  Incredible!!

  I originally didn't want a wedding planner, but our venue required a day-of coordinator, at a minimum. Let me tell you something. I am so glad that we had Taysia Alves. She is not only the cutest and smallest BOSS of a woman, but she is also insanely organized, thorough, and incredible to work with.
  
  She is honestly the best decision we have made for this wedding. She kept us on track, made sure all the special moments happened, and absolutely crushed our scheduling. Even before the actual day, she engaged with all of our vendors and ensured we were all on the same track.
  
  You can NOT go wrong having Taysia as your coordinator. Things will run smoothly, and she will keep you calm. Thanks Taysia - you are amazing!!

  Professional and Skilled Wedding Planner

  Taysia is a detail oriented wedding planner and coordinator. My daughter was married 7/29/22 at a venue where we brought in our own contractors to create my daughter’s vision. Taysia helped us make a “to do” list a few months out and helped us to wrap up loose ends a few weeks before the wedding. She was there for our venue walkthrough, rehearsal, helped us to decorate the reception venue the day before, coordinated all our vendors (thank goodness), and ensured a smooth transition from the church to the reception venue on my daughter’s big day. My daughter and I were able to be fully present and in the moment as we knew Taysia had everything covered. Taysia made sure the entire event was broken down and packed in our family SUV by the end of the reception. As mother of the bride, I didn’t have to clean up or pack a single box when the evening was over. I am super appreciative of Taysia’s advise, support, and skill set. I highly recommend K.A.E.

  If there’s a better word to use then phenomenal, she is it!

  I really enjoyed my experience with Taysia! She was extremely hands on. I barely gave her a vision, I told her sunflowers and mason jars, and she ran with it and produced just what I was looking for! Everything was beautiful and well thought out.. from the decorations, to the food, invitations, music, and entertainment! I will always call her for my events!!! Thank you for an unforgettable celebration of my Bachelors degree!

  My Amazing Event =)

  K.A.E. was hired to plan, organize and host my catered 40th destination Birthday dinner and ladies weekend. I only furnished planner with colors, a hint of a theme, head count and dates. Upon my entrance to my dinner I was almost in tears! It was so amazing- and def much more than I expected! Customer service and organization from start to finish exceeded my approval. The weekend festivities to follow were a hit- K.A.E. will continue to be my go-to event planner!! Thanks again for the memorable moments xoxoxo =)
