My experience With Kay in the Auburn Mall, started in 2009. Mike and I knew we wanted to get engaged and he wanted me to check out rings so I found a stunning Leo band that I would wear as a wedding band, I told him I did not need an engagement ring.
Jeannie has been at Kay for as long as I can remember (very knowledgeable). Jeannie selected an engagement ring that would work with the Leo band without the Leo Price! Mike surprised me with the ring. We just got married 8.1.14 and to make a long story short, My rings look fabulous together and I have gotten many compliments.
Mike's band is from Kays and LOTS of gifts throughout the last 5 years have been purchased from Jeannie!
Having someone work with you exclusively allows them to understand your preferences and is fun to shop with! Thank you everyone at Kay, and thank you for understanding how much we love Jeannie. Michael and Cathryn Hoschek. -

Got my engagement ring at this Kay..they were great! Even brought my ring back every 6 months to get it inspected and clean and they are always professional and helpful! Will most likely purchase our wedding bands here! -

The best jewelers there is i put a deposit on my rings in march the sales woman told me to wait until they have there big sales event in november to purchase my rings had them sized for me and ready when i went back to purchase them in november -

We planned our entire wedding in 3 months. So it was a huge relief that we had a jeweler that had wedding bands on hand for such a reasonable price. I am really thankful that there are jewelers likemthis in my area. Thank you!!! -

Had a great selection and better prices and quality than most other jewelers. We shopped around and they stood out above the rest! The employees were very helpful and did their best to help us with the selection. Would deffinately reccomend to others! -

We actually went to the Kay Jewelers in Worcester at the Greendale Mall. Our initial experience was a great one, the jeweler who sold us the 3 ring set sent us a thank you card later and told us how it made her day to see such a happy couple. (my husband proposed to me at the store!)
There is one black mark I must give them though, and that is in how they accommodated a mistake on their part, and a little on mine. My husband and I ordered a 3 ring set that came with the engagement ring, and a his and hers matching wedding band. my husband has smaller fingers than most males, an for some reason when I picked up his ring they gave me the thinner female's ring. I did not notice this until way after their return policy date, bu called anyway to try and fix the situation. Since the ring was not worn and had already had one of it's bi-yearly inspections all I wanted was to exchange the ring for the male's ring and pay the difference in price. They people in Worcester kept telling me I had to buy a whole new ring or upgrade the ring I already had from 10K white gold ro 14K white gold and pay the difference there. I was not pleased, because they had given me a female ring for a male!
I called the Kay Jewelers at the Soloman Pond Mall and the woman I talked to there was so appalled at how I was treated that she talked to her manager and they worked with me to exchange the ring for the male's ring and I paid the difference, like I wanted to in the first place.
All of my Kay Jeweler experiences since then have been positive no matter which one I go to. I suppose it could have been a total misunderstanding, but the fact of the matter is the situation got resolved and that is all that matters.

Poor customer service!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Opened an account in March of 2019. Used current driver's license to open account. They somehow managed to send bill to wrong address. NO phone call to correct the issue, then flagged account as late. Did you know they use TWO different credit agencies.... Make sure you check your bill. Only one agency is accessed from the main website. :( -

This was the worst Kats i ever experienced. After looking around i was approached by whom I think was the manager. I asked her for some ideas for gifts for my wife and daughters. She looked at me and asked what do i like.. i said im not sure and again asked for suggestions. This lady was a complete bitch. I asked if they had any butterfly pendants for my daughter. She said she did not. She was snippy and uninterested to assist me at all. So i said to her that i am not experienced at buying jewelry and have 10,000. She just blew me off. Another associate approached me and assisted me. Funny she was great with suggestions and not only found me a beautiful butterfly necklace but helped me find a perfect gift for my wife and my other daughter as well. She apolgized for the other bitchy rude manager. I asked not to deal with that woman at all. She and another associate helped me completely. However....i will never again step foot in the auburn mall Kay Jewelers again. And i mean never. Not sure i will do business with Kays at all anymore. I bought my wedding rings and many gifts from Kays but will goto Zales or Jared from now on where im treated well. So beware of the manager there in Auburn. She is an ugly person inside. Never again. She defined a few swear words to the letter. -

Bought an 8000.00 engagement ring there and diamond fell out of the leo ring. The ring is now on its way out for the third time to be fixed and now we are told it might take 6 months. The sales woman was nice when we went In to buy it and now we paid for it she is less than nice and very unprofessional. Save yourself a headache go somewhere else -
