Beautiful flowers!

I found Karin’s florist after driving by many times. I decided to use them for my bouquet and boutonniere. I sent them pics as my inspiration and they knocked it out of the park. Ironically, my wedding venue, 2941, also uses them for centerpieces so I knew it was meant to be. My husband also got flowers from them to bring to my bridal shower. Their customer service is unmatched!

Bryan did an amazing job. From the beginning he worked with us on our color choices and made recommendations. He checked with us as we got closer to the wedding day to make sure we had everything we needed and made updates as needed. I made part of our centerpieces and he added a few flowers around them that just brought it all together. He was absolutely amazing!

Wedding reception flowers

We had an excellent experience working with Karin's Florist for our wedding reception. They did a great job of listening to what we wanted (classy, elegant not over-the-top) and customizing. Bryan was super responsive, professional and helpful every time I spoke with him. The delivery and execution was seamless, and of course the flowers were beautiful!

Absolutely breathtaking!

The florist at Karin’s are artists! They brought my wedding vision to life. It was a dream and everything I wanted! Worth every penny and they were so flexible, friendly, professional and timely.

Great value, even better service

Bryan was incredibly patient with me and delivered arrangements that really blew us away. I first went to Bryan without any ideas of a color palette or even what flowers I wanted -- just that I wanted as minimal flowers as possible. Despite my giving him very little to work with, he was always responsive and provided ideas for how different colors could play off of each other. His feedback played a major role in helping me lock down the final aesthetic of my wedding. He was also super flexible and happy to update the proposal as we adjusted our visions across the final months. Plus, everything was super reasonably priced. I can't recommend him enough!

An easy collaborative process

Karin's Florist was a breeze to work with, and our flowers looked gorgeous. Brian talked us through everything in advance and was receptive to our feedback. We ordered a sample bouquet about 6 weeks ahead of our wedding so that we had an idea of what they would look like in advance. Karin's Florist delivered on the colorful florals that we were looking for and the set up/tear down happened without a hitch. We would definitely recommend them! Photos by Lux Photography.

Highly Recommend Karin’s Florist

Highly recommend Karin’s Florist! We are not big flower people, but Bryan worked with us and our budget to help bring our vision of romantic vineyard wedding to life. They were very responsive and flexible when we needed to adjust our order. The bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières looked absolutely incredible, as did the accent flowers. We will definitely be using Karin’s for all of our future floral needs.

Bryan is amazing to work with!

I have worked with Bryan at Karin's Florist for several years for work events. When it was time to plan my Wedding, I knew that Bryan would be the one to call. When my husband and I had to change our Wedding date due to the pandemic, Bryan was beyond supportive and accommodating. Bryan has a vision for floral design, and creates the most magical arrangements. Our flowers were even more stunning than we could have imagined. Bryan and I discussed our mutual love for Disney in the very early stages of Wedding planning. I was completely speechless when Bryan added a hidden mickey pin in my bridal bouquet on the day of my Wedding! We can't thank Bryan and Karin's Florist enough!

Beautiful Flowers

Karin’s Flowers came recommended by another friend who was recently married, and Bryan really delivered for us. From our initial conversations, Bryan was interested in our story and our overall expectations for the day. He took time to weave in smaller touches that ultimately gave the flowers a special meaning. When we shifted our plans in late February, Bryan quickly adjusted the pieces to meet our new needs. When the flowers were delivered, they were an instant hit and some people definitely still have them. Throughout the entire process, Bryan’s flexibility and professionalism really saved us a lot of time and stress. We will be Karin’s Flowers customers for life!

Beautiful Wedding Flowers

Karin's Florist was very easy to work with. We did not have a clear vision of our flowers for our wedding. However, they guided us through the process of choosing floral arrangements after listening to our vague descriptions of what we were looking for. Karin's Florist was extremely respectful of our budget and clearly explained how the budget would be used.

On the day of our wedding, they quickly assembled the arrangements and delivered flowers that were beautiful and long-lasting.

