My fiancé and I had our engagement pictures done through JustinRuizMedia and Justin and his team are AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people!
They are understanding of wedding prices and work with options! They had AMAZING communication during the whole booking process and the engagement! My husband and I weren't sold on having a videographer, but after some convincing from friends I knew I had to have one. Just Ruiz Media ended up being perfect for us - affordable and great quality/service. The team showed up right on time and were proactive in getting things done, without me or my wedding coordinator having to help them out. They were friendly and made it fun. The quality of the videos turned out so wonderful, and I will treasure them for years to come.

Justin was the best choice for videographer without a doubt. I didn't plan to hire a videographer until about a week before my wedding! I found that his pricing was the most affordable for the product so I took a chance and reached out to him very last minute and he took on my wedding without hesitation. Justin and his team did an amazing job! They were everywhere capturing everything at our wedding. The final videos came out exactly how I would've wanted them to. Everyone who watched them couldn't believe how they great they came. I would recommend Justin and his team to anyone who asks.

We couldn’t be HAPPIER with our wedding videos!! Justin did a FANTASTIC job capturing everything we wanted, from the speeches at the rehearsal dinner to the wedding ceremony, to the dancing afterwards. He did an awesome job of keeping under the radar but still capturing absolutely everything we could have wanted. We were on the fence about getting the highlights video in addition to the longer video, but we are SO HAPPY we did it. It is our entire wedding – from the reharsal dinner through the wedding exit, capturing the atmosphere, our most beloved family and friends, and the progression of the wedding weekend – in a very sentimental and amazing video. It was short enough to send to everyone, and this will be what we watch on our anniversary, for years to come! I highly recommend Justin – thank you so much for being our videographer!!

A videographer was the one thing on my wedding wish list that I was afraid I was not going to get. However, my darling, wonderful, amazing husband made sure that I got my wish. After a looking through a few of the vendors we discovered Justin. Once we watched some of his clips we knew he was exactly what we were looking for in a videographer. He had the perfect package to suit our needs and I really loved that he offered all of the raw footage as an add-on.

The day of the wedding Justin and his team did an amazing job of capturing some of the most special moments that I missed as well as some I remember but love watching all over again. Justin also really goes above and beyond to make sure that he captured the vows by providing mics for both the officiant and my husband. It is the little things like that or Justin nearly crawling on the ground get the right angle that truly make him a great vendor. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our choice to go with Justin Ruiz Media. Now we can look back at our wedding day and will never forget what an amazing experience the whole thing was for the rest of our lives.

Justin did an awesome job and would really recommend him. We loved our video from our wedding. He was very professional he arrived an hour before the beginning of the ceremony and stayed for much longer than anticipated. The price is very reasonable with very great quality. Justin and his sister did a great job capturing my wedding day! They were on time and ready to work and the highlight video as well as the full length video are very high quality. They have the best prices for video as I researched many companies and read many reviews. I received my videos back sooner than expected as well so that was a wonderful surprise.

Justin and his team did a fantastic job! They were all very professional and friendly throughout the wedding. From the beginning, Justin was very responsive and sent us our video as scheduled and it was beyond what we expected! He captured every special moment and both my husband and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted a videographer but after looking at some of Justin's work, I decided to go with the Highlights. One of the best choices we made!!! We re-live that day every time we watch it and it's incredible! His prices are very reasonable and the quality of his work is fantastic. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone. You won't regret it!

First of all I just want to say that both the highlight video and the full length video came out amazing!!! Very professional!!! Justin was very easy to work with and responded to all emails very quickly. Him and his team were on time and ended up almost being invisible lol, which I think was great, because I get nervous if I know I am being video taped lol. Their pricing was also very reasonable. I could not be happier with the videos, they exceeded what I could imagine :) I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone!
Thanks Justin for creating something so special that will last a lifetime!

Justin was fantastic to work with! He was very responsive and flexible, even when I made a change days before the wedding! His team was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire wedding. He provided our wedding video exactly as scheduled. The video itself was incredible! He was able to capture all of those special moments in such a beautiful way. I would recommend Justin and his team to anyone needing a videographer, you will not be disappointed. If you are on the fence about getting a videographer, you must! Pictures are just still images, they don't tell the story. I promise you will wish you had a video when it's all said and done. Hands down, the best money I spent on my wedding.

Justin was AMAZING! Of all of the vendors we dealt with on our wedding day he was, hands down, one of the very best and most professional. He & his partner showed up before we expected them (Which was great) and even agreed to stay longer than we originally asked. They were everywhere filming and didn't miss a thing. We are in love with the videos we've received; they captured us and our day PERFECTLY. He even handed over our raw footage the day of, which was an awesome surprise. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends. If you are looking for a videographer, look no further!

Justin did a great job with our wedding! I liked being able to pick out our own songs to use. He was practically unnoticeable but was there to get all of the important shots. Surprising how affordable he is, considering the quality of his work. My family and I loved the final product.

Justin and his assistant were very professional from the beginning. We got a highlight video as well as a full wedding video and I am so glad we did! Justin captured beautiful memories that we will have for a very long time. The music he incorporated was perfect for each scene. I love that he was patient with me and listened to my suggestions. Justin and his team did an amazing video with both our highlight video and our full video. Everyone loves our highlight video, it's just perfect! He caught every special moment and made it seem seamless and stress free for us two! The price is great and his service is great as well. Justin is quick responding to emails and so easy to work with! I am so happy we choose Justin Ruiz Media for our special day. If you have any doubts about having a videographer just go for it! Great choice for quality & value!

