31st Arabian nights Themed party
I called the vendor only 2 months in advance for my Arabian nights themed party. Demetra (the owner) had a consultation with me and we spoke for about an hour of the details. I was worried that my theme was usually for children and the decor would look childish. I was also worried considering my event was in a dance studio and the structure of the room was beautiful but no type of decor in sight. Demetra told me to call her if I needed anything throughout this two month process I had several questions and sometimes asked the same question twice. After she answered my questions her response was always..No worries! Demetra was very patient and was just as excited as myself. She offers multiple forms of communication: phone, email, text. Texting was very helping when I couldn’t actually talk but wanted a question answered. One week prior to my event we went over all the details again.
Day of the event:
I walked in and my jaw dropped. The decor was simply gorgeous! The transformation was amazing I didn’t realize I was in a dance studio. I got everything I asked for plus more. Demetra had an entire team working. And everyone was professional and polite.
This vender listed to their clients’ wants and request. I would definitely recommend KAWAC simply for their professionalism, timelines, cost effencient and of course creativity.-

I really enjoyed working with KAWKAC the owner was so professional and no matter concerns I had she was always a phone call away. I have her the theme and colors and left everything to her. When I walked into the venue and saw everything I started crying. It was so beautiful and more than I expected. KAWKAC really made my princess feel like royalty. I will be using them again and again. KAWKAC EVENTS were awesome. We rented the "BABY TABLE" everything was delivered and set up in a timely manner, and the personalized table was the perfect touch!!!! Made our event one to definitely remember. -

Knot a Worry Knot A Worry Care did a fabulous job of bringing my vision for my Great Gatsby Birthday Party to Life. KAWKAC was always professional, flexible, and always quickly responded to any of my questions. I can't say enough of how helpful she was preparing and pulling the event off without a hitch. The place was decorated fabulously and there wasn't one thing that I asked for that she did not deliver. All of my guests said the party was fabulous and I owe it all to Knot A Worry Knot a Care. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to pull off a fabulous event. -

Demi you did a wonderful job. This is my second baby shower in two years and each time u did a wonderful amazing job. As usual everything was beautiful and unique. I wanted an elegant, intimate graduation party with family and close friends in New Orleans, La. I hired Demetria and her staff to coordinate and plan this event. I finished school in Texas while Demetria planned my party at home. I was pleased with the final results. Everything was beautiful and classy. Demetria made sure that every detail coordinated with my theme of the night. My guests were appalled by the exquisite details of the decor. I am very satisfied with her service and professionalism. KAWKAC events was amazing! I gave them a vision and they executed it beyond my expectations. For the first time, I actually had a chance to enjoy the shower itself instead of running around doing things "during" the shower. Demetra was very easy to get along with, very flexible, and trustworthy. I can't express how amaze i was including the soon to be bride. To this day I'm still getting compliments on what a wonderful job she did. I would definitely recommend KAWKAC events to anyone that ask! My event was breath taking, it was so beautiful and amazing my guest, onlookers and including myself were in awe. You must see pictures to truly understand the beauty. I loved the services and as a result many of my guest requested their business cards. -

KAWKAC EVENTS did an excellent job on my baby shower, initially I was going with another company but when I looked at the all inclusive packages, the price rage was great. It just made sense to choose Kawkac my family,friends and I where able to just show up and enjoy the shower. We could not believe the level of professionalism and commitment that was brought into putting my shower together and bringing my theme to life.My Candyland theme shower was and is still a big hit with us can't wait to hire you for the 1stbirthday party -
