Katie was an absolute blessing to work with. She was so kind, always the most responsive, and encouraging of every idea I had- bringing it to life for me in the most perfect of ways for my wedding.
As every bride would be, I was so nervous and concerned the day of my wedding. Up until then, Katie and I had communicated multiple times, and talking to her was as if talking to a close friend. The day of, she was readily and willingly available even whilst running around decorating to perfection for questions my bridesmaids had. I learned they called her about steaming my dress and she took the time to help them and guide them. I was so grateful for her kindness towards them.
My wedding was perfect. Every single thing I saw was put together with so much love and care in every detail. I hadn't sent her staging photos of my sweetheart table or cake table, and when I kept secretly looking into the room, I was filled with joy. I could see her bustling around, carefully placing flowers and all these little things around to perfect a vision I didnt even know I had.
She was there for me through everything. I know this is a wedding planner, but her encouragement and excitement brought me a sense of comfort even seconds before I walked down the aisle. She celebrated with me, she comforted me, and she put so much time into familiarizing herself with my husband and I, I felt so at ease putting all my worries into her hands.
The entire night, and even afterwards, a week later, so many people from my family came up to me complimenting Katie. She was a light to everyone around her, impactful enough for friends and family to compliment her personality even while she worked so hard all night to perfect everything I wanted.
3 days after, she sent me an album of all these beautiful candid's she took from the day. My husband walking into the venue, excited and in awe. Seconds before I walk down the aisle, my arm linked with my fathers. These photos came after I received professional sneak peaks, and yet, they were the ones that made me sob. They were so personal, and tailored to me, my husband, and all the small beautiful things she put together that day.
I could go on and on about Katie, but Im reaching my character limit. She was phenomenal. I wish I could use her for every single event in my life. She made my husband and I feel so special and so loved, I truly feel as if she could never be repaid enough for what she has done for me, and other couples.

I can't even express how wonderful Katie is. We could not have done our wedding day without her. She made sure that everything went perfectly and smoothly. But also was amazing at checking in on both of us throughout the day to make sure we were happy, feeling good, needed anything, etc. She is everything amazing, kind, thoughtful, and more and I could not recommend her enough. Not only is she incredible at her job, but also extremely KIND and was a friend to us throughout the entire process. We love you Katie! Katie is an absolute dream to work with! From our first call with her, we could tell she was kind, approachable, and genuinely excited to learn every detail of our day. Her organization and professionalism were unmatched—she was always one step ahead and made the entire process feel effortless! She went above and beyond by sharing helpful wedding items and even sending us beautiful photos of the setup and florals. Katie was our coordinator for our wedding last week. I don’t know how we would have done it that day without her. She not only made sure that everything went smoothly, we stayed on time, assisted with vendors but she went above and beyond taking pictures and making sure we had drinks or anything we needed. Katie also stayed late and made sure everything was packed up and out of the venue so we could enjoy our day and attend the afterparty. Do yourself a favor and hire Katie for your wedding. She really eliminated stress and had wonderful ideas to make the day special. Thank you so much Katie!

Katie was our day-of wedding coordinator 2 years ago and every time we remember our wedding we think of how amazing she was. Our wedding day went off without a hitch (no doubt due to her "behind-the-scenes" work) even with rain, family members coming in from all over the country, and even a moose appearance! She was in our corner throughout the entire process making sure the day was everything we had wanted and planned. She helped us schedule time for ourselves in the middle of such a big event, gave us time to take it all in, and even kept us fed- haha! She was attentive, kind, patient, and helped us make decisions that we didn't even know needed to be made.
I can't even imagine what our day would have been without her. If you need a kind, thoughtful coordinator who will go above and beyond for you -- look no further! Katie is THE best. -

We have been so impressed with Katie's expertise and we're still 90 days away from our wedding! We hired her as a partial planner, and from the first contact, she has been professional and friendly. She has answered so many questions in a timely manner for us and helped us in numerous ways. She has great vendor recommendations! She has met with us several times already and we've been so impressed with her organization. At both meetings, she has been willing to stay over the allotted time until all of our questions were answered. She is clearly an expert in her field and thinks of things we never would have thought about! We also had the privilege of watching her work at our friend's wedding and were so impressed with her willingness to do anything and everything to make the reception run seamlessly. Katie was AMAZING! She stepped in to help serve has our day of coordinator a month and a half before our ceremony after we had to fire our original planner. Katie was extremely detail oriented and her communication was top-notch. I plan corporate events for a living but certainly did not know the ins and outs of wedding planning so having Katie by our side was truly a gift! She made she no detail was missed, offered advice but let us know it was our decision to make and had a wonderful relationship with our vendors. I would highly recommend Katie Rose Events to friends and family! You will not be disappointed. -

