    Personable, professional and communicative

    Dr. Hubert Williams did our wedding and rehearsal. Very communicative and helpful. Flexible with what we wanted and gave us a beautiful ceremony. Reasonably priced. Would recommend 10/10

    Perfection

    Dr. Williams did an incredible job officiating my dream wedding! He was great with correspondence and very flexible with the script since we did a non-traditional ceremony. He has the perfect voice for the job. He sent in our marriage certificate information promptly. Our marriage license was in our mailbox by the time we returned from our honeymoon. He also has fair rates for travel and overall costs. You cannot go wrong with Joi-ful Noiz Ministries

    Very Professional and Thoughtful

    Dr. Hubert Williams was an excellent officiant. He and I collaborated on the perfect script and I couldn’t have been happier. It was a super hot day so we made the ceremony short and sweet and he even added a personalize touch by adding something about each of our kids into the ceremony! It was definitely the best day ever and would totally recommend him for your wedding!

    Amazing service!

    Dr.Hurbert Williams was very professional and great to work with! He sent script samples for us to customize our service and was he in communication before the wedding, every step of the way. It was flawless. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
