Kaya Vineyard and Winery provided the most stunning backdrop for our wedding day! The staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating throughout the entire process. We stayed at both the cottages and the resort, and the accommodations were incredible—our guests are still raving about how wonderful the cottages were. Having our rehearsal dinner at the Dahlonega Resort made for a flawless, stress-free weekend. I would recommend this venue 10 times over again to any couple looking for the perfect wedding experience! -

I can't say enough good things about this venue! From the first time we saw it, and met Haylee, my daughter knew her wedding just had to be there! The wedding day went perfectly. Everything was so beautiful, and the staff were professional and organized. The bar and food service were perfect. And having access to the cottages on site for family and the wedding party made everything easier, and so much more fun! I wouldn't change a single thing about the day. Our guests are still raving about the best wedding ever! -

My husband and I got married here last weekend and it was everything we could have imagined and more. The whole staff was amazing during the weekend and made sure to give us all the options that are available.
All acommodations were due two weeks before the event, but we asked for last minute requests and they were happy to help. -

My fiance and i were apprehensive about a winter wedding in the mountains for obvious reasons - yet the idea of melting during a summer wedding convinced us it was the option to go with. We toured a few venues in the area and stopped our search once landing at Kaya. If the views weren't enough to convince us, the wine sealed the deal. From the initial meeting, Haylee was professional and courteous, answering every question we had & not only explaining but taking us to see each option available for our consideration. Once we booked, I became a little anxious about the number of decisions left to make but with the help of arrowed beginnings, my fear of becoming overwhelmed faded with convenient teams calls & quick questionnaires that allowed for swift and comprehensive decision making for each and every detail. Once the big day came, I was reassured that all of the hard parts were done & it was time to have fun, and I did. Our guests raved about the food, from the appetizers we served to the main courses, and the wine was as delicious as I remembered it to be at our tasting. Our photographer, Bryce France, who was AMAZING noted that the lighting on top of the mountain was some of the best he had experienced in over a year and after getting glimpse of our preview photos, we can see what he meant. Staying at the cottages was an added layer of convenience and luxury that allowed us to spend more time with our direct families and friends, enjoying cocktails by the bonfire and to really take in the scenic views that we would also enjoy on our wedding day. The Kaya & Arrowed beginnings teams worked seamlessly to execute our wedding day and to bring to life the vision (I did DIY floral + decor) I had spent months curating, and once i entered the venue, i felt like i was staring at my pinterest board. Additionally, we their recommended vendors for guest travel (DahloneGO), officiant (Rick Durham) & DJ (Mike Wells) who each went above and beyond in the services they offered. We are so thankful that we decided to go with Kaya/Arrowed Beginnings. We couldn't recommend a more beautiful venue and nor have asked for anything more out of the day we will remember for the rest of our lives. -

Amazing service and people!
So happy we chose Kaya! From the initial tour to the wedding day almost a year later, the whole team at Kaya and the Dahlonega Resort was so responsive and helpful. The lodging, food, setup, service, etc all exceeded our expectations, and we’re so excited to have a wedding venue we can visit for date nights in the future. Thank you to the whole team, especially Charlotte who really went above and beyond the entire time! -

I was hesitant to have a wedding. I wanted to elope and none of the venues I saw did it for me. Until Kaya. From the staff to the views, it was an absolute no brainer of a choice. Amazing Venue and Team
Having our wedding at Kaya was one of the best decisions we made when planning our special day. Sami and the Events Team were incredible to work with and so helpful throughout the whole process. The views, the food and wine, the cottages on site — it was everything we could have wanted. We were grateful to have perfect weather, but it was nice knowing the rain backup under the covered patio would have been just as nice. Thank you Kaya for a weekend we will cherish forever! -

The venue is stunning and being able to have the immediate family and wedding party stay onsite at the cottages made it a wonderful wedding weekend not just a wedding. We did not have the weather we wanted for an outdoor wedding but kaya worked as hard as they could and Sami was amazing working up to the lat minute making last second changes and doing everything they could to make it as perfect as they could with terrible weather. The Best Day of My Life
I’ve dreamed about my wedding day for my entire life and Kaya exceeded all my expectations. Kaya blessed me and my husband with the best day of our lives. We got married the first week of November and the scenery was breathtaking. All my guests raved about how beautiful everything was. Our food was not mediocre wedding food- it was phenomenal. Especially the quail and waffles! The Kaya staff were so kind and accommodating. If you are trying to decide where to get married, take this as your sign to choose Kaya. Everyone deserves to have their wedding day be as perfect as ours was thanks to the hardworking staff at Kaya! -

