Jolie Salon made my hair beautiful for my wedding day! They helped me set up my trial run and then gave recommendations for what we should do differently on my wedding day. I really liked that they added in extra time so the bridesmaids and I were not rushed from the salon to getting pictures taken. All my bridesmaids and my flower girl looked amazing. I am very pleased with the work Jolie Salon does.Jolie Salon made my hair beautiful for my wedding day! The ladies at Jolie Day Spa & Salon were fantastic! I scheduled appointments the morning of my wedding for myself (hair, makeup and manicure) and my three bridesmaids (hair and manicure) several months in advance with no issue. After doing my trial hair and makeup run, I decided to move the time up by an hour and again, the salon accommodated my request with no issue at all. The three ladies that took care of us were fantastic! Nails were very professional and my makeup was flawless. For our hair, they listened to what my ladies wanted and executed. We all looked like princesses and felt like it to boot. Highly recommend the girls (I'm so sorry I can't remember their names)!The ladies at Jolie Day Spa & Salon were fantastic! I have been going tomJolie Day Spa for several years. The staff is always professional but also very friendly and personable. I feel like I’m really important to all the staff. I have used many of the services including manicures, pedicures, and facials. I am always pleased and feel great when I leave! I would not have looked beautiful on my wedding day (Dec 17, 2016) had it not been for Jolie Day Spa. A special shoutout to Nicole, the owner, and Jessica, my day-of (and trial) makeup and hair artist is very much necessary. My hair was absolutely gorgeous (Elsa-like) and the makeup was perfect for me because I don't ever wear it. Not only was the hair and make up for me great, my bridesmaids, flower girls, and my mom and mother in law looked absolutely stunning. The day of was super special because the spa worked only with the bridal party and catered an amazing breakfast which was too relish not to eat even though I was nervous for...I would not have looked beautiful on my wedding day (Dec 17, 2016) had it not been for Jolie Day Spa. Nicole is an amazing human being. She was so organized, genuine, and gracious. She kept me feeling excited and relieved for the big day and kept in contact with me the whole time. As a gift I had my girls do a mani/pedi day with me and Nicole did my toes and nails herself, which turned out fantastic. She was also very kind, hospitable, and I felt like she really went out of her way to make sure that everyone felt special and that I stayed excited and happy! She even went out and got umbrellas for us and a shiny barrette for my mom without us asking. Amazing, amazing, amazing. -

Jolie day spa did my hair and makeup and that of my bridesmaids for my wedding at Forrest Hills Resort. They came to the resort and they did a fantastic job of accommodating what everyone wanted, including my three little girls. Everyone looked amazing. Selecting Jolie Day Spa for makeup and hair for myself and my wedding party was such a great decision! They were so accommodating, fun AND talented! Everyone looked so beautiful and I felt as if I was floating on a cloud all day knowing my hair and makeup was perfect - thank you Emily!! My bridal party and I also went to Jolie Day Spa on Friday for pre-wedding manicures and pedicures...many of the girls kept saying it was the best mani/pedi they have ever had! I am the kind of woman who doesn't wear make-up but I wanted to be extra beautiful for my wedding day. Jolie Day Spa was a part of my wedding package and I wasn't disappointed. I was skeptical at first since I don't wear make-up but after my consultation I was excited. Callie did a WONDERFUL job making me look natural but with some pop for my day. Day of she did make-up for my fiancé who was worried about being a man with make-up, he didn't understand the airbrush. But he and I were both very happy with the final product.. I felt so beautiful wth the make-up and I want to say thank you to Jolie Day Spa and specifically Callie. Thumbs up. I got married near Dahlonega and planned to hire someone from Atlanta to come up for hair and makeup. Ultimately, I found the Jolie Day Spa and thought it was so much more convenient to do hair and makeup there. I am so glad I made that choice! The folks there were really nice to work with and were really flexible with me as I tried to figure out who exactly in my bridal party (and family) wanted hair and makeup done.
On the wedding day, we...I was so happy that I found the Jolie Day Spa for my wedding - they did a great job and made me and my bridesmaids look lovely!!

