Let me tell you about Julie Hanan Designs! I’ve used JHD twice now. The first time I got such amazing compliments on my invitations that I knew I was going to use JHD again! It is so easy to work with this team! The second go around I indicated my theme and let them design and I loved it still! This is the invitation business to go with, hands down.

Wedding Reception Seat Frame
I had the pleasure of working with Julie to design my seating chart for my wedding reception. We had decided to go with a picture of us on the bottom layer and the top layer of the board had the guests name that they would need to peel off gently. The level of work that she puts in is exceptional and you can see the results on the finished product!! Julie was absolutely amazing to work with, she gave us a rough timeline as to when we would expect it to be completed based on when we submitted everything to her. We did our due diligence on double checking it and she did on her end as well. She was very friendly and approachable via phone/email and so easy to work with as well. She had also allowed us to pick up the board from her directly instead of paying for shipping which helped us save a little. I would highly highly recommend Julie for any work that may be related to you or that you want to do for your event. I myself would love to work with her again and refer her to my relatives for future work. I received compliments from all my guests for the work she presented on the board and I am so happy I worked with her. Thank you once again!!

Loved the place card board for our wedding!
We loved the place card board for our wedding!!! Julie was so easy to work with, helped us pick a picture that would look best for the board, and was flexible when we forgot to add a few more names (our own!) at the end. We’ve been to our fare share of weddings, and have yet to see a place card board as cool and unique as Julie’s. Thank you so much Julie!!!! We plan to keep it forever :)

Beautiful quality invitations
Julie Hanan Design was incredibly easy to work with to customize my daughter's wedding invitations. The quality of the invitations is superb and the combination of fonts and wording provided the exact right aesthetic for the wedding. We made some changes to the original format and Julie and her team were helpful in offering suggestions.
We opted for standard assembly (no extra charge) and added the address label printing, which was an extra charge but 100% worth it.
We received the invitations and we were able to assemble them, make a trip to the post office to confirm postage costs, and get them sealed and mailed out within about 5 hours.
After receiving the invitation a friend texted me to tell me how much she loved them and described them as "classy but not stuffy" - a perfect compliment. These invitation suites will cost more than some other online printing options, but the quality and craftsmanship is far superior.

Julie's Seating Chart was GORGEOUS!
I got my wedding seating chart using Julie's designs and I was so impressed with how gorgeous it turned out! The process was super easy and Julie was very responsive and helpful with any and all of my questions! So many of our guests commented on how cool the board was and how interesting/different it was than your typical seating chart. On top of all of that, a few of my guests arrived late and removed both layers of their card accidentally. I told Julie and she sent me replacement cards so that we can keep the board as a keepsake post wedding! I would definitely use Julie again!

one of the highlights from our wedding!
Wow - this was by far one of the best small details at our wedding. Everyone absolutely loved the seating assignment board. We were able to put little notes on the back for each guest, and it definitely made them feel special and let them know how much we appreciated being with us to celebrate. Julie was incredible to work with and i cant say enough nice things. Now we have an awesome picture of us to hang in our home that will always remind us of our special day! Thank you Julie!!

I am completely blown away by how amazing Julie Hanan is! A week before our wedding, the person who was supposed to make our escort card board backed out. It was very stressful and I remember seeing Julie Hanan's boards on TikTok so I reached out. She was amazing! She was completely understanding and replied to my email immediately. Hearing about our situation, she worked overtime and quickly put together an escort card template for us. She rushed it through print and mailed it out in time so we were able to get the card a couple days before the wedding. I can't believe how lucky we are that we found her. The board itself was a big hit and everyone loved how unique it was! She was a lifesaver for us! Thank you so much Julie!

I ordered our wedding invitations from Julie and I'm so glad I did! We loved the way our invitations turned out! Julie was so easy to work with and I really appreciated that she listened to the details that I wanted to include on our insert carts and invitation. Working with her via phone call and emails were not difficult at all because she always responded on a timely manner and showed proofs multiple times prior to finalizing the product. Fantastic experience with Julie Hanan Designs
Planning a bar mitzvah during a pandemic is NOT easy...finding invitation language for a bar mitzvah during a pandemic is plain HARD! I found Julie Hanan Design's through a google search for "bar mitzvah golf invitations". Julie's design was exactly what we were looking for; sharp, unique, and creative. Even better, Julie was fantastic to work with. Julie was available for a call whenever I had questions and she laid out costs for every invitation option. We ended up choosing the Modern Mitzvah invitation and worked with Julie for TWO invitations wordings (for in person service and online event). I highly recommend purchasing sample invitations before you decide on your order, it is very helpful to see the card stock, colors, and font. Thank you Julie for making the invitation process easy and pain free!

The end result is amazing and I cannot be more happy! When I received the invitations, one of the accent colors was not as bold/bright as I had envisioned. Julie offered me three very reasonable solutions to ensure I was happy with the final product. She could have easily said “no you chose the color” and been done with it, but she wanted to ensure I was truly happy which in the end I am! The invitations are very high quality and the turn around time is very quick. If I have another event that calls for invitations, I will not hesitate to use Julie Hanan Design.

