  Best money I have ever spent

  I will cherish the videos that Kai created for the rest of my life! I have always loved wedding videos - my husband didn’t think it was necessary but after seeing the final product he agreed that it was the best money we ever spent. Book Kai!

  Kai is the BEST!

  We are thrilled with our decision to hire Kai for our wedding. Several of my friends had used him and his work is absolutely wonderful- the best wedding videos I have seen. Throughout the planning process, he was helpful and quick to respond. On the day of the wedding, he was so fun to work with. Would highly recommend Kai for your wedding!

  Get Kai Before Someone Else Does

  We could not ask for more! Kai has been a part of a few of the weddings we have participated in, and we had to have him for ours, without question. His content is peerless. He makes everyone feel comfortable. He works with you far beyond those hours of the wedding. If you're looking for a videographer, look no more.

  Excellent Wedding Videographer

  We got married this past October and I cannot recommend Kai enough! He was super easy to work with throughout our wedding planning process- he was quick to respond, professional, very thorough and even early to arrive on our wedding day! He sent us our wedding video less than one month after our wedding and cannot stop watching it! It is absolutely perfect. He captured so many details of our day and I love the story our highlight video tells. I am so happy we chose Kai as our videographer!

  Kai was amazing. We hired him to be our wedding videographer. He went above and beyond what we could have asked for. It started pouring rain during the first-look and portrait shoot, and he went out into the rain without hesitation and continued shooting without an umbrella. He had a positive, optimistic attitude the entire time -- much needed when I (and the bride) were both worrying about the weather and the ceremony. The footage was excellent, and the final product was amazing and better than what we imagined. If you have any hesitation hiring Kai as your wedding videographer, don't -- you'll be blown away by the results.

  Kai exceeded all of our expectations in regards to our wedding video. He was professional, on time, knowledgable, and great with his communication. All the details regarding pricing, hours and contract terms were up front and straight forward. We were very pleased with our video which made us look fantastic. Afterwards he gives you edited videos that you can show family and friends along with all the raw videos. If you end up choosing him, you will not be disappointed.

  Choosing Kai to do the videography for our daughter's wedding was the best decision. I knew, based on a friend's experience with Kai, that he was a professional with terrific editing and story telling skills. We just received the video and I loved seeing the wedding through his eyes.   Kai was absolutely extraordinary. He spent a great deal of time working with us pre-wedding to help plan his services and work out some issues we had with the church. He was always completely professional but delightful and caring. Besides being warm and personable with everyone at the wedding, he managed to be everywhere (it seemed) - just never stopped moving!! He welcomed our questions and was ALWAYS kind and supportive, especially as the stresses increased closer to the wedding date. He went WAY above and beyond expectations and we truly could never have asked for a better professional or better guy to work with. We feel so fortunate to have worked with Kai!!!

We hired Kai when we were still living in California and signed a contract with him online before meeting him, so we were a little nervous on top of the fact that we weren't 100% sure if having a video would be "worth" it. We met with him about 6 months before our wedding and we LOVED him! He was very positive, friendly, professional and attentive. He listened to our half baked ideas at the time and made great suggestions. We kept in touch and sent him ideas/videos and made requests/changes that he remembered and made sure we captured on our day even though in the midst of things we had forgotten about them! He was there early with a great attitude and stayed late to make sure he captured all the fun dance floor shenanigans! And when we received our teaser (10 days after the wedding just as promised) we were speechless! It could not have been more perfect! If you're like us and are unsure about having a videographer, I can tell you that we are so thrilled that we did and that we hired the best in the business!

I was one of those brides that originally thought I didn't need a wedding video, but that was until I stumbled across a video that Kai produced just a few weeks before our wedding. Having worked in TV, I thought I knew great videographers. Kai is on an entire different level. Not only is the product BY FAR better than any other wedding video you'd receive, Kai was an extreme professional. He was quick to respond, willing to work with us (despite me having only booked him 3 weeks before our wedding!), and he delivered the video so quickly. I know our wedding video is something we will cherish forever. Don't pass up the opportunity to hire Kai for your wedding or any other video needs!

  We are so happy that we choose Kai to be our videographer. I don't have words to describe how talented and amazing he is. He put in a lot of work on the wedding day running around making sure to capture every beautiful moment. But he also put in even more work post-wedding with all of the editing, Watching our short wedding video, I was truly impressed with his 'cinematic' style and how he perfectly timed every moment to a lyric of the songs. It wasn't just another wedding video watched but he created a beautiful story that reflected how special our day was. This is not something many videographers do and I can truly say that Kai is an artist. He truly captured all of the love, emotions and fun we had on our day and this is reflected in his work. Kai was very friendly and easy to work with and all of our guests loved him. We have received so many compliments on our video and are so happy we choose Kai to capture our wedding day.

  We recently had our wedding and we couldn't be more happy with the results. Everyone who has seen his work was amazed and even asked for his information for their future weddings. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kai and Heather and we just wish we could get married again so they could capture every moment and emotion.

