Kayla saved my wedding day. I originally had booked a different hair and make-up artist. During the trial with these artist, I didn’t feel or look like myself. in fact, I didn’t feel very pretty at al, not the way a bride should feel on their wedding day. that’s when I was recommended Kayla from my sister-in-law. Kayla was able to use reference photos that I provided her as well as working collaboratively with me to come up with the perfect look. kayla provided for me the perfect mixture of elegant, classic and elevated make up and hair. her and her team are very quick yet super, thorough and detailed. I never once felt rushed by her or her team. they were super flexible too, especially since I changed my hairstyle the night before the wedding.
We have an incredibly picky crowd of women of all ages from 16 to 65. Everyone had their own unique styles. Some people wanted very polished looks while others wanted more of a “ messy” look . Some wanted a more dramatic look as other others wanted a more natural look. Kayla and her team did an amazing job managing everybody’s unique styles. Our wedding party felt so beautiful. -

Kaylyn was referred to me by my regular hairdresser, so I immediately knew I would be in great hands. I had my trial with Kaylyn in March and felt comfortable with her right away. She is so easy to talk to and just fun to be around.
I told her I wanted vintage glam waves, and she gave me great advice on how to grow and prep my hair before the wedding, including using extensions to get that full, classic look. On the wedding day, she absolutely nailed it. My hair was everything I had envisioned, with flawless, seamless extensions and waves that lasted all day. Even after sweating and jumping to our last song of the night, “Everytime We Touch” by Cascada, my hair still looked amazing!
Kaylyn also did makeup for my entire bridal party, and everyone looked stunning. It was a summer wedding, and both my hair and the girls’ makeup held up perfectly. She created such a positive, relaxed vibe while we were getting ready, which made the morning so much fun. Plus, she surprised us with the cutest personalized touch-up kits before she left.
Truly a 10/10 experience. Kaylyn is talented, kind, and professional, and I cannot recommend her enough! -

I had an incredible experience and cannot recommend Kaylyn and Kay Veda Bridal enough! My bridesmaids and I absolutely loved our hair and makeup. From the very beginning, Kaylyn was excellent. She was quick to respond, flexible in scheduling my trial, and on the wedding day she finished everything perfectly on time. She’s very knowledgeable about current trends and came prepared with creative ideas after I shared inspiration photos. She uses top-quality products, is very skilled with both hair and makeup, and even provided each of us with a thoughtful touch-up kit to use throughout the day. Every detail was carefully considered, and the results were amazing. I will definitely use Kaylyn for any future hair and makeup needs! -

I had a wonderful experience with Kaylyn. I hired her to do my full bridal look (hair and makeup) in Minnesota. She is based in NYC but travels so that was amazing. From the first trial to the morning of I had a wonderful experience.
She listened and helped me narrow down a hairstyle (from all of my Pinterest ideas) that fit the vibe of my wedding and the look of my dress. She did my hair for my rehearsal dinner and the Hollywood glam waves turned out incredible. The morning of my wedding was perfect, all I had to do was sit there and be pampered while my bridesmaids ran around and did their thing. It was awesome. To have compete trust in someone and be able to simple hang out with my girls all morning was incredible. She also stayed with me during our first look and pre-ceremony group photos to ensure I looked good and was ready to do any last minute touch ups. Final note, my hair stayed the entire night!!!y rehearsal dinner hair lasted from 2pm -10:30 pm! And my bridal hair lasted until I boarded the bus at the end of the night! I couldn’t recommend her more. -

My hair was everything!
Kaylyn did hair and makeup for me for my wedding. She was fabulous! I showed her photos of two styles I wanted to mesh together and she did it flawlessly and thought to also add some baby’s breath which was a finishing touch I didn’t know I needed. But she knew! She really sees the vision and executes with her whole heart and soul which is exactly what you need for your wedding day! Most of all she is much fun and she truly cares about making your day special. Run, don’t walk to book her. -

Great Experience!
Kaylyn styled my hair for my wedding, and it was to die for!! I have had other stylists do my hair for prom and as a bridesmaid a couple of times, and it never turns out quite right. She did a PERFECT job. I have not had such a great experience before or since. She did my make up as well, and as someone who rarely wears make up, I felt like an absolute princess that day. Definitely recommend, 10/10. -
