  So easy to work with!

  Jones Travel was amazing to work with for our wedding! Tom replied quickly to every email and was super helpful and flexible as we discussed what would fit our needs best as our date approached. The price was incredibly fair and the team was friendly and everything went off without a hitch. We would 100% recommend Jones Travel for your wedding needs!

  Very easy to work with, great experience!

  Jones Travel was very easy to work with. This buses we used for our wedding transportation were very high quality and the drivers were on time. The communication back and forth was clear and simple as well. I appreciated the great service with Jones Travel and would highly recommend booking!

  Quality Shuttle Service

  Jones Travel was so easy to communicate with. We wanted a bus big enough for most of our wedding guests that had air conditioning. We checked out SO MANY shuttle companies in the southeast Wisconsin area and Jones had exactly what we needed.

  Great transportation for guests

  We used Jones Travel to move guests from the hotel to our wedding venue. They were on time, very professional, and easy to work with. When the wedding was running a little long, the driver was willing to stay to help get everyone back to the hotel safely! Thank you!

  It is challenging to have a wedding on January 1, but most all of our vendors were great, and the inclusion of having the trolley available was no exception. From allowing us to view the trolley before booking, calling us over the holidays to confirm, and being so attentive to all of our crazy requests went above and beyond our expectations. Our driver was top motch. We could not have had a better wedding and they made the transportation of all our guests safely to and from the wedding/reception seemless in the beautiful trolley.

  Jones Travel was the perfect transportation for my husband and our wedding party. We rented their trolley for the afternoon after our ceremony. We were able to all ride together to various stops for photos. The driver was great and had no issues taking us to where we wanted to go. The company is very responsive and easy to work with and also is a great value. I would definitely recommend using this as transportation for your wedding celebration.

  Our driver Dave was wonderful - was there early, drove all around town taking random directions (as we were sure where we wanted to take pictures), and rocked some great tunes. Very happy with our selection of the trolley as our "limo".

  We needed a trolley for a Chicago wedding and when we started calling around all the companies in the city were book. Stumbled upon Jones and they were great to work with from beginning to end. Got a contract set up quickly and they delivered as promised. Their trolleys are climate controlled which was needed for our summer wedding! AC didn't work great but at least it was something. Prices are competitive with other companies and some of them have TERRIBLE reviews for customer service. Price is all inclusive (includes gratuity) so good ease of payment. We had a really good experience overall, would recommend to others.

  THE DARKEST SPOT OF MY WEDDING!!!! I paid for a shuttle service for all my guests soooo obviously they send an inexperienced driver who is not familiar with the area. He was slow, consistently got lost and is the only thing that my guests complained about. On top of it, since my contract ended at 12....he was done with his shift...and instead of asking us if he should stay...HE LEFT. He left the bride and groom at the reception site. I was forced to CALL A CAB to pick me up. When I called to complain that next Monday morning, I was somewhat apologized too but told that the communication goes both ways and I (as the bride) should have sought out the driver to tell him to stay. Oh thats right...not say goodbye to my guests and have a good time. Find the guy that I wouldn't be able to pick out of a crowd and tell him not to forget to take me home. I was told they would give me a partial refund...100 dollar check. THANKS! That should take care of the 10 cabs that we had to call to take the 50 guests you forgot. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your money.
