Elsa and her team at Juliet and Lou brought our island wedding dreams to life with exceptional care and creativity. Elsa’s calm demeanor and graceful energy were a true gift throughout the planning process, easing the stress and allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. Her deep expertise and meticulous attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our vision was beautifully executed. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire Juliet and Lou team—they are outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any wedding planning needs across Washington State, especially in the San Juan Islands. -

We can't recommend Juliet + Lou enough. We used them for day of coordination for our wedding at the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion (Ballard Hotel.) Their help in the final 90 days leading up the wedding was crucial - helping us fill out requests from the venue, other vendors, and helping us manage the seating chart (even the day before our wedding when we had last minute cancellations.) My partner and I consider ourselves organized, but Elsa took it to another level. We were so thankful to have them! -

We started working with Elsa in April 2023, hiring her for full Planning, Design, and Floral Design services for our wedding and rehearsal dinner in September 2024. Every planning meeting from April to September was such a joy. Elsa has an exceptional ability to bring your vision to life. She worked professionally with all our vendors, expertly coordinating a 60-person rehearsal dinner at a private residence and a 200-person wedding, all in the small town of Manson, WA. We had rentals from many different sources, with countless moving parts, yet Elsa managed everything seamlessly. Her calm and kind demeanor were a comforting presence, and she always appeared at just the right moments to guide us and ensure everything was perfect.
In addition to flawlessly coordinating both events, Elsa and her team made the day stunning with their floral designs. The flowers were breathtaking. Elsa’s eye for design is remarkable, and the little details and creative ideas she contributed, along with the floral arrangements, were absolutely gorgeous. The Juliet and Lou team worked with such care and intention; they were a joy to be around. We can’t recommend the Juliet and Lou team enough—they were truly incredible. -

Juliet and Lou
We cannot say enough good things about the Juliet and Lou team. From start to finish, they thought of everything, down to the fine details. The communication was great throughout the entire process with frequent zoom meetings to make sure we were on track. As we approached the wedding, Elsa stayed on top of all of the vendors and found discrepancies on the bill at the venue, that saved us more than the expense of hiring her team! On top of all of that, the florals and design were stunning. From the bridal bouquets to decorating the cake, to the ceremony and reception. It was all beautiful! We also really appreciated Elsa’s calm demeanor and ability to go with the flow when last-minute, unexpected issues (like wind) arose. The wedding day itself was stress-free because they were on top of everything. It made that special day calm, relaxing, and enjoyable, as it should be. We would highly recommend Juliet and Lou for anyone needing a wedding planner and florist.

We cannot speak highly enough of Elsa’s [Juliet & Lou] exceptional work in planning and designing our wedding. From the beginning, she demonstrated a high level of organization, attention to detail, and was proactive in addressing any potential issues or concerns. She listened carefully to our vision for the wedding, using her expertise and creativity to bring every detail to life flawlessly. Often, we were unsure on which direction to take with something, and she would always gracefully steer us in the right direction. By the end, she had earned our unconditional trust. She added a personal touch to everything she did for us; from the decor to giving us extremely thoughtful gifts, she made us feel truly unique and special.
On the day of the wedding, Elsa went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. She was there every step of the way, making sure every vendor was on schedule and personally ensuring that everything was set up perfectly. She even made sure to take us aside for a few minutes to look at the beautiful florals and design ahead of guests showing up to ensure we were able to fully take everything in. Her calm and reassuring presence made us feel relaxed and able to enjoy our special day to the fullest.
In addition to her outstanding planning services, we were also blown away by Elsa’s amazing design skills and most especially, her beautiful floral designs. She took our preferences into account and worked with us to select the perfect flowers and arrangements to complement our wedding theme and colors. She was even able to source almost all our favorite flowers (something that was incredibly important to the bride). The floral arrangements on the wedding day were absolutely breathtaking and surpassed our expectations. They were [one of] the highlights of the event, adding a touch of grandeur and elegance that made our day even more memorable. The floral runners/centerpieces at our reception were particularly breathtaking, and we received countless compliments from our guests.
Overall, Elsa’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to making us feel taken care of are what made the wedding the success that it was. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding a truly magical and unforgettable experience. Elsa became more than just a vendor; she became a friend that we hope to always keep in touch with. We highly recommend her services and cannot thank her enough for making our wedding day so special. -

Elsa took some ideas and pictures and turned that into a truly magical atmosphere for our wedding! Elsa gave suggestions and tips that I greatly appreciated that turned out excellent. Elsa and team also took a plan for an outdoor wedding and flipped it to an inside ceremony and reception with short notice and it looked phenomenal.
Can not recommend Juliet + Lou enough! -

