Kariangely ha sido absolutamente increíble. Planear una boda de destino nunca es fácil, pero sinceramente no sé cómo lo habría hecho sin ella. Desde el principio—cuando no tenía claro el lugar, el estilo o el cronograma—ella estuvo ahí para guiarme en cada paso.
Aunque la contratamos solo para el día de la boda, viéndolo ahora, me hubiera encantado haber elegido el paquete completo de planificación. Su profesionalismo, experiencia y tranquilidad marcaron toda la diferencia, no solo para nosotros, sino también para nuestros invitados. Todos hablaron maravillas de lo organizada y amable que fue durante todo el evento.
Unos días antes de la boda pasaron tantas cosas que en el momento parecían un caos, ¡pero ahora viéndolo en retrospectiva son justo las cosas que hicieron la boda tan memorable! Y si no fuera por Kariangely, no sé cómo lo habríamos logrado. Ella estaba preparada para absolutamente todo—por ejemplo, justo antes de la ceremonia no encontraba mi liga… ¡y ella sacó una de su carro como si nada! Siempre se aseguró de que tuviéramos una bebida en la mano, y aunque por los nervios no teníamos hambre, se ocupó de que comiéramos algo y hasta se aseguró de empacar nuestra comida para después.
Y eso es solo una pequeña parte de todo lo que hizo. Se acordó de cada detalle que yo quería, incluso cuando yo ya estaba en modo fiesta y se me olvidaba el tiempo. Gracias a ella, me cambié a mi segundo outfit justo a la hora que habíamos acordado, algo que ni siquiera tenía en mente en ese momento de tanta emoción.
Recomiendo a Kariangely y a su equipo al 100%. Hizo que nuestro día fuera todo lo que soñamos y más. ❤️ -

Kariangely was the best decision we made for our wedding! We had a large, bi-lingual destination wedding in Puerto Rico with 70+ guests. Kari was with us every step of the way, including recommending fantastic vendors, helping to coordinate with the venue, managing family/attendee requests, and making the day of our wedding an experience we could only ever dream of. We started our wedding-planning journey with Kariangely (Kari) in November of 2024. Since that very first interaction, Kari was nothing but patient, warm, flexible, communicative, and proficient. Since we were having a same-sex wedding, it was important for us to feel respected and welcomed. Kari made us feel like a family. We purchased the full wedding planning package which was an incredible value for the services provided. Kari began working with us early by suggesting venues, attending venue visits, and providing feedback. We finally chose our venue in February 2025 for a wedding date of March 14, 2026. The true work began and never stopped until the wedding day. Kari was with us every step along the way. She suggested great vendors that fit within our budget but provided amazing quality. She coordinated all of the contract signings, communication with the vendors, and wedding venue providing the boots on the ground assistance we needed. My husband and I live in Washington, D.C., so we knew we needed someone local that could help us communicate with vendors and keep to our budget. Kari knocked it out of the park! It's been a few days since our wedding and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful experience Kari provided us with. You will not regret your choice with Kari, who didn't know the meaning of the word "no" to any of our complex demands. Kari made us feel calm, prepared, and confident so we could enjoy our wedding day with no issues. We highly recommend Kariangely, who we now consider a dear friend. Soy originalmente de Nueva York, por lo que tener una wedding planner puertorriqueña para una boda en Puerto Rico no era una opción, era una necesidad. Desde el primer momento, Kariangely fue excepcional. A pesar de la distancia, siempre estuvo presente: nos reuníamos constantemente por Zoom, me escribía con frecuencia y me llamaba cuando era necesario. Nunca me sentí lejos ni desconectada del proceso.
Kariangely se aseguró de que el día de mi boda fuera todo lo que soñé y mucho más. Cuidó cada detalle, desde gestos pequeños pero profundamente significativos, como imprimir fotos de mis abuelos y colocarlas en mi ramo, hasta asuntos grandes y complejos, como negociar contratos para que todo fluyera sin estrés y con éxito.
Gracias a ella, pude disfrutar del proceso y del día de mi boda con tranquilidad y alegría. Kariangely no solo es una profesional increíble, sino también una persona extremadamente amable, humana y genuinamente buena. I am originally from NYC, so having a Puerto Rican wedding planner for a wedding in Puerto Rico was not just a preference, it was a necessity. From the very beginning, Kariangely exceeded every expectation. Even though we were far away, she consistently met with us via Zoom, texted regularly, and called whenever needed.
Communication was never an issue; her English is excellent. My husband does not speak Spanish, and Kariangely always made a point to communicate with him in English. Whenever both of us were involved in conversations or decisions, she ensured he felt comfortable, included, and fully informed by speaking English without hesitation. This made the entire planning process seamless and stress-free for both of us.
Kariangely ensured that my wedding day was everything I could have dreamed of and more. She handled both the big and small details with care and intention. From negotiating contracts to make sure everything ran smoothly and without stress, to the most meaningful personal touches, like printing photos of my grandparents and placing them on my bouquet, she thought of everything.
Because of her, I was able to truly enjoy both the planning process and my wedding day. Kariangely is not only an incredible wedding planner, but also an extremely kind, genuine, and overall wonderful person. I am endlessly grateful for her and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone planning a wedding in Puerto Rico. -

