Each member we worked with for our wedding displayed utmost commitment to providing unparalleled service, and they were consistently determined to ensure we were pleased with the results at every step of the process. If we ever did feel unhappy or uneasy, they were quick to rectify the situation and reassure us. Our wedding was beautiful and the best day of our lives largely in part to Kate & Company!

  From the first time I spoke with Maureen, she set my mind at ease about every part of the wedding planning process. I was an out-of-town bride with so many questions about the wedding process as well as local vendors, and Maureen was the best friend and font of information I could have hoped for. I really appreciated our monthly phone calls starting from when I signed on with her, which helped me keep on track with the planning, and she did a great job answering questions for my husband, as well as mediating so many decisions with my venue and other vendors. We also used their inventory to rent lanterns and charger plates and a few other small items, which was so easy. When we first signed on with Kate and Co., I was a little worried about how much we were spending on a wedding planner, but by the end of the wedding, I would have happily paid twice or three times as much - their help was invaluable.

  Friendly, attentive, and extremely professional staff. Kimmy went above and beyond. She helped us with everything we needed - from touching base with our vendors to organizing the wedding party to coming to the rescue if (and when!) something came up (often without even concerning us!). Kimmy helped pick up all the breakfast catering on our day of, transported it to the room my bridesmaids and I were getting ready in and just all around made sure everyone was taken care of. She also took care of looking after ALL of our decorations, gifts, etc., and even got them back to our wedding suite for us to open the next morning! The owner Katie was also a dear to work with. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and experienced. Together Kimmy and Katie put together a detailed itinerary for our wedding party (super helpful!) and gave them their contact info in case they needed help with anything (what a huge gift -- completely took the stress off of my and my husband's shoulders leading up to our big day). During the entire day Kimmy was their watching and making sure everything was running smoothly. If something was off, she was there adjusting it. If I needed something, I turned to Kimmy and asked. She delivered. Even if it is just a day-of person (like it was for us), I say go for it! Just as important as the photographer, if not more so!!! Without that person there having your back, making sure things go smoothly, and lending a tremendous helping hand -- things would not have been as stress-free and magical as they were. Thank you Kate and Company!!

  I honestly wish I could give Kate & Company 10 stars! When anyone asks what was the best part of wedding planning, I immediately say "Hands down hiring Kate & Co!!!". My parents, husband and I were amazed at how seamlessly everything ran in the months, weeks, and day of the wedding!
  
  Katie and Kimmy were absolutely amazing! After our first "getting to know you" meeting, I felt so at ease with them, I knew it was a great fit! They understood exactly what we wanted, plus added some elements that I could not have come up with in a million years and our wedding turned out absolutely perfect. Their creativity is off the charts! Honestly, I cannot say that one thing on our wedding day went amiss! Our guests are still talking about how amazing our day is, and I completely agree :)
  
  I would recommend Kate & Co to ANYONE looking for wedding coordination or event coordination. These ladies know what they are doing! I am actually sad the wedding is over and I won't get to meet with them on a monthly basis - but I will definitely be hiring them again for ALL the big events in our future!   Hiring Kate & Co. was one of our best wedding decisions! I can honestly say that our wedding day would not have gone as perfectly as it did without them. Jill and the other girls went above and beyond to help us execute the wedding we had envisioned, while also coming up with extra details and ideas to make it unique and special. Right from our first meeting I felt like Kate and Jill completely understood our vision, ambiance, color scheme, etc. that we had in mind and really ran with that. We worked with Jill and she was wonderful. She was great at recommending vendors that she knew would execute the designs we wanted, and each vendor was amazing to work with! Jill coordinated with all the vendors for us, set up meetings, attended meetings when we needed her there, told us what we needed to focus on and when, gave ideas and advice, and always with a smile! There were plenty of last-minute details the week of our wedding that still needed finalizing and Jill and her assistants were fantastic at taking things off our plate, which I felt comfortable letting her handle because I knew she completely understood what I wanted. For the wedding day she created a ridiculously detailed timeline and I felt 100% confident that they would keep everything running smoothly so that my mom, groom & I were able to just relax & actually enjoy the wedding day. As far as we knew, everything went perfectly & it really was the best day of our lives thanks to them! The girls at Kate & Co. are extremely professional with impeccable taste & every meeting/experience we had with them left us feeling confident & excited about the wedding. I'm sure there are other great wedding planners in St. Louis but I feel truly lucky that we were able to work with them for our wedding. We can't say enough good things about our experience with Kate & Co.!

  Jill and her team were AMAZING! I knew I loved Jill from the moment I met her. She was so detailed orientated. I loved that she thought of every little detail that I had completely missed. My one wish for my wedding day was that I did not have to answer any phone calls or questions. Jill made sure that that never happened! She was so fun, professional, and easy to work with. From the timeline, to checking in with vendors, to always being there, Jill was always on the ball. Her team for the day of did an amazing job as well. I truly cannot say enough good things about these ladies. They made our wedding day so perfect. Thank you Jill!!! Thank you Kate & Co!!!!!