Breathtaking Flowers

Bryan was creative from the start of the process where we had little knowledge of what flower arrangements would work best with the stargazer flowers we were trying to include at our wedding. Bryan came up with a unique approach to the boutonnieres as well as the centerpieces. Even when I decided to change the flowers a few months before the wedding Bryan was able to communicate with me quickly and efficiently to get those changes done and was very clear in terms of the cost changes, so there were no surprises. On the day of the wedding, we found we did not need one of the three tables and were worried we paid for an extra centerpiece that was going to waste. However, Bryan and his team along with our wedding coordinator made an on-site decision and broke down the third centerpiece to decorate the venue. Overall Karin's florist has an amazing staff, great coordinators, and Bryan always replied to my email or calls promptly.

Heartbreakingly Beautiful

We were so happy with Karin’s flowers for our wedding! Bryan was great during the consultation and explained everything perfectly. When COVID hit, they were super flexible and accommodating especially when some of the wedding party could no longer attend and we had to revise the order. The bouquets were so beautiful and really popped! Everyone loved the centerpieces and took them home! Everything was super impressive and went off without any issues.

Above and Beyond

Bryan went above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely beautiful! He was very understand about our ups and downs with planning the wedding during COVID and was able to work around our last minute changes. I know nothing about flowers but he was able to take my vague descriptions and turn them into exactly how I imagined (and more!). I would 100% recommend to anyone in the DC area.

A Deco Dream Come True

My family has been using Karin’s florist for as long as I can remember for any special occasion. When it came time to pick a florist for my wedding, I knew in the back of my mind it would likely be Karin’s. However, when we had our initial meeting with their Creative Director Bryan that is what absolutely sold me. Before our meeting they asked for any details we had about our wedding, including any pinterest pages we created. At the time, I had an idea of colors I liked and had pinned similar things. However, it wasn’t until I met with Bryan that he was able to pinpoint the deco inspired theme that I was interested in and within minutes pull out pictures of flowers and inspiration he envisioned. His creativity was so inspiring and I felt absolutely excited for what was to come.

Bryan and the rest of the team at Karin’s worked with us to make sure we had everything covered and so that we could stay within a reasonable budget. We had a follow up meeting a few months before the wedding where Bryan shared examples of what he was planning, which was very comforting to see it in person before the big day. They were flexible with us when we added a few things last minute that we had not though about, and they didn’t hesitate to go above and beyond for what we wanted.

To really complete the deco inspired black, white, and gold theme, Bryan designed my bouquet to be all white flowers, with the Stephanopoulos flower (similar to my name) where he glued pearls inside the center of the flowers. This was beyond my wildest dream. To compliment the gold accent of our wedding, he spray painted leaves and used them as an accent for my bouquet and the décor in our chuppah and throughout the venue. They also were willing to have both tall and shorter centerpieces for the table, utilizing the amazing black and gold vases Karin’s has for events. Finally, they worked with us to add flowers to the cake, which we didn’t decide to do till the last minute.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They were professional, accommodating, and completely made the event spectacular! Bryan is a creative genius and I am so thankful he made my dream flowers that I didn’t even realize were my dream come true!

A must have on your wedding day!

This florist was the absolute best for our wedding! Karin’s was willing to work within our budget and made our reception space look amazing. I explained my classic, timeless style and color scheme – ivory and navy blue - to Bryan and with his guidance the reception space was elevated with elegant, soft floral arrangements with accents of blush and greenery. I wanted a bouquet that resembled my mother’s (which included a family heirloom Bible from her mother), and Bryan created a bouquet that was unlike anything I have ever seen. I was blown away by his vision and creativity! Karin’s Florist is a must for your wedding day – they know what they are doing!

So talented!

