Trustworthy and Knowledgeable
John and Michael are great to work with. They are flexible and creative in providing you with options to aquire your dream engagment ring. Their design service is unlike any other jeweler I have interfaced with, and the designed ring turned out less expensive than the inspiration rings! Their ongoing service with cleaning and maintinance of both our rings has been spectacular. At no time during the process did I feel pushed or up-sold. Attached are two photos of my engagement ring, the one is a computer aided drawing of the design, and the other is the final product. -

Amazing experience! The staff is compassionate and takes their time with each and every customer. The quality is outstanding and this jeweler tops any chain by ten fold. For your wedding needs, stop here first and you won’t be disappointed! Be sure to ask as many questions as you’d like so you’re comfortable! An added bonus, they can customize a one of a kind ring as well! Michael took care of my fiancé and I throughout the whole process and we’ll never shop anywhere else. -

John Thomas Jewelers is the absolute best!!! The design process was easy, the staff patient and informative, and the quality was impeccable. The price was insanely inexpensive, less than anything i could find locally or on the internet. I will return for all of my jewelry needs even though they are far from where I live. Worth the drive!!! -

My (now) husband had worked with John and Michael to create a custom engagement ring for me that turned out stunning! The folks at John Thomas are responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly! When it came time to purchase our wedding bands, they were able to quickly pull up my engagement ring design to ensure that the wedding band would fit perfectly. We won't go to any other jeweler in town! :) -

We got both of our wedding bands from John Thomas Jewelers. They customized mine to fit perfectly around the engagement ring (it curves out a bit at the base under the diamond) for no extra charge, and was almost $300 less than the the other option we were considering. I wouldn't have even thought about the curve out at the bottom, and the rings wouldn't have matched up as nicely if they hadn't suggested that.
We actually found my husband's ring at a different store and were price comparing when we found the exact same ring at John Thomas for about $150 less, and it was mailed to our house. Since we had sort of procrastinated in ordering his ring, they even put a rush on the order for no additional charge and it was delivered in only about a week and a half - not too bad considering they had to make it and everything.
I also got my ring and band soldered together, which had a quick turn around time and was very reasonably priced.
They were all very helpful and friendly, and I would absolutely recommend you check them out! -

Amazing!!!! They do a beautiful job and the ring is absolutely stunning. They didn't give me any hassle using my grandmothers diamond as the center diamond. -