This process was definitely the least stressful and funnest part about planning my wedding! From the very beginning, the team was extremely helpful and responsive. The whole process took about 3 weeks, from the moment I submitted the deposit and my order form to having the invitations in my hands(with the maximum number of revisions, might I add).The design process was super simple and effortless; I just told them the colors I wanted, the main design I wanted to follow and wording and they created something that surpassed ALL my expectations!! In fact, even though I was involved in the design process every step of the way, I still cried like a baby when I finally received the invitations! I am still in awe at how they transformed my vision into a reality and even accommodated my request to have the invitations be 100% in Spanish. OMG these invitations are OUT OF THIS WORLD Beautiful!!!! I always said the wedding invitation is the first representation and feel of what your guest will get of your wedding and I wanted to make sure the wedding of our dreams was represented perfectly. I had a definite vision as to what I wanted my wedding invitations to look like but I'm not always able to put my visions into words. Anyone else?? Julie, Amy and the team were there with me every step of the way, whether by email or by phone, to help create and perfect my gorgeous invitations. Never once did they make me feel like I was being a bother or annoying to them if I had a question or needed a change made.
When I received the final proof via email, I knew they were beautiful and amazing, but the day I received them in the mail.... I think I stopped breathing for a second. I waited for my fiancée to come home so we could open them together and as soon as I saw them I started to tear up and than full on crying. I couldn't speak. My fiancée kept saying "I've never seen invitations like ours!" And believe you me, we are in the age range we're we have been seeing lots of invitations.
If you are going back and forth about whether or not to work with Julie and her team, let me not only REASSURE you, let me just PUSH you right into her direction!! Thank you Julie Hanan Designs for helping make our dreams come true and create this beautiful masterpiece. Your talent is unlike anything I've seen. They have invitation samples that you can purchase and experience first hand, you can also request a swatch of their different colored stocks. Found Julie Hanan Design on Etsy originally. I loved that she had pre-made samples of most all of her designs that you could order to see what the design, font, card stock, everything really looked like in hand! She even had sample sets that you could get if undecided. We ended up picking out invitations and ordering favor tags for our wedding. The ordering process was super easy and she answered all my questions before and during the whole process very fast. Super nice & professional to talk to. At one point during the proofing stage I was confused and had some concerns and she even talk to me directly on the phone to fully explain everything. Prices were comparable to the other designers we looked at and I love that she offers some DIY and discounts when you order more items. She also offers shipping things together to save a bit. The team was great, my order was customized to my wedding colors beautifully and I absolutely LOVED the end results!! The whole process went so smooth, my order was done, shipped and in my hands faster than I thought!. While there are many choices when choosing wedding invitations, Julie Hanan Design has what the others lack, superior customer service. Our consultant made the process so effortless and the invitations arrived early. All our guests have commented on how beautiful and elegant the invitation look.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful it was working with this seller. Julie and her staff were so helpful, and made the entire process a lovely experience. The quality of their products is also fabulous. My fiance and I have received many compliments on our invitations, and all the credit goes to Julie and her team. They were also great at helping me stay on my timeline so I would get the invitations in good timing. Even though I had to make some last minute additions they were extremely accomodating. I highly recommend Julie Hanan Design, I could not find any faults with them if I tried!

I am extremely happy that we decided to get our invitations from Julie Hanan Design. Not only were the invitations absolutely beautiful, but the entire process was easy and stress free. Julie was extremely professional and responsive to all of my questions and she put my mind at ease. I received my invitations much faster than expected too and was speechless when they arrived. Julie was a dream to work with. Wedding planning can be stressful and working with her was one of the easiest, most seamless parts of being a bride. Everything was explained to me so that picking my colors and my invitations would be perfect AND within my budget. I cannot say enough nice things about Julie Hanan Design. Julie and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. They offered many helpful and cost-effective suggestions and were extremely patient throughout the entire design process. I changed colors/wording in each round of revisions, and they never hesitated to make my changes or offer their expert opinion. The production process was also very quick and the invitations were delivered well before our agreed upon delivery date. The final product is absolutely beautiful and so unique/fitting for our wedding - I can't wait to send them to our guests! Julie and her team were fantastic to work with!
She has paper samples, color sheets, and will even provide you samples invitations (I ordered mine on Etsy), so you can see the different types of paper and the colors you are considering. Once you receive all of these materials, you will be on her website ordering before you know it :)
Once we picked the design and colors we were thinking, we filled out the forms on her website and coordinated with her to order them. The forms on her website are intuitive, and she offers every service to keep the work off of your plate, or opportunities to assemble yourself to lower the cost.
We are having a destination wedding, and I asked Julie and her team to design a map as an insert, and they took what I had and made a gorgeous map with our location and the wedding location. Unfortunately words do not serve it justice.
As a part of the ordering process, you can submit pictures that you are using for inspiration for your wedding, and I am so glad I did, because Julie came up with a color scheme I wouldn't have thought of for myself, but that I love!
All communications were replied to within hours, and every request we had was met, and exceeded. We could not be happier!

Julie hanan designs was absolutely the best decision I made for my wedding. They were extremely professional, organized, super helpful, and thorough. Every email was responded to so quickly and every questions fully answered in detail! Picking out invitations can be overwhelming and Julie and her team made it so easy. The invitations came out beautiful and earlier than originally expected. If you need invitations definitely use them I promise you won't be disappointed!

Julie and her team were extremely helpful, professional, responsive. Ordering my invitations for my son's big day was the easiest task and made simple by Julie and her team. I truly appreciate how easy the process was. The invitations are gorgeous! Modern and classy, which was exactly how I described how I wanted the final product to be. Even though I made some upgrades, Julie respected my budget. I went with all of Julie's suggestions and trusted her 100% with all of her recommendations! I can't wait to mail them!