We worked with Bryan at Karin's Florist and he is very talented and extremely flexible and accommodating. I changed my mind multiple times throughout the process, and he worked with me through each step. He is very knowledgeable and gives his honest opinion on if your choices will work and offers alternatives when needed. As someone who knows nothing about flowers, I really appreciated this. We went back and forth many times over email and he responded within a timely fashion each time. I am so happy we went with them and even happier with how our flowers turned out. They were seasonal, fresh, and arrived right on time. We had no issues with delivery which made the morning stress-free! I 100% recommend them!

Perfect Flowers

I was beyond happy with the flowers for our wedding. My husband, who did not want anything to do with the flowers during the planning, even mentioned during our reception how amazing they looked. Bryan worked to make sure he incorporated all of my ideas with my budget and they were super flexible. I will continue to use them any time I need flowers!

Amazing flower arrangements!

We got married in April 2019 and used Karin’s for our flowers. Their entire team was so responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. The flowers turned out so beautifully and were exactly what I wanted. They also dressed our the pergola for our outdoor ceremony with a beautiful drape and some greenery. Would 100% hire them again!

Beautiful Flowers

Absolutely beautiful flowers. I went with simple bouquets and boutonnieres with babies breathe and white roses and everything was amazing and fresh. I picked up the day before the event and they were still perfect the next day, I just put them in the fridge.

Bryan is the Best!

I am so thankful we decided to work with Karin's Florist for our wedding. I honestly knew very little about flowers and found all that was on Pinterest overwhelming. With a very basic idea, general budget, and color scheme, Bryan transformed our wedding into a romantic and magical event. He was flexible with our needs, but also gave invaluable and insightful suggestions. He worked with us to create pieces that met our general theme, worked with our linens, basic decor, and venue to make a beautiful wedding!

5+ stars for October 2018 Wedding

We were absolutely blown away by how beautiful the flowers turned out for our October 2018 wedding. Bryan Swann was incredible to work with from start to finish - he is truly one of a kind and incredibly knowledgable and creative. The trellis was stunning, as were the bouquets, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. The large arrangement for the place card table was also amazing. So many guests commented about the flowers throughout the night and asked who did them. Overall, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience with Karin's Florist, working with Bryan, and the final product and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Everyone Talked About the Flowers!

Wow, we loved our decision to spend money on flowers! At first we didn't think so, but it really made our event look classy and Karin's Florist in Vienna was awesome to work with. They took the time to listen to the Bride on what she wanted and made center stands that did not block people ability to see each other while dinning. Call them, they will work with you on budget and venue.

My bouquet was so beautiful. We were engaged September 19 and wed October 7, so we had very little time to make everything happen. My flowers from Karin's were breathtaking. From the first phone call to the pick up, Karin's staff worked diligently to make the magic happen.

Karin's Florist did an amazing job with the flowers for my daughter's wedding. Bryan was great to work with, and really listened to what my daughter liked. He was able to re-purpose flowers from the rehearsal dinner for the wedding ceremony, as well as create a beautiful wreath for the wedding venue. The reception site was stunning and the delivery man actually helped us get everything collected when the reception ended! Customer service and responsiveness super. So glad we chose this florist!

Helen is an amazing artist & florist. She has a lot of experience with weddings, and we absolutely loved her work for my daughter's wedding at Bull Run Winery on July 7, 2018. I am a garden designer and can appreciate all of the effort and beautiful floral arrangements she put together for the wedding! Just gorgeous!! She worked within my daughter's budget, and was so easy to work with. Not only that, she's such a sweet person, too! I highly recommend her for your wedding/party florist needs. Thank you Helen :-)

