Incredibly talented!
Katy is a very hard working and talented hair and makeup stylist. She did hair and makeup for my wedding day—she was responsive throughout the planning process, assisted me with creating the timeline for the wedding day, arrived on time, and efficiently moved through the schedule.
My mom and bridesmaids all looked gorgeous and were so happy with the looks that Katy created! I loved my hair and make up—I felt beautiful and also still felt like me! Katy is also warm and kind, and she created a space for me that was calm and comfortable. I highly recommend Katy for wedding day hair and makeup services! -

Katy was sooo great! She was on time and ready to roll! She also came early per a time schedule change. She is flexible and super friendly! She goes out of her way to make you feel beautiful! Her makeup skills are top notch. I have a few skin issues and she listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with everything! All of my bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning! I felt beautiful in my pictures as well. I seriously highly recommend her! -

Great hair and make up!
Katy was so accommodating and made me look and feel my best for my wedding. She got my hair to do a half up/half down look with curls. I have never had curls last long before but Katy gave me curls that lasted over 12 hours. She was so attentive and made a schedule for the day of my wedding and made sure everyone was done in time. Everyone looked great and she was so great to work with! She definitely has experience doing weddings and it showed!! -

You MUST hire Katy! She turned me into an absolute princess on my wedding day. I've never felt more beautiful in my life! Not only did she make the planning process a breeze, but she also ensured that I was 100% taken care of on the day of. And best of all, I still felt and looked like me that day - I didn't feel too overdone or too natural - I felt just right. Needless to say, out of 5 stars, I would give Katy a MILLION! She is amazing! -

When I tell you that Katy is the type of person that will make you feel beautiful both inside and out, I truly mean it. She is honestly one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and she truly understands how important it is that you feel your best on your big day! She did the hair and makeup for my wedding and bridals, as well as for my family and a few of my bridesmaids, and I have never heard my grandmother say she felt beautiful until Katy did her makeup. I was slightly indecisive on the days leading up to our day, and Katy knew EXACTLY what to do and say. I wanted something a bit more glam, and it was PERFECT. I am so glad to know her, and if I ever need someone to glam me up a bit, I will always choose Katy! -

I literally feel tears welling up when I'm thinking about my experience with Katy Lynn. I will be the first to admit that I was an indecisive bride, and I could never make a decision on how I wanted to wear my hair. I was an out of town bride, so I did my hair trial when I was visiting family in NC. It was a GORGEOUS up-do, it just wasn't me. Katy Lynn worked with me to find a hair style that I felt most like myself in, while still working with the NC heat. She came to me on the day of the wedding, fully prepared to keep doing my hair until I loved it. But guess what....she nailed it on the first try because we had communicated about it for months!!! Also- her airbrush makeup was so perfect, that all of my bridesmaids ended up getting it done as well. BOOK KATY LYNN! -

Katy is exactly the kind of person you want around to help you on your wedding day. She was on time (in fact, a tiny bit early) and her energy was exactly what everyone needed. She’s amazingly skilled and I still look at my wedding photos and marvel at how good I looked. -

Wonderful Wedding Makeup Experience
Katy came to the wedding venue on the day of to complete both bridal and bridesmaids makeup. She not only did a wonderful job but is incredibly personable and willing to work with whatever style makes you comfortable! She has been very easy to get in touch with throughout the entire process. Great experience overall! -

Absolute wonderful experience with Katy!
Katy was absolutely wonderful throughout the wedding process! She was very responsive to my calls and texts. She was very open to what I wanted, she even cut my hair the day of to recreate my picture. I highly recommend Katy! -

Fantastic Wedding Makeup
Katy was absolutely amazing to work with! She was extremely professional and allowed flexibility as some of my bridesmaids changed their makeup preferences leading up to my wedding day. Katy is awesome and the sweetest! She was so flexible with me and my crazy schedule and was able to get me into a trial two says before my wedding. She also does amazing hair and makeup. I had a particular look in mind and she did it exactly how I wanted. My pictures look amazing and my makeup and hair lasted all night, even in the cold rainy night. -

Absolutely Amazing
Katy did an incredible job on mine and everyone else’s hair! I am a very very particular person when it comes to the at my hair and makeup looks and she nailed it to the T. Everyone looked amazing and our hair lasted from the morning all through the night! -

As someone who doesn’t normally do much in terms of makeup and hair styling, I trusted Katy to help me figure out what would look best and she definitely didn’t disappoint! Through the whole process she was very responsive to emails and texts and on the day of she worked quickly to get through my five bridesmaids and myself. We all looked fantastic and the curls in my board straight hair lasted all night!
Not only is she an amazing makeup artist she is an amazing person and a joy to work with! Thank you for helping me look and feel my best on my special day! -

Katy is kind and funny, and makes you feel like the most beautiful bride that there ever was (inside and out!) Her work is beautiful and she won’t stop until it’s perfect (however she is always spot on for timing!) I couldn’t have had a perfect day without her!

Anyone can call themselves a makeup artist but be sure you have trial runs. I had 2 different trial runs before I went to this lady and she took a lot less time and gave me the best results. She did my hair and makeup exactly how I envisioned. You can tell when someone loves their job and is good at it and she is!

I did not do a trial run before the wedding but both my hair and makeup were exactly what I had in mind. She was extremely flexible which I so appreciated since we had to move our wedding location 3 days before the wedding. She is so personable, friendly, and I felt like I had known her forever! I personally loved how she offered to tell people for me to stop asking me questions so I wouldn’t be stressed haha! You’re the best, Katy! ;)
