Surpassed Expectations!
I would absolutely recommend Karrie Porter for all of your photography needs! She truly exceeded our expectations and we felt as though she was another addition to the family at our wedding! Karrie’s questionnaire packet is very detailed, which honestly helped me understand our ceremonies process. Thanks to her experience, she asked and answered questions that would have never crossed my mind, helping make our special day run smoothly. When we received our photos, my husband and I had so much fun reliving our wedding day and were thrilled to see all of the memorable moments she captured for us! We love and appreciate all of her thorough work and dedication! Karrie genuinely has a passion for what she does! -

I hired Karrie to photograph our proposal in Key West and we couldn't be happier! She captured the moment perfectly. My fiancé loves the photos and we've gotten so many compliments from our friends and family saying how beautiful they turned out.
I had never been to Key West prior to the proposal and was super nervous about working with a photographer I had never met before and the logistics of all of it. I contacted multiple photographers and none of them eased my mind until I talked to Karrie. Both Karrie and her assistant, Michaela, let me know their favorite spots to shoot proposals and the pros and cons of each. Karrie and her team were also super responsive throughout the entire process so I knew that the day of everything would go smoothly. I would highly recommend Karrie to anyone for any occasion but especially proposals! She made the whole process stress free and we couldn't be happier with the photos. -

Never imagined embarking off our cruise ship to go to Key West Court house to be married. Would become the most memorable magical 4 hours with Karrie Porter Photography.. Beyond our expectations memories of a lifetime. Every location was truly breathtaking. -

We were in Key West, from Rhode Island, for our wedding. While I thought I had figured out all the details for our small group on Smathers Beach, Karrie was a step ahead of me and had ACTUALLY considered all the details! Her direction and support was like that of an old friend, from the moment she called me (when we first stepped off the plan) to reconfirm final details to to her directing my family in the exact way we needed to create stunning photos. I cannot say enough good about Karrie. Her involvement with our wedding day made it extra special, and I can honestly say things would not have gone as smoothly without her. She's the best! -

Wedding in a Bi-plane
We have both been married before and decided we would spare our friends and family and just elope. We have visited Key West often and wanted to do something unique there. We decided on getting married by the pilot of a bi-plane while flying over Key West. We contacted Karrie and explained our plans. She was disappointed she couldn’t fly in the plane with us, but quickly came up with ideas to help photograph our special day. She met us at the airport an hour before our flight and took a series of photos around and in the bi-plane. Our pilot also helped in positioning the aircraft so Karrie could get better lighting for each picture. She was also able to take shots of us as the plane taxied and took off. Two days later, Karrie emailed us the proofs and we were thrilled! She was able to capture our excitement and happiness while including a bi-plane from the 1940’s and Key West airport in most of the pictures. She also presented some of the proofs with a lovely narrative of the day that we were able to share with friends and family. Her imagination and creativity was greatly appreciated. -

BEST wedding photographer!!
Karrie is AMAZING!! I cannot recommend her enough. She has so much passion for what she does which is very clear in her work. She was very personable, responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process and she was able to work with our budget to create the best package for us. Our photos are gorgeous and I only wish we booked additional hours so we could have even more of them!
Karrie and Rob did such an amazing job at capturing our day and words cannot describe how grateful we are. They were great to work with and so warm and welcoming. They were also professional and incredibly patient. Most importantly, the pictures are perfect! She captured my vision and then some Her and her team are also extremely skilled when it comes to edits and retouching and they did an incredible job with our photos. I STRONGLY recommend choosing Karrie as your photographer. I can’t wait to work with her again for future family photos!

Karey Sent on 11/22/2017If you're trying to decide on a photographer for you wedding, look no further. Karrie Porter and her husband are absolutely amazing to work with. My wife and I absolutely love Key West and decided to get married there. We wanted something intimate and low key. One of the most important things for us was to capture the day through photographs. We searched high and low for a photographer and after chatting with Karrie, we knew she was the one. Karrie and Rob (her husband and assistant came to our hotel and that's where the evening began. They picked us up and took us to all of the locals secret spots to get amazing photographs. They took us around town for hours to capture some amazing photographs and we had a blast. Our Reverend, Steve Torrence took us to a secluded location at Fort Zachary State Park for an amazing ceremony. After that we were able to get more amazing photographs there. We wanted to jump in the water and trash the dress and to say we did that was an understatement. Karrie stood up on some slippery, daunting rocks to capture the plunge and even got dirty in the sand with us. We couldn't have been happier with the finished product and received so many compliments on our pictures. We were able to have her make acrylics for us which are on our wall so we can be reminded everyday of our amazing time. Kerrie and Rob were more like friends than photographers! We're now expecting a little one and can't wait to return to have them take family photos.

User1541596 Sent on 02/22/2014Karrie and Monica were absolutely amazing!!! I knew Karrie was out photographer from the first email I recieved from her! You could feel her fun personality through her emails and I knew she would be perfect for us! Plus I had sent an email inquiring about her pricing on Thanksgiving, not thinking that I would get a response for at least a few days, but she surprised me and I recieved an email within a few hours! She was so much fun and has been beyond responsive to us. THey were also a lot of fun the day of the event not to mention how amazing how photos are! Everyone who sees them says how beautiful they are and how they should be submitted to magazines because they look that amazing! Not only did she take photos for us but she put together a video that told a story with our photos of the whole day. It is amazing and we keep watching it over and over! I can't tell you enough good things about Karrie and Monica. Karrie was amazing through this whole process and definitely helped reduce my stress!