Karin's Florist did the flowers for our wedding in April at 2941. We worked directly with Bryan Swann, the Director of Special Events and Creative Director at Karin's. Bryan was extremely friendly and informative during our meeting to make our selections. In fact, he gave such creative, sound advice, we took his advice in every area. Bryan was extremely familiar with our wedding venue and knew just the right set up to make our wedding stunning for us and our guests to enjoy! Bryan's advice on style and colors for the event were spot on. We heard from many guests that we had the most beautiful flower arrangements ever seen at a wedding. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous! We gave flowers to some of our guests and many of them contacted us a week or two after the wedding telling us how long the arrangements lasted and how beautiful they were to admire after the event had passed. I had a fantastic experience working with Bryan at Karin's Florist! He was responsive to all of my questions and truly got a sense for my vision. The bouquet was AMAZING and the centerpieces were perfect! This is a guy that understands plants and as someone that cares deeply for plants/flowers, that was important to me. Bryan was very accommodating if I needed to change anything about my floral arrangement which was wonderful. I highly recommend him and Karin's Florist!

Delivery to both ceremony site and rehearsal location were prompt, the flowers were beautiful and the bouquets were well thought out and put together. Kevin treated us like royalty, and his care and attention to detail were clear with the final product! We used them for 6 boquets and all of our centerpieces, along with vases. I was helping my sister-in-law with her wedding on 4/21/18. Bryan was my contact person for Karin's Florist. Every time I emailed, I received a speedy reply. When I got to the venue I could not believe how beautiful the flowers were. The jewel tone colors with every centerpiece and the brides bouquet were amazing and so vibrant! It is Tuesday after the wedding and the flowers look just as beautiful as the day they arrived. I would highly recommend this florist for all your needs. I Ask for Bryan! He is awesome!!

Karin's Florist provided the flowers and centerpieces for my daughter's recent wedding. Their colors were lavender, teal and gray. Bryan, at Karins, used a beautiful lavender-gray rose and gardenias (the grooms late-grandmother used to grow them). They wrapped the bridesmaids bouquets in teal ribbon. They used the lace cut off the bride's dress when they hemmed it to wrap her bouquet. They were beautiful!

The bride and groom are more into candles than flowers, so the centerpieces were tall clear vases of varying heights with white candles and rose petals to match the bouquets. It was perfect! They did an amazing job!

Bryan at Karin's prepared the flowers for our wedding and he did an amazing job. Of all of our outstanding vendors, Bryan is the one that wowed us most on wedding day. The arrangements and bouquet were modern/elegant and we received innumerable compliments. Pricing is reasonable and Bryan is very flexible in terms of working within a budget and has a "can-do" attitude. Bryan is also more creative than most florists - in our case, for example, his arrangements made use of LED lighting and metal wire. Karin's is also a family-owned business that our family has used for many years and there is a level of service and warmth at Karin's that you won't find in other florists. Thank you again for making our wedding special.

My fiance & I met Helen from Karin's at a wedding expo our venue hosted. We really liked the work they had done, so we met with Helen for a consultation. I'll never forget pouring over the color books of all the different flowers and foliage -- it was seriously intimidating. We met with Helen to see what we had put together and when I realized it wasn't quite what I thought I wanted (I really did a 180 from our original design) Helen was extremely flexible in making sure our centerpieces were what we wanted. The florals at our wedding were absolutely stunning!! Thank you Helen for all of our help - it was such a beautiful wedding because of you!

I absolutely loved every floral design that was created for my wedding. My bouquet was beautiful. I carried it around for the entire cocktail party. I knew it would be awesome so Bryan created a vase sleeve and I put my flowers in it on the table. I took them to the Luncheon the next day and had the restaurant give me something to put them in. The Chuppah was the best ever. It was a sun flower canopy. The table arrangements were awesome too. Bryan did a fabulous job and I will share professional pics when I get them in a month.

