I can't say enough good things about Kay and Abraham! When we met in September 2018 for our engagement session, they made us feel so so comfortable! Posing for photos can sometimes be super awkward, but not with this dream team! They knew just how to pose us so that we looked natural and were both comfortable.
They both showed up early on the wedding day and took AMAZING photos of the venue, as well as dress photos and pictures of the accessories, invitations, etc. I am so glad that I have photos of these things as they weren't something I was even thinking about on the big day!
Kay and Abraham were a blast, so friendly and professional. I would hire them a million times over. They documented our day so perfectly. We have so much love for them!! -

It was a true pleasure to have Katherine and her husband Abraham capture our wedding. Leading up to the wedding Katherine was very communicative. She asked extensive questions about our backgrounds, vision for the wedding day and much more. The day of the wedding they were both very professional and attentive. The images they captured are breathtaking and take us back to that wonderful day. I highly recommend Kay Mitchell Photography!! -

Kristine Sent on 10/08/2017She had done my husband and I's wedding photos. And she did a FANTASTIC job. The pricing is perfect, especially when your on a budget. She was great with my flower girls and ring bearer she actually got them to sit still for photos. She captured everything to a T. I would highly highly highly suggest her work, not just for weddings either, any event she can pull off. I wouldn't five her a 5 out of 5. She deserves a 10 out of 5. Very satisfied and very very happy!

Before the wedding she would reach out to me, check on me to see if I needed any help or advise, and just get to know me. Come the day of the wedding, I felt like I've known her for years. She made me and my bridal party feel so relaxed. I was getting ready at one location and my groom another so her 2nd shooter (husband) drove to the other location while she was with us. We haven't gotten all of our pictures back but the ones we did receive take my breath away! She has such a great eye and captured moments I didn't even know happened. I would use her again if I even need a professional photographer. Thank you so much for capturing all the beautiful moments from our wedding! -

Katherine went above and beyond what I expected from our wedding day !!!! She really captured the story of the entire wedding. There were so many photos to choose from that I have the hardest time choosing which ones to display at our home.
She's very nice and easy to work with . I mean she dealt me and all my crazy family/ bridesmaids. Kay also made the photo experience really fun and enjoyable. I relive this day over and over again though the photos she took and also the video ( SO WORTH IT)

Kay and her team were absolutely amazing!! Kay did both our engagement and wedding day photos. The photos came out beautifully! We weren’t the best at posing or creating poses, but Kay had plenty of ideas and made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Not only was she our photographer, she was our coordinator as well. She made the planning process so much easier and less stressful. Her team was so sweet and kept the wedding day running smoothly. We could not have picked a better person for our wedding. -

Kay and Bram were an absolute joy to work with! It also helped they are total dog lovers like my husband and I, and captured the absolute best images of our boy, Maverick. We are so grateful for the packages they offered, as well, which included videography.
I don’t think there was one moment where we were NOT smiling or laughing around these two, and it put my anxious mind completely at ease. They are affordable, hard-working, and completely matched our photography vision (lighter) for our most important day. I don’t think there are enough words to express my gratitude for the talent these two possess, but for now…thank you, Kay and Bram, for everything you have done for us. We had the BEST experience with Kay and her husband on our wedding day, & everything leading up to it! We got an engagement session and the photo, video, & Photo Booth on our wedding day. It was so nice only needing to use one vendor for all 3 things. They are incredibly talented and everyone in our bridal party raved about their work. They also made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera which helped in achieving amazing wedding photos. Highly recommend! -

Kay and her husband are so down to earth and genuine. They make a fantastic duo. You will instantly feel at ease upon meeting these amazing people, they make even the shiest of people comfortable in front of the camera. They take pictures of everything you can and cannot think of and turn it into something even more special and beautiful than what you could ever imagined. If you are reading this review and you’re on the fence about a photographer, think and look no more. These two will exceed everything you are hoping for. -

Kay and Bram are talented, professional, and kind. Our wedding photos are beyond stunning, I cannot get enough! Kay even wrote a blog about our special day which brought me to tears. I loved all of her unique touches and her visions captured all of the feels of our dream wedding. We highly recommend this duo, their wedding day vibes kept this bride calm, cool, and collected!