Justin and his colleague did a fantastic job with our wedding video! We weren't going to have a videographer originally because my husband didn't think it was worth the money, but I'm so glad that I convinced him we should hire Justin. The highlight video is perfect and the full video has lots of great moments. They really captured the beauty and fun of the whole experience! They accidentally missed one of the pre-ceremony happenings, and so Justin was nice enough to offer to stay until the end of the reception to make up for it. My only reason for doing 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took longer than the 6 weeks stated in the contract to receive the media, and I had to repeatedly follow up and ask for it, often to no response. It never feels great to feel like you're bugging someone, but you gotta do what you gotta do! Overall, would highly recommend to anyone needing a videographer.

Could use better communication

The hardest part and what brought me the most anxiety was choosing my vendors. Especially photography and videography because these are the memories you will have forever. I also wanted to stay within budget. When I came across Justin Ruiz Media I absolutely fell in love with the video aesthetic, it was just what I was looking for in a highlight video. Reaching out for pricing and package information was pretty immediate. The price surprised me after getting a few quotes in the upper thousands from other vendors in my area. All the reviews were mostly positive so I felt comfortable moving forward.

A few red flags came up during the process. The first was the form of payment which was through Venmo by a person named Storm not Justin. This stressed me out a bit because it's a very informal way of paying especially paying so much. I wanted to make sure this was legit so I called and spoke to Justin. He assured me he had a team in Denver and this was how they were to be paid. After the conversation we decided to move forward and sign our contract. I didn't hear back from Justin Ruiz Media until a day or two before the wedding.

The wedding was about 2 weeks away and by this time all of my vendors had reached out. I started to panic a bit. Justin/Storm asked that we email him two of the songs we choose back when we signed the contract. I emailed him a month before the wedding with the songs and heard nothing back. No confirmation, nothing. I sent maybe 3 emails hoping to hear back and still nothing. I was stressed. The first thought was they took our money and bailed. I was so stressed. I called Justin and he didn't seem too concerned and there were no apologies for the lack of communication. He said Storm would be into contact the week before the wedding. The week of the wedding came and still no email to confirm any details. It wasn't until my fiance had to call Justin that I received a call from Storm confirming the details of our wedding. I was so nervous they weren't going to show. To my surprise Storm showed up on time and with a shooting partner. I was relived. The team was super professional and did a great job on the day. He sent a venmo request for the remaining of the payment the day after and asked for the two songs for the video (which were already provided in an email a month ago).

The lack of communication continued while waiting for the video. I knew the video was going to take some time. In the contract it stated up to 8 weeks. I sent an email half way through the time frame asking for an update. An email was sent back to me a week later stating we would receive the video the following Monday. Monday came no video and no email. Again, I was annoyed by the lack of communication from Justin Ruiz Media. I wrote another email a week later asking if I may have missed the video. I didn't receive anything. It wasn't until about a week after the email I wrote that we finally received the video link.

We love the video! They did a great job. Especially for the price we paid. I understand having teams across 2 different states can be challenging but we would have really appreciated better communication. It caused a bit of unnecessary stress. If they communicated better everything would have been perfect. Wedding planning is stressful and there is so much communication that needs to be done. You're juggling between 12 different vendors. It would have been a much better experience if Justin Ruiz Media understood that.

A Disastrous Experience

I regret to say that our experience with the wedding videographer we hired for our special day was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster, and we were left extremely disappointed with the final product. Here are some of the major issues we encountered:

Unprofessional Behavior: On the day of the wedding, the videographer displayed unprofessional conduct that was truly baffling. They arrived late, which delayed the entire schedule, and seemed completely unprepared. Throughout the event, they appeared disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm that one would expect from a professional in the wedding industry. Their lack of professionalism was evident in their attitude and demeanor.

Poor Quality Footage: The most significant letdown was the final video we received. The footage was blurry, poorly framed, and captured at odd angles. It was clear that the videographer had a limited understanding of composition and cinematography. Additionally, the audio quality was subpar, with muffled and inconsistent sound throughout. We had entrusted them to capture the most cherished moments of our wedding, only to be left with a poorly produced and unwatchable video.

Missed Moments: To add insult to injury, the videographer missed capturing several important moments during our wedding. They failed to capture key highlights, such as the exchange of vows, the first dance, and emotional speeches. These were memories we were counting on reliving through the video, and their absence was a heartbreaking disappointment.

Delayed Delivery: The videographer promised a timely delivery of the final video, but it was anything but. We waited for months beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, and when we finally received it, we were left with a poorly edited mess that did not meet our expectations in the slightest.

In conclusion, our experience with this wedding videographer was an absolute disaster. From their unprofessional behavior to the abysmal quality of the final video, we cannot recommend their services to anyone. A wedding day is meant to be a joyous occasion, but this videographer managed to turn it into a source of frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the stress and avoid this videographer at all costs.

After nearly 4 months passed, I followed up with Justin to see if our highlight video was finished. Come to find out, Justin’s team ERASED all our wedding footage from the memory card, and then RECORDED ANOTHER WEDDING OVER IT, without checking if our footage had been properly downloaded. As if that’s not bad enough, Justin failed to tell me any of this until I reached out. The amount of carelessness and unprofessionalism showed by Justin is unfathomable and inexcusable. I’m heartbroken and it makes me absolutely sick every time I think about what a huge mistake I made hiring Justin and trusting him with such an important part of the wedding. A full refund doesn’t even begin to make up for such a special memory lost that we can never get back. I could go on and on, but it’s just too frustrating to even talk about. I hope this never happens to someone again, but do yourself a favor if you have your heart set on having a wedding video – hire ANYONE ELSE. No one this careless should be in this profession.
