Working with Kasey as our wedding photographer has been absolutely wonderful. Kasey did our engagement photos in 2019, our intimate wedding in 2020, and our larger reception in June 2022. Kasey's work is beautiful; thoughtful, creative, and classic and his style is very warm, laid-back, and totally approachable. We always felt totally relaxed and fully like ourselves during our photo shoots with Kasey. He is also professional, extremely responsive to emails, and totally transparent. We jut got our photos back and they are absolutely beautiful! We can't recommend Kasey highly enough. -

Perfect Person for Our Day
Hiring Kasey as our wedding photographer was one of the first, and truly one of the best, things we did for our wedding. He listened to what we wanted, was ultra communicative, and seamlessly guided us through our day. Your photographer is someone you spend a great deal with on your actual wedding day, and Kasey is the perfect person to keep you in the moment, keep the mood fun and light, while creating amazing shots. Kasey will work with you to understand your vision for how you want your photos to look and feel. When we got our pictures back, we were so incredibly moved by the moments, colors, and fun that Kasey captured. Ten out of ten, can't recommend enough.

I cannot recommend working with Kasey Ivan Photography enough. He is very responsive and maintains open lines of communication. He is a delightfully personable and talented photographer who helped comfort and direct those of us who felt awkward getting out pictures taken. We liked working with him so much we booked him twice: the original wedding date and the post-pandemic reschedule. The photos are beautiful and will be cherished by our families for years to come. -

We just worked with Kasey Ivan for our elopement at the Woolverton Inn a few weeks ago. It was just my husband and me and we were a little worried about how different the experience would be - but Kasey was fantastic the whole way through! He was warm and encouraging and went along with anything we requested the day of. He kept us laughing and captured so many beautiful candid photos that show the true joy we felt on our wedding day. Our photos were ready within weeks and we are so pleased with them!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Kasey! -

My husband and I got married on 10/15/20 and having Kasey as our photographer was an amazing choice! We had to re-schedule our wedding from June and Kasey was super understanding and updated the contract without issue. Our photographs from the day turned out absolutely beautiful. Everyone who has seen them has loved them and commented on how amazing and vibrant the colors are. Kasey definitely deserves 5 stars! -

Kasey was one of the photographers recommended to us by our venue WoodsEdge Farm, and we loved the work displayed on his website and his personal bio. When we met up with him to chat about our wedding, it was so easy to talk with him, he was interested in our vision and passionate about his work, and so we never did meet with another photographer. We had made our choice that day. Kasey worked to incorporate the ideas we had shared with him leading up to the wedding, along with his suggestions from experience, and we could not be more pleased with the images he provided of our special day. He was able to capture the absolute giddiness of our first-look, the anticipation as we got ready, the love at our ceremony, and our guests having a wonderful time. He also managed to get some great shots of our dogs which is no small feat!
He went over every single detail with us in the weeks before our wedding, making sure we thought of everything in terms of timing and logistics. He worked with our venue and other vendors easily, and even helped us with videographer recommendations , one of which luckily had availability on our wedding date, and had worked with Kasey before -- so we knew we were in good hands and that they would work together to support each other’s memorable creations from our big day. Kasey even took the time to chat with me in the days leading up to our wedding on alternate plans in the event of rain -- we were fortunate that it held off, but I felt so at ease knowing that whatever happened, he would work with it and we would get some wonderful memories of our day. Once our teasers and eventual full library of images were ready, we received so many compliments on our photos, and we would recommend Kasey to anyone looking for a professional touch in capturing their wedding or any other special event. -

