Best in the business!
I hired K.L. Planning Company for my wedding that took place 10-21-23. Kari was fabulous, such attention to detail and took all the stress out of the process. She contacted all my vendors, prepared a detailed timeline and offered great guidance along the way. Her feedback landed me great vendors and a beautiful atmosphere for our special day! Kari, and her amazing team Kelly and Tina were a dream. They handled absolutely everything and made my wedding the most perfect day. I will be forever grateful for their wonderful services. I would highly recommend Kari and her team! -

I seriously couldn’t say enough good things about KL Planning. My wedding day was perfect and seamless with their help. We had them just as a day of coordinator but Kari was helpful with suggestions throughout my planning process. They worked with all of our vendors, set up and take down. Absolutely worth every penny. The team is just absolutely amazing. They are the one vendor I used that I will be recommending to every upcoming bride I know! -

Best. Day. Ever.
Kari was so receptive and open with communication every step of the way. She was a major assistance in the weeks leading up to our wedding with the timeline -- a major stressor for us. When it came to the day of and setting everything up, she helped our vision come to life and then some. It was even better than we imagined. For people in the wedding industry, we are super observant of transitions and when things don't flow well. This was not the case. Everything was flawless and perfect in every way. There's really no better team when it comes to event planning than K.L. PLANNING. -

Amazing Planner ☺️
Kari and her team were instrumental in making our big day even better than we could have imagined! She promptly responded to all of my emails, answered my never ending questions, and even offered suggestions when we needed it. She was so knowledgeable and helpful during the planning process and truly made it stress free. Kari handled our rehearsal, day of timeline, contacted all of our vendors and made sure that all of our details were perfect. We could not have asked for a better wedding planner! Even with the tropical storm Kari and her team made sure that our day went seamlessly and handled everything behind the scenes without my husband and I having to deal with or know about any problems that came up. I highly recommend using Kari and her team for your big day, she is so sweet and makes sure to get every detail of the day just right! -

Kari and her sister Kelly worked with us for our wedding this September and they were fabulous! I cannot speak highly of them enough. Not only was Kari very helpful in coordinating our vendors and making our timeline, but she went above and beyond when we experienced torrential rain during our reception. They were both literally soaked, and still managed to squeegee the massive amounts of water out of the tent. I cannot thank them enough for their quick acting, as well as helpfulness. I would highly recommend them. Thank you both again so much for making the day magical, rain and all! -

Kari runs an outstanding company! She is all over every detail. Contacting all our vendors to make sure the big day went so smoothly. My daughter and son-in-law enjoyed a worry free beautiful wedding day! As did my husband and I! She is extremely personable. Easy to get in touch with and responds to any questions quickly. Loved the team we had for rehearsal and the day of! Just phenomenal 💕 -

40th wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal
Kari from K.L. Planning Company was our wedding coordinator for our 40 th Wedding Anniversary Vow Renewal this past June. She was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to me during the planning stages. It was so nice to not worry about anything on our special day because she took care of every detail!

Words can not describe how grateful I am that I was able to work with Kari. As a type A person, I had a binder with pictures, layouts, and descriptions of what I wanted my wedding to look like. I had about 10 boxes full of decor that was labeled and had directions with how I wanted it to look. Kari & her team did an amazing job bringing my vision to life on the day of. From the start to the end, they were there the entire time asking sure everything was perfect.
Kari helped plan the rehearsal, the ceremony order, and was in touch with all the vendors to create the day of schedule. I am terrible at delegating but did what I thought was best and let Kari handle it. As someone that is a control freak, I felt so comfortable with Kari. Her communication skills eased my mind regardless how many thoughts I needed to run by her.
I always see people ask, "do I really need a wedding coordinator?" To me, no you don't need a weeding coordinator- YOU NEED A KARI!!! 10/10 recommend her and her team for your wedding. -

Absolutely amazing!
Kari and her team were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our daughter’s wedding. They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and then during the days just prior to the wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make this day the most amazing day ever. Kari and her team are so sweet and personable!
The wedding day was by far the most special day. Kari, from start to finish, I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen! It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Kari has a gift and those who experience her become richer because of it! -

I do not have enough stars possible to give Kari and her team. She made sure my wedding ran absolutely perfectly. During the last month leading up the our wedding, our florist quit and she was able to help get us a new florist the same day! She also made sure all of our other vendors were there on time and finished setting up prior to showtime. Her timeline was perfect. She made she we had plenty of time even when we were “running late”. She made sure everything was setup and broken down for us after the wedding was complete. Please do yourself a favor and book her for your special day! She will make you feel so comfortable and feel no stress on your day! -
