BEST Photographer Ever

We cannot say enough about Karen and her team. They are phenomenal. She met with us beforehand and helped with a time line. Karen helped explain some of the semantics about weddings and times, and stress, which was a HUGE help. Her photos are incredible. She has a way of making the ordinary turn out extraordinary. She is personable, friendly, honest, and helpful. We could not have asked for a better photographer. I would hire her again, in a flash, for any event I was having.

Excellent photos and friendly photographers!!!

This is the second time using them for a daughters wedding and I would never use anyone else! Fun, professional and friendly photographers and gorgeous photos! I could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend them!

Karen is truly a professional photographer who as I could tell, is very dedicated and confident in her work. I highly suggest her for any photo shoots from birthday parties, to weddings. Very impressed.

Karen did a phenomenal job photographing our wedding. From the very beginning, she helped put together a timeline and always answered any questions we had prior to the wedding. She came out the day before the wedding with her second shooter and they helped us figure out where the best lighting would be for the ceremony! If you want AMAZING wedding photos, you have to hire her!!

Karen was extremely nice and completely understood what I was looking for in a photographer. She would e-mail or text for different situations, always responding promptly. She came to the venue 2 weeks prior to my wedding to check it out. She was very thorough. I loved that she brings an extra shooter so you get different views of things. Photos were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend her for any special event. You cannot go wrong with her photography.

We cant say enough how amazing this photographer is. She was hands down the best choice we made for the entire wedding. From first meet and greet till the day we picked up our photos, we were blown away at her professionalism and talent. Karen made is instantly feel like she knew what she is doing. Her portfolio and gallery is what originally peaked our interest and instantly upon walking in to her studio we took one look around and just knew. Then it gets better, she starts to talk and interact with you and you get this desire to call her family and just have her come as a the life of the party guest. She is so professional and yet so fun. Makes you feel secure in the fact that she has done this before. We clicked and hired her. While working up to the wedding Karen was in constant contact with us. Whether we bugged her for something or she was just checking on us, she was always helpful and quick to respond. She took the time to visit our venue before the wedding to look for shots and come with a game plan. She gave us an idea of a timeline and boy was she spot on for the perfect lighting. During the wedding she was so amazing. Her staff and her were so friendly to all of our guests. They always knew how to get the best shot. They even interacted with the little ring bearer and flower girls to make sure they were comfortable. She had great ideas for photos. Even Pinterest has nothing on her. Then the day came to see the photos and her work brought us to tears and smiles. She is AMAZING. Every single photo was top notch and perfect. Each one of family and friends couldnt say enough about how incredible the photos were. We loved her and will be using her for family photos and whatever else we can think of to hang out with Karen!!!

We absolutely cannot be any happier with our wedding pictures!!! Working with Karen was amazing! She was on top of things from the get-go, she stayed in touch with us throughout the planning and checked in on us, she met with us and worked with our budget. We knew what we'd get and there were no hidden costs.

We were so comfortable working with her. Karen wrote out a rough draft schedule in our first meeting with her to make sure we got all of the important events in within the amount of time she had and we met again with her before the wedding to make sure there weren't any changes. If it weren't for Karen taking the time to do this, honestly, our day would have been a mess. The coordinators we had at the venue were not helpful and she REALLY helped to keep us on a schedule. Karen even went out prior to the event to scope out the venue for good spots.

She took do much time to make sure she got the right shots and we knew they'd come out beautifully. She had all of our photos edited and back to us within 2 weeks and they were amazing. She captured all the perfect moments and we could not be more grateful.

Karen had a second photographer with her that day as well and I had no idea how important and necessary that was until that day. They didn't miss a moment. At the end of the night I looked back at a few moments and was nervous they weren't captured.... Getting those pics back today, she honestly didn't miss a thing. We're blown away and she's so sweet and personable too! We loved her. Couldn't be happier!!

Karen had great ideas for our engagement photo session and captured our love story in the beautiful Arizona desert. We had her make a custom album of our story and featured one of the photos at our wedding with a movie premiere poster. She was very quick in getting the pictures to us and completing the edits for the book. Would absolutely recommend Karen for any memorable event where you want to have photos to remember.

Karen was wonderful! She was very professional and had a game plan in mind for the day of. In fact, she helped us out together a rough draft of the day's schedule before we even thought to do so! I was very impressed with her time management.

The best part is that we didn't have to worry about a thing. She kept us on time, worked seamlessly with the other vendors, and was present without ever interrupting the party.

She was able to capture the all of the best moments of our big day and put them together beautifully in an album that we'll keep forever.

