Kathy is simply a dream! She not only did our engagement photos, but our wedding as well! Let me tell you, she is not only the sweetest vendor I worked with, she has a thing for capturing the true emotions present! The shots she captured really speak, like they are almost tangible, and for that I am so thankful! We used Kathy for our adventure engagement photos and wedding photos. She was an absolute pleaseure to work with and made us both feel so comfortable in front of the camera! She is truly a talented photographer and she was a breeze to commicate with. In addition, her second photographer did an amazing job on our wedding day. We were so thankful that Kathy was able to capture our most charished memories. -

Kathy was the perfect pick from the word "go." She was responsive, polite, and accommodating. Her consistently upbeat attitude put us at ease right away. When we finally met in person for a unique engagement photo session, Kathy was nothing but supportive, and working with her was a delight. On the wedding day, Kathy and her crew were amazing to work with, and we could not possibly be happier with the results! Five stars are not enough. -

The sweetest photographer 💕
Kathy was a dream to work with. She was a preferred vendor with Honey Suckle Hill and the micro wedding package we selected. She was very helpful and prompt with communication prior to the event. The day of the wedding she was prepared with the photo list we had discussed weeks prior. She was very flexible in last minute changes and managed to get awesome pictures despite a short 5 minute ceremony! I highly recommend! -

Beautiful photos
Kathy was nothing short of incredible. She carries such a sense of calm. I hardly knew she was there wedding day. She felt like one of our guests. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful. Our engagement photos were equally as beautiful. She truly captured the story of our day. She was so easy to work with. She was reliable and the sweetest soul. I cannot say enough good things about Kathy! As a laidback bride, I didn’t want to spend forever taking pictures. She made it so easy and relaxed and captured all the pictures I wanted in an ideal time frame so I could still party! She was also very good at remaining behind the scenes but still getting all the photo ops! Not to mention, she had my pictures back to me within two weeks!!! We are obsessed with them! I highly highly recommend her!! -

Kathy was a fantastic wedding photographer, and also an amazing person. She is super prompt, professional, responsive, and talented. Her pricing is also extremely reasonable for what you get compared with similar caliber photographers in the Asheville area. We were thrilled to meet her for our engagement session (which was included in the package at no extra charge), where she made us feel extremely at ease and comfortable. She turned the photos from that session the following day which I was stunned by. She was also very speedy in getting our wedding photos as well. Her work is beautiful and we couldn’t be more happy with the results. Would definitely recommend for those looking for a wedding photographer in the area! -

They worked so well together, and really captured some beautiful moments that I barely even remembered! (The open bar probably didn't help-ha) If you're thinking about going with a low-end photographer, DON'T!! I made some serious cuts to other areas of my budget so I wouldn't have to give up on having high-quality photos and video footage, and I am SO thankful I did!! The day really goes by in a blur, and I'm so thankful I can look back on all the details I missed the first time around. -

Kathy is so sweet and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. Kathy has such a sweet personality and her love for capturing beautiful moments shows in her work. She even hiked up a mountain carrying her cameras in July to give us a beautiful engagement session. We are so thrilled with all of the pictures!!!

She captured exactly what I had envisioned and was so easy to work with. From initial contact with her location suggestions to receiving the thoughtful presentation of the prints she sent us afterwards, she made our whole experience wonderful! Needless to say, she will also be photographing our wedding next year and I am excited to continue working with her!
