From our very first meeting, Shana demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for making our special day perfect. She met with us multiple times prior to the rehearsal, ensuring that every element of our vision was clearly understood and expertly planned.   Can't imagine planning our wedding day without her!

  We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Shana as our day-of coordinator. There is so much more that goes into planning a wedding than you think and looking back I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off such a magical day without her.

  We couldn't be happier with our decision to hire Shana as our day-of coordinator. There is so much more that goes into planning a wedding than you think and looking back I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off such a magical day without her.
  
  Shana was exactly what we were looking for. She is professional, organized, attentive, patient, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond with handling all wedding aspects while using the skills and knowledge she's gained from her years of experience. From our first contact with Shana, she was there to put my stress at ease while keeping us on track with all tasks leading up to our big day. She was super responsive to any questions/concerns I had in between our monthly check-in meetings and even made a special trip out to the venue to help me plan the layout of the ceremony and reception. Not to mention, Shana was quick to jump in with her assistant to make sure our reception ran smoothly after the party staff I had hired canceled due to transportation issues.
  
  We would recommend Shana in a heartbeat as she exceeded all our expectations. We are still getting calls and texts from our family and friends about how amazing our wedding was and we couldn't have executed our big day without the help from Shana. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

  Professional and

  Shana was great to work with from beginning to end. She checked in regularly, was thorough in her services, and did not shy away even during a Pandemic. Instead, she took on the challenge to work with my Husband and I on our Backyard Wedding and did everything with poise and professionalism. She was the support and cheerleader I needed in these challenging times.
  
  On our Wedding Day, she did not skip a beat. She was very punctual, organized, and was able create a beautiful setting with limited space.
  Everything worked out better than we expected and couldn't have asked for a better person to help make our night special.

  Shana was amazing

  I had the pleasure of working with Shana for our wedding. There were a number of hurdles we were faced with last minute as a pandemic erupted right before the wedding. She kept her cool and was able to nail everything perfectly. Working with her up to the event was easy and she was extremely flexible as we lived 3 hours away from her. Thank you Shana! You made our day truly amazing!

  Day of coordination

  This lady rocks. I was very organized but extremely anxious about all the details for our wedding. Shana was warm and welcoming. She definitely knew her stuff. The day was perfect. If there was anything that didn’t “go right” the day of, we had absolutely no idea about it. Which I think is exactly what you want in a planner. She took charge and ran the entire day. She is amazing. Hiring her would be one of the best things you can do for your wedding

  Fantastic Job!!

  Highly recommend Shana!!! My (now) husband and I found out 2 months before our wedding that the venue required us to have a licensed day-of wedding coordinator. Luckily, we found a wedding planner who assigned us Shana. I met with Shana in-person once before the wedding to fill her in on my vision; connect her with all of my vendors; show pictures of my decorations; and discuss floorplan. From there, Shana took care of all of the final details! She worked on the day-of schedule; contacted vendors to confirm drop off/pickup times; arranged all of my personal decorations just as I envisioned it; and kept everyone on schedule for the ceremony and reception! Our wedding was beautiful, stress-free, and ran super smooth. If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Shana from the very beginning!

  Wedding coordinator that saved the day

  Shana did a lovely job helping coordinate the wedding and reception. Even when we were off task she was able to keep us on track. Helped with the rehearsal and took alot of the stress off me and my sister who was getting married. She helped not just with the coordinating but also helped decorate and clean up. I would highly recommend her for any other events moving forward. Thank you for the Great job you did. We would be lost without you.!!!!!!!!!!

  The best decision ever!

  Shana was everything I needed and more! I was so overwhelmed with planning my wedding all by myself and was at my witts end. With less than 30 days before my wedding date, I reached out to Shana for day of coordination and decorations. She immediately put my mind at ease, was very thorough and responsive.
  
  Shana went above and beyond my expectations. She gave me very helpful feedback on my day of timeline, created beautiful decorations for our church ceremony (which we were able to repurpose for our reception!!!), coordinated the wedding rehearsal, set up the decor for the wedding and the reception.... she even put together my bouquet, the boutonnieres and corsages.
  
  I can't thank her enough. Shana made all the difference in making our special day flawless! She is awesome!!
