    Perfect guest transportation

    Hired a school bus for guest transportation as parking was limited at our church. Was very happy with the prompt, professional, and clean service!

    Such a fun trolley!

    The Jolly Trolley was just the perfect transportation for our wedding guests. From the initial conversation to the night of, everyone we interacted with was very professional and kind throughout. Our drivers were incredibly patient with us as plans changed. The drivers really went above and beyond! We are so happy that they were a part of our day. Thank you again Jolly Trolley!!!

    Easy and fast!

    We used the jolly trolley to transport guests from the hotel to the restaurant and back for my rehearsal dinner, and it was an easy experience the whole time. They were flexible and professional, and I could tell everyone had fun riding the jolly trolley even just for the experience! Thank you!

    I was a little nervous about Jolly Trolley at first. I submitted a request for proposal in the fall, they told me they'd get to it as they went through all of them, and I didn't hear anything for awhile. But every time I reached out they said they'd get to me, and it was their off season so I guess they are on a skeleton staff at that time. When they did give me the proposal, it was a great deal and I booked them. From then on, it was smooth sailing. They confirmed the itinerary, checked in a few times, upgraded my final pick-up town car at the end of the night, and the drivers were so friendly and nice. Everyone said it was perfect and it really makes a difference for out of town guests to have that ride to and from the venue. Use them!

    I worked with Casey for several months leading up to our wedding coordinating transportation for the day of the wedding. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and she made everything go perfectly. If you want transportation that will leave you stress free and know that everything is taken care of, please book Jolly Trolley!

    Such a great company and group of people! We used the Jolly Trolley to pick up the bridal party from our house to the venue and to get our guests staying in Dewey and Lewes to the venue and back. Everyone was helpful and flexible, trolley was where it should be on time and "Mrs Jolly Trolley" was so sweet.

    Loved the Jolly Trolley! We got married last Saturday, June 21, 2014 and used the Jolley trolley to take out gigantic bridal party (12 bridesmaids and 9 groomsmen) from the church to the hotel on Clearwater Beach. Our driver was very friendly and extremely professional, and the decorations on the trolley were beautiful! They were on time and overall an excellent decision. Very pleased!

    Jolly Trolley was wonderful! They took care of us and our guests the whole night, even sticking around for the after party. "Mrs. Jolly Trolley" was so nice and accommodating - she even made a few extra stops for guests that stayed at other hotels. Our guests like to party, and we were so glad to have JT take care of us and deliver everyone safely home.

    A++ Company to work with. We needed a trolley to transport 75 guests all day long for a wedding event. The details of our plan kept changing, so we needed to update our contract with the Jolly Trolley several times. They were very flexible and just wonderful to do business with. This is a company that really puts its customers first, and we had a great experience with them.

    The jolly trolley added so much excitement and fun to our wedding! It was a big hit with guests. They were easy to work with, right on time, professional, and extremely friendly! What more could you ask for your big day!?!?

    Christina and Turner were amazing to work with. I have know them since I was a little kid and the Jolly Trolley was the only company I wanted at my wedding. Thank you for accommodating our every request. Thank you both for making our day extra special.

    I couldn't imagine my wedding without the Jolly Trolley!!! They were on time and hard working!! I would not hae been able to get the pictures I wanted without them!! Their prices are very competitive and much more affordable than other transportation services.

    Turner is responsive and accommodating. I was easily able to reach him by email and phone to set up my transportation. He was flexible and worked with me to update my itinerary until shortly before the wedding. Jolly Trolley was on time, and the Super Trolley was a FUN way to depart the wedding! I also felt that the transportation was reasonably priced. Highly recommend it! It's the quintessential Rehoboth Beach way to ride around for your wedding!

    Jolly Trolley was perfect for our wedding. Turner was always easy to get in touch with and was always helpful. The drivers were pleasant and punctual. Everything was perfect!

    (I was actually married on Nov 13, 2010- I can't seem to change it on Wedding Wire.)

    It was wonderful to be able to provide transportation for guests.
    Christine was so nice when I had to change the schedule around due to rain.

    Jolly Trolley was extremely responsive and organized with their contracts. We used their services for our wedding party transportation and it could not have been more fun. Working with Casey from Jolly Trolley was a breeze to set up the transportation. The Trolley was extremely punctual and the driver was friendly and just as excited for our wedding ride as we were! The Jolly Trolley may not be the most cost efficient group, but its value was well worth it as It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.

    Clean shuttles, professional & flexible drivers

    We booked Jolly Trolly shuttles for guests to & from our wedding venue, and for my family to have a shuttle to our vacation home. They were easy to book, relatively communicative, and very reasonably priced. The shuttles were clean; Our drivers were professional, on-time, and able to make some last minute adjustments. My family had a blast and well taken care of during their ride! Would recommend for your wedding or event shuttle needs in the southern Delaware area.

    First, I have to say that on the day of my wedding, everything went smoothly and the drivers were absolutely wonderful. The only issue (which I had been warned about is that their booking system is incredibly confusing and cumbersome. Their staff and I had multiple phone calls just so I could make sure that all the reservations were correct, and they were very helpful. It was just such a headache to book using their system! However, as I said, they were lovely, on time, professional, and a pleasure to see/work with on the actual day!

    It took a long time to write this review because I wanted to give an opportunity to right a wrong, but that never happened! This company has some loose ends that need to be tightened. I never received a contract after numerous requests, I paid the reservation in full, and still had no contract. The trolley was then late picking up our guests from the hotel; so some folks missed the ceremony, and the topper to this review ... they never came back to pick us up after the wedding! My husband and I called the next day because we were outraged and the nice lady on the phone blamed us for all the wrong doings of the company.. So it was our fault the driver was late... our fault the driver never came to pick us up from our venue. We have not heard from them since... you have been warned!!