Bryan at Karin's Florist was fabulous to work with for our August 5 2017 wedding at 8 Chains North winery. He was flexible with adjustments and conscious of remaining within our budget. He produced fabulous floral arrangements and a stunning arch for considerable value. I was easily able to discuss my wedding colors and give him flexibility in choosing what would fall within our budget and still look stunning. DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER! I had worked with Bryan Swan for corporate events and already knew what he was capable of. For me, there was no question- I was using Karin's and working with Bryan! Here's what I loved the most- Bryan is a CREATIVE DIRECTOR. He knows what he's doing. I simply showed him my linen samples and he took it from there. He'll share with you what he's planning and it's best that you "let him do his thing." I was not capable of seeing Bryan's vision at first, solely because I'm not as experienced and definitely not as creative as him but I trusted him and his vision and he did not disappoint. When I saw my bridal bouquet, I nearly cried- it was beyond gorgeous. Bryan won't nickle and dime you and will work within your budget and make suggestions on where to cut costs without jeopardizing the elegance of your event. Our guests were complimenting us on our flowers all night long. Using Karin's Florist and working with Bryan was one of best decisions we made during our wedding planning.

I am beyond pleased with Karin's Florist and so happy that I choose them for my wedding. Karin's Florist was a recommended vendor from my wedding venue, and I found their prices comparable to others I met with. However, Bryan took my ideas and wedding colors and turned them into something more beautiful than anyone else. I knew without a doubt that he would make all the bouquets and centerpieces perfect. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away with just how beautiful everything turned out. I would go back to Karin's in a heartbeat and I recommend them to anyone. Karin's Florist was by far my favorite vendor. I was working with Shane who put together beautiful arrangements for our Gatsby-themed wedding reception. During our initial meeting I brought in printouts from Pinterest with "Gatsby style arrangements", lots of roses and beads, and told Shane to do his magic and work with my nearly $1500 budget. He suggested that I buy the beads online and have them delivered to him, saving myself almost $250. He quickly provided an estimate based on assumed number of tables. When at the last minute we realized that we will need more arrangements, Shane adjusted everything without any price increase. on our wedding day when we arrived at the reception venue and I walked in the room, the arrangements looked amazing! Just like I had envisioned! Shane was prompt, very responsive, on -time and met all my requirements. Thank you Karin's Florist for making my big day stress-free.

Karin's was really great to work with! They were very flexible with any/all changes I made leading up to the wedding and really easy to communicate with. The bouquets were delivered nice and early which was great to not have to worry about it and they were absolutely GORGEOUS! The vases I gave them for the centerpieces ended up arriving to me smaller than anticipated (thanks internet ordering!) but what they did with them turned out so perfectly. Best of all, they were incredibly reasonably priced! If I need florals again in the area I'm definitely going through them.

Karin's did an amazing job with my flowers for my wedding - the bouquet was absolutely beautiful with red roses, evergreen and pinecones. The centerpieces for the reception were exactly what I was looking for- winter wonderland theme, gold, silver, white and evergreen - I loved the way the room looked when I walked into the Barns at Wolf Trap - just amazing. We worked with Bryan for our December 2015 wedding. Our theme was winter wonderland, and Bryan really made our vision a reality! He was so flexible and willing to try different ideas. He gave us expert guidance and provided a number of recommendations to accommodate our vision but also stay within our budget. The entire experience was great - they even allow you to see a preview of you table pieces in advance so that you can talk about what you like and don't like (no surprises on the big day!). I would highly recommend Karins!

Karin's Florist did an absolutely stunning job on our flowers! We also rented some linens and candelabras from them that were stunning. I LOVED my bouquet and my husbands boutonniere. Karin's did a great job. When I went to see Bryan I really didn't have any idea of what I wanted. He came up with the perfect floral arrangements in a jewel tone palate that really tied everything together. The flowers that arrived on the day of the wedding were fresh, vibrant, and just as beautiful as I hoped they would be. I didn't have a day of coordinator but Karin's delivery and set up staff ran everything themselves so I didn't need to worry about it. I was very pleased with Karin's!

