning, they did so good at blending in and capturing the real moments rather than forcing posed pictures on everyone, which is exactly what we wanted! They even made my husband feel comfortable taking photos (which, believe me, is very hard to do)!
We haven't gotten all of our pictures back yet, but I can't wait until we do! Amanda and Brenda were truly one of our favorite parts of our wedding! We HIGHLY recommend KayBee to anyone getting married! They made our day so special and they've given us mementos to last a lifetime!

BOOK KayBee Photos!! You won't regret it!!
I couldn't rave more about KayBee Photos. I searched/researched hundreds of photographers and they were by far the best decision we could have made for our wedding. Joe and I got married April 26th. Kaybee shot our engagement photos, shot out wedding photos, were our videographer, and our photobooth supplier.
First of all, they are a great price for everything you get. With KayBee you get two photographers (who are seriously the sweetest/easiest people to get along with) no matter what the package is and believe me you want two! You get different angles, different moments, and different styles captured all in one night. We also had Sarah photograph the guys and Kirstie photograph the girls so we didn't have to rush with getting ready photos.
We also decided to get the package with the videographer. Pictures are great (and KayBee's are AMAZING) but having a video of our vows and other moments of our special day was great to look back on even now because the day FLYS by. The video was beautiful and let us relive the moments we cherished that day. SO thank you Mike for the great work!
I would suggest getting an engagement session with them to get to know at least one of the photographers. We had Kirstie shoot our engagement session and that initial awkwardness of someone you don't know taking your photo was gone within the first few shots. So when our wedding came around it was like having a friend shoot our wedding and she remembered what we did/didn't like with posing (so no wasted time on the most important day of your life trying to figure out if you like or hate walking photos, close ups, nose to nose, heart shaped hands, etc.)
A month or so before our wedding, KayBee added their photobooth to their package options. We always wanted one but originally cut it because we were trying to save money. Once they added this option we jumped at the opportunity and our guests (and obviously us) LOVED it. It is large enough to fit big groups and the photo strips are a great quality. Our guest had a blast taking silly photos with the huge table of props.
We also got the premium Photobook which should be arriving any day now and we can not wait!!
Seriously...to the future bride or groom reading this...get a consult with them. They are great (like seriously great/amazing/sweet/kind) people and do amazing work. I could keep writing but I think you get the point. BOOK WITH KAYBEE PHOTOS!!

Kaybee went above and beyond what we expected. The quality of service provided by them was impeccable. From the first meeting, we knew that they were quite a few steps above the rest. They came prepared with great wedding examples. When we were getting our engagement photos done, Sarah put everything at ease, and captured exactly what we were looking for. They help create a timeline for us to make sure we had everything we wanted, it was very reassuring because we knew exactly what we wanted and they helped us stay on track . As the wedding neared, KayBee made sure to reach out to us to assure everything is set and we had a list of what we wanted to capture from the church, to the reception. We would’ve missed so many amazing moments, they continued to keep us on our toes with the perfect picture moment.
Upon receiving our photo disks, wedding video, and our proofs, we viewed them and our jaw dropped. Photos were out of this world! Amazing quality and time went into making our wedding pictures what they were!

The KayBee team did a great job at our wedding! We had a huge wedding party and they were able to keep everyone organized and on schedule. They were there while we got ready until almost the end of the night and the photos they captured during that time are amazing!! I have already recommended them to 3 of my friends and if you are reading this you should use them as well!! You're missing out if you do not book KayBee Photos for your big day! From the initial meeting, I knew that we HAD to book with them. Wedding planning can be stressful and it is so reassuring to have a professional vendor that has your best interest at heart. We adored our engagement pictures as well. We had Amanda through Kaybee photos. She was super nice, flexible, and had great ideas. She kept us ahead of schedule all day! Would use her again. Kirstie is the owner and the one we had our consultation with. She was very nice, professional, and calming! We knew after the consultation that kaybee photos was our choice!

I can't say enough! Sarah took my son's 6 month and Valentine's Day photos for us in our home. We've gone to studio's for pictures, but let me tell you, I will do in-home sessions from now on!! AJ was SOO comfortable being in his own home and loved Sarah. Sarah was friendly, professional, and super fun. You could tell she LOVES her job by the way she was acting while she was with us. AJ interacted so well with her and was so smiley and precious for his photos. We will definitely be booking AJ's 1 year photo's with Sarah and hopefully some family pictures as well once the weather brightens up a bit! I am obsessed with our photo's and would highly recommend KayBee Photos to all of my family and friends!!! :)

