  We worked directly with Kait for our month-of coordination. She was fantastic! At the time, she was filling in from their sister company AaB Creates (who offers full coordination vs JAM's 'month-of'). We did the majority of the wedding planning ourselves and couldn't have been happier that we had Kait at the end there for her advice and expertise on how to execute some of our plans. She was extremely professional, likeable, smart and most importantly ON-IT during our wedding day. She went out of her way to make sure everything was 100%. Hopefully she's still with the JAM team and if so, book her!

  The best piece of advice I received from a newly married friend who planned her whole wedding, was to hire a day of coordinator and we couldn't be happier that we did. With just a few months to go, my groom and I were both running out of steam from working and planning full time and that's when Adrienne from JAM stepped in to carry us through to the finish line.
  
  We had a marathon meeting to get to know Adrienne, express our vision and share our vendor info and from there we just tried our best to let go. She contacted all of our vendors, confirmed details, coordinated with our venue and vendors, put together a timeline for the day of and accompanied us on our final rounds of meetings the week before. She was organized, professional, and fun. My groom and I both felt so comfortable around her and knew that our big day was in good hands with her and the other JAM team members, Rebecca and Anisha.
  
  The day of the wedding, the three of them kept the bridal party on schedule, informed, hydrated, fed and in good spirits so the groom and I were able to relax and enjoy the entire day and not worry about any of the details. We would highly recommend JAM to anyone!

  Having a day-of coordinator was probably the smartest thing that we did. Although we did 90% of the work ourselves, it was so helpful to meet with them a month before to check in and see where we were at in terms of our planning process, and to have someone help us organize our vendors, as well as be there on the big day to make sure everything ran without a hitch. Anna was fabulous - so warm and easy going, a true pleasure to work with, she definitely helped lower the stress level. when the priest decided not to stay for the rehearsal, Anna stepped in and helped us do a quick impromptu rehearsal. the two other girls who assisted were also invaluable. Ashley went above and beyong her duties and steamed my dress while i was getting my hair and make up done. if you don't need full planning, i ABSOLUTELY recommend this service. it was probably the best money we spent.

  Don't think. Book. Best decision we made. Anna was our lead coordinator, Elizabeth and Jennifer total professionals on the day-of who would have been wonderful to work with as well. I knew from day 1 that I didn't want to be working on logistics on the day of the wedding, but I underestimated what a difference the JAM team would make in the experience.

From our initial emails to meeting to day-of, everything was incredibly organized and thorough. Anna is a true professional, but also just a genuinely nice person so it was extremely easy to work with her. It felt great to not have to worry about anything on our day. Her staff was equally as wonderful. My bridal attendant did more than just keep us on time: she brought us snacks/water, carried all our bags from the hotel to the venue (4 blocks over in the summer heat) and even put sunscreen on me when I was worried about getting burnt!! Then Anna had another staff member setting up all my DIY projects I had requested. Everything was executed exactly to my vision and all the guests enjoyed seeing those details.
  
  I highly recommend using Just About Married for a stress free planning and day-of wedding experience!!

  I have to say, they came highly recommended, and perhaps it was my specific planner i was assigned to but I felt like they could not have cared less and they were simply trying to get through the day.
  People had to come find them to ask them to put out flip flops, i never got a receipt on how my petty cash was spent and they were MIA after when i asked about it, i had one planner assigned to follow me around all night to make sure i had what i needed, everything i tried to find her, i couldn't. if you want to feel ike someone is control on your day-of, this is not the group

  We were so disappointed with Just About Married, who we used for day of coordination services. Since we did all of the planning, we were really relying on JAM to help our day run smoothly so that we didn't have to worry/stress about details. They dropped the ball on basic DOC duties - they forgot an emergency kit for me (the bride) and bridal party, didn't know where the limo was (it was late), forgot to get my brother for the ketubah signing/marriage license, didn't run through the ceremony with our bridal party, etc. We were fortunate enough to work with the best vendors in the wedding industry but were so shocked and disappointed by how unprofessional JAM was. We sent them a polite email post wedding giving them constructive feedback and they responded defensively and made excuses. If you are looking for DOC services, I would not recommend them.
