The Perfect Wedding Photographer
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kati for our engagement and wedding photos and could not have dreamt up a better experience. From the moment we met with her, Kati's sweet and bubbly personality put us at ease. She made the process so fun and easy and was always there to answer questions or put our minds at ease (especially when I started to panic about the weather!)
And the photos? They completely exceeded our (high) expectations. She captured our special day in the most beautiful way.
Perfection from start to finish! We adore you, Kati!

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing the entire experience was with Kati. I knew I needed (not wanted) to book her before I was even engaged, and I am so happy that I was lucky enough to work with her! I am someone who absolutely hates having my picture taken, but she made me feel so beautiful and confident in front of the camera. Her professionalism combined with the gentleness of an old friend made working with her an absolute dream, and my husband and I cannot recommend Kati enough! She doesn't just take pictures, she captures lifelong memories. Her work has a timeless feel, nostalgic, yet modern. Nothing is pushed. She eases into her surroundings and knows exactly the moments to capture. She knows her clients...her intuitiveness with the camera is breathtaking! -

Above & Beyond
I am so grateful that we hired Kati as our wedding photographer. She is not only incredibly talented, but she is also kind, patient, and the type of person you want around on your wedding day. Kati felt like a second wedding planner--she was integral in helping the day run smoothly. She kept everyone on time and executed the timeline seamlessly, without ever making us feel rushed or stressed. She has such warm presence and made us feel special the entire weekend. She goes above and beyond for her clients. We had multiple calls leading up to the day, to ensure that we were on the same page regarding places for photographs and style. She woke up at the crack of dawn for our engagement shoot and arrived early on our wedding day to shoot our stationary with such care and detail. The next day she posted photos on her Instagram story with the songs we processed to playing in the background, which was such a thoughtful touch. We've only received our sneak peaks back, but they are truly a work of art. Kati knows how to capture the pure emotion of a wedding, while also not missing any of the details. She went above and beyond in all respects. We are so excited to see the full gallery! Thank you, thank you, Kati! -

There are no words to describe how talented and also kind Kati is! We used her for our engagement shoot, my special bridal portraits with my sister who was expecting the week of my wedding, and our day of wedding. I wanted light, airy, beautiful, vibes and Kati exceeded expectations. I would choose her 1000 times over! -

Simply the Best!
Kati is the most talented photographer I have ever come across. We were blessed to be able to book her for our wedding and she was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! She is so easy to communicate with from booking your wedding date, to scheduling your engagement pictures all the way to your big day! She makes the wedding planning process stress free and not overwhelming by spreading out her questionnaire and giving you the all the tips for the best photos! On our wedding day she came prepared with EVERYTHING we could possibly need that I totally forgot about. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! I can not recommend Kati enough! Kati Rosado Photography was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding! Kati herself is so kind, talented, and organized and made our wedding day so easy for us to enjoy. We were so fortunate to do our engagement shoot with Kati exactly one year before our wedding date and it was a great practice round. My husband and I are both plus-size and it was important to me that we picked a photographer who was body-inclusive and knew how to pose bigger people. We discussed it during our initial consultation and then I never worried about it again. We could not be happier with the end result!! We had multiple members of our bridal party comment on how smoothly photos went and how they have never been in a wedding party where the photos were that seamless. We now have over a thousand gorgeous photos from our wedding day and it didn't feel like a hassle to get them. Our second shooter Matt was awesome also, he developed a great rapport with our groomsmen and really got the guys comfortable. Kati and her team truly felt like long-time friends enjoying the day by our side. Photography was an investment for us when creating a budget for our wedding and we are so happy we chose to spend more on it. I had complete trust in Kati's photography team to capture the day organically and beautifully. We love Kati so much and hope we have excuses to hire her and hang out in the future!! -

I simply can't recommend Kati enough. Her work speaks for itself: the composition and colors are beautiful and timeless. I love the feel of the film in particular. But what really set Kati apart is her calm and easy-going disposition. I am not naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but Kati knew exactly what to tell us to make us feel relaxed and like ourselves. Kati was unbelievably organized and a true partner in the process, always available if I had a question or concern. On top of it all, Kati is incredibly kind and caring. Kati was an absolute joy to work with, and we are so grateful for her and how she captured our big day! -

Working with Kati was a dream from the very first email exchange. She is meticulous, creative, and really puts so much heart into what she does. When it comes to talent, she is one of the best in the industry; the incredible images you fall in love over on her Instagram is what you get (and more). However, what sets her apart is her kindness, and how comfortable you feel around her. I truly believe she cares so deeply about her clients and for that reason is able to deliver such incredible images. I love reliving every moment captured so perfectly. -