Could not ask more better experience!
I found Juliet + Lou from a friend of mine who did a styled shoot for them. I was immediately drawn to their aesthetic & amazing floral arrangements they did. We had hired Elsa to assist with our day of coordination and Hannah/team to support in florals. Our wedding was unfortunately rescheduled during 2020 due to COIVD-19 & I genuinely could not be more pleased with how our 2021 wedding turned out and how impressed I was with Juliet + Lou's level of professionalism and grace through it all. This team is ON IT, Elsa's level of organization is unmatched, she doesn't miss a beat and will lift SO much stress off your shoulders during the most stressful months leading up to the wedding. This team did way more than I ever imaged when we hired them, from their quick responsiveness, to creative/helpful ideas, incredible network of wedding vendors, incredible execution on the day of the wedding even with unplanned changes last minute, to the most beautiful decoration/flowers I could have asked for. I would hire them again in a heart beat and I really hope you seriously consider them for any/all of their services. This team was the glue to our wedding and it wouldn't have been anyway near the amazing day it was without them. -

Worth it!!
Did not know what to expect with having wedding planners... but could not have imagined my wedding without Hannah and Elsa! Seriously so thankful! They took all the stress off my plate and made my day perfect! They are so talented. -

A dream come true!
I am under the impression that most brides don’t get the luxury of having a wedding, from planning to the actual day, free of stress like I did and that was because of all of the hard work Juliet + Lou did. From giving vendor recommendations, contacting vendors on our behalf, and ensuring everything was in order, they went above and beyond for us which made our day so special and unique. I really appreciated their overall thoroughness as it put me at ease throughout the entire process; it was so nice knowing I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of, and seeing all of the decor and florals put together was more beautiful than I could have imagined.
Most girls dream of their wedding day their whole lives and I can honestly say our wedding exceeded my expectations! The week after the wedding, my husband and I were bombarded with phone calls and text messages from guests who wanted us to know that it was the best wedding they had ever attended— all I could tell them was that it was because of our amazing team at Juliet + Lou! -

The best in the industry!
She was incredible to work with. She listened to my thoughts of what I wanted for my wedding decor, shared her ideas and showed me different ways of doing it, and then pulled everything together to make an absolutely magical day. She thought about every detail and you could tell. Everyone commented on how beautiful everything looked at the wedding. She literally transformed the place. She was professional, creative, positive to be around, and made the whole process stress free. I would definitely recommend her! -

Meghan Sent on 09/27/2018Elsa and Hannah are the GREATEST joy to work with! Not only are they incredibly organized and thorough but they're calm, collected and do everything with smiles and grace. The last few months of my wedding planning were so stressful and I just couldn't keep up with everything and they swopped in and completely saved the day (and my sanity). Elsa responds to emails immediately and communicates with other vendors promptly. I felt like I could completely trust my day in their hands. On the day of, I didn't have to think twice about anything because they were so organized and on top of things. They helped me create a timeline and they took everything in their own hands so I didn't have to do a single thing. They're the absolute best!!!

Reina Sent on 01/27/2018Oh my gosh, where do I even start. Now that the wedding is over, we are sad not to see Hannah and Elsa on a regular basis. We hired two complete strangers and came out of the experience with two new friends. Hannah and Else both are so talented in unique ways. Else is the primary contact in the beginning, helping with scheduling, pricing, and planning everything to the very last detail and minute. As the wedding grew closer, I worked with Hannah who has impeccable taste and a true talent for seeing a vision inside a bride's mind and making it a reality.
At our first meeting they asked all the right questions about what we both wanted. They also accompanied us to meet potential vendors, where they asked questions that I wouldn't have thought to ask myself. A few months in, they laid out a complete design plan for us: they designed the space, created a design board and picked colors, priced different rental options, and broke every service down by price. My husband and I were blown away by how detailed everything was. The day of, the space looked incredible. They did our flowers as well, and they were absolutely STUNNING.
We also booked Hannah and Elsa really early, and I'm sure they spent more time with us just because of how far in advance we booked. Despite that, they quickly responded to all of our questions quickly and were always willing to meet up or research stuff for us. I know some planners cap meetings or planning hours, but we never ran into that issue with their all inclusive design package. Throughout the process they were extremely flexible and always willing to work around our crazy schedules. They made us feel like we were there only client, even though we know they were planning multiple weddings and have busy lives of their own. There is no way I would have been able to plan a wedding without them, they saved me so much time, stress, and money. We highly, highly, highly recommend! -

Personable, professional and creative duo
Elsa and Hannah were personable, professional and created beautiful floral designs beyond our expectation while staying within our budget. They always made sure we were on the same page with planning and design, and flexible to any changes. They're a great team and passionate about making your day seamlessly memorable. We still hear from our guests how fun and memorable our wedding was and the best they've ever been to. -