My husband and I spent a lot of time researching videographers and I already knew that Kai and his team did an amazing job as the videographer for my friends wedding. Luckily when we reached out to Kai, he was available for our wedding date! Our wedding video was great, and the highlight video is so stunning and captures so many amazing moments throughout the day! We have received an overwhelming amount of compliments from friends and family and we could not be happier with the final product. Kai even threw in the raw footage for us! Kai was so nice, he felt like family! I would recommend Kai to anyone who is looking for an amazing wedding video experience. Thank you Kai!

Except this time, we were so blown away by Kai-Duc Luong Productions that it warranted me sharing this with the public. Kai was absolutely amazing! I can wholeheartedly recommend him and feel 100% confident that he will do amazing work.
  
  I visited Kai's website based on a wedding video I came across that seemed so professional and polished. From the beginning, he was responsive, thorough and genuinely seemed interested in hearing our needs. He worked with us to customize the perfect package to fit everything we wanted.
  
  He went above and beyond when working with our large wedding party AND our large family AND our large wedding. Our guests were impressed at how patient and pleasant he was throughout the two day affair. He was so engaging and put his everything in capturing the celebration. It was one thing I didn't have to worry about on the big day.
  
  As for the quality of his work, we could not have asked for a more perfect video. I was nervous of how the video would be because I felt like I was not the ideal person to shoot. I was running around and didn't stay in one place, so I figured it would be hard to capture my emotions. We gave him zero direction and didn't really know what to expect. However, he definitely delivered with such a beautiful video! We've received so many compliments about how the amazing video captured all the love and the emotions of the wedding. It's one thing for Billy and I to be able to watch it over and over but it's the biggest compliment for others to continuously watch it and still get emotional.
  
  Hands down, one of our easiest and best choices of our wedding was having Kai shoot it!

  We do not recommend him!

  Kai is not the professional go getter you need for your wedding videographer. He is very timid and shy. My photographers were very bossy, opinionated, and took over the day! and Kai just watched them do it and he was not outspoken enough to take initiative and get the video shots he needed for our video he was just quiet and let them take over. So consequently we did not get the video we deserved and asked for! In almost all the shots there is a photographer in the way. The wedding video is not impressive at all. He could not and did not tell people to move so he could get the shots needed. I had made sure we went places where KAI said he could get the best shots and places HE recommended and they absolutely sucked! It rained and he had no back up plan and we did not get any downtown shots we wanted. We are not impressed by the video or the wedding clips they look very home made and unprofessional. The wedding video is less than mediocre at best! It did not meet any of our expectations and we are not impressed at all. There are many important parts of the wedding he missed and parts that were not videoed and there are parts he is so close up you can't even tell what we are doing! Its pretty bad. It is not at all like any of the example videoes he showed us before we chose him! He also did not want to edit the video and the parts we did not like it took a lot of us convincing him to edit just a few 20 second parts. Which videographer refuses to edit the video when customers are unhappy?!! None! No one would do that to their customers!He said it wasn't in the contract it is your job man to film and edit film! I did not think I had to double check you on that! Every event we have had our videographer has edited the videoes and have been super professional so we had big expectations which were not met to say the least. And he promised the raw footage which he gave us on an external hard drive which is unusable! It is all a bunch of small cut up pieces we can do NOTHING WITH! We are overall very unimpressed and WE DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM! He promises the world, shows you some nice videos, and delivers a less than mediocre unprofessional video your teenage nephew could have taken better! Persian weddings are gorgeous and detailed and very traditional and so it is very easy to make an amazing video but he failed miserably! We interviewed a lot of videographers but unfortunately were tricked by him and made the wrong decision. So if you want a beautiful wedding video find someone else! Again we are not satisfied and WE DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM

  Dear Arezo, throughout our communications via email & in person, I never once had the impression you were unhappy with my work or performance. I even accommodated for extra hours of shoot for you during the wedding. So it is quite unexpected that I'm reading this from you on WeddingWire. I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy despite our best effort making your wedding videos look great and following our best practices to ensure a great looking and consistent work which we did for your wedding just like for all the weddings we pride ourselves in doing. Rain and unforeseen changes (like the Air and Water show on your wedding day) happen during weddings, you can't control the weather or last minute changes to locations. Your getting-ready/first look running one hour late made it impossible to go to multiple locations, so we settled on 1 location which would work for all parties (photo & getting the drone shot you wanted). Regarding the initial edits, I specifically wrote back to you that I was going to make them which I did, and you were happy about it, and didn't communicate anything negative about it. As for raw video files, there are hundreds of files, that you can sift thru at your own peruse, some are very short, some are very long obviously. In the end, I'm sorry you were not happy with our services for your wedding, which had unexpected happenings that occurred outside of the coverage itself. Out of the many weddings I shot over the past many years, you are the first person who did not like their wedding videos. It happens. Be happy for the lovely memories and images you have & rest assured that you were given the very same best professional services we give to everyone of our clients. The wedding videos are of the same standard and quality as every other wedding videos we have created, that I'm sure of. All the best.