Karin's Florist (approved vendor of Top of the Town) did an amazing job at the consultation, on pricing and delivery of flowers to the church and Top of the Town, both in Arlington! The flowers from Karin's were absolutely beautiful! We met with Bryan, their artistic director, who was very helpful. I'm super picky, but couldn't tell one flower from another. I went in with ideas about colors and the "feel" of what I wanted--not particularly helpful. I was a little nervous about what we would end with, but (no exaggeration) they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. They created a floral arch for our ceremony that was made from driftwood--it was stunning! Bryan was also very willing to work with us on the budget. He provided an itemized invoice that was within our budget, and we could add or subtract as needed. They delivered our flowers to both the ceremony/reception and to the location where we were getting ready. Great job!

Karin’s Florist arranged the flowers for our wedding in Vienna, Va. Before we decided on Karin’s we went to another shop or two and whereas other places heard our modest budget and started the conversation along the lines of ‘well you won’t get much for that...the best I can do is….’, Karin’s on the other hand went right into brainstorming designs on all of our options for our price range. Nothing was an issue for Karin’s and with their extensive experience in the wedding business they knew exactly where to go based on what ideas we put forth. We explained the general look/vibe we were after, and they worked with us on things they could do and offered great suggestions. I would never have imagined the flowers to turn out as beautifully as they did. They were also able to do special requests like adding memorial charms to my bouquet. The staff at Karin’s was courteous, professional, accommodating, and an overall pleasure to work with- we highly recommend!

Bryan and the Karin's Florist team did an absolutely amazing job with the arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and wedding. During our consultation, Bryan listened to our likes and dislikes and came up with a concept based on our preferences and the our wedding location, style, etc. We were blown away by how beautiful everything was when the wedding weekend arrived; I can't count the number of people who commented on our chuppah and the rest of the arrangements. 100% recommend Karin's Florist! The process was incredibly easy and convenient. We had two meetings that lasted a total of 90 minutes and the end result was perfect. Bryan is an amazing designer and immediately and accurately captured the "look" we were seeking to achieve. The finished product was exactly like the samples shown and delivered and set-up ontime with no issues. The pricing is fair and the value fantastic. Just a fantastic experience.

Deciding to go with Karin's Florist was one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning. It was a big expense but there were zero other decorations at the ceremony or reception - only the flowers. And they were BEAUTIFUL!!! I couldn't have been happier. Bryan Swann worked with me to understand the vibe of the event (Sunday morning in the Park) and helped to create such beautiful arrangements. I was so pleased when I saw the flowers on the tables, the park, the main bouquet. I loved them all. You won't go wrong with Karin's flowers and arrangements. I'm the MOB and I helped my daughter find and coordinate vendors for her wedding on 8/22/2015. We worked with Bryan Swann at Karin's florist. He was so helpful in the planning process. We came to him with very general ideas (white/ ivory flowers, candlelight, mercury glass and using ivy, rosemary and lavender). With expert guidance, patience and humor he worked with us to create truly beautiful arrangements. My daughter's ceremony and reception spaces were breathtaking- seriously, more beautiful than we imagined! Bryan was responsive to all inquiries; provided detailed and timely statements as we planned. On her wedding day, Bryan arrived as promised, delivered her personal flowers to her suite and worked with the venue to ensure she had a beautiful wedding day. I went to multiple florist vendors in the Fairfax/Vienna area and it was easy to decide upon Karin's after our first meeting. Gena was a phenomenal consultant and when I wasn't certain what kind of flower I was interested in, we went walking around the store to ensure that I was happy with the style, color, and that the flower would be perfect for our season. There were times after we signed the contract that I wanted to make a few style changes and add another boutonnière and this was never a problem. The finished product was vibrant, elegant, and all of the centerpieces lasted for at least a week after the wedding so we knew they had ordered beautiful, fresh flowers for our wedding. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and we can't wait to work with you again for parties and anniversaries in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Karin's Florist and specifically about Gena, who is amazing. This is the only florist that I interacted with who did not make me feel guilty or embarrassed for having a tight budget for flowers. Gena was very understanding and really worked with me to achieve a beautiful floral plan that was within my budget constraints but also totally over-the-top gorgeous! I loved everything she proposed and the final product was just stunning. I loved the personal flowers so much and the ceremony decor was just perfect. We worked with Gena from Karin's Florist for a variety of floral arrangements for our wedding. She did phenomenal work! She was responsive to all our emails and so easy to work with. We rented a chuppah, which was magnificent and more beautiful then we could have imagined. They assembled and dismantled it on the day of our event. The bouquets were beautiful and freshly in bloom. The table centerpieces were also perfect. We had individual gerber daisies in glass cups which were a great touch to the cocktail hour. Prices were very reasonable. Karin's Florist is a great flower vendor to work with. We chose them as our wedding florist after they did a beautiful job with the arrangements for my grandmother's funeral the year before. Knowing that they are great with what they do, we decided to pretty much give them creative control of the flowers after giving them an idea of the vases we would use. We had a southern-themed wedding (we got engaged in Charleston, SC), and they were kind enough to incorporate some palm-woven flowers in each of our arrangements, and also include some custom table numbers that I created. The flowers were bright and beautiful and everyone we spoke to and worked with were professional and courteous.