Best Venue in Georgia!
I cannot sing enough praises about Kaya. It’s almost been 3 months and we STILL have guests telling us how much they loved the venue and all of the employees there. I’m not going to lie and say that Kaya is the most affordable venue out there … some couples simply won’t have the budget for them. HOWEVER, I will say that the services they provide are well worth the price. Not to mention, they were also very flexible when it came to putting together the perfect package for our day. *shoutout to Haylee, the best employee at Kaya*
You won’t find another venue in the North Georgia area that provides the most beautiful scenery, the most delicious food, and the confidence that everything will be taken care of on your day. Paired with a wedding planner experienced with Kaya (Winey Blonde Events), you literally won’t have ANYTHING to worry about on your day. Trust me when I say, if you have your wedding at Kaya you will NOT regret it. -

I really wanted an outdoor wedding venue with beautiful mountain views and accommodations for our immediate family and bridal party onsite, which brought me to Kaya. We had visited the winery several times before getting engaged and it was my top choice going into touring venues. In every season, Kaya is absolutely beautiful! From booking to the wedding day everyone we worked with was great, we had no complaints. We did choose to move our timeline to the ceremony starting at 6:00 and the sunset views after for photos were perfect. We paid extra for this timeline change as well as to extend our exit but it was totally worth it. You will not regret this beautiful venue and great staff! -

First you book Kaya for the views and wine, but then you realize you booked them for the service and convenience. Everything about the package and service at Kaya was absolutely on point. They do such a good job and walking you through all of the needs and decisions that need to be made. There were a couple of unclear points, like sparklers *not* being included for the send-off but with everything else running so well, it wasn't even a big deal to us at the end of the day. The element that sealed it all in for us was being able to stay at the cottages on-site with all of our wedding party. It made for the most incredible experience with friends that we will never forget. I hope to one day renew our vows at Kaya. I would recommend them to friends time and time again. We can't wait to go back for our anniversary next year! -

I don't think I could accurately put into words my wedding experience at Kaya Vineyards. I had always envisioned my wedding day somewhere outdoors with a breathtaking view, so when I started my research for a potential venue right after my engagement, Kaya quickly became the top venue on my list. They were so quick to respond and were so easy to work with for setting up a tour, seeing as I was coming from out of town and this would be sort of a destination wedding. The tour was amazing and as soon as I stepped foot on the ceremony site, I said "this is it." The welcoming and warm attitude of everyone that worked there also made it an easy decision to book my wedding date with them. Working with them through the entire wedding planning process was probably my best experience with any of my vendors. They were easy to communicate with, willing to negotiate on some things, and just all around working to make sure my wedding day was the best it could possibly be. Haley was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were getting close to the wedding date and of course my stress was at its highest, but she continued to be the sweetest and most understanding person to work with. I could write a novel about how much I appreciate Kaya Vineyard and its entire staff for how perfect they made our wedding day. The actual day of was the least stressful out of the entire wedding process, and that is in large part because of them and my wedding planner. If you aren't already sold on the stunning view at Kaya, then I'm here to tell you you will be sold after you meet the entire staff that will be working with you for your wedding. I plan on going back and visiting Kaya as much as I can with my husband. Kaya will forever have a huge place in my heart! -

Nothing like feeling well taken care of when planning a wedding!
From the time we notified the Kaya team of our interest in planning our wedding with them to moving forward with booking this venue, we felt supported and well-informed during the entire process. The team promptly responded to all of our inquiries, provided us with quotes based on multiple date and attendance scenarios, and helped us to cultivate a beautiful event within our budget. The team was always professional, and provided us with a wedding planner that anticipated our needs, and helped to fulfill all of our requests within their abilities from start to finish. The team was very organized and provided us with a time line to ensure a beautiful sunset during our ceremony, wonderful staff to make sure all of our guest were well cared for, safe, and in the right place at the right time. The Kaya staff and our planner, were so in tune, they even had a time carved out for us (the bride and groom) to have a personal moment, preview the appetizers and enjoy our beverages between the ceremony and reception! I can't say enough about our positive experience with Kaya vineyard. The view was breath taking and the customer service was exceptional! -