Hiring Kati was the best decision we made as far as booking vendors for our big day. I am a former photographer myself, so i'm very picky when it comes to wedding photos. I specifically wanted a photographer that shot film and digital. After finding a few options through instagram, Kati's work specifically stuck out as being the most exquisite. Then after speaking with her, we were sold! She is so personable and kind. She made us feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera, which really shows in our photos! She may seem like she's on the expensive side, but when you consider the quality of work you're getting, the timelessness of film, and the fact your getting works of ART for your big day, she's a steal! Plus, she didn't add on extra for anything, not even travel. You truly know what you're getting and I appreciate that. Also, it rained on our big day and she still found a way to make that look romantic. Some of my favorite photos are us under the umbrella. I have too many great things to say about her! Just book her and you won't regret it! -

Kati is the best of the best!
Kati was so flexible with us as we navigated planning during a pandemic, from postponing our engagement photos to holding multiple back-up dates for us in the case of a full wedding postponement. The images she delivered are truly timeless and will be cherished by us and generations to come. Kati has such a presence about her that you can only attribute to her many years of experience, and her calm confidence made us feel so at ease. She also radiates a joy and passion for her work - you can just see her face light up behind the camera and you just know she's captured something beautiful. On top of how wonderful Kati is at her job, she is truly a compassionate person who loves to serve others and cares deeply about her clients. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day, and we hope to use Kati in the future to document more of our milestones! -

Amazing!!!
Kati is absolutely amazing!! She did our engagement photos as well as our wedding day and we were so happy with everything! We got married on 1/30/21 and she sent a few preview images within a day! Where to even begin!!! I've admired Kati's work for so long now! Since I started college I was dreaming of one day being able to 1. Meet Kati, or 2. Learn from her about shooting film... Well, both of those came true! I hired Kati for a branding & mentoring session in September! From the moment I inquired she was immediately so helpful and so invested in my business and me succeeding. She had me to create a vision board filled with all the colors and vibes for my ideal brand. When it all came time to pull it all together, Kati did an outstanding job! From the little fine details, to the big ones. We went with Old World Romance with pops of colors! She got me in contact with an incredible wedding planner here in Virginia who helped plan to most beautiful styled shoot!! Literally filled with all my dream colors and vibes for my brand. Kati had me shooting film & digital for the entire session. I was so scared to shoot film, but she showed me how easy it could be! Needless to say I've been shooting regularly now. During our sit down mentoring portion, she showed me how to match film scans to my digital work using anchor images. I never knew that such a small detail could help me grow so much. I was always starting with my digital images and hoping they would (maybe) match my film scans. She had me set goals for myself for one, 5, and 10 years, and I'm already reaching my one year goal within a span of two months! She showed me the areas in my business I could grow, and gave me validation in areas I was doubting my abilities. She truly gave me so much confidence in growing my business and my brand!! I'm so eternally grateful for Kati, and would recommend anyone using her for a mentoring and/or branding session!! If you're ready to grow your business, or shooting film consistently, then hire her immediately! Seriously, you will NOT be disappointed!! LOVE YOU KATI!! -

Kati was one the best decisions we made for our wedding! She made us feel so comfortable and truly felt like another guest at our wedding. She captured so many wonderful moments and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a destination wedding and hadn't met Kati until two days before the wedding, however she made the entire process seamless and checked in with us regularly. Kati not only took gorgeous portraits of my husband and I, but she literally captured every moment of our ceremony, and reception, which was very important to me! She did a fabulous job capturing candid moments, which are my favorite. We got married in July (in Flordia!) and so our wedding day was blessed with a monsoon of a thunderstorm ;) But by our pictures, you would never even know it. Kati made sure that we had a re-take session that, in my opinion, allowed us to have better photos than if we had tried to cram them in before our reception. Kati is very pleasant to work with, very professional, and tries very hard to make sure that your wedding day is captured in just the way that you have envisioned it. Thank you, Kati, for making it so we are able to relive our wedding day again and again. -

Amber Sent on 01/18/2016We can't express how grateful we are that we had Kati as our photographer on our special day. From our first meeting we knew she was the right photographer for us. She was so helpful during the planning process with your itineraries and advice. We couldn't have imaged working with any one else. She was able to make us feel so comfortable and effortless in front of the camera (not an easy task). Not to mention her eye for detail....it's AMAZING!!! Every single image looks like it was taken right out of a magazine! It was wonderful not having to stress about looking good for the camera because we knew as long as it was a picture that Kati took, we would look perfect. We don't even know how she managed to capture every single detail of our wedding so beautifully. Looking at our pictures makes us feel as if we are reliving our wedding day, but it's even prettier then we remember in the pictures. Having her as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!!!