After researching and visiting a few other local florists, we decided to go with Karin's Florist because it provided the best value for what we wanted- nice looking flowers without severely draining our wedding budget.

We had an excellent experience with Karin's Florist. We worked with their wedding coordinator, Gena, who was very responsive and helpful through the entire process. During our initial consultation our eyes were a bit bigger than our budget but Gena helped us scale it back into our range while still providing plenty of beautiful flowers for our church ceremony, bridal party flowers, and reception centerpieces.

A delivery person contacted me close to my wedding date to confirm drop off location and time for each delivery and the flowers arrived seamlessly at our church, home, and reception location on the day of.

I would highly recommend Karin's Florist and Gena to any bride.

The one on one consultation was perfect. I was not sure what kind of flowers I wanted and this florist put together a perfect bridal bouquette for my winter wedding. They delivered the flowers to my hotel on time and in perfect condition.

We absolutely loved working with Bryan. After our first meeting with him, it was a no brainer to go with Karin's. We had a rough vision of what we wanted at that first meeting, and Bryan helped us really flesh it out. He helped us feel like our ideas would be a success, and gave us more ideas on how to make it even better.
Bryan did more than give ideas though - he assured us that he would bring everything to life on the day of the wedding. And in fact, although I never saw Bryan that day, the tables looked perfect. He came himself to set up and make sure everything looked right. His actions were more than a florist, it was really a day-of decorator.
When we first met him, Bryan said "if you hire me, you won't have anything to worry about. I will take care of things and bring your vision to life." And he completely fulfilled that promise.

We ordered personal flowers from this florist on rather short notice, and the Director of Special Events was able to detail, accommodate and create all the bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres with enormously professional and artistic insight, based on our rather loose and approximate description of style, theme and color. Our flowers arrived gorgeously and gently boxed, on time, perfectly fresh and absolutely stunning. We received many compliments on how beautiful the flowers were. Bryan Swann of Karin's Florist is an amazing, gifted and truly creative floral artist. The bouquets, centerpieces and other decor were even more fabulous than we expected, and our guests and family members commented on how beautiful our floral arrangements were. My husband didn't see his boutonniere before the wedding and told me during the reception that was exactly what he wanted. And Karin's Florist is so thoughtful, organized and professional that they even provided an email for the wedding day with a contact hotline in case of emergencies. Bryan at Karin's Florist listened to what I wanted and considered my budget to come up with the best flower options for me. The bouquets were beautifully done and held up well all day. We worked with Bryan at Karin's and he was wonderful! He was very understanding of our budget needs and worked hard to keep up within (even under) budget! We decided about a week before our wedding that we wanted to add an arrangement to an arch that we were having. Bryan replied immediately and again took our budget into consideration! Bryan was the flower designer for my wedding. He is very talented! The flower arrangements were beautiful. My guests were gushing over my bouquet, the arrangement on the arch, and the table flowers.