Where do I even begin? Kariangely was an absolute blessing. From the moment we started working together, she made me feel like I was her only client. Every interaction was filled with care, attention, and genuine passion for making my day perfect.
Her quality of service was beyond exceptional. She thought of everything—things I didn’t even know I needed. She came prepared with her “go bag” and handled even the tiniest details, like fixing my daughter’s dress, without hesitation.
Her responsiveness was incredible. I never had to wonder or worry because she was always one step ahead, communicating clearly and anticipating my needs before I even voiced them.
Her professionalism shone through in every moment. When others tried to influence decisions, she kindly reminded everyone that this was my day. She was my advocate, my calm in the storm, and my voice when I needed it most.
As for value, I’ll admit—I was hesitant at first about hiring a coordinator. But halfway through, I knew I couldn’t do this without her. She was worth every single penny and then some.
Her flexibility amazed me. No matter what came up, she handled it with grace and confidence, making sure I never felt stressed or overwhelmed.
And let me just say—her husband, who was our photographer, was phenomenal. Together, they were a POWER TEAM. 10/10 recommend both!
Choosing a wedding coordinator can feel overwhelming, but I am so thankful I chose Kariangely.

Definitivamente contratar a Kariangely fue la mejor decisión que tomamos. El tenerla durante todo el proceso fue algo tan crucial. Desde el día uno hicimos “click” y siempre estuvo bien pendiente y dispuesta a contestar todas nuestras preguntas con prontitud y la mejor actitud del mundo. Su servicio, empatía, atención al detalle y entrega hicieron de la experiencia una inolvidable. Fue un día de muchas cosas que hacer y recordar y Kari estuvo pendiente a todas. Wife and I knew we wanted a wedding that was basically hands off on our part. Since both she and I are really, really busy, we wanted to entrust a planner with our ideas and would have been happy if she was able to execute anywhere between 75-90% of our expectation. Kari blew our expectation gasket wide open! All of our guests kept complimenting our wedding as The Best they’ve ever attended. This was due to, in large part, Kari’s deep understanding of what we wanted and her contacts who were able to deliver beyond what we desired.
It goes without saying: her professionalism was clearly on display, her ability to keep detailed notes and maintain an orderly schedule was also displayed, but what we felt was the main factor for success was Kari’s ability to listen/comprehend and then to execute.
We had no hiccups during our two day event and our wedding will always be remembered not only by my wife and I, but by many of our guests, as one heck of a celebration event.

The word to describe Kariangely's work is Phenomenal. She is AMAZING. She took everything that I envisioned and made it into reality with my budget. Whenever I thought of something or I mentioned anything, just in passing, she would remember and show me an example of another wedding or something that would work with my budget. Anything that is impossible, she makes it possible. The day of my wedding, she and her team did outstanding work. Kariangely's attention to detail is fantastic. With one of the vendors, she caught an issue that she figured I would not like and brought it to my attention. Which I am extremely thankful for! This woman is a multitasker. At one point when I did the first look with my father, I started crying. My father hugged me and makeup got on his suit jacket because I wiped my tears with my hands. I completely forgot and grabbed my dress, then I had makeup on my dress! 😒 So as she was dealing with a phone call, and her walkie-talkie, she cleaned up the mess that my father and I made on our clothes. It was like she had hands coming out of her from direction, and she had eyes and ears every where. She took all of my expectations and exceeded then. Any obstacles that I had she delt with them. The most important thing is that she kept me calm throughout the entire process because wedding planning is no joke. Kari made everything seem so easy. She will give you ideas, options and some reminders of the things that you might forget. I would call her the Fairy godmother because that is what I felt like I had with me the entire time! Honestly, my husband and I were truly blessed to have her with us! Thank you Kari! You are truly amazing! -

A pesar de que ya tenía casi todos los vendors e ideas para mi evento, Kari trató su compromiso de coordinadora parcial como una de tiempo completo. Kary was able to organize our dream wedding in only 3 months! She took our little ideas and made so much of them. She was so understanding, flexible and creative.
