We had our dream wedding here recently! The grounds and the inn itself are so beautiful -- it's the perfect setting for a garden wedding. Beki, the inn owner and event coordinator, went out of her way to make our day run smoothly. They offer an excellent all-inclusive package, which included food, dessert, flowers, and a DJ. We also rented out the inn for our family to stay before and after the wedding, and everyone loved the rooms, gardens, and delicious home cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for a beautiful (and affordable!) wedding venue on the California coast!

Beki, who runs the inn, was so out of the water phenomenal that this review cannot do her justice. The inn was my venue for my wedding reception and my husband, myself and my family stayed the weekend. Beki was amazing at communicating and sending us questions about how we wanted things setup and time schedules I never could have created on my own. Beki provided tables, chairs, and linens for the reception and helped move along every bit of the wedding to fit the schedule we had created. My favorite is when, after pictures, she gave my husband and me a moment alone in the inn to eat, talk, and have a moment alone. It was one of my favorite parts of the day. She even bustled my dress when my bridesmaids couldn't figure it out! Also, she is an amazing cook as she made breakfast at the inn during the days we were there! Throughout the process she was kind, professional, and amazingly organized-- at an absolute steal of a price!!

Aside from all that, the venue itself is a dream, fairy tale. Everyone who attended said it's one of the prettiest and most relaxing venues they've ever been too and they were so impressed with it and Beki the whole night.

My wife and I got married at the Kaleidoscope Inn and Gardens on June 1st, 2019. We couldn't have been happier with how the wedding turned out. It was a great day and the Kaleidoscope was magical. Not only was our wedding day practically perfect, but the entire weekend was great. We rented the whole house for the weekend so that the two of us and our bridal party could relax and hang out as much as possible before and after the wedding. Our wedding guests really enjoyed the venue too.
The house and grounds/garden is incredible, but the price for the venue is also pretty darn awesome. So many other places on the Central Coast are very overpriced. Not only that, Beki, who is the property manager and wedding coordinator comes with the venue. She is a great person and we really enjoyed working with her. She was incredibly helpful from the moment we signed the contract to the day of our wedding. Honestly, because of her I think we were more prepared than we would have been otherwise. She also made our day flow nicely and virtually stress-free.
Lastly, the venue has so much green and pocket areas, that if you get a good photographer, he or she can capture some really good shots.

Beautiful grounds that offer a beautiful backdrop for both the ceremony and reception!

If you want a beautiful garden wedding then look no further than the Kaleidoscope Inn. This venue was perfect for our wedding. They offer packages that make wedding planning a snap and provide a list of some of the best and most professional vendors around. They are flexible and helpful when it comes to planning and are there to make your experience the best it can possibly be.

the Kaleidoscope was the perfect place for our wedding. We did the all inclusive package and it was the best choice we ever made. We dont live in the area so it was great that they already had their list of trusted vendors for the event. All of the vendors were amazing and professional they were always in contact with us and kept us updated which gave us a piece of mind considering we dont live in the area. I hope one day to renew my vows here i really loved the garden feel for the wedding.

Beautiful setting with gorgeous flowers. Comes with a wedding coordinator to help organize and coordinate between all the vendors. She is very nice and always available for questions. Also comes with tables, white wooden chairs, white linens, bar, and set up and break down. The price is very reasonable, and you get a lot for your money.

We had our wedding last weekend at the Kaleidoscope Inn and it was beautiful. We loved the flexibility, e.g. how we were allowed to bring our own vendors and food, were allowed to drop off all of our wedding supplies the day before, were free to arrange the tables/chairs/drinks table/guestbook table wherever we liked, and were constantly assured we could decorate it as we'd like. They set up the chairs, tables and tablecloths, drinks bar, etc. as we had discussed by the time we arrived at the venue.
It was very spacious and the garden was well-maintained (Beki made sure the gardener came the evening before the wedding). They had plenty of overhead string lighting, which we absolutely loved. Furthermore, my bridal party and I were allowed to dress on-site. I also loved how there was natural backdrops for photos and there were TWO gazebos, a fountain, greenery, and flowers!
The coordinator of the inn, Beki, also provided Day-of-Coordinator duties; Beki had a positive attitude and met with us several times leading up to the wedding (even though we planned it all within 3 months!), showed anyone of my wedding party around, helped set up, and was flexible with meeting times. It was reasonably priced, especially for the flexibility, beauty, and for it being on the Central Coast!

My husband and I had looked at a few places for our wedding before spotting this place, and we knew instantly that this was where we wanted to get married. Everything from the first meeting to the wedding day went so smooth and the service was amazing. We definitely got more than we paid for!

Stunning venue! Wonderful atmosphere and helpful staff. They take care of so much for you so your day runs smoothly and with ease! Planned a 3 month wedding with them and they made it possible to do without feeling overwhelmed!

The Kaleidoscope Inn & Gardens was an amazing venue to have my wedding! The grounds were a perfect background to my big day, and they are very professional!

After an initial hiccup with my estimated costs, the process went on pretty smoothly, The venue is absolutely gorgeous. They offer rooms for family to stay but they are a little on the expensive side.
