We hired Camille and the JunePlumm Events team in January 2022 for a Spring 2023 wedding and couldn't have been more happy with our decision. It was important for my now husband and I to find someone who we could really connect with as your Wedding Planning becomes your life line and by the end of it Camille truly became family!
From the initial consultation we were immediately impressed by her transparency and sincerity. While we were essentially interviewing her for the job, she was also interviewing us to see if she could bring a full vision to light. Once we officially signed on the dotted line Camille was quick to get the balling rolling and never turned back! From venue shopping to photography, videography, stationary, etc. she didn't miss a bit and helped us build an incredible full vendor team that was best suited for our needs, wants and budget.
What most impressed me in particular was her work ethic the day of the wedding. Of course these events can be a handful, but Camille was more than prepared as she rolled in with her additional staff to make sure the production went smoothly like a well oiled machine. If there were any hiccups or mistakes, we absolutely had no idea as Camille and her team went full Olivia Pope and had it #handled.
Now that the wedding is over we are 100% going through withdrawal. Camille has an absolute gift and anyone that is lucky to have her will be guaranteed to have an exceptional experience. We love Camille beyond words and consider ourselves blessed to have had her (and still do because we aren't letting her go!) in our corner. Our only regret is that we don't have another event for her to plan anytime soon! -

I wish that we could give JunePlumm Events 10 stars !!. You will not find a better wedding planner anywhere in this world! I found Camille on Instagram, and was floored immediately! Her work is absolutely impeccable. I reached out to her after looking at various event planners, we spoke once and knew it would be an amazing fit! I came in with huge random ideas and she managed to create a magical wonderland I didn't know was possible! Not only was the entire event beautiful, but each meeting and event up until that day was perfect. She was kind thoughtful, considerate, and managed our expectations perfectly throughout the process. It was like having your most efficient best friend plan your wedding. Camille never made us feel like work or a bother, no matter how many times we messaged her. Not only is she phenomenal but her entire team is filled with Beautiful magnificent humans, who help make your day perfect! You never see her sweat, but you know the blood sweat, and tears she put into your event. The only thing that I didn't care for was that it had to end. I am ready to plan anything for the chance to see her work her magic one more time. Book. Her.Now. -

Camille is PHENOMENAL! Our big wedding was postponed due to Covid-19; but she planned an intimate ceremony on the rooftop terrace at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Manhattan! And it was the best EVER! She and the team Of exceptiona vendors exceeded any and everything We were expecting. She even surprised hubby and I with a delicious cake and champagne for toasting and pics! There were so many little details she made sure was included. I can not wait until she Finishes planning our big celebration next July! She is now considered family in our eyes. And any event we have she has to plan! If you want professionalism, class and style; this is who you need to hire! Best decision we ever made to hire her! She goes WAY above and beyond for her clients! -

What is a wedding planner?.. Not @JunePlummEvents. Camille was my new found best friend, cousin, auntie, style expert, life coach and counselor. Camille was recommended to me by one of her 2020 brides. After our first initial conversation I stalked her for 7 months before I actually locked in my contract. I have vendor trust issues so I had to watch all of her wedding posts, see what her past and new clients were saying and etc.
From the beginning I apologized to Camille and told her I was going to be her most difficult Bride for 2019 lol. JunePlummEvents put in work! I can’t tell you how much time was put into my wedding alone but our late night texts, emails and calls on Tuesdays/Thursdays AKA Money days. The countless days where I would switch up a design because I was afraid it was going to look dumb lol, the different vendor meetings on various parts of Long Island. I booked Camille for partial planning but you would’ve thought I had full service because she was ALWAYS available. Even when she wasn’t available, I would’ve never known. I’m not the person to give someone full control because I have no problem getting stuff done on my own. With weddings it doesn’t always work like that, it’s a lot of planning that goes into making sure your special day is perfect. Camille eventually told me to trust her and that my day will be ROYAL.
I originally told Camille I wanted to show up the day of and be a guest and that’s exactly what happened. We didn’t have to worry about surprises /mishaps on the wedding day because they ALL happened prior and Captain Camille was to the rescue. When My husband told off the sales manager at our venue, Camille was there to find a resolution. When I had champagne taste but only wanted to spend beer money, Camille reminded me my chest was high and I needed to spend a little cash to get my results. Overall, the last 2 weeks leading up to my wedding I felt like everything was going wrong. A great planner goes above and beyond so of course Camille had plan b,c,d,e, for all scenarios.
I was told from others that my special day would go extremely fast; in my case it was opposite. From hair and makeup, to first look pictures, down to timing Camille had it under control and made sure our timeline was smooth sailing. Camille took my phone and told me to enjoy my special day. At one point I had to keep asking what time was it because the day/night seemed forever. Now that my day has come and gone, Camille made sure I had no regrets! @JunePlummEvents has a saying “Revel in the Moment not in the Details” and my Husband and I did just that.
To all my future brides, make sure your hire a wedding planner, your special day only happens once in a lifetime and it cannot be done again. -