Creative, Passionate, Hard-Working, the Best
Where do I begin? I guess I will start by saying that Kasey Ivan is the most creative, hard working, passionate and fun loving wedding photographer out there. From the beginning he says that his main goal is not only to produce beautiful photos, but for those photos to tell the unique story of your love...which is not an easy thing to achieve. Not only does Kasey produce the most creative and uniquely beautiful photos we've ever seen, but he truly does take each and every job to heart. In fact, it doesn’t even seem to be a job to him. Numerous friends and family members told us how even they noticed he did everything he possibly could to make sure he was in the right place at the right time…and let me tell you, he was. We just received our complete photo gallery and we are absolutely amazed and impressed by how he captured literally EVERY special moment that occurred at our wedding. We can’t think of one thing he missed, and that, in and of itself, tells you just how hard he works.
Before the wedding he makes sure he takes enough time to get to know you as a couple- your insecurities, taste, style and love story. I am extremely shy and HATE having my photo taken but during our engagement session he made me feel comfortable after just a few minutes! It’s just his personality. Kasey is a breath of fresh air. He is such a sweet, light-hearted and fun person and this built an immediate trust between us…which ended up being so important for our wedding day.
I could go on and on about Kasey but I’m running out of characters! The last thing I’ll say, which is something that ended up being very important and meaningful to us, is this. On the day of our wedding, it is no surprise that my husband and I felt overwhelmed at times from all of the chaos. This will happen no matter how much planning you do! But Kasey was there with us every step of the way, as our photographer, but also as a friend. We had given him a pretty detailed timeline (sorry Kasey) for the day and he came with a printed copy and made sure to check in with us periodically to help us stick to the schedule. He went above and beyond his role as the photographer, including the time I got grass stains all over my detachable train during the first look and he immediately ran it over to the bridal suite so my bridesmaids could clean it out before the ceremony. Kasey put our minds at ease several times throughout the day and we can't thank him enough for everything he did.
Kasey Ivan is a passionate photographer and very special person. I promise you that choosing him for your wedding day will be the best planning decision you make. -

Kasey showed up early for the wedding, was personable and knowledgeable, and made sure that the entire wedding party felt comfortable in his presence. He snuck around getting lots of candid shots before and during the wedding, which are always the best kinds of pictures. Kasey has a flair for the artistic, finding unique angles and perspectives for his photographs. Every one of the photos he took for my wedding could be framed on its own. I am more than pleased with Kasey's photography, and his pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount of hours and effort he put into making his artwork perfect. As an added bonus, Kasey even carries around a bluetooth speaker with various kinds of music to make his subjects feel more at ease and comfortable around the camera. Most of the photos were candid shots, which truly captured the emotions and private moments of our wedding day. -

Where do we even begin with our review for the best photographer. It has taken us almost a year to write his review not because we were unhappy with him but because words cannot describe how beyond happy we are with Kasey Ivan's work. Kasey was so warm and welcoming from the first phone call we had with him - we instantly knew he was who we wanted to capture our special day. We were fortunate enough to do our engagement shoot with him which was the perfect opportunity to get know each other. He made it such a fun day with playing music and getting us to laugh and highlighting the love that day. Kasey was responsive to ALL our questions over the year while planning the wedding and made us feel at ease. We had Kasey and a second photographer for 10 hours on our wedding day and man oh man did they work their butts off! They executed the whole day with synchronized finesse and, just like the engagement shoot, made us feel so at ease, happy and captured the over abundance of love that day. All that being said, the final product is AMAZING. Kasey is so, so beyond talented, it takes my breath away. We have received many compliments from friends and family from the wedding and there were many exchanged Christmas and birthday gifts of his photographs. I truly believe there is no better talent and photographer out there than Kasey Ivan. -

We used Kasey Ivan Photography for our small elopement a couple weeks ago. He was amazing! My husband and I could not say enough great things. He made us feel so comfortable, as if we'd known him for years! Since, we were eloping in two months we didn't get an opportunity to meet him in person. Kasey made an effort to schedule a FaceTime appointment with us prior so we could feel him out and get an idea of how the day would go. We liked him right away, he catered a special package for the short amount of time we needed him.
On our wedding day, I was running late and arrived at the same time as Kasey. I didn't have my dress on yet and our schedule was supposed to start with our first look, but he didn't stress. He was so calm and supportive, if he hadn't been so sweet I probably would have had a meltdown from my own stress at the time. He optimized all the time he had to capture gorgeous photos. He also made our families feel super comfortable.
All around, nothing but positive things to say about Kasey and his work. He really knows how to play with your background and get the best shots! We highly recommend! If you're hesitant, just call him and schedule a meeting, you will not be disappointed! -