  Not only did Kate and Co relieve all of the stress from planning my wedding but they made sure everything was perfect. I was an out of town bride so it was extremely helpful having Kate and Co's vendor recommendations since I was unable to meet with many of the vendors on my own.
  
  When first planning the wedding I did not think there would have been that much stuff to do the day off. I was completely wrong! I could not have imagined having to do everything Kate and Co did on my wedding day! I was able to enjoy my wedding and relax. I did not have to run around making sure everything was in place.

  Not only did Kate and Co relieve all of the stress from planning my wedding but they made sure everything was perfect. I was an out of town bride so it was extremely helpful having Kate and Co's vendor recommendations since I was unable to meet with many of the vendors on my own.

  Kate & Company is the absolute best! My wedding day was absolutely stress free because of them.   I can't say enough about Katie if Kate & Co. She was supposed to be my 'day of' planner but was so much more!!!!!! She took what I had started and made it all happen flawlessly! Every detail was taken care of! She has so many great ideas!!! She allowed me to enjoy my daughter's wedding "stress free"!

  Katie,
  The site that you use for your surveys goes by half points. With that said I almost gave you a 4.5 on every category (not having clicked the full star icon). I made sure to go back and give you a full 5 on each.
  
  Our experience with you handling our wedding was nothing short of a full 5. You are remarkably professional, even having met each other through another friend you never stopped treating us like your customers. Your responsiveness to our late night emails and calls were lightning fast. We felt bad calling and emailing after business hours but that was the time we had to dedicate to the wedding and you never made any mention of it being a burden. You actually made us feel rediculous for even mentioning we were sorry!
  
  As for your vision and knowledge of what a wedding is and "should" be you provided a vast insight to things that Abbey and I would have easily overlooked or not known. Although, when we had a non traditional idea you were all for making it work... Like the flashmob!
  
  My advice to anyone reading this review is simple. If your spending the money to have a wedding, and want your planning and day of to be as stress free as possible, you would be silly for not even consulting Katie prior to diving in. Take an evening to chat with her and I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
  
  Katie - Keep doing what you love to do and you will surely see greater successes than you have already realized.

  We were initially on the fence on whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator. However, hiring Kate & Co. was one of the best decisions we made. Wedding planning can be stressful and Katie was there when we needed her. If nothing else, peace of mind on the wedding day itself was well worth it!

  I have had the pleasure of attending a few events organised by Katie from Kate and Co over the past four years, and each time I have been blown away by the level of detail and creativeness that are in each of her diverse events.Not to mention, had an absolute blast! From very small budgets, intimate affairs and party buses to large budgets and corporate events, Katie caters for all.
  
  So when it was time to organise one of the most memorable nights in my life, asking Katie to organise our wedding was a no brainer. We started planning in January 2012 and despite me living in Australia and my husband moving from St Louis to Florida, with all the obvious challenges, Katie was more than willing and excitied to be working with us.
  
  Throughout the eight months of planning, Katie was always in touch and letting us know what was going on. Countless emails, phone calls, pinterest pages, you name it! Katie made being overseas and away from the planning, very easy!! Like most coordinators, Katie organised quotes and gave us ideas to think about. However, what Katie excels at is how hard working she is. If we didn't like something or if we couldn't accomodate something into our small budget, Katie would work tirelessly to get exactly what we wanted and within our budget. Katie also made sure that every little detail was perfect, reflected our ideas and matched our theme.
  
  The wedding was beautiful and more than what we could have imagined. Attention is in the detail and Katie goes above and beyond, all the while ensuring that things are unique, personal and memorable. Approachable, organised, friendly, innovative, creative and genuine are qualities that Katie demonstrated in her role as our wedding coordinator.
  
  There are many coordinators out there, but if you want someone who will live and breathe your dream wedding or any event for that matter, Katie is by far the best choice in St. Louis.

We started planning in January 2012 and despite me living in Australia and my husband moving from St Louis to Florida, with all the obvious challenges, Katie was more than willing and excitied to be working with us.
  
  Throughout the eight months of planning, Katie was always in touch and letting us know what was going on. Countless emails, phone calls, pinterest pages, you name it! Katie made being overseas and away from the planning, very easy!! Like most coordinators, Katie organised quotes and gave us ideas to think about. However, what Katie excels at is how hard working she is. If we didn't like something or if we couldn't accomodate something into our small budget, Katie would work tirelessly to get exactly what we wanted and within our budget. Katie also made sure that every little detail was perfect, reflected our ideas and matched our theme.
  
  The wedding was beautiful and more than what we could have imagined. Attention is in the detail and Katie goes above and beyond, all the while ensuring that things are unique, personal and memorable. Approachable, organised, friendly, innovative, creative and genuine are qualities that Katie demonstrated in her role as our wedding coordinator.
  
  There are many coordinators out there, but if you want someone who will live and breathe your dream wedding or any event for that matter, Katie is by far the best choice in St. Louis.
