After visiting 3 locations within my vicinity for the celebration of my mother’s 90th Birthday I selected Jubilee Ballroom and I am very glad I did. The location is great, very accessible, easy access and with plenty of parking.

Alicia is the event coordinator or manager and the person with whom I had the pleasure to deal with from the very beginning to the end. Her personality inspires goodwill, she quickly understands your needs or desires and she offers suggestions which I found extremely helpful, and very surprising now a day she answered all my calls in my first dialing.

As for the actual event, it couldn’t have been better. The Ballroom decoration was a hit with all the guests. The food was served hot and was delicious. The cake included in the package proved to be the perfect size of a party of 50 guests, but I did pay a bit extra to have it frosted in color purple and lavender which was the color scheme of the tables, chairs and flowers arrangements. Money well spent, judging from the comments of all the guests. The open bar served a great Pina Colada and the bartender was generous with the rum.

Dj Osvaldo did a great job with the music arrangement. He is a person of a few words, but he performed his function to perfection, just send him your music list and let him go. I wish to give special thanks to Evileze and Angelo for their attentive, politeness, and professional service during the activity.

We had our wedding reception here and the venue was perfect. The staff is very professional. Alicia was great at all times. They are flexible and the venue is exquisite. I would highly recommend Jubilee Ballroom. Their waiters and decorator was also very helpful and professional. Thank for making our big day a success:-)!

I was planning my daughters wedding reception long distance and the Jubiliee Ballroom is an all-inclusive hall which was very helpful to have a package that included a DJ, decorated cake, floral arrangements, table setup with china, crystal and linens, seat covers, bows, and service staff. at a very reasonable price for south Florida!!!! Alicia, the manager was wonderful! She was prompt in answering any calls, emails and questions we had and was a joy to work with. The staff was attentive and polite. There were many food choices too and the meal was delicious.
I would highly recommend this venue!!!

I would highly recommend this venue... They are pretty much an all inclusive place so it saves you a lot of money. The people are great who work there.... very nice and always call you right back to answer any questions you may have.. By the way their cake is AMAZING.. Thank you jubilee for a great time.... (I worked with Willy and Johnny was my DJ)

The people there are extremely nice and caring. I know they put in their all for my wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful! The price was VERY reasonable. The cheapest I found in that area. The food was delicious. The cake was beautiful and delicious. They helped make my wedding experience a memorable one.

I absolutely love this place! We booked it here for our wedding reception in Oct. Alicia works with you and is always available to meet. This place is very beautiful and the best price in all of Broward county. I was worried because we have a lot of guests, around 175, and every location we looked at was so expensive we were thinking we would have to cut our guests lists down which we really did not want to do. This place has so many packages and includes so much, limo, flowers, decorations, drinks. etc.. Also, a lot less stress when most of the vendors are already included in your reception package.

I over love my experience with Jubilee Ballroom! I need a small intimate location for my wedding reception for 50 people. Alicia was my coordinator and she is great with returning calls and answering all my questions. I made several adjustments with my package with no issues and everything came together perfectly on my special day. My family are from the islands so I needed to provide my own food and Jubilee accommodated that by setting up a buffet area where my food could be served. DJ Osva is the best! He not only played all the music I requested but also played all request my guest made. He is truly good at what he does and I couldn't have asked for a better DJ. The decor was absolutely amazing and the staff were very helpful and polite. If you are looking for a small venue for any occasion, I would recommend Jubilee Ballroom in Pembroke Pines.

Alicia at Jubilee is a wonderful coordinator. I never waited more than an hour to get a response, whether it was by phone or email. She is very sweet, polite & does whatever she can to help accommodate your needs.

Jubilee is an all-inclusive venue, which worked very well for me and my husband. After we booked with Jubilee, we had a photo/video team, DJ, MC, & a caterer. This was incredibly helpful!

Our wedding ceremony was elsewhere, but our reception was beautiful. The hall was decorated so charmingly & very elegant. I was VERY impressed!

Jubilee's waiter staff was remarkable, as they were very attentive & polite to me and my husband.

I wasn't thrilled with the selection of cake flavors that my husband & I were offered, so we decided to go with a vendor outside of the Jubilee Ballroom.

Food was wonderful. However, during a food tasting (which is scheduled AFTER you sign a contract), I learned that the veggies served were canned, so we bought our own fresh veggies & my family helped to cook them on the day of the wedding. Jubilee did not give us a credit toward our bill for not providing us with the veggies.

When Alicia gave me the DJ's information, she told me that he does not meet with people face-to-face, & never told us why. When I emailed him with my preferences for music and gave him an idea of what my husband and I were looking for, I got one sentence as a response with "Ok. Send me your list." I gave him a list of music & asked that he stick to that list, which he did not. However, he did play great music & our families had a great time.

The MC rushed us through everything. He literally asked my husband & I to do the garter/bouquet toss so that he could leave (that would be the last thing we needed him to be in attendance for). I was VERY disappointed with him.

The most important for us were food, drinks, & music. Food & drinks were great. Everyone enjoyed the music. Overall, we were pleased at the end of the night.

They ruined the most important day of my life!!!!