My husband and I were absolutely blown away by Katie's work. Not only did she take time to meet with us well before the wedding, she answered thousands of questions we had about timelines, vendors, our venue and anything else we could think of. She was quick to respond, flexible to meet with us and made our entire wedding a perfectly seamless event. Katie agreed to help us make our crazy idea of having a paragliding wedding happen! She was excited and ready for the challenge of completely new logistics of managing multiple venus, weather related timeline flexibility, changing vendors and DYI decor! She was essentially for making our special day a HUGE success even if on-fly changes due to weather and flying concerns. Not only did she help with making sure we were organized and thought of all of the needed details, but she came in to help when we had to replace vendors and get support from others to get things setup in time. Not only did Katie do an incredible job helping us plan and execute our wedding, but she became a friend in the process. She is so wonderful, kind, and thoughtful to work with and easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend her services with enough praise! If you are considering a wedding planner book her! -

We were so fortunate to have booked Katie for our wedding (May 2024). She responded to our initial outreach in less than a day and helped us go from overwhelmed to confident with details planning. Being connected with her throughout planning was great, but the real value came in day-of coordination. We could not have done our wedding without her & her assistant's help, and our vendors all commented on how well everything worked. Katie was also very patient & understanding with an anxious, indecisive bride! -

I knew I had one shot to make for a great wedding day, and after one phone call with Katie I knew I had the right person on board. Katie was wonderful to work with every step of the way. She is great with communication and also very detail-oriented. We hired her for a "day-of" coordinator, but she was very involved and planning with us MONTHS before the big day. We had several meetings along the way and I felt like each one helped me stay on track. As a bit of a DIY bride, this was so helpful as I used her meetings to gauge if I was ahead or behind of schedule. She also created documents that we had access to so we could be on the same page about the day. We were able to add comments to the document so we could change things about the day directly through her. In addition, Katie had a pretty extensive closet full of decor items that we were able to use. It really helped with those small items you don't think about until you see them!
Overall, Katie was a joy to work with. She was kind to everyone and very on top of all the details going on with the day. I did not have to think or worry about any of the logistics, decor, or planning on my wedding day and I owe that all to Katie. I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married! -

Warm, experienced and highly organized!
Katie is a fabulous wedding coordinator! There were so many things I appreciated about her leading up to and on my daughter’s wedding day: she is gracious, always prompt, professional and thorough; the detailed schedule she created (and kept everything on time!); thinking of things we hadn’t even considered; excellent communication with us and our vendors, and the way she streamlined everyone into a single, cohesive team. Being able to borrow some items from her “decor closet” saved us time and money. She sent us a number of sweet snapshots she captured on her phone that I never even saw her take, including a precious moment with my daughter that likely no one else even noticed. The one thing that stood out most to me was how calm she was, even when a ceremony-time hiccup occurred over which none of us had any control. She addressed the situation promptly and without any signs of getting rattled, which helped everyone else stay calm. By all means, hire Katie! You will be able to relax and enjoy the wedding day and the weeks leading up to it, knowing the details are in her capable hands. -

Extremely attentive, detail-oriented, and hands on in ensuring the day went perfect. It's evident she is extremely experienced in all aspects of wedding planning & coordinating. Katie was our PHENOMENAL day-of coordinator, simply the best! She brought our dream wedding plan to fruition, with what I'm sure was nothing short of Herculean effort, though we saw none of that. She made it look easy and effortless! On the day of our ceremony, Katie made us feel at ease, knowing that everything was taken care of.
I work with a lot of projects managers in day-to-day life, and if they were as detail oriented as Katie, every project I work on would be a smashing success. Katie will handle every detail, as long as you trust her. Put your wedding day in her hands, and you'll have a stress-free day!
She earned our trust on our first call with her and it never wavered. Our first meeting with her, only a few short months before the ceremony helped spur us along to tighten up a lot of the small details we hadn't considered yet. Afterward, she reached out and began coordinating with all our vendors behind the scenes, making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when.
When the day of the rehearsal came, she took charge and ran everything with grace and aplomb. The ceremony was nothing less, everything we put on paper came to life with flawless execution thanks to Katie. I was a COVID-19 bride and had aspects of my wedding constantly changing. I needed a wedding planner last minute due to a change in venues. I asked Katie a month before my wedding and she not only stepped up the plate but she went above and beyond. She was so organized, asked all the questions I didn't even think about and communicated efficiently while also doing so many things behind the scenes. The day of the wedding went so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was in order and looked wonderful. It was such a gift to have her there for the day and to know I was not in charge of the details. I would so recommend her for your wedding!