I can't say enough about Karen! I just hope we have another reason to work with her again soon.

Karen Sophia photography was an amazing photographer to work with, especially for such a special yet very busy day! Her time management was impeccable and took a lot of stress off of me and the whole wedding party. Our experience with Karen was nothing short of amazing and perfect. Originally, we had a photographer booked and saw Karen Sophia Photography at an open house and fell in love with her and her work, we immediately booked her and cancelled our original photographer. Best decision we made! She had created a time line with us prior to our wedding which made wedding day comfortable and a breeze with no stress at all when it came to our photos. (which we can't say for any other vendors hired for our big day) and the best part.. our photos turned out AMAZING! We couldn't be happier with Karen and her crew.

Karen made our perfect day even more perfect! Her and her team were so AMAZING. Made a person that doesn't love getting photographed feel sooo comfortable. It was the most important day of our lives and she made is seem so effortless. Took care of everything. The knowledge of what angles, lenses, lighting and shots she used were PERFECT!!! Worth every penny! Plus offered us a second album with all the pics from the wedding that weren't formals and captured everything my husband and I missed throughout the night!! It is far better than a cd that most of us never put in to watch again. Everything about Karen Sophia Photography was PERFECT!!!

Karen was the photographer at our daughter's wedding. She did an amazing job! She worked tirelessly to get the best photos. She was very friendly and her level of professionalism was top notch. We were extremely impressed with her. It was very evident to us that this isn't just a job to her. She goes the extra mile and truly cares about preserving your memories. Before the wedding, she took us to a beautiful outdoor setting where she took photos of us and our daughter, and also our daughter with her brother. We cherish these precious photos of our children together, as well as the wonderful photos with our new son-in-law. We HIGHLY recommend Karen Sophia Photography!

I have been using Karen Sophia Photography for years. Originally, I used her to take pictures of my grandchildren, personalized couple photographs of my husband and I, and the police banquet for my husband’s Officer of the Year Award. When my daughter announced that she was getting married I knew Karen Sophia Photography would be perfect for capturing our special event. From her previous work I knew that not only would we be getting beautiful, intimate photos of my daughter and son-in-law, but we also knew how well Karen Sophia worked with diverse ages and groups of all sizes.

Karen is very creative in the photographs that she takes, as well as using her creativity to share with the bridal couple ideas that can help make their event fun and memorable. She loves challenges and is always open to trying new ideas. Her willingness to go on location and shoot makes for some very personalized and original work. I couldn't be more happy with the work Karen did for my wedding. She took beautiful photographs, and she turned them into a truly lovely and well-designed photo book that I display in my house. I couldn't predict how much I would appreciate something like that at the time, but we don't really hang photos of ourselves on the walls, so it's great to have such a special way to look back on our wedding day.

Karen is a true professional, and her creativity is enviable. She did some excellent scouting of our wedding location and had great ideas for how to use the space and our personalities to make the photos unique. Also, she took care to make me look really pretty in all of the photos, which is really all most brides are looking for from their wedding photos, haha! Really though, I get compliments on my wedding photos every time someone sees them, and Karen deserves all of the credit for that. Honestly, I don't think you'll find anyone who will work harder to make your photos beautiful while still capturing your personality and style. I would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Karen is superb at what she does, especially when it comes to capturing the right lighting at different time throughout the day to make your picture/faces look just right (no over-exposure to cause strange brightness and glare and no weird angle to cause strange shadows on your face). She is also excellent when incorporating landscape and props into the pictures and poses.
Karen was extremely pleasant to work with; perhaps "work" is not the best word to describe since she made the experience so fun.

We went a little over budget with Karen but it was well worth it . I asked quit a few people about their weddings and a lot said they wish they had paid more and got a better photographer. She is well worth the money for the quality and memories she captures.

Karen took portraits of my husband and I in the park. She took the time to scout out best locations that placed us in the most flattering light and scenery. My husband is awkward at poses but she worked patiently with him and made him look so natural. I'll treasure the portraits forever!

Karen took gorgeous pictures of myself, friends and family at my college graduation ceremony. Her professionalism and talent combined set her apart from the typical photographer. Her raw artistic abilities and eye for posing are incredible. I will continue to have her capture all the most important celebratory events in my life. I highly recommend Karen for any event! She captured moments on film I will cherish for my lifetime. She has a way about her that gets the best facial expressions from people! Her albums, prints and framing are phenomenal as well. Highly highly recommend! Oh, and she's also great with children and understands child development very well and is able to utilize her understanding of children while photographing them.