Bryan makes a single flowers look beautiful. He did a single rose floating on a vase for decor on the cocktail hour tables.

The staff at Karin's is very professional. I was impressed at the level of costumer service they provide, very personalized, they definitely go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. They even have a wedding day flower hotline! In the event that the bride needs ANYTHING they provide you with a contact who is available to assist you at any time during your wedding day.

I'm extremely pleased with the services and Bryan's creativity.

Karin's Florist is GREAT! Bryan Swann, the director of special events is phenomenal and really takes your vision and taste into consideration when designing arrangements for you. We used them for our wedding and everything was beyond perfect...They are pricey, but not the most expensive, and completely worth it. Very professional and accommodating, will really work with your budget and is very quick at getting back to you! Could not recommend this company more for everything from weddings to single flower purchases!

Bryan at Karin's Florist was wonderful through the whole planning process. After I described my vision for the flowers, he made helpful suggestions and recommendations. He worked with our small-ish budget to get us the flowers that we wanted. He was VERY responsive and returned every phone call and email within a day. Everything was delivered on time or early on the day of and the flowers were beautiful (and still are days later!) My only complaint was that we paid extra for a special flower cuff for the mothers and they didn't turn out like I had described, but in all fairness I didn't have a picture example of what I wanted and it was a bit unconventional. No one but me knew the difference and they were lovely anyway.

Our flowers were beautiful, delivered on time and smelled wonderful. The bridal bouquet was wrong but we called and they delivered a new one well in time for the ceremony. Brian was awesome to work with.

Loved the dramatic centerpieces provided by Karin's. We worked with Bryan and he was most gracious in working with our budget and our vases. He did a mock up of the centerpiece he envisioned which was a great tool for an out-of-town bride. The bride's bouquet, the corsages, and the bouts were all perfect. After seeing the centerpiece, the bridesmaids made their own bouquets in a session with the bride and they complemented the centerpieces perfectly. Delivery and set up was right on time and very professional. Bryan's always responded to our questions very promptly and helped this MOB keep her cool. Thank you, Karin's!!

What perfection, professionalism and pleasantries in working with Bryan Swann at Karins' Florist. He saw the vision our daughter had for her color palette and went with it to organize the most beautiful selections of flowers for the fall season! I worked with Bryan Swann and he was fantastic! We had a thorough meeting to discuss my theme and vision for the flowers at the wedding. What he came up with was truly breath-taking. The flowers were so affordable that I ended up adding a trellis with beautiful flowers to my order. Bryan also worked with me last minute to add olive leaves to adorn the base of my wedding cake tiers. I can not recommend Karin's Florist more. Any bride in the Washington, DC area should go with them! Completely worth every penny!!

Bryan was an amazing help to work with for my wedding flowers. I brought my idea and vision to him (without a lot of knowledge of flowers) and he helped me to come up with a plan for my and the bridesmaid's bouquets as well as incorporating flowers into our unique centerpieces. I trusted him from the onset and didn't see any flowers until the second before I walked down the aisle and I was SO impressed! I met with Bryan one time at the shop and he was able to provide me exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I am extremely happy with the flowers and arrangements Karin's provided. My husband and I were married on 9.14.2013. We were originally going to use silk flowers for our wedding for bouquets but when we saw what we got, we had to go with real flowers. My husband had worked with Karin’s florist in the past. We showed the designer two photos which were what I wanted for my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaid’s bouquets. We ended up having the flowers delivered all the way to Fredericksburg, VA. The flowers were absolutely stunning. They were exactly what we wanted and were absolutely beautiful. The price was reasonable and we were so pleased.

Karin's Florist did an excellent job for our arrangements, and they worked very hard to keep it within my budget. They had us reuse the flowers from the ceremony for the reception to save on costs, and the arrangements were all beautiful. They were on time, provided quality flowers, worked with my budget, and had great customer service. A very pleasing experience, and nothing to complain about, so I would highly recommend to anyone.
