  Karla is absolutely amazing! She photographed both our wedding, and an engagement shoot. From our first meeting with her to getting our images and everything in between, she never disappointed us. She is friendly, warm, professional, efficient, and very talented. She was very receptive to what we wanted, and worked within our somewhat limited time frame for portraits, family pictures, etc. and still got amazing shots. After telling her our plans/wants, she really took care of everything and we did not have to worry about photos on the day of, or need to remind her of things, etc....it really made our day so much less stressful knowing she was in control and we could trust her to do an amazing job. Karla and the photographer she brought with her got awesome pictures of us and our guests, while being very unobtrusive and "out of the way." We were also super happy that she not only got all the pictures we wanted, but also got some beautiful shots of our venue and important details (like my DIY bouquet with my something old(s) and something borrowed(s)) that we didn't think to ask for. We are so happy with the finished products, and with our whole experience of working with Karla! -Maggie & Yussuf

  The BEST experience ever I’ve never taken pictures and felt I would be shy and awkward but Karla made me feel so comfortable I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

  Karla was in Maui for 2 weeks in October 2013 and we set-up a time to meet for my fiance & I's engagement shoot. She was very responsive to e-mails and incredibly open to any location suggestions. Karla even drove to 2 different places for us to capture the images that we had envisioned even though they were 25 minutes apart.
  
  
  
  Despite being in a new environment, what I loved about Karla was that she already had in mind what types of photos she wanted to capture. She adapted to the strong winds & harsh afternoon sunlight and directed our poses flawlessly to work with all the elements. That's how we knew we were working with a pro! She knows her camera & equipment, understands lighting, & is attentive down to the littlest details. Karla didn't let a little slip in the ocean stop her from capturing each special moment ;)
  
  
  
  She was so fun and easy to work with. We were so surprised when we received a sneak peak of our photos the NEXT day. She even had everything post-processed for us within 2 weeks. We were SO thrilled with the results! We had our photos printed in our guestbook, on posterboards, & a big 16 x 20 print, and they all look wonderful.
  
  
  
  We've received so many compliments our photos and I would not hesitate to recommend Karla for your photography needs! She takes the time to get to know her clients & delivers photos that will be cherished for many years to come. Book her today!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karla! She did our engagement photos in Boston's North End and captured images that we just LOVE! She was always prompt, responsive, professional, and lots of fun to work with. She got to know us and what we liked and then captured that. She even went out of her way to go and get photos in the spot that my fiance proposed to me. These photographs are really special to us and it was great to have pictures in Boston, where we live, even though we are getting married in PA. If we weren't getting married so far away I would definitely have her photograph the wedding. I would recommend Karla to anyone needing a photographer- you will have a great time and end up with images that you just love!