Beautiful Venue with an amazing team
Unfortunately we were forced to postpone due to COVID and the team at Kaya was extremely accommodating. Not only did we book the venue but the four cottages on property as well. Perfect for the wedding party to enjoy the venue further. Cottages were beautiful and had everything we needed. Kaya was able to provide all the services that were needed so we didn't have to look elsewhere. Our day of coordinator was exceptional and made sure we didn't worry about anything. They made it so easy. This venue is breathtaking with amazing food and of course the wine. Highly recommend. -

Amazing Venue
We were set on a vineyard wedding and fell in love with Kaya! They were so responsive with any questions we had and always open to any ideas we had for our big day. Even in March when the vines were not full, it was a beautiful backdrop. The on-site cottages were a HUGE plus as well. We loved it! -

My family and I had an absolutely terrific experience with Kaya. Having heard horror stories about other venues we were VERY intentional in our selection criteria. Kaya's facilities and staff are absolutely top notch. Their wedding planner was fantastic on the big day and left nothing to chance! From the waitstaff to the barkeeps their folks are superb. My daughter's big day was flawlessly executed by their team of professionals and we celebrated her and her new husband in a truly beautiful setting. We stayed in the on property cottages which are equally impressive and professionally appointed. Put Kaya at the top of your list. They are absolutely the best.
They hosted the rehearsal dinner at a sister property - The Dahlonega Resort which is just about 1/2 mile down the road and everything there was equally impressive. Their people and their facilities are top notch. -

This venue was gorgeous and was the perfect setting for our wedding! The view from here is one of the best views in north GA. We ended up having to reschedule our wedding from May to September due to Covid, and they were more than accommodating and made that transition so easy for us. Everyone we spoke with was so sweet and very helpful. They have a bridal suite which was great for the girls, and they had all the guys hangout in the wine cellar until the ceremony. They loved being down there, and even got to taste some of the wine while they were waiting. We had the ceremony on the covered patio, cocktail hour in the tasting room, dinner in the event tent, and the reception was held on the covered patio. The only recommendation I would make is for the venue to put up some strong lights under the covered patio for during the reception, the lighting was a little dark during the dancing part. Everything was perfect! -

We visited many wineries in Dahlonega, GA for my parents 50th anniversary party and nobody came close to how my sisters and I felt about Kaya. They were so friendly, extremely accommodating, the price was right and the venue was beautiful. Throughout the entire process, Haylee, the event coordinator guided us each step of the way. We were basically planning a wedding reception for our parents and it never failed that Haylee would always step in to help us with last minute decisions that we hadn't thought about. I highly recommend Kaya for any gathering, small or big. -

Our planning process with Kaya started about a year and a half out from the coveted date of 10/10/2020. From the beginning of our first walkthrough, until the very end at our sparkler exit, Kaya, Haylee and the entire team had been more than flexible, kind, and above all open. Flexible from special requests and accommodations, to debating on moving forward in the middle of the pandemic, kind in how we were spoken to and treated without pressure on moving forward and making sure we were ultimately happy with our decision, and open to my ideas (some out of the box), the many changes made and some were changed multiple times (guest count, rooms, menu’s... I could go on and on). To talk about the actual wedding, I’m not quite sure where to start as it was more than just a wedding. It was a weekend get away to celebrate our love. The Dahlonega Resort hosted our welcome party and rehearsal dinner Friday night, which was beyond fabulous. We stayed in all the cottages (do NOT miss out on this) and had late night fires in the fire pit with roasted marshmallows, my girls and I got all dolled up with our glam squad after a girls sleepover the night before the wedding and the boys watched football before getting ready in their cottage. Our parents each had a cottage to host their out of town guests in and it was absolutely perfect! Fast forward to the ceremony overlooking the vineyard at sunset, a cocktail hour to kickoff the night, and a fabulous dinner before dancing the night away. We’re just shy of being married for one month now, and we’re still on cloud nine after the most perfect day and weekend of our lives. If you’re thinking of Kaya, a visit there should seal the deal. From the exceptional customer service to their breathtaking views I promise you, you won’t be disappointed! -

