Frieda was so helpful in helping us navigate a wedding on the island of Kauai—a place very far from Pennsylvania. She provided all the necessary contacts, marriage agents, websites, etc... She made sure we were instrumental in the planning of our ceremony. Choosing the theme and the vows. She also added personal touches just from our conversations. It was a beautiful day!

The wedding was a dream! So easy and Frieda listened to every detail making the wedding perfect.
Frieda was exactly what we needed to make our wedding simple yet so special. The entire process was so easy. We wanted to enjoy the island and not spend all our time worried about wedding details. A few emails prior with so many options of wording for the wedding were all provided by Freida before we even arrived. She added perfect little details to the ceremony to personalize it to us. She listens so well and has great suggestions when asked and needed. She has a delightful personality and put together an a amazing ceremony. 10/10 for responsiveness and knowledge of the island and Kauais beach wedding guidelines. We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect ceremony. Love love love Freida! 💕

Frieda G. delivered "best" all round service for our Kauai wedding day. From the first day of planning to the day of wedding she took care of entire details with professionalism, expertise, friendliness, and promptness. Her directions for marriage license details and completing on-line state application serval months in advance of date helped us through unknown waters so that on day of arrival we obtained marriage license in 2.5 hours. The next day we married at sunset with Frieda officiating. Liz the photographer did an excellent job beyond what we had hoped could be! We arrived in Kauai on 11/18/22 it was so beautiful that on a whim we decided to get married, with little time Freida planned the most perfect elopement. Frieda was quick to reply and navigate us throughout the process to apply for the marriage certificate, acquire the document from an agent of our choosing, personalize EVERY aspect of our ceremony and answer EVERY question or concern we had along the way with the utmost patience and professionalism. Everything from the time, location and permits necessary was provided for with ease so all we had to focus on was US on our special day. We were on vacation when we decided that we should just get married right then and there. My now-husband reached out to Frieda Gayle and, not only did she make our tiny, spur-of-the-moment wedding happen on that very same day, she helped us figure out the logistcal pieces, recommended a beautiful spot to have it, and even took a few photos for us after. Even though I had originally thought I wanted a quick paperwork signing - as we would be doing something big with our families and friends at a later date - when we met, she offered the opportunity for a small ceremony and we took her up on it. Her words were perfect and now, a year later, I'm so glad we had her there to remind us to take a breath and be present in the moment at our sunset beachfront beginning of our lives together.
In the end we had a very small but deeply personal wedding. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful wedding officiant!

Pulling Off An Incredible Effort in 24 Hours
Frieda was incredibly helpful! She helped us move some mountains to pull off a last-minute elopement. We were so incredibly happy to have her be available and communicative to help us figure out all the details of our wedding. We were able to elope in less than 24th hours! She took our call, set up logistics, called marriage license agents (all on a Sunday) and we were able to have a sunrise ceremony with beautiful photographs. This is the last review you need to read, just book her and save yourself the time to try more cakes :) She is absolutely the best in style, competence, communication, efficiency and patience. From our very first response from her she exhibited an air of aloha and let this feeling guide the entire process. We changed the date of our wedding, no problem; couldn’t decide on a location, no problem; we were even late to our wedding, still no problem! Especially about the part that we didn’t have a regular ceremony while we already had a ring exchange but you made it wonderful by blessing us with the lei exchange and making that moment so special for us.