On the wedding day, we could bring in food and drinks while we primped. The stylists were friendly and warm. I also really liked the products they used - I got fake eyelashes that were very subtle and looked real, and amazing. They styled the extensions I brought in so that you couldn't tell what was real hair or extensions. Their services were very affordable and they did a great job. I got the whole bridal package, with a mani-pedi included. It was really convenient and comfortable to do everything at the spa, and I was very happy with their work! -

The day of the wedding we had a great experience. My bridesmaids hair and makeup looked great and everyone was happy. Nicole was also great; i have a gluten allergy and she accommodated for that and the food was really good. I had a little bit of trouble sorting out details leading up to the wedding. Originally I was working with Brianna, who was very responsive, but then all of the sudden wasn't hearing from anyone. When we finally got in contact with someone we were informed she was no longer there. This was 2 months before the wedding and we still dont know if anyone would have contacted us if we hadn't gotten in contact with them.

Stressful Planning
I would never work with Jolie Day Spa again. I went in for a hair and makeup trial before my wedding and the makeup artist (I think she is also the owner) was so rude. I wanted very natural makeup for my wedding and she insisted on going very heavy because as she told me "You will look washed out in your pictures. I doesn't matter to me but you have to look at these pictures forever". She just kept making comments like that the entire time making me feel bad about myself. On the business side of things, the owner is very unorganized. He would schedule a call and then never call me and acted like it was...I would never work with Jolie Day Spa again. I went in for a hair and makeup trial before my wedding and the makeup artist (I think she is also the owner) was so rude. I wanted very natural makeup for my wedding and she insisted on going very heavy because as she told me "You will look washed out in your pictures. The only saving grace was that the hair dresser was so kind. She was talking to all the bridal party and engaging with us while the makeup artist barely said a word to any of us. The hair dresser is the only reason I gave them two stars. Save yourself some stress and go with somewhere else. -

I called Jolie Day Spa, signed up for my wedding date, even gave Jessie my credit card and waited to hear back. Two weeks later, I decided to see what the hold up was, I called 4 days in a row before someone told me that Jessie had moved to Texas. They had no record of my wedding on file. So I started over. I went in for my trial 3 weeks before my wedding. Jolie's does a lot of offsite events and will get stylists from other salons. I found out my stylist does not work at Jolie's, which definitely threw me off. First we tried half up, half down. It was ok, but I asked for no...I called Jolie Day Spa, signed up for my wedding date, even gave Jessie my credit card and waited to hear back. Two weeks later, I decided to see what the hold up was, I called 4 days in a row before someone told me that Jessie had moved to Texas. They had no record of my wedding on file. So I started over. I went in for my trial 3 weeks before my wedding. Jolie's does a lot of offsite events and will get stylists from other salons. I found out my stylist does not work at Jolie's, which definitely threw me off. First we tried half up, half down. It was ok, but I asked for no poof. Then I asked if she could change it to an up-do because I might like that better. She did, but didn't take the first poof out and the back was not at all what I imagined. So we tried a different style, after I showed her pictures of what I wanted. This style was ok. I could live with it. But she didn't style it so it would last all day, as a trial. Just kinda left the curls limp from the up-do. Then we moved on to makeup. I asked for soft and natural. I felt so ridiculous when I left, I looked like a clown. There was a bridal party there who all looked gorgeous and I felt so hideous. The blush was right on my cheeks, not subtle or applied correctly. The shadow was way up on my brow bone and I had to appy the mascara myself but it was already clumpy and ruined. I did not feel like a gorgeous bride. The owner called me after I called to complain and offered to have the same stylist do a different makeup run. No thank you, I cancelled my contract and they didn't offer a refund. It's one thing if everything turned out gorgeous and I just changed my mind, but they didn't have enough stylists to cover my event and brought in someone from the outside without telling me. I would not recommend this salon to brides who are already stressed out, this place will bring the tears! -