We found KayBee randomly on WeddingWire. They stood out to us for 3 reasons. 1) They had the professional quality in their images we were looking for. 2) They provided 2 photographers rather than just 1. 3) They were exactly how much we had budgeted for our photographers.
We didn’t actually meet Kirstie or Sarah until about 6 months after contracting with them due to a family member passing. Once we met the girls, my husband and I knew they were going to be fantastic. The last few months leading up to the wedding was full of Kirstie and I sending good wishes for snow and inspiration photos back and forth.
The day of the wedding was amazing! The snow was overwhelming but amazing. The girls searched for alternative photo locations due overload of snow and came up with a backup plan since some areas had not been cleared on time. The girls braved the cold with us and were just all around amazing. Our photos turned out to be amazing and our family and friends can’t stop raving about how gorgeous they are.
One of our guests asked my husband if we were close friends with KayBee based off of our interactions with them the day of the wedding. These girls go above and beyond to get to know you and your style to make sure everything is what you wanted and more that at the end of the day, it seems like you have known each other your entire lives. We are so happy to say we want to use KayBee for all of our family photos in the future.

I worked with Sarah from KayBee Photos on one of my largest and busiest events of the year. She went above and beyond to make sure that she was taking the photos I needed, how I needed them. She's awesome with kids, so that definitely helped. Sarah is extremely accommodating and professional and didn't need any guidance once I told her what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend booking KayBee Photos for your event, whether it's a wedding or businesses event.

KayBee took professional headshots for me and the turned out GREAT! It’s a great addition to my digital portfolio. We set up a date that worked for the two of us and it was a quick and painless shoot. Highly recommend for any kind of service! Kirstie photographed our family photos on this day. We were unfamiliar of where to have our pictures done outside, but Kristie was on top of that and gave us some suggestions of places she and her staff have used and loved. We ended up with a great location and some amazing pictures!! She was on time, super friendly and brought some props for us to use. It was a chilly day but she was able to get some big smiles and fun poses out of our children!! Ordering our canvas was easy and it arrived to us in a short time period. We can’t wait to continue using KayBee Photos for other family events!!!

Super impressed!! Our wedding photographers were Kirstie and Sarah. These ladies are very professional and were wonderful to work with! They’re great at what they do and helped keep everything on time the day of the wedding (something we truly appreciated, especially with a large wedding party). Taking dozens of wedding photos can become tiring but they made it fun! They’re also very creative with coming up with ideas for photos and poses. We had a lot of unique things going on at our wedding and they captured them all perfectly. The finished product turned out so amazing, we love our photos! Hire Kaybee, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Sarah was a pleasure to work with. To say my engagement pictures are amazing is an understatement. It was so cold out the day we took our pictures, and she was a trooper the whole time. The pictures are such good quality!! I have had numerous family and friends ask me who took them, because they were so amazed. I know a lot of them are now considering using KayBee for their next photo sessions. I wasn't sure about getting engagement pictures, and now I know it was the best decision. I had a small, intimate wedding last month with 50 guests, and was very pleased with KayBee Photos from start to finish. I thought I was going to run into issues with only needing a photographer for 3 hours, but KayBee was very flexible. Things could not have been better! Kirstie was extremely professional and responsive from the beginning, starting with our initial phone conversation. The day of the wedding she was a joy to have as our photographer, and her follow-up postings and communication were great, as were all of the photos and final album - and this is coming from a person who is typically not comfortable in front of the camera. Thanks a million for everything Kirstie and KayBee!

Kirstie and Sarah captured our wedding at the end of August and were absolutely amazing! They were very responsive, very accomodating, and really listened to what we wanted out of our photos. We didn't want a ton of posed shots, and the ones they came up with for us to do turned out lovely and not cheesy whatsoever (what we were trying to avoid). And best of all, they are awesome people too! They were so fun and easy to work with, and the photos came out fantastically. We highly recommend KayBee!!

These are the BEST photographers. Kristie and Sarah are so much fun and they are so passionate about what they do, which shows in the pictures they take. We are in LOVE with our sneak peeks from the wedding! They are beyond perfect and we have gotten so many compliments on them. Even the groomsmen made comments on how much fun they had working with them!! (What guys ever enjoy photos!!). We would recommend KAYBEE to anyone and everyone! Thank you BOTH so much! I loved working with Kirstie and Sarah! I have a couple dogs that I wanted in our engagement photos and they were very patient in working with them. We had a couple "hurry up and wait" moments during the wedding and they took it all in stride and kept things moving when needed. I loved how adventurous they were since we were in a State Park. I really wasn't sure what I was doing coming to all this photographer stuff for my wedding. Sarah was so helpful and omg did her photos come out amazing. She even laid down in the grass to get some truly gorgeous photos. If you need a photographer definitely go with them. They maid my wedding so seamless and kept it a truly amazing day.