Camille is an angel sent from heaven! 6-22-19 Bride
Camille is truly an angel sent from heaven. I say this to say if you are planning a wedding BOOK HER ASAP!!! She brought my vision for my wedding day 6-22-19 to life. She kept me level headed throughout the whole wedding planning process. Before booking camille I was all over the place literally with everything. When she stepped in the my first job as a bride was to BREATHEEE!! Lol. I was so stressed out but low and behold she was my superwoman in disguise. I didn't think twice about booking her because i saw what she brought to the table and lets be real i needed help. To all upcoming brides that are contemplating a wedding planned please take heed to what I'm about to say. BOOK HER!
Camille is super organized and shows up to every meeting. Whether it is a meeting at the venue, with the florist, photographer, engagement pics (You will want her there trust me!) etc. She is very responsive with emails, texts, and phone calls. If you are having a bride moment (mental breakdown), which i had many at 10 am or 11:30 pm she is right there coming to your rescue reminding you to BREATE, not to worry and that she has you. Let me tell you, she did live up to it. She absolutely had me from beginning to end. She does not hold back when it comes to telling your vendors this is what my bride wants and this is what she is going to get. Afterall, you are paying for your dream wedding so she makes sure you get what you want that is within your budget. One thing i would say my husband and i loved about camille and I'm sure your future husband will too is when your eyes are longer than your pockets she brings you back to reality and gives you options that works within budget. If you are reading this my husband thanks you lol.
The little things i forgot about she was right there to remind. I thought i had it all because i had most things booked before hiring her. Boyyyyyy was i wrong! Getting most vendors booked was the easy part. This is where she came in and put all the pieces together so my dream wedding became reality. Camille is practically my BFF in my head i spoke to her more than i spoke to my actually bestfriend during wedding planning. That alone should speak for itself.
My cousin just got engaged on christmas day and guess who will be booked..... YESSSS you got it Ms.Camille!!! When ever I'm planning anything Camille will be the first person i call. Whether it be a big birthday bash, baby shower (hopefully soon), or renewal of vows she will always have a job with me. She kept me sane ALL 2019 and excuted my wedding day. If you are planning you Big Day book her you won't regret it!! -

When someone says to you, “get a planner”, don’t roll your eyes. Listen, I have a hard time relinquishing control of my life to anyone. So although I knew Camille of @juneplummevents as a friend, it took me a little to let go and let her do her thing. I asked for acrylics. I thought I wanted acrylic invites but Camille oh so gently reminded me of how high my chest was, aka, yuh taste expensive, and kept me grounded. We compromised and came up with the most beautiful, simple but elegant invite I could have even imagined, compliments of @lepenndesigns. But look at my KL acrylic placeholders. That’s what a competent planner delivers. I cannot tell you how relaxed this journey of planning has been for me. I have been asked over and over if I was stressed, up until the moment and I said no because Camille competently handled everything like the BOSS she is. Make no mistake, this isn’t a game. The wedding industry is a business and she knows her stuff!!!! Even my husband raved to everyone about her. She put him at ease and allowed him to be his best self which for lack of a better word is.....frugal. I was never told, “you can’t afford that” or “you don’t have enough in your budget for that”. Things simply appeared that put a smile on my face. So I want to lift up my imaginary glass to toast and thank Ms. Camille Plummer of @juneplummevents for making me the happiest bride in the world on Saturday, June 8, 2019!!! You heard me!! You shared my vision from day one!! And you delivered!! -

Camille understood my vision and not only made it happen but put an amazing twist to it. Camille loves what she does and it reflects in her job. She, is now family in our book. She drives vision, organization, class and elegance from start to finish. We retained her for the complete wedding planner service and boy were we satisfied. She assisted me from dress shopping, color scheme, wedding theme, to china selections for our guest tables. She handled budgets, worked well with ALL my vendors, got hubby and I great deals and negotiated to the end for us every single thing we needed for the wedding. If you are looking for a planner that has your every interest at heart. SHE is the one!!