The day of our wedding was a beautiful and special occasion, but the day flies by. There is so much going on that it is sometimes hard to remember and soak everything in. The images that Karen captured caught every beautiful moment. She captured the joy, love and pure bliss in each image. Karen gave us the best gift anyone could ask for, life-long memories to cherish for not only my husband and I, but our children and our future grandchildren. Not only is Karen an amazing photographer but she is also very personal. She listens to your ideas and works with you. She has a kind spirit and yet is very professional. Everything she does is thorough. She always has a sense of humor and can make you laugh so your photography session is very enjoyable. When we received our pictures, they were stunning! Everyone who see's our wedding photos hanging on the wall gasp in awe. My dear friend said "You could see this picture in a magazine." I would recommend Karen to anyone! She is nothing short of fantastic!

Karen photographed my wedding a couple years back and thank God she did! Not only did she get gorgeous photos, but she helped with the flow of my big day . I went to my consultation and she literally map out the whole schedule for my wedding! It would have been a mad house without her. She listened to all my wants and needs. My mother and father-n-law don't speak english and I'm sure it made it a little more difficult for her but you'd never know. She was so patient with everyone. I personally wanted more pictures of me and my husband, rather than more pictures of the bridal party and she did just that! She took these absolutely stunning pictures during the sunset and I will cherish those forever. Now she takes pictures of our sweet baby girl! We will always use Karen!

Karen did a fantastic job of scouting locations for our photographs. Our venue was very unique with very few areas for photographs. But Karen did a great job of hiding that fact and our pictures came out beautiful.

Karen is an amazing photographer. Very flexible and always aims to discover my husband and my view. My husband is not the type to want traditional groomsmen pictures. Karen scouted a completely different location for his shoot. They came out perfect! As did all the entire wedding photos. I would highly recommend Karen.

Karen is not just your avergae photographer 'hobbiest'. She is a true artist and the amount of time she spends understanding her clients and shooting locations shows in her work. Really nice photos! I highly reccomend her work.

Karen did a wonderful job at our wedding and her assistant was great as well! We are so happy with our pictures and will be looking at them for years to come! She worked so well with our bridal party and everyone had a blast taking pictures. I would definitely recommend Karen for your wedding!

Karen is very accommodating and willing to work with you on options to get you the right package for your needs for your wedding. She is very professional and created a timeline for us to follow. She helped keep us organized and had already addressed the things that would come up that we would have never thought of. We would use again for family portraits and baby pictures!

I picked Karen as the photographer for our wedding because when I met her it was very clear that she was very knowledgeable about photography and because she was so organized. She helped us come up with a timeline for the whole day and also went to the venue and did a walk through the week before the wedding. The pictures she captured of the day were wonderful, even though we were running short on time at some points in the day. She helped get us back on track and still captured everything we needed to have captured. The quality of her work is exceptional and although we still paid a good amount of money, it could have been a lot more with other companies.

Karen photographed my boudoir photo session. She was completely professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend Karen for her professionalism and ability to accommodate my schedule. I am not from Arizona and she always accommodated my schedule when I came to town. She completely blew my mind with how quickly she had my proofs ready and fast tracked my order to have it available as a gift to my husband the day of our wedding. Simply put, it was a 5 star production from the beginning to the end. Customer service is definitely her number one priority.

Karen was great to work with. She helped create a timeline, was receptive, and very speedy on responding back to questions. Karen and her assitant were very efficient and took great shots on wedding day. We love the pictures so much and are so excited to seeing the album! Definitely would recommend :)

Working with Karen was great! She really helped keep things organized and in focus on our wedding day in order for her to capture the many special moments that were taking place. The albums were also gorgeous and I loved the many different options that were available when designing our books. Karen also worked with us for our engagement photos, and we had a really good time finding spots that captured our unique style and personalities in back alleys and in front of vintage shops downtown. She did a fantastic job finding different areas that we would like and had a lot of creative ideas to make our pictures special for us. Thanks to Karen and her team, I have many great pictures from my engagement and wedding albums that I will cherish for a lifetime.

Her professionalism truly shined during our wedding day. She new exactly where we were shooting with a pretty accurate timeframe to every venue. Her work is amazing and she takes beautiful pictures. Plus, her albums are to die for. Top quality for sure! One thing that really stuck out to me was her detail oriented outlook. If you want a photographer who gives you all she has, definitely book her!

Karen was a great photographer for our engagement photos and wedding photos. She worked well with my photo shy husband and myself. She made us feel comfortable and gave us plenty of support. She has great vision for the photos she takes.
