  Engagement photos turned out so romantic and joyful

  Julia was amazing! Our friend highly recommended her and now I can't say enough good words about her. Me and my fiancée aren’t what you’d call photogenic, lacking the ability to smile properly on camera, but Julia made it easy for us to actually smile and not fake it, and now we have hundreds of great photos with naturally happy faces. Thank you Julia for a wonderful engagement session in Washington DC!

  Absolutely Magical

  I HIGHLY recommend Julia Larina Photography! Julia did my wedding photography back on Oct. 7, 2022 and made it absolutely magical! She makes your day look like a fairy tale come true!!! She is an amazing artist and also extremely nice and personable! My husband and I loved working with her on our engagement photos as well as our wedding photos!

  Great Photographer!

  We really enjoyed working with Julia for our small family wedding in Old Town Alexandria! Julia was so flexible and willing to work with us on timing and what photos we wanted- her prices were reasonable, too. On the day, it was so cold, but we had to take advantage of the sunny winter day on the water and Julia's infectious energy kept everyone pumped up despite the cold. We also really appreciated her flexibility and understanding with my dad who was recovering from multiple heart surgeries. Lighting inside while the sun was going down was not ideal, but Julia made it work and both the color and black and white photos were fantastic!

  Great photography

  We enjoyed working with Julia , she had her own ideas how to take pictures which helped. She listened to our advice if we wanted to do particular shots. She was not pushy or loud and did her job well. She did black and white and colored pics and all of them were wonderful! Highly recommend! Great combination of price and quality