The most beautiful place in North GA!
Kaya is the most beautiful place with the most stunning views and the absolute perfect place to say your vows! The cottages that are on site are absolutely amazing and so convenient to stay and get ready in before your big day! Our wedding planner from Winey Blonde events Britt was hands down the best! I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She made everything run seamlessly and smooth. Every one fo our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding that they had ever been too! Our wedding pictures and video are quite evident of that, they are indescribably beautiful. It was hands down the best day of my life. We loved how everything was inclusive and didn't have to go through a bunch of different vendors for everything, much less stressful that way. Haylee and Zoe are also great to work with and were there to answer all of our 1000's of questions that we had lol They have the patience of a saint! They are wonderful people to work with! 10/10 would recommend!!!! -

My husband and I got married at Kaya this October. We received so many compliments that this was the most beautiful wedding and venue our guests had ever been to. The scenery was stunning, the recommended vendors are top notch, and the staff was very professional and accommodating to our requests. The cottages were the perfect spot to house all of our wedding party/parents and made getting ready the day of easy and convenient. I would highly recommend getting married here! -

Erika Sent on 06/10/2018We found Kaya through our caterer. I had a very specific image of what I wanted for our wedding. I wanted to have mountains as the backdrop of our ceremony. When we were driving around looking for our venue, I was starting to get worried I wouldn’t get what I had envisioned in my mind. At the end of the day, we drove up to Kaya and I was blown away by the views. When we had our meeting with Kari, we felt so comfortable with their staff. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. As we did our walk through I felt like their staff was on top of everything and so competent. We booked them within the week! Throughout the entire planning process they were super responsive and so helpful. Their staff truly made everything so easy. Extremely polite staff and I can’t say enough nice things about them. They also have cottages on site that were just built. My mom stayed in one of the cottages and it was soooo beautiful. I took a few pictures their and they came out amazing. Their cottages are a bit pricey but so worth it. Our families are all from south Florida and they couldn’t stop telling us how beautiful everything was and how they had never been to a wedding like ours. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

Wedding of my dreams!!
I wanna start off by thanking the entire Kaya team!! My wedding was an absolute dream, I honestly don’t have a negative thing to say. We chose Kaya because their mountain view is THE best in all of Dahlonega. This was a destination wedding for us so really all our planning was over emails and phone calls between Kaya’s team and all our other vendors. Like i said earlier we have 0 complaints, my vision was executed to the last detail and i couldn’t have been anymore happy about it. It actually exceeded my expectations. The service and food were phenomenal. Most of our guests came up from Miami and no one had a bad thing to say about any part of the celebration so I’d say they more than outdid themselves! -

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and I love that my husband and I will be able to come back to visit for a date night or anniversaries. The cottages on the property are gorgeous and I definitely recommend staying in them with your bridal parties for the wedding. Haylee and Devon were so helpful and patient with all of my questions, and overall it was a wonderful experience. -

Kaya and DRV made all our dreams come true for an amazingly unforgettable weekend! We had people travel from California, Colorado, Seattle, and more and all they could say was "WOW!"
Our wedding weekend was filled with love every step of the way; from the rehearsal dinner on the front porch of DRV, to a warm Welcome Party on the back pavilion and of course the full-service wedding at Kaya - all was dreamy, elegant, and fun!

Kaya vineyard and winery provided excellent service, from the food and drinks to every possible detail - they thought of everything! We stayed onsite at the cottages and reserved rooms with the Dahlonega Resort, a sister property to Kaya. Transportation was easy to reserve to help our guests get to the ceremony site. Devan came on board a few weeks prior to our date but picked up the details as if he worked there for years! As an organizer and planner myself it was a major relief to know we were in great hands, also with our coordinator Bethany from Winey Blonde Events who Kaya recommended as a preferred coordinator. -

My husband and I originally had our wedding planned for May 2020. We ended up having to move it to Nov 2020 because of COVID. I know this was a difficult time to navigate for all couples and their vendors. We had a bit of difficulty with Kaya being flexible - however, I know everyone was doing the best they could. We also felt that since they ran events on the weekends, it was hard to get in touch with them outside of weekdays. When the final day came, everything ended up great. We had great service and everything went as planned. Haylee was always a joy to work with! -
