Caryn Sent on 06/27/2017Joseph's went above and beyond what we expected. My engagement ring was too big to the point that it couldn't be sized down to my size. They contacted the manufacturer who ended up making a completely new ring in my size. When getting the ring back, it was actually slightly bigger than the size I requested, so Joseph's sized it down and I finally have my perfect ring! Thank you Joseph's and especially Lisa Harlow for the time and effort to give me the ring of my dreams! -

I have had several people say 'oh thats a josephs diamond for sure!' Shelly worked with our budget and gave us great advice and words of wisdom in our purchase. They have nothing to hide there because their pieces are truly amazing! We went to nearlyyyy every jeweler in the des moines area and this one was the absolute best!!!! GO TO JOSEPHS! You will not regret your decision. -

We were able to find the right rings for us without trying to be sold something - they were truly trying to help us find what we would like to wear to symbolize our marriage. They had a great selection. In addition, I took my rings to get combined the week before - there was no charge and the rings look fantastic for the day! We will be going back for any jewelry purchases and would highly recommend to anyone! -

They are very professional and all of the attendants have A+ customer service skills! When I had to have my ring serviced, they were very speedy and the quality was top notch! I love supporting this business because they CLEARLY know what they're doing :) -

At the time my fiance purchased my engagement ring and wedding band he was living in Des Moines. We now live in the suburbs of Chicago. And I went back to Jesse to purchase my fiance's wedding band. We plan to have a long standing relationship with Jesse and Joseph's because of the service they provide.

User1309474 Sent on 08/31/2013My fiancé worked with Jesse at the Valley West mall location to custom design my engagement right. They worked together and drew up a few different designs before settling on the one he went with. I love it! It's different and unique, but not trendy.
We later worked with Jesse to design the wedding band as well. Because of the design of the engagement ring we could not simply add a band and had to custom design the band to interlock with the ring that was designed earlier. The artists wouldn't draw up what the design would look like because they had nothing like it before, but Jesse offered to draw it up himself for us. We declined his generous offer and just went with what we discussed. It came out perfect!
When the time came for my fiancé to finally get his ring we went back into Joseph's to work with Jesse. There was no one ring that was acceptable to my fiancé, and Jesse said that if there was something he wanted that he saw elsewhere, or aspects of one ring he liked and something he didn't they could look at customizing his ring as well. That's exactly what we did, we took aspects from two different rings that he liked and put them together to make his own unique wedding band.
I couldn't be happier with the service that we received at Joseph's and from what I've heard from friends about other jewelers in the area, I'm really glad we went there! I didn't anticipate getting all custom pieces for the prices that we paid. I would highly recommend Joseph's to anyone - and Jesse has been awesome! -

It was always complete in a timely and professional manner and I love getting my ring cleaned each time I'm there. I would recommend them to anyone!

User2078863 Sent on 03/27/2015Friendly staff. Brides ring was messed up thus causing the ring to arrive late to where the groom was not able to propose when he wanted to (upsetting). Jeweler that was helping did not communicate this and multiple calls were not returned. We are currently working with a different jeweler for the grooms ring. Hopefully this will go better. Ring quality is nice.
